Hello EAT HAPPY friends, I have eaten with you and in Leipzig in the last 2 weeks. In both cases I had spoiled avocado or spoiled fruit/vegetables in the sushi/maki, which simply counteracts the desire given the price/performance ratio and makes me not take anything back with me. I've never had such a rotten taste in my mouth and I probably won't have one again in the future. It's clear that sushi is freshly produced on site and you can tell that, but then it can't be that spoiled food ends up in the sushi - sorry, that's not possible at all given the price. No recommendation from me. Since the cold chain was not interrupted from take-away to consumption and there was only 2 hours until consumption. If you changed that. I'd love to come back to try it out.

The sushi is okay, but it doesn't come close to the fresh stuff from the sushi restaurant. It's also more rice than fish.

I have already purchased sushi several times to my utmost satisfaction. What is unfortunately not possible is that the expired sushi from the previous day is there for sale at 9:30 a.m. this morning (February 15, 2022). I hope this was an oversight and you don't wait for people to buy this.

Interesting concept directly in the Rewe market. You could perhaps improve the layout of the display a little, as there are always crowds of people standing here looking and searching for a long time. A few more varieties would be great too. Since there is no other edible sushi in Gotha, you can't really go wrong here.
