Eat Happy in Hamburg

I'm giving one star because of the last incident. I regularly buy sushi there, and until now everything was always wonderful (or so I thought). But last time, I accidentally turned over a roll – and there was a hair on it. Therefore, I've come to the conclusion that hygiene standards are apparently no longer being met. This is unacceptable and disgusting.

I get food from there so often, and I love that you can see how it's prepared. But every time I get something with avocado, it's not good. The skin isn't completely cut off the avocado, and the avocado is still way too hard to eat. I had to spit it out a lot. Normally, you should be able to feel when an avocado is ripe, especially when making sushi. And the service isn't particularly friendly when you have questions about the sushi.

The name is well-known. The staff is rather reserved, although it's worth mentioning that it's more of a self-service establishment. The food is prepared and packaged fresh daily right in front of the customer. Consequently, it tastes very good. Unfortunately, the prices are a bit too high. Nevertheless, it's worth trying.
