EAT HAPPY in Stadtbergen

Pleasant music and a calm atmosphere.

My sushi is good, as always. There's plenty of fish in the sushi, the rice tastes good, and the selection is extensive. I think the price/performance ratio is good. My only criticism is that the rolls are often not rolled very well and sometimes fall apart.

Unfortunately, the staff work very sloppily. I occasionally found fried onions on the underside of a sushi dish, which, according to the ingredient list, shouldn't have been in the sushi. As someone who reacts to this, it was naturally very unpleasant to throw away a third of the sushi I bought, especially since the price isn't cheap. However, it's positive to note that the counter is usually well-stocked.

Quality has declined significantly. The quantity has also decreased significantly. We used to shop at least once a week at the Eat Happy Sushi stand at the Rewe supermarket. Recently, however, we've noticed that both the quality (rice consistency, preparation/appearance of the sushi, etc.) has declined. Furthermore, the prices have increased. For that money, you could even go to a restaurant for sushi these days... The most outrageous thing, however, is that wasabi and soy sauce are no longer included! It only included a small portion, but it was usually enough... So, buying sushi quickly and eating it right away is no longer possible with these portions. A store-bought ready-made salad also includes salad dressing! The fact that the soy sauce and wasabi are now missing at the increased price is simply pure rip-off – that's what you call maximizing profits while simultaneously compromising quality! It's a shame that people don't want to shop here anymore!

We had pre-ordered a large platter online and received an order confirmation. Unfortunately, no one knew about our order, and we had to buy the sushi at a significantly higher price and with much more packaging waste. Unfortunately, no one responded to my email afterward, so a clear 0 points.
