EAT HAPPY in Stadtbergen

My sushi is good, as always. There's plenty of fish in the sushi, the rice tastes good, and the selection is extensive. I think the price/performance ratio is good. My only criticism is that the rolls are often not rolled very well and sometimes fall apart.

Unfortunately, the employees work very uncleanly. I have occasionally found fried onions on the underside of a sushi variant, which according to the ingredient lists should not be included in the sushi. As someone who reacts to this, it was of course very unpleasant to throw away 1/3 of the sushi I bought, as the price wasn't cheap either. However, it should be noted that the counter is usually well stocked

Quality has deteriorated significantly Scope has also decreased significantly. We used to shop at the Rewe Markt, at the Eat Happy Sushi stand there, at least once a week. Recently, however, we have noticed that the quality (consistency of the rice, preparation/look of the sushi...) has declined. Prices continued to rise. For that money you can also go to a restaurant to eat sushi... The biggest shame, however, is that it no longer contains wasabi or soy sauce! It only included a small portion, but it was usually enough... So buying sushi quickly and eating it straight away is no longer possible with these portions. If you buy a ready-made salad, the salad dressing is also included! The lack of soy sauce and wasabi despite the increased price is simply a rip-off - that's what you call profit maximization with a simultaneous loss of quality! It's a shame that people don't like shopping here anymore!

We had pre-ordered a large record online and also received the order confirmation. Unfortunately, no one knew anything about our order and we had to buy the sushi at a significantly higher price and with a lot more packaging waste. Unfortunately, no one responded to my email afterwards, so a clear 0 points.
