Eat Happy in Hagen

There were three hairs in my food, which is absolutely unhygienic. When I called the restaurant about it, the employee on the phone was very rude and showed no sympathy. There was no apology at all. This kind of behavior is disappointing and unprofessional – I will definitely not order from here again.

The food was very fresh and delicious. The staff was also incredibly friendly. I'd love to come back!

I was only there for a concert.

That was the last time we ordered from there. The Peking soup wasn't Peking soup at all; it tasted awful. The crispy duck was disgusting, tasted ancient, and the peanut sauce was the final straw. Sorry, but you can't charge money for that. The food is now in the bin. Thanks for nothing.

Great restroom, everything was clean and they even accepted card payments... And that's in Germany 😉 Friendly staff.
