Extremely long waiting time, even though the store was almost empty

Prices are great with a coupon. However, the presentation of the food when ordering with a coupon is rather unappealing. I think a thin slice of tomato or other small decoration should be acceptable despite the low price, especially since the restaurant is trying to make shopping at a furniture store more appealing. Unfortunately, the service is often not particularly friendly. I think a smile when serving should be a given.
