Quaint and full of locals. Hearty dishes that I still remember from my childhood. Most also very good. Insider tip!

Shortly after Christmas, the two of us were at the Fässle in Degerloch in the evening. It was the first time for me and I was absolutely thrilled! My husband visited Fässle more often for business meals last year and was always impressed by the quality and excellent service. The food that evening was excellent - every dish was perfectly prepared and tasted simply delicious. What was particularly positive for us was that special requests were fulfilled with a smile: We each swapped one dish on the menu because I didn't like something and my husband had already tried all the other starters. The request was implemented without any problems and in a very friendly manner. The service was extremely courteous, you immediately felt welcome. The wine advice was also first class - the sommelier recommended exactly the right wine for our menu. An all-round successful evening! We can only warmly recommend the Fässle and will definitely come back. See you next time!

Eat: I ordered food today and not for the first time. Normally I have to say, they make really great healthy food. But today I had to wait 2 hours. It can also happen, but I wasn't informed about the delay. Had to call myself and ask where my food was. Not an issue either, because catering and delivery can always be hectic. But the broccoli is so spoiled and there are other things that don't fit and that doesn't work at all. Service: I then called again and reported everything, hoping that the situation could be saved with their customer service. Unfortunately, you failed. For that reason there is actually no star and a reason for me not to order here anymore. Ambience: No comment Conclusion: That was the last time I placed an order here. Hence 0 stars

When we arrived we were greeted with a “what about you?” Not so warmly received at first. First impression is difficult. The outside area is very nice and you can sit very quietly and comfortably. The menu is seasonal and rather small. Unfortunately very problematic with changing the side dishes and then comments like “you are welcome to go into the kitchen and have a look for yourself”, ketchup/mayo/sauces are categorically rejected. When paying, the wallet was counted very comfortably and we were ignored for the time being. It's a shame - we understand that it was busy because of the holiday and the nice weather. Nevertheless, something like this shouldn't be the case and we would therefore not recommend it.
