Great at first. I've probably eaten there 20 times and ordered and picked up countless times. Portions of the sushi were - as you can see in all the pictures here (especially the fried rolls) - more than twice as big. For a few months now, only 1/3 sushi in small mini rolls has been available for the same price. That's what the deductions are for!

The ambience is very nice, just a bit crowded and cramped for my taste. Most of the food was good, but unfortunately the noodles were burnt. Unfortunately you couldn't eat them. Unfortunately, when I pointed this out, there was no response. A reason for me not to go there anymore.

I had the pleasure of visiting DuQu Lounge sushi restaurant recently and I am thrilled with the experience we had there. The ambience of the restaurant is beautifully designed, which immediately creates a pleasant atmosphere. The furnishings are stylish and you immediately feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was lovingly prepared and tasted excellent. You can clearly feel that the cooking here is done with high-quality ingredients and great care. The selection of dishes also leaves nothing to be desired. However, I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. On the occasion of my daughter's 15th birthday, something very special was prepared for her, which made the evening unforgettable for us. Many thanks to the entire team at DuQu Lounge sushi. We'll definitely be back!

Since we only had something to drink I can't say much about the food, but the drinks were great and the service was friendly and quick.

We had Viernamese food and it was super tasty. We are happy to recommend the restaurant. Try it out!

It's a shame what happened on Sunday because we always enjoyed eating there. We had made a reservation for 5 p.m. in the evening and when we arrived we wanted to sit outside with 4 people. There were only two tables for two available and we wanted to put them together, especially since the tables for four were only occupied by two people. We were just about to pick up the first table when a waiter (who I've never seen before) came up and pointed out that we should ask and can't just put the tables together... yes, I know he's right (we just wanted to just to be helpful) but he got really cheeky and insisted that we weren't allowed to put the tables together and that we should sit down separately... I've never seen the waiter as inflexible as he was, it was purely an exercise in power from him We left immediately and will certainly not go there again. Customer-oriented seems to be a foreign word for the young man. When he said that we should sit down separately, I just said that he wasn't serious. Of course he was It's right that we should have asked first... But reacting like that was totally excessive and unnecessary.

Better not! I would like to agree with the last review. Not only is the staff overwhelmed, the promises are not kept and as a guest you are allowed to pay…… nothing more! We wanted to reserve a table personally for a birthday dinner. Answer: we do not reserve a fixed table After we agreed to come earlier and set the table for 6 p.m. The documentary lounge doesn't open until 5 p.m., so the lady came to meet us and offered us one of the two selected tables! (We were in the restaurant in person) Yesterday I tried to have a nice evening with four people. We were there at 5:30 p.m. One of the tables was already occupied, the other had been set for five people. The two ladies then explained to us that we would not get this table or another table (alternative). By the way, this was only set up for four people. Instead we were supposed to sit at a high table (we had excluded that when making the reservation), with four people totally cramped and not facing the window, dark and uncomfortable. The very unfriendly ladies didn't make any effort! Summary: Here the guest is the necessary evil, he is sent packing! There are no commitments for tables for groups of five or more, but are there? Thank you, we would rather spend our money in one of the many other alternatives in our beautiful Kempen! You are treated as a guest there. Dear documentation team, don't worry, we will pass on our experience. Your food is good, but there are also plenty of alternatives to your cuisine in Krefeld - we definitely won't be coming back!

Tastes great But unfortunately really expensive!! Paid €90 for 2 people!!!!

Completely overwhelming the staff. Incredibly long waiting times for food (the note got lost in the kitchen). From the time the order was placed and the drinks and starters were served, there was no one left at the table. After more than an hour and several attempts to get attention, I was informed that the receipt had not arrived in the kitchen (the starter did come, however). The table next to us: same problem plus wrong food. Very unfortunate. It was delicious.

The first impression is chic, but still cozy. If the weather is good, there is also seating outside. The service staff are polite and friendly. The food is very good. Fresh sushi, homemade spring rolls and a first-class curry are among other things on offer. Prices are reasonable for the fresh and good products. We would like to come again.

It wasn't perfect, it was tasty, but not that I was left convinced. Mainly because of the prices.

There were four of us there. Even though there wasn't much going on, we didn't get a starter or main course served together. It was tasty.

Moderate crossover Asian. The starters were very tasteless, the gyoza was almost neutral in taste and the spring roll was just mediocre and quite small. The selection of sushi was large, but the quality left a lot to be desired. The avocado was brown instead of green and the rest just went down with a lot of soy sauce. It's worth the trip to Düsseldorf for real sushi. Unfortunately…

Nice restaurant, reasonably priced. Quality of the food good. In terms of taste, the sushi is more of a 7/10 and therefore significantly too expensive. Rice doesn't hold its shape very well, lots of sauces that cover up the taste. Breading too thick for the fried ones. Drinks great. Service ok, a lady very brisk and quite unfriendly. The rest of the staff is very nice and friendly.

Price-performance ratio is okay, the food tasted great. I actually really like the ambience, but unfortunately the acoustics are very loud.

A nice Japanese restaurant typical interior doesn't invite you to linger, but the food is fantastic.

We ordered food for 4 people and picked it up ourselves. I have to say that we were all thrilled with the food, personally I thought the satay sauce with its coconut note was very good. When we are back in Kempen we would love to come by again.

I've eaten here many times and often ordered take-away. The restaurant is very clean, the waiting times are short, the staff was always friendly and accommodating and the food is simply delicious

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately it was very loud and waiters were constantly rushing past us, which caused so much unrest that we didn't feel comfortable. Then we were forgotten and at some point asked if we had eaten yet. Ordering a second drink was simply not possible because no one was paying any attention to us and when we finally managed to get the bill after asking three times if we could pay, it was the wrong bill from one completely different table. Otherwise everyone was very friendly.

We were really looking forward to the evening at DuQu, but we were disappointed. The starters were cold and the sushi wasn't very tasty either. There were no ingredients and somehow everything tasted the same. The service seemed very stressed and hectic. The staff were friendly, but you could tell they were overwhelmed. This directly stressed me/us out. So we didn't find the atmosphere that great. Unfortunately we won't be coming back again.

Very tasty food. We've already tried different dishes and we've been impressed every time. The staff is very friendly and always attentive even when it's busy. A must for us every time we visit Kempen.

Cozy atmosphere with great service and delicious sushi. They also have other dishes and a children’s menu. My daughter and I had a full meal including appetizers, desserts and drinks for 50 euros. I’ve been there many times and have always had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Sehr guter Service und das Essen ist 1A. Sehr zu empfehlen. Reservierung macht Sinn. Nachteil, ist ist kein Ort fürs erste Date. Zum Teil zu laut und wenig gemütlich. Tische zu nah am Nachbartisch. Wie gesagt dafür Service und Essen top.

Wir gehen ab und zu dort Essen und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden, es ist super lecker, Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es empfiehlt sich einen Tisch zu reservieren weil es immer voll ist.

Für uns das beste japanische Restaurant, dass wir bisher ausprobiert haben. Nicht nur das uns bislang jedes Gericht wirklich gut geschmeckt hat und sehr liebevoll angerichtet war. Auch das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen, gerade bei dem frischen Sushi, das eine Top Qualität hat. Der Service ist auch fast immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wenn eine Frage nicht direkt beantwortet werden kann, wird auch gerne nochmal nachgefragt (z.B. in der Küche) und Anregungen wurden auch stets angemessen entgegengenommen.

Das Lokal hat eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird praktisch gespürt, wenn die Gäste noch wünsche haben oder kurz davor sind noch etwas bestellen zu wollen. Preislich bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Die hausgemachten Limonaden sind der Hit. Lange warten mussten wir auch nicht. Wir haben glaube ich für die Sushiplatte für 2 Personen keine 15 Minuten gewartet, obwohl relativ viele Gäste da waren. Kann ich eigentlich nur weiterempfehlen. Was ich besonders cool finde ist, dass man dort sein Essen vorbestellen und einfach dann abholen kann zum gegebenen Zeitpunkt. 5/5 would and will definitely visit again!

Schöner Laden mit der leckerem und frischem Essen. Das Gericht "Mama Mango" ist sehr lecker, fruchtig-frisch mit sehr frischem und knackigem Gemüse. Vorspeise Platte und Hähnchen süß-sauer waren auch sehr lecker!

Ich brauche nicht viele Worte hier verlieren. Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service war top.

Das Essen schmeckt super lecker und hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Das Restaurant bietet einen nettes Ambiente. Doch leider lässt der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren mehrfach dort. Nach der Bestellung des Essens lässt sich keine Servicekraft mehr am Tisch blicken und man sitzt auf dem trockenen Glas. Wenn man das anspricht, wird darauf hingewiesen, dass viel zu tun war. 1x ok, aber nicht jedes Mal! Das ist ein absolutes no go und daran muss gearbeitet werden!

Interessante Speisekarte. Bei mir leider viel zu süße Erdnusssauce. Kippeliger Tisch im Außenbereich. Ansonsten ganz okay.

Alles wirklich wunderbar. Von der Qualität über das Ambiente bis hin zur äußerst freundlichen, aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Bedienung. Mit Abstand das beste Sushi seit langer Zeit dort genießen können. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut und war sehr genüsslich. Die Portion sättigte und lag nicht schwer im Magen. Die Hauslimonade war ebenfalls lecker. Des weiteren sehr freundliches Personal.

Mega lecker und einfach super nettes Personal. Immer wieder gerne dort zu Gast. Auf jedenfall vorher reservieren sonst wird es schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Personal super freundlich aber zu viel zu tun für die Bedingungen. Getränke Bestellungen mussten aktiv angestoßen werden. Freitag Abend war es auch ziemlich voll und laut. Es gibt die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen vielleicht ist es da angenehmer, wenn es das Wetter zulässt. Essen war super. Erst einmal Überforderung bei der Auswahl des Sushis. Nicht Fisch Esser finden hier garantiert auch etwas genauso wie Vegetarier. Hauseigene Limonade ist sehr lecker könnte für meinen Geschmack etwas weniger süß sein.

Angenehmes Ambiente, heute fiel uns auf, daß die Hintergrundmusik sehr angenehm und entspannend ist, das Essen ist köstlich, die Auswahl absolut ausreichend.Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und immer ansprechbar gewesen. Habe für meine Frau und mich einen Tisch reserviert. Zu ihrem Geburtstag bat ich um etwas Dekoration und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit einen Blumenstrauß 💐. Hat alles ganz entspannt geklappt und alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Einen ganz großen Dank an das Team.

Das Essen ist extrem lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider sind die Portionen reduziert worden. Allerdings..... Wehe, man setzt sich draußen mit 2 Personen an einen 4er Tisch, wenn kein 2er Tisch frei ist. Entweder (wenn frei ist) muss man rein gehen oder ganz gehen. Ich verstehe, dass Umsatz wichtig ist. Aber wenn man draußen generell nicht reserviert und sonst noch Plätze frei sind, ist das wirklich nicht freundlich. Der Kunde ist nicht nur Profit, sondern kostenlose Werbung und ein Mensch.... Schade. Sonst wirklich eine Empfehlung.

Wir sind begeistert. Das Essen, der Service, alles ist hier sehr gut und zu empfehlen.

Die Vorspeisen (Summer Rolls) und auch die diversen Hauptgerichte kann ich durchweg als schmackhaft bezeichnen. Sowohl die knusprige Entenbrust (Bun nam Bo), als auch Chicken Tempura sind zu empfehlen. Der einzige Mangel war die Fischplatte. Die unterschiedlichen Fischsorten rochen schon ziemlich streng nach Fisch, was für mich darauf hindeutet, dass der Fisch schon nicht mehr ganz frisch war. Außerdem waren einige Fischstücke ziemlich kalt. Die Gerichte waren sehr appetitlich angerichtet und insgesamt machte das Restaurant einen sauberen Eindruck. Der Service war freundlich. Die Preise für die Gerichte sind eher günstig. Einige Speisen werden etwas verbilligt in der Mittagskarte angeboten. Trotz der etwas enttäuschenden Fischplatte gebe ich dem Lokal eine second chance.
