Dubrovnik in Berlin

Wir waren in einer Gruppe dort. Das hat insgesamt sehr gut geklappt. Die küche ist traditionell und einfach gehalten. Insgesamt lecker, aber nichts außergewöhnliches.

Wir sind schon oft dort essen gewesen, wie immer sehr lecker und gemütlich. Sogar dem Wunsch als Trauergesellschaft bzw in größerer Runde auf der Terrasse zu sitzen mit eingedeckten Tisch unterm Sonnenschirm wurde entsprochen.

War gestern mit Freunden dort, es war lecker wie immer ,gehe schon seit meiner Jugend dorthin, für mich gibts dort die besten Cevapcici, der Service ist toll , und der Chef sowieso. Es gibt auch einen Lieferservice .

Der Speck hätte knuspriger sein können, der Gurkensalat war geschmacklos und etwas teurer für die kleine Portion. Der Rest war OK. Die Bedienung hätte aufmerksamer sein können.

Wie immer sehr lecker. Hauptsächlich gibt es viele Kombinationen gebratenen Fleisches mit leckerem Reis und Pommes Frites, dazu Salat. Aber man kann auch anderes essen. Dazu sogar auch alkoholfreies Bier vom Fass! Der Service ist knapp an Worten aber jederzeit aufmerksam und schnell. Das Ambiente ist ohne Schnörkel und es gibt auch Plätze im Freien, wo man gut sitzt. Kurz: Für alle Freunde des klassischen kroatischen Restaurants in Deutschland unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles Restaurant, lecker Essen und Getränke. Vorspeise ging schon gut los. Ich musste sie mit allen Teilen, da sie super lecker war. Also Hauptspeise gab es Gulasch, sowas von zart und gut abgeschmeckt. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen und den angenehmen Abend.

Wir dort in einer größeren Gruppe - insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die große Anzahl an Gästen spricht ebenfalls für das Restaurant. Die Bedienung war allerdings eher durchwachsen. Teilweise wirkte das Personal etwas ungeduldig bzw. genervt, was die ansonsten positive Erfahrung etwas abgeschwächt hat. Trotzdem ist das Restaurant für gutes kroatisches Essen definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Es schmeckt dort immer soooo lecker, es gibt große Portionen und man wird sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gemütlich und das Restaurant liebevoll eingerichtet. Man kann auch sehr schön draußen Speisen. Werde dort noch sehr oft hingehen.

In einer stark ablenkenden Situation wurde mir die Rechnung vorgelegt mit der Bitte mich zu beeilen, da der Tisch gebraucht würde. 1x Cevapcici und 1 Cola 21,50. Habe es leider zu spät gemerkt. Empfehle unbedingt die Rechnung zu prüfen. Das Essen war lecker

Lots of perverse meat, tender and tasty except for the piece of beef. This had something of the flesh of homesickness: full of sinews. Very friendly service, and there was also schnapps on the house. We'll be back. The dishes have also become more expensive here - but you still get real value for money.

Hier gibt es Schultheiss vom Fass und jede Menge leckeres kroatisches Essen. Es schmeckt einfach fantastisch. Die Preise sind jedes Essen Wert. Es ist günstig. Der Service immer freundlich. Ambiente einfach. Große Portionen. Lieber Tisch bestellen, immer gut mit Gästen gefüllter Gastraum.

Das ist unser Stammrestaurant. Wir lieben das Essen und die Salate. Die Angestellten und der Inhaber sind freundlich, das Essen ist köstlich und die Atmosphäre sehr herzlich. Das Restaurant ist wunderschön und einladend eingerichtet.

Interessante Raumform, erinnert an die seltsame Winkelformm von Hrvatska, sehr passend. Leider nur den Abholservice genutz bisher, aber Essen war toll-und reichlich. Verwandte hatten es empfohlen, und ich kann das bestätigen. Gerne mal als Gast am Tisch. Danke Patrone!

90 years of ambiance, a cozy atmosphere – I usually really like this restaurant. But this time: €4 for ajvar, without any warning! For a €9 meal, I would have at least expected the dip to be brought in personally, maybe with a little dance. Unfortunately, this lowers my ranking – the ajvar won, not me. 😂 A simple heads-up about the extra charge would be enough; then maybe we'll dance together again next time.

The food and atmosphere were exactly what you'd expect from a good Croatian restaurant. Prices were perfectly reasonable by today's standards.

First visit on a Tuesday around noon. Very busy, friendly service. Making a reservation might be a good idea. The pork knuckle was remarkably good. A long-missed dish, perfectly prepared. They didn't have pea puree, but I never liked it anyway. A surprisingly new restaurant on our favorites list.

My go-to restaurant for good food. The classic senior's plate. For a platter for two, you should have hearty appetites or be very hungry. Special requests are welcome, and extras are readily available. Leftovers are packed up upon request, and at the end, you get a complimentary treat (espresso, coffee, cappuccino, or schnapps) of your choice. I've been going there for decades. Always consistently excellent quality. Party catering with chafing dishes is also available upon request. Ideal for small celebrations and the food is absolutely delicious. Atmosphere: clean, tidy, and elegant—nothing fancy, but great. Your clothes don't smell of food when you leave. And there's something for everyone. The only minor drawback: "Dear wheelchair users," they make it easy for everyone to get in. They don't see the steps at the entrance as an obstacle, but the restroom is a bit difficult.

We were here for lunch yesterday, and I can only say it's a very cozy place. Service was good, and drinks and food came very quickly. My wife had the 49 and I had the 53 with an additional 90, plus a drink each. The food was delicious. The liver was amazing. It was good value for money. We would eat here again anytime. 👍

A homely restaurant serving typical Balkan dishes. The food is very plentiful and of good quality. We didn't have to wait long for the squid and two grilled dishes. The service was humorous and cheerful. As expected, we were very full and satisfied at the end.

Encouraged by the positive reviews, I went for a late Sunday lunch. We ordered Hungarian goulash and a grilled platter. To my surprise, the goulash was pepperless and underseasoned, while the grilled meat was overly salty and tough, and the rice was a substitute for typical "Croatian" rice. The service also left much to be desired. The waiter was rude. When we asked if there was Croatian beer, he indignantly replied that we were in Germany, and that's how Hungarian goulash is supposed to be. We got the impression that the waiter was more interested in us leaving as soon as possible because it was getting late. I don't recommend this place, as they're far from Croatian cuisine.

I've been coming here for 25 years... I love it. Still the same owner and still the same quality of food. I highly recommend it.

We came here on a recommendation and are already here for the fourth time. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the staff is impeccable. Our favorite spot is right at the counter, and except for one occasion, we even got a seat without a reservation. Card payments are accepted, so nothing stands in the way of feasting on the menu. We rounded off our visit with an ice cream sundae and a glass of local wine from Croatia. We'll be back.

This is a Croatian restaurant as you know it. Facility, food, staff are all great. The food is excellent, drinks are varied and delicious. The price-performance ratio is very good. It is well located for this. A must visit if you are in the area.

The five of us held our club party there. The food is unbeatably delicious, the service is very accommodating, and the prices are reasonable for this great quality. We were all very happy and then shared a Dubai chocolate with the staff. That was just a great afternoon. We can highly recommend the restaurant.

Great food, great service, great prices!

After decades I was once again in a youth hostel. No longer recognizable. The Mainz JHG is very well maintained and colorfully painted in a youthful, modern style. The box is manned 24/7, the WiFi, of course. We had booked a seminar room, lunch and drinks as part of further training. It's all ok. The room was technically up to date, the food was simple but tasted good.

Instead of the steak described on the grill plate, there is turkey schnitzel 😯 But at the same price of €18.00. Not wheelchair accessible despite many older guests. The toilets in particular are too narrow and too low. There aren't even any handles to pull it up. As a long-time regular, you get stupid, cheeky answers to friendly complaints. You don't have to give in.

Update September 2024 Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars. Since I couldn't manage my minced steak, I took it with me. I wanted to eat it in the evening. A thick black hair beautifully blended into the flesh. Choke. The takeaway Puzta platter was ordered with fries. The waiter also asked twice. At home again with curry rice and a bland taste. Unfortunately I can't accept that anymore. For now, let's take a break. The food tasted delicious, drinks were decently chilled and the service was also very friendly. We have been there several times now and will definitely be back soon. Priced a little higher than others, but still within the range. An absolute recommendation from me ⭐️

Solid Croatian cuisine, in a well-run restaurant. Unfortunately, Potsdamer Allee is quite loud (which no one can do anything about). Anyone in the mood for meat will be well served here. P.S. The Viennese style schnitzel was also very good.

Nice, attentive service. The cevapcici were too salty for me personally, the pork neck skewer was a little too dry/tough. Both from the robber's plate, which I always eat when I end up in a Croatian place. 😊 Actually quite a nice location in the countryside, although a little out of the way. You don't come by here by chance. The terrace facing Potsdamer Strasse is incredibly loud, especially at the moment because the road is single-lane due to a construction site.

I love Croatian cuisine. I ordered Pola Pola in Dubrovnik. Very tasty, well seasoned meat, fresh, hot fries and delicious Duvec rice. Nice service and at the end there was a schnapps on the house.

Food a little boring. Just as you would expect from the Croatian. By that I only mean the restaurants and not the Croatian food itself. The service was friendly, but seemed listless to us.
