It's quite busy on Sunday evenings, and not all the food is always available, but if you wait, they'll refill it for you. The buffet selection is very large. And it's always delicious! 😋

We'd been there before; we usually eat there on holidays when we dress up a bit. I spontaneously went with a friend, dressed casually (jeans, sweater). Apparently, because of how we looked, they insisted we pay first, which we did. But everyone else who was dressed up was able to pay last. When we asked why, she simply said, "Because we look strange." Never again!!!

We had reserved a specific table online. This reservation was also confirmed by email. Upon arrival, we were told in an extremely rude manner that it was not possible to get that table and were instead assigned a seat in the furthest corner. The server then informed us that we would not be given menus because, due to the large number of guests, ordering à la carte would take far too long. Therefore, only the buffet remained. The wait for our drinks to arrive was acceptable. After that, the server was nowhere near us. During our two-hour stay, we were unable to place another drink order. Furthermore, used plates and cutlery were not cleared away! Absolutely terrible service. I will certainly never experience that again!!!

The food was disgusting and unhygienic, with flies and hair on it. The entire meal was cold, even fresh off the grill! The meat was tough and like chewing gum! There were bits of food on other people's plates that I didn't want on the grill! The restaurant was filthy and wasn't cleaned or the food replenished properly! The toilets were so disgusting, you're better off going outside! The staff were unfriendly. We booked a table for 7, but there was only room for 6, and we had to squeeze in because others without reservations got more seats! Robots kept banging on our table! This was the first and last time! We paid for nothing because the food was absolutely inedible!

A thousand cups of Longquan wine, to entertain guests at the restaurant. After the meal, tea and desserts accompaniment, guests return again during the peak autumn and winter seasons.

The food was unfortunately only lukewarm and tasted poor. The drinks, especially the non-alcoholic cocktails, were very tasty. Refills were also prompt. In summary, we would say there are worse places, but also better ones.

The food tastes very good and the service is very friendly.

We love coming here, especially with the kids, who have something for everyone. Very clean, very friendly staff. We feel comfortable here and enjoy eating here.

Very disappointing 😔 Absolutely not worth the price/performance ratio. Sometimes the food was cold, there was little choice, and it was pretty tasteless. We love eating Chinese/Asian food, but I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm sad about the money we spent and wasted. Other all-you-can-eat restaurants are much better.

Super delicious food and great service

So, we discovered this restaurant by chance yesterday and went there spontaneously, without reading the reviews beforehand. When I got home, I googled the restaurant, and after reading the reviews, I was quite surprised and irritated by the many less-than-positive reviews. We felt the exact opposite. We received a very friendly welcome at the entrance, the food was very good, and everything was clean. I can't comment on the restrooms; we didn't use them. The price/performance ratio was perfect, and we'll definitely be back next month. Don't let negative comments put you off; just see for yourself. 😊👍

Had the pleasure of eating there a few times, but it was never enjoyable.

The location was okay, not too big or too small. The food was also okay, but unfortunately, many items were empty and were refilled very slowly. The rice and noodles were always empty, and there wasn't a large selection either. The flat-rate drinks menu was good, and the selection was large.

We ate here today, and it wasn't our first time, but it was by far the worst Chinese buffet we've had in recent times. Some of the food had been sitting in the bowls for hours, and it simply wasn't tasty, as some of it was cold and inedible. We wouldn't recommend this restaurant and won't go back. On top of that, it's very expensive.

The food is very poorly refilled; you can see from the food bowls that they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The fresh meat section doesn't feel fresh, and you can see that the meat is a nice red in some places, but has already turned dark in others. The baked dough is very hard and tasteless. After many meals, you get the feeling that old food isn't... The food isn't fresh.

This is a restaurant I absolutely love. It's clean, friendly, and delicious. I was so busy eating that I didn't take any pictures. ^^ ㅎㅎㅎ

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing – a birthday party turned into a nuisance We had reserved a table for a birthday party, but when we arrived, it was neither prepared nor even reserved. We also had to wait a long time at reception. Overall, the restaurant gave an unkempt impression: The floor was dirty in places, slippery from grease and oil, and even sticky in the restroom area. The restrooms themselves were extremely dirty – the men's area lacked toilet paper, and the women's area lacked soap. The tables were cleared very slowly, even though the restaurant wasn't full. Many dishes, cutlery, and glasses weren't properly clean. The buffet was particularly disappointing: The sushi was only half full for hours, and other dishes were regularly empty for a long time. The chocolate fountain was turned off halfway through the evening. The fresh meat on the Mongolian grill had freezer burn, smelled stale, and was served in a reddish liquid. The wait for the grilled food was sometimes so long that it was already cold by the time it was served. The ice cream also had to be refilled upon request. The large and, in some cases, high-quality selection of drinks deserves special mention. I'm only awarding the second star because the birthday girl received a small gift from the service robot – a nice gesture that unfortunately couldn't disguise the overall impression. Conclusion: The many positive reviews seem to date back to better times. Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer worth recommending.

Was there today - never again!!!! It's a shame they have to give it a star. There's no one there to greet you when you enter. You barely sit down at your table before you're rushed to the buffet. The cleanliness of the restrooms leaves much to be desired, and any train station restroom would be better. Aside from the fact that the food is consistently cold, the selection is meager, which doesn't justify the price of €31 per person. I complained to management about the conditions, and what I received was a lack of understanding, a rude mouth, and a high degree of inflexibility. I can't even write more than I could puke. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

We've been going to the Dragon Pagoda once a year for about 12 years to fortify ourselves beforehand for the festival. We now pay €31.90 per evening for all-inclusive with a drinks package. The food is still excellent. The only thing that's really annoying is the robot assistant that brings the fresh meat from the grill with loud, repeating music! The concept should be reconsidered! Otherwise, very good, as always!

Couldn't keep up with the food at the buffet

It was my first time there. I was extremely satisfied.

We quite enjoy our time here. The food is very tasty. There's a bit less selection than some other Chinese temples, but it's absolutely sufficient. Value for money 👍

The taste of the buffet food wasn't outstanding; there are better Chinese restaurants. The restrooms are so bad that they should almost report it to the health department. And this hasn't just happened recently. The report to the service staff is apparently not passed on or not understood. I've eaten there three times and was disappointed each time (especially because of the restrooms). Suggestion: Go to the restroom first, then you don't need to order anything else. Take some photos of it.

You don't have to go there a second time.

It was our first time there and we'll be back. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was friendly. I can't recommend this place!! The food wasn't tasty. It was dried out/old. There were a few flies at the buffet. The chairs and floor were very sticky. The tongs at the buffet could use a cleaning (they were completely sticky). It just wasn't clean. Even the robot was very dirty. I'd rather not even mention the toilet!!!!

Oh well, the buffet was good like everywhere else. There were problems with the supplies in places even though there was nothing going on (8 tables occupied). The highlight was the robot that brings the grilled food to the table. And that was the problem: the guy on the grill grilled everything to death; the meat was like the top of your shoe, the fish was drier than dry, the vegetables were burnt, etc. When I asked about it, I was told that it could happen sometimes - sure, but not with 5 out of 5 plates. Unfortunately, it was our first and last time.

Just getting up to the restaurant was disgusting; the railing in the stairwell was sticky like a gummy bear. So, first, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Soap dispenser broken, no soap... The women's restrooms were still filled with submarines, and the soap dispenser wasn't working properly there either. The drama continued at our seats. Eating from the menu was virtually impossible. Certain dishes were no longer available, but they were listed on the menu. Furthermore, the online prices didn't match those in the restaurant. The drinks menu was over 10 years old. But we were told that wouldn't be a problem, they still had everything... that was a lie... Moreover, all sorts of prices had been wildly painted over with ballpoint pen. So we left without eating anything. A complete waste of time

Absolute disaster!!! They more or less rudely force you to eat the overpriced buffet, otherwise you have to wait a long time for the à la carte menu. Prices on site don't match the prices online. It's much more expensive in the restaurant! The drinks menu is 10 years old, and the prices there are wrong too. There's no soap or towels in the restrooms. The women's restrooms don't flush... The staff are absolutely rude and only interested in money. I can't say anything about the food; we didn't let it get that far. Never again!!!

Simply typical Chinese. They only offer a buffet and no à la carte menu. The surcharges are a bit confusing and a rip-off. There are many different prices. On weekdays, the price is higher on Friday/Saturday, and there's an additional surcharge on Sunday. There's also a holiday surcharge, even if it falls on a Sunday. The food was okay. Whatever you took off the grill was delivered by a robot. So far, it's okay; I'll definitely go again.

Unfortunately the staff is getting worse and worse, you have to walk across the table to get a plate while you are eating and when we wanted to pay we got the answer I am eating so you have to wait now and what didn't work was a loud argument in the middle of the restaurant between the staff there is nothing to complain about the food itself, only about the staff

What we didn't like was that some dishes were too cold. The water for the ice cream scoop was so dirty. The one on the other hand was not cold enough. We also found a bottle of mineral water for just under €7 very exorbitant

Unfortunately, I have to point out several shortcomings here: The entrance area, which was supposed to be staffed, was empty. How do you know where to sit after making a reservation? The food is served relatively cold by the electronic man. Furthermore, this type of food delivery is quite unhygienic. The plates are completely open so that other guests walking past could come into contact with this food. The acoustics make you feel like you're sitting in a train station at times. It is generally very noisy due to the tiled floor and partly bare walls. Acoustic decouplings are set up elsewhere. The real staff seems slightly stressed. Last Friday was my first visit there. Here the food was only slightly burnt. A day later I tried the so-called B sample. Here I noticed that the food was even more burnt, some of which was brought to the table cold. The second visit was also my last visit there. Sorry

I visit restaurants exclusively according to the “All you can eat” system, so I can compare. Saturday day €22.90 drinks included. The food is delicious and fresh, especially the duck 🦆, the boxes with dishes are constantly replenished, there is a grill, the service is excellent. I recommend it.

Was there on March 29th, 2025 in the evening. What can I say :( Food was ok - very small selection for the price, sushi almost always dry, ginger dried out and slightly browned, almost only dirty glasses, lots of dirty plates, the toilets for both men and women (reported by my wife) were completely dirty including the washing area. Open toilet doors, which unfortunately you could smell nearby, where there are also seats. It's hard to imagine what hygiene is like in the kitchen. Service - worked so far except that no one showed up to pay for over 20 minutes. I can't make any recommendations here.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. Every company canteen is more comfortable. The food was mediocre. The plates weren't cleared away, so I just put them on the next table.

The food was delicious and there was a much better selection than two years ago. We paid €30.90 for the buffet with a flat drink. The drink selection was very good! The service was also very good and very friendly. It was easy to have a conversation and the grill selection was also very good. What also surprised us was that there was a robot that brought the grilled things to the table. We really liked that too. Unfortunately, the toilets were very uninviting and mostly dirty or damaged. We'll be back!!!

The usual Chinese restaurant buffet, however, tasted good.

We were there yesterday with the children. Since we knew that the children weren't that hungry, we ordered fried noodles for them and a buffet for us adults. Their food wasn't there yet so they stole two spring rolls from my plate. The waitress immediately shouted quite loudly that the children weren't allowed to eat anything from the buffet. Yes, from a business perspective, understandable. Human behavior looks different. She could have come to our table and told us this in a normal tone. We had trouble understanding them anyway. The toilets were really underground, not only dirty but also in need of renovation. The food was good but we won't come back.

Preferably 0 stars. We went out to dinner on Valentine's Day. €30.90 per person. There was only frozen food. We are not allowed to eat grilled meat. Very dissatisfied. And then Mouse runs comfortably through there. From staff only came, it's normal. We had to pay Volke's price. Terrible! Not recommended

Almost everything there is frozen! We had no choice as to which buffet we wanted, the food was disgusting and poor selection. The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to compromise. At the end of our visit we saw a MOUSE running on the floor and the staff said it was normal. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE and poor quality

The lunch is careless and prepared. All Tk goods and we don't even want to talk about the taste. When I wanted the invoice (receipt) I had to wait 15 minutes until the cash register started up.

We were there on Saturday and the buffet was rarely refilled. Duck was dry and the raw prawns for the grill also showed how long they had been on display. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly over the years.

Completely exorbitant prices, especially in the evening. The buffet prices with and without a flat rate for drinks are stated on the website. We wanted to order buffet without the drinks flat rate. The service person rudely told us that this wasn't possible. If you just want to drink a glass of water, you're paying way too much. As in most large Chinese buffet restaurants, you don't get a bill here, even though the restaurant is obliged to do so. This is often done to hide the sales from the tax office. The waitress just adds everything up on a meal sheet and then states the amount. If you pay by card, you will receive a receipt, but it is not an invoice. We probably won't go there again.

Delicious food, quite a good selection of fish and mussels for grilling, and different types of meat. A good selection of different varieties for long meals and dessert at the end. It's also nice that there are as many drinks as you want for free. Tuesday, when seniors can feast a little cheaper, is also a good idea. 👍🏼👍🏼

We are always very satisfied. I can't agree with the bad reviews. Yes, it's loud. This is unavoidable on this scale. Otherwise we are always greeted and served in a friendly manner, the food was always fresh and plentiful and the prices are more than reasonable. On the weekend with 4 people all including buffet and drinks = 105€. We don't have that anywhere else. The only negative points: The toilets need to be renovated and the cheap labor that was supposed to clear the used dishes needs to be replaced! Occupies the guest tables, almost falls asleep at the table while the plates and glasses are piled up everywhere and then drives the car into other guests without a sound of apology. That's better!

Large selection of grilled food, large selection of desserts, the selection at the normal buffet and sushi was larger but still sufficient. My child always finds something to eat. The waitresses are as nice and accommodating as always. My child's highlight is the self-driving robot that brings the food from the grill 🤭

Really great selection (bigger and more extensive is always possible, it's always enough), really delicious food, good selection of drinks, dessert, well, that should be seen as a bonus. In good hands, just make inventory made of glass and the windows could see the rag again so that the guests feel a little more comfortable. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately my visit was not satisfactory. The staff seemed stressed and sometimes unfriendly, which had a negative impact on the atmosphere. It was also very noisy and there seemed to be a lack of organization - some dishes were empty and the tables were full of dirty dishes. I hope these points will be improved in the future so that guests can feel more comfortable.

Wir waren für den Geburtstag meiner kleinen Schwester dort, wir baten sie, die Geburtstagstorte zu bringen, die Dame lehnte ab und sagte, sie habe viel zu tun. Dabei war der Laden fast leer. Als es dann ans Bezahlen ging, stellte sie uns zu viel in Rechnung, obwohl wir ein Buffet ohne Getränke hatten. Als ich sie um eine Erklärung bat, schrie sie mich regelrecht an und ging dann weg, während ich mit ihr sprach. Als ich dann darauf bestand, dass sie unseren Tisch überprüfen sollte, schrie sie mich an, dass ich ihr das hätte sagen sollen und entschuldigte sich nicht einmal. Ich würde dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen!!!

Never again in this restaurant. You don't even deserve one star! We were there for my little sister's birthday, we asked her to bring the birthday cake, the lady refused and said she was busy. The restaurant was almost empty. When it came to paying, she overcharged us even though we had a buffet without drinks. When I asked her to explain, she literally yelled at me and then walked away while I was talking to her. Then when I insisted that she check our table, she yelled at me again that I should have told her and didn't even apologize. I would not recommend this restaurant!!!!

At the buffet I always stick to sushi (very good) and have fish grilled. Then baked pineapple with honey. This is all excellent. The service leaves a lot to be desired and the atmosphere of such a large restaurant is not that cozy. I really enjoy going there every now and then.

Food standard but good, very loud and hectic

For the first time I was really very disappointed. We made reservations for five people and were seated extremely close to one table. All the large round tables were free, but we were not allowed to occupy them. The food has deteriorated in taste and selection and the staff is completely unmotivated. Unfortunately the toilets were dirty. I've never experienced anything like yesterday. Too bad.

Food is tasty and fresh but it is very loud and crowded. Everyone seems hectic and running around. The prices have also gone up quite a bit. Anyone who can handle that will still be happy here. The quality of the food is really good.

The food is delicious and warm at the buffet. The grill is slow at peak times and the food quickly arrives at the table cold. Beef fillet was done. No discount is offered for people with disabilities. At the table you are rudely told that you are not allowed to drink with others. Even the statement that you couldn't do it anyway didn't come up with anything from others. Why I didn't want a buffet came straight away at the beginning, when I asked about the soup, I said why, it's only liquid, Buffett should take it, it's all in it. 😖 I then ordered from the menu. But it was nicely observed. We could put the plates on the cart when we're done. Service for €30 per person is probably not included. We should keep the dirty cutlery and not take new ones. The service seems very unfriendly. The food is rich and valuable. Reservation is possible but has no relevance. Unfortunately, the chocolate fountain was already out at 8:30 p.m. Which is quite outrageous when it's open until 9:30 p.m.!

I made reservations over the phone for several people, including several children, and I was told that children up to 12 years old were free because it was a holiday. I called again to ask if I had understood correctly and it was confirmed to me twice. WHEN we were there, she added all the children to the bill. When I asked about it, she became loud, aggressive and didn't let anyone talk to her, even the boss there was totally unfriendly and aggressive. The food, well, wasn't exactly tasty either. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

We had dinner there with 10 people on Christmas Eve. A table for 12 people was originally ordered. Nothing was prepared. Tables were then put together as an emergency, of course much too tight. The food wasn't tasty. The selection really left a lot to be desired. Drinks were OK... The service staff wasn't able to clear the empty plates. There is a massive renovation backlog in the toilet facility. Overall, the whole place seems quite "dirty." Overall, not a nice visit. Was the last time...

We found the food really bad throughout. Not even the rice was edible - some of it was still hard (or again🤷🏻‍♂️) and tasted like sushi or fish. The fish fillet wasn't completely cooked on the inside, the breaded squid rings only tasted like a fatty, sometimes soggy breading, and the duck was completely wobbly on the outside and not crispy. Unfortunately, the freshly grilled one didn't work either - when the robot brought us the plates, I immediately noticed that the liver wasn't cooked properly. The half raw liver finished me off and I completely lost my appetite. The self-service glasses were either still soaking wet or covered in dried water stains - it was really disgusting! On top of all this, we sat next to a display case that acts as a kind of room divider - it was brimming with dust and dirt. All in all it was a damn expensive unpleasant experience. I just want to describe our own subjective opinion here - everyone should have their own experience.

The food, choice of food and ambience were very good. Unfortunately, the robot-grilled food arrived at the table cold Unfortunately the toilets are the opposite. Of the 5 toilets, one was permanently closed, one had water running constantly (flushing was not possible), the door of another could not be locked and the other two were heavily contaminated. I took my relief home with me after seeing it. Unfortunately, I felt that the lady at the reception was not responsible for accompanying me to the table, nor was I expected to say goodbye because her cell phone had priority.

Large selection of dishes, but the tangerines were bad and the fries were soggy.

The service is super child-friendly. My children feel very comfortable here and they like the food very much. The selection is large and I think the flat drinks are great. Price performance is right here. Everything is always freshly prepared. I can recommend this restaurant to everyone.
