Quick and efficient service, clean establishment with nice decor. The food is decent, but the prices are outrageous (17 euros for a pizza). The restaurant is lucky to have little competition in the shopping area.

A beautifully decorated wine bar (Genusswerk) with very interesting wines from many different wineries. From the Palatinate to France, a wide selection of red wines, white wines, and champagnes. Genusswerk offers a small menu of aperitif snacks, but you can also choose from the full menu of the Donna Mia restaurant (which is directly adjacent). A great combination! Worth a visit!

It's okay, from the outside I would have thought the menu would be bigger, but you want to grab a quick bite when you're out shopping (Outlet Zweibrücken).

We entered Donna Mia, sat down, studied the menu, and immediately got up and left. Totally overpriced, especially the pizzas. As Italians, we were speechless. Even the beautiful ambiance didn't help.

We received a very warm welcome, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The place is very well decorated, and the wait for the dishes was quite reasonable.

It was very, very crowded. Accordingly, it was loud. The service was nevertheless prompt. Special requests, such as a robber's plate for the little one, or additional cutlery or glass, were promptly accommodated. The taste was solid. The prices were a bit high. Conclusion: Highly recommended.

Excessively expensive dish. 26.90 euros for 3 measly pieces of meat and 100g of creamy mushroom pasta, as runny as water. Not to mention the 5.20 euro coke cut with sparkling water. Needless to say, I wouldn't set foot in there again. Ban it.

This is the second time I've been to this restaurant and one of the waitresses outright insulted us and accused us of leaving without paying the previous time without proof. End of story, she got the wrong person. But that's no way to treat people. What is this restaurant? It's already very expensive for average quality.

I can't recommend the pizza. The dough is dry (probably because they used too much flour), and the tomato sauce tastes like a ready-made sauce. Not worth it for a pizza that costs around €18.00. I won't be back.

We found this restaurant to be a successor to Gusto. The food selection is smaller, but very good. I found the drink prices very high. There's also no vegetarian pizza option. Despite this, the quality is very good, and the restaurant is highly recommended.

I'm in Zweibrücken for a few days as an employee, so today I went to Donna Mia. It started off great: I was allowed to choose from the employee card. But: I wasn't allowed to sit down to wait for my two dishes (I also ordered for tonight straight away), even though I could see five free tables and the upper floor was also free. I told the lady I only had a 30-minute break. Not to worry: it only takes seven minutes. In the end, it took 20. So I spent my break standing. When I asked for a bag, they just said "no." The pasta Arrabbiata: the sauce was good, the pasta not. The salad looks very good, but unfortunately it has the wrong dressing on it, so my colleague has to have it. The chicken is excellent.

Warning!!! 75cl bottle of still water for €7.50!!!! No carafe of water available, so don't forget to bring your own 😂 Otherwise, the food is very good and the waitress is friendly and smiling, even making the effort to speak French! We'll definitely be back (without ordering water🤣)

We were extremely disappointed by this experience. The pizzas are offered at excessively high prices (€14 for a simple Margherita), even though the dough is clearly industrial, devoid of flavor and taste. Beyond the lack of quality, what is most shocking is the hygiene in the kitchen: the pizza chef repeatedly scratches his nose, then immediately retouches the pizzas while they're being prepared without washing his hands or using gloves. We witnessed these unacceptable practices from our table. Furthermore, we ordered a bottled Coca-Cola and were served a flavorless, watered-down fountain Coke. At this price, it's simply unacceptable. For those looking for a true Italian experience, this is clearly not the place to go. I strongly advise against it.

Very bad Service. Sat down for 10 min and no one came to take my order although i would tell them excuse me, excuse me. Instead of coming to me they would walk by me to tables with more people and take their order instead although they came after me. I ended up leavening without eating because no one wanted to take my order. Unacceptable….

I didn't receive the dish I ordered. When I pointed this out to the young waiter (the thinnest one), I felt like I was bothering him. I had to call him back to get my real order. When I left, I discovered that I had been charged extra. The dish was way too salty, as was the bill.

The food was delicious. The mushroom sauce was fantastic! The breading on the schnitzel was a bit thick, but still tasty. The side salad was a bit overpriced at over €6. Very attentive service!

Visiting our son and he suggested Donna Mia for dinner. Excellent choice, great choices of flavored lemonade, pizza, pasta and soups/salads. Friendly people and great food. We had pasta, pizza and salads, all fresh and delicious. They have something for everyone so this makes a good choice for groups.

We had schnitzel with mushroom sauce. I have to say, I've rarely tasted such a delicious sauce. Everything was really, really good. The service was excellent and very fast. We'll be happy to come back.

We were there today. There were three adults and two children, and we waited 20 minutes even though there was no waiter. Later guests were served first. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience on July 12, 2025 at 5:30 pm. The guy staff member who was working for the outside seating was extremely rude. My friend called him and He told my friend “one second” and then completely ignored us. When I spoke to him directly, he responded in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the place. Definitely not the service you would expect.

Me and my two children loved this restaurant. Their host and server were so kind to my family. And their food all tasted great! I had the steak filet and fries (it had a chimichurri butter that you can put on top), kids pasta Bolognese, and the kids cheese pizza (shaped like a bunny). We ate all our food. Will definitely come again.

Ordered prosciutto pizza with arugula and pesto drizzle, got a ham pizza and told them this is not my pizza and they threw a hand full of arugula on top and said “is this ok” like, do you not see the issue? I just took the pizza and was like whatever. I’ll attach what I got before and what I got today for reference. I’ve ate at this place plenty of times for years and never had this issue. I also witness the same thing with another lady and she happened to be the same color as my skin (brown).

Until today I was satisfied, but offering 10% less from 5 p.m. is a good idea, except that when it came to paying the bill the waitress said sorry, we have to ask for it when ordering, now it's no longer possible! Honestly, out of 10 customers, 9 will be taken in like us today.

We were there today...my husband ordered a schnitzel...had barely ordered it and it was there...lukewarm, fries were soggy...they were definitely kept warm somehow and not freshly prepared...the drinks were also very expensive...35 euros for 1 schnitzel...1 small apple spritzer 0.2 and 2 small wine spritzers too many...service was overly talkative...once there, won't be going back.

We were just about to go there for dinner with our disabled child (who uses a wheelchair). It was relatively full, but the back area was still free. Our child screams when he's crammed in too tightly. However, no exception could be made, and the tone was so unfriendly. So, no matter how good the food is or not, my conclusion: Shitty place.

We had salad, pasta and pizza. The pizzas were perfect. It would have been a plus point if you had gotten some olive oil. Unfortunately my Spaghetti Aglio e Olio for €12.90 was overcooked. Unfortunately, the fried chicken strips we ordered separately for €5.90 were not seared. My time was too limited. Otherwise I would have mentioned this to the service person. The service was courteous and attentive. The salad was OK. The portion size of the tiramisu for €3.90 was reasonable. The espresso for €2.70 was okay. In total, the meal and drinks for three people cost around €95.

You spend a day shopping in the Zweibrücken outlet. Then combine this stay with a good meal. It's extremely busy around lunchtime and the food isn't exactly cheap.

The taste of the food is okay. Unfortunately the P/L ratio is not correct at all. When the waitress came with my pasta, I told her that I had ordered the normal portion, not the children's plate. She replied that I should just let you know if I wasn't getting enough. I did that afterwards. She just said she had already spoken to the boss. The portion would be normal, I could reorder for a fee... This behavior is so pathetic for such a nice restaurant... My daughter and her partner came a little later, I sent them both on straight away because they wanted to be fed. So friends, if I can't eat 50 kg, think carefully about whether it's worth it. The Donna Mia in Zweibrücken is a nice restaurant with friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was okay. A good tip for everyone: there is a 10% discount from 5 p.m., but you have to explicitly mention this when issuing the invoice as it is not automatically deducted. A little tip for everyone who eats there! 😊

The food is great, the decor is very attractive. The only problem is that there is no system to deal with people waiting for a table, a long queue that turns into chaos
