Dong Da Restaurant in Berlin

After traveling for a day I landed at my hotel and walked to find some nourishment. The space was cozy, the staff, very friendly, and welcoming. I had the Vegan spring rolls to start along with ginger, tea, and the tofu pho for my main. It was delicious, heartwarming, and just what my body wanted. Had dinner there on my last night I. Berlin with a friend and again had delicious food with a homemade matcha cake. Just splendid.

A super cute little shop. The service and food are incredibly good! There was practically no wait on a Friday evening. Highly recommended!

A very nice little family-run restaurant in the Kaskelkiez neighborhood. My favorite Asian restaurant. They have the best red curry for miles around. And I've tried a lot of different places. The taste is perfect, the consistency is just right (not too thick), and the crispy duck that comes with it is fantastic.

I've eaten there before, and it was very good then. This time, unfortunately, it was disappointing. The rice noodles with tofu and some vegetables consisted mostly of a lump of noodles. The whole thing felt like it was only seasoned with a splash of soy sauce. Unfortunately, my only conclusion is: you don't need to go to a restaurant for that.

Everything was simply amazing! I saw it by chance and tried it right away. Super authentic, delicious, and unbeatable value for money. I felt like I was in Asia. Truly, this is real, authentic Asian food!

Despite it being a Sunday at 5 p.m., we still managed to get a seat. Comfortable seating outside and a meal. The food was fresh and delicious. Low-salt options available upon request. A nice little family business, just as it should be.

We love this restaurant, with its cozy interior in the winter and shaded outdoor seating in the summer. The drinks are especially delicious, and we always enjoyed the specials on the menu!

Very pleasant little restaurant. It says family restaurant on the sign, I don't know if that means a family runs it or it's for families, but they definitely have children's portions too 😃. We think this is particularly great because we often go out to eat with our children and the normal portions are too big for them. Very friendly service and then also very tasty food (also good vegan). Pfarrstrasse is now totally quiet and the atmosphere is very nice.

Curry with duck ordered for delivery. Unfortunately no curry arrived, just rice with duck without anything. The restaurant did not want to make up for the mistake after I contacted them. A real shame for €18 Edit: Contacted Lieferando and asked for a refund as the restaurant couldn't resolve the issue and according to Lieferando the restaurant didn't agree to this so they can't refund anything.

Food and drink were excellent, I recommend the mien ga - soup is light but delicious. Cocktails are well worth the money too. Family run business and friendly staff. I wouldn’t trust Luke Schoen’s review as he’s clearly being unreasonable, who complains about waiting 20mins for food 😂

So good 👍🏼 would give 6 stars if I could. Recommend the Thong Long cocktail and king prawn starter and the Hanoi chicken pho. Waitress working very hard and very polite! No MSG, licked the plates clean, toilets clean! Best food I have had in Berlin, best Vietnamese I’ve had abroad and I’m half Vietnamese!! 🇻🇳

The food was delicious, at very reasonable prices and was prepared quickly. The service was A1. Authentic restaurant that I can only recommend.

Small restaurant, it is possible to sit outside and inside. During our visit there was only one waiter, and it took a long time before we could order. We waited even longer for the food itself, the guests who came after us ate earlier than we did. The food itself was good. The soup was too salty, but the sweet potato fries were very good, the salad with prawns was a large portion and also nice in taste. I recommend the restaurant if you are not in a hurry.

We recently ate at the family-run restaurant based on reviews. Unfortunately, we had mainly bad experiences that evening: Unfortunately, when we arrived there was no free table for us, even though we had previously reserved a table. After waiting for a while at tables temporarily pushed together, we were able to change when we asked. Unfortunately, it took around 45 minutes for our order to be taken. For both food and drinks. Only one person worked in service that evening, but it would have been nice if they had communicated that it would take a little longer today. We then had to wait a long time for food and drinks. Unfortunately, when the starters came, one dish was forgotten and was only brought with the main courses after we asked. Unfortunately, the most negative experience for us that evening was that one person in our group found 2 larger pieces of chicken in the meal they ordered (vegan dish). This simply cannot happen. We were then given a new portion of the dish, but in general we left the restaurant very disappointed, also because we didn't have the feeling that we were shown much understanding. The food tasted quite good. The prices are fair.

So so, rather better than worse. I want to recommend side dish with 2 big prawns served on bananas leave (do not eat it) and main dish with chicen breast suggested by the waiter.

Habe Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Leider nicht mein Geschmack was vietnamesisches Essen angeht. Ich kann leider auch nichts über die Authentizität sagen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Restaurant sieht sehr nett aus.

Wir haben hier sehr lecker für einen fairen Preis gespeist. Es gab Kinderstühle und es wurde sich nicht gestört am wilden Trubel unserer Kinder auf dem Gehweg.

Ein wirklich super leckerer Vietnamese mit frischem und vor allem geschmacklich sehr gutem Essen. Bisher hat mich jedes Gericht überzeugt. Das Restaurant ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen, sodass man im Sommer auch ganz toll draußen sitzen kann. Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich 👍. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

Der allerbeste Vietnamese ever. Jedes Gericht ist ein Gedicht und preislich unfassbar! Zu empfehlen ist immer der Blick auf die Wochenkarte und der "grüne" Kuchen 😋. Die Zutaten und die Zubereitung sind perfekt abgestimmt und eine Gaumenfreude. Ein Muss bei jedem Berlin-Besuch 😍 Vielen Dank an das Team von Dong Da, bitte macht weiter so!

Hauptspeise Nr. 13 ist sehr zu empfehlen. Dazu einen Ingwer Tee. Bedienung wie gewohnt freundlich.

Nach einem Termin in Berlin-Lichtenberg vietnamesisch essen gewesen. In der Victoriastadt bei Dong Da Restaurant in der Pfarrstraße eingegehrt. Bedienung: klasse, hilfsbereit und informativ. Essen: gute Küche, preisgerecht, schmackhaft. Fazit: gemütlich, sympathisch, fantastisch.
