Was there today. Friendly staff. I ordered at the terminal and wrote “please make it tasty” and it was actually very tasty. Therefore service and food 5 stars. My colleague hit his head on the huge “lampshades”, but otherwise they look very inviting. Therefore only 4/5 stars for ambience. Lg

The food is delicious, but the service is really unfriendly. The sentence to a customer “Please speak German” doesn’t work at all. Definitely won't be coming back. The extremely loud music in the kitchen doesn't necessarily help you relax.

Unfortunately my kebab arrived ice cold and I had written a note asking for less meat but it was full of meat and fat.

It doesn't work at all. Over 2 hours of waiting time, cold food, unfriendly staff, not tasty and completely overpriced for a mini box of fries. Never again.

Ordered again today via Lieferando. Delivery time was quicker than stated, it took 60 minutes. Delivery person really unfriendly - no “hello” no “thank you” for the tip. This time the food (I've often had cold food here) was really warm and really tasty. This time our wish for lots of sauce was also fulfilled. Unfortunately the kebab box is for !!13€!! really small and hardly any meat in it (even though we paid extra for meat. Dürüm for €12 is also super small, so for a total of €26 you would expect larger portions. Overall, larger portions (reasonable for the expensive price) would be fair. It would be great if requests were taken into account every time and not just every tenth time. Taste good, the rest can be improved greatly VACULATING SIZE OF THE PRODUCTS. TODAY YOU CAN GET ALMOST ONLY FRIES FOR €14. NEW PACKAGING ALSO LOOKS SMALLER. ONCE!! IN A YEAR EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GOOD SO FAR. IT CAN'T BE THAT HARD

I ordered a kebab when I opened it and there was a spider in it, then I ate it and died😔

The opening times are not correct at all, the shop closes at 10:40 p.m.! The food is still very tasty but if you think you can get another kebab at half past, you're wrong...

I ordered food and no fork came with it, even though it was clear that it was a school. I called early enough and the driver said it wasn't my problem. Was rejected in the store and told that it wasn't their problem. Now I can throw the food in the trash and the €13 as well

Up until a few weeks ago I had only had good experiences. But the last two times were very disappointing. We ordered 2 Dürüm with 3 different sauces, both of which only had a mini dollop of one. The previous time the sauces were missing from the kebab box. It's a shame when you discover something like that at home. In addition, the portions are getting smaller and smaller.

Food was good, only the side dishes ordered on the menu board were not included in the respective kebab and lahmacun. The ingredients I ordered were not there as requested, only the ones I ordered were missing. At €30 for 2, ordered via text on the menu board and paid for, a poor service. Hello everyone, In terms of taste, this kebab is just as good as the one in Förde Park and the staff is always friendly. Rude and unhelpful when ordering at the terminal. I bought my kebab at my regular shop and will continue to do so there. I definitely won't come here to DönerWerk again.

Unfortunately disappointing. Since new staff has been on site, the orders have become smaller and smaller and are always wrong. It was the last time today, what a shame.

If the food is ok, the waiter (boss?) is barely friendly, very busy connecting his screens. no wifi and above all not even a sink to wash your hands, in a kebab shop, it is unacceptable for customers, after all everyone has their own notions of hygiene...

Delivery took 1.5 hours, food was ok, I've ordered several times but after three times it's now late, no recommendation.

Definitely no longer ordering from us! It used to be better, the employees were unfriendly, the food was cold and soggy in each of the last 3 orders. It's a shame but we won't order here again...

It's really a shame my husband ordered specially at the terminal. He doesn't like vegetables at all, etc. Everything was done wrong for him. The jumbo he ordered for himself was topped with everything even though he only put in meat and sauce. I ate it because he couldn't have eaten it. The normal kebab, on the other hand, should be topped normally without tomatoes, what was inside (?) just meat sauce and a lot of tomatoes. He then had to pull out the tomato and eat it otherwise he wouldn't have been able to eat any of it. For the prices quoted here it's not possible... we won't be coming back. Price/performance ratio doesn't fit at all.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dönerwerk and was absolutely amazed by the quality and taste of the food. The kebab was freshly prepared, rich in juicy ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The selection of sauces and side dishes was varied and offered something to suit every taste. 😋

We had two kebabs to take away, which took us 5 minutes by car. The kebab was cold, certainly because of the cold sauces. Otherwise it was really very good, and what was in it was also delicious.

I have never been so disappointed with a meal. I ordered a pizza for €12 and was really annoyed that something like that was delivered the way it was delivered. The dough is just way too thin and the topping is really sad.

Ordered food which was canceled for no reason. Then ordered again. After almost 3 hours my food came without drinks. When you ask on the phone you are insulted in an unfriendly manner and told that it is not their problem and that I can pick it up from the store. I have never experienced anything like it. I'll never order from them again

As a Berliner, I found DönerWerk Flensburg to be the best kebab in Schleswig-Holstein to this day. In the small branch on Friesische Str all the employees are very nice.

I actually always liked ordering there, the food is of top quality. Today, however, the FoodTracker indicated that the order had been delivered. After a call, it was confirmed that the food was on the way, the FoodTracker was not working properly. After a total of 3 hours nothing has arrived. It's a joke, right? Lieferando has been notified and I ask for a refund because it was paid in advance with a credit note.

Everything arrived on time and warm with Lieferando. One kebab was so very spicy that it was almost inedible. You can look for onions with a magnifying glass

Ordering is simply the last thing and the sauces you enter or select are always missing! The portions are also smaller 15 euros for a kebab salad plus extra meat! In the end it's a small bowl that could be replaced by a bowl of kellogs, unbelievable never never never again!

I can't say anything about the ambience. It was a lieferando order. Officially the worst of my life. After waiting 3 hours I called and they forgot. When it finally came I was already asleep and my roommate accepted it. The promised cola as an apology was not there. Instead, after a total of about 4 hours of waiting, I got completely wrong meat!! I wanted chicken, specifically even the kebab plate with extra chicken. It's all veal. I hate veal. 4 hours of waiting time, 44€ and everything can go in the trash can. That's such an impudence I've never experienced it anywhere. Never again.

That was the last time! I ordered a Falafel Dürüm with hot and tzatziki sauce with iceberg lettuce and cucumber, I didn't feel like adding more ingredients. Due to my limited selection of ingredients, which were not balanced by an adjusted amount, the Dürüm was very thin. That's a shame, but it's my problem. I found it very bad that the sauces had absolutely no taste and two later orders were ready before me. I have ordered several times here and from other branches and every time there was something. Be it the kebab bread that is cut too deep and tears completely open at the first bite, the lack of taste and what I find worst: unfriendly employees. I can't say anything about hygiene, except that one employee scratches his face despite wearing gloves and another works the cash register and then serves the kebabs etc. without changing his gloves... I ordered via Lieferando. The app said a delivery time of 50 minutes, after I placed the order it said it would take two hours. Unfortunately, I had an appointment so I called and was told that it wasn't a problem and that it would go much quicker. The end of the story is that it's not even there after 2 hours.

Cold kebab even though the journey was only 5 minutes and after a hair was in the kebab, the appetite was finally gone.

I would never order there again! You get the wrong things and a lot less product for what you pay there. If you want to complain, they hang up or don't even answer the phone. Complete incompetence that you can't even manage to eat a kebab.

Ordered via Lieferando last week. Unfortunately the pizza was topped with kebab meat, which wasn't ordered and unfortunately wasn't eaten. Nobody was available by phone for 2 hours. And to date no response by email or anything. Really sad and very poor customer service. Pizza was then eaten without toppings. An expensive affair for 14 euros. The fries were also very soggy.

I have often ordered and found that the concentration of the workers is not there I love the chilli chese kebab and therefore almost always order it The problem is that this is the fifth time I've had a normal kebab It tasted all well and good, but the chilli chese with extra sauce is 3 euros more expensive I would have let them know in person but no one is answering the phone A little more organization is desired!!! Constantly changing quality. Unfortunately, it's like a surprise bag every time... In 30 percent of the cases, the kebab tastes really great, is well topped and tastes as it should. In the other cases, the kebab is either too small, poorly topped, or completely drowned in the sauces. My conclusion: At least avoid this kebab

Do your delivery drivers even have a driving license? The guy who is currently traveling with SL-DW-3000 can be happy that he is still alive in the egg file!!!! On a merging lane you have no right of way if both continuous lanes are in use! The idiot should go to a driving school again.

I ordered a large kebab box. And it came, judging by the contents of the box, a small one. And that after 1 1/2 hours delivery time. Instead of being extra as usual, the sauces were distributed directly into the delivery box over the contents. So the fries were no longer even remotely crispy. That was better too.

Ich habe in meiner Rezension für die Filiale Hochfeld ja schon berichtet, dass die Qualität deutlich schwingend ist. Mittlerweile ist aber für mich die Filiale Shell Friedenshügel deutlich näher dran und ich komme dann meist hierhin. Aber auch hier wird es nicht besser. Zwar rangiert der Döner, WENN er den korrekt nach Wunsch gemacht wurde, weit vorne. Das Brot ist immer super. ABER, selbst mit diesen neuen Selbstbedienterminal, die mittlerweile eingeführt wurden, wird es nicht besser. Eigentlich hieß es, dass sollte Fehler vermeiden, tja, ist halt der Kunde schuld wenn er was falsches drückt. Am Anfang war dies auch nicht sehr einfach, das ganze zu durchschauen....mittlerweile geht es aber. Naja, trotzdem bekommt man denn wie gewohnt die falschen Döner mit, Kalb statt Hähnchen, statt 2x Tzaziki nur 2x Cocktail aber kein Tzaziki.....das doofe ist, wo merkt man das? Ja, nicht im Laden. Und irgendwie passiert dies nahezu jedes mal. Die ziemliche Bocklosigkeit der Angestellten tut ihr übriges. Die hohen Preise zahlen somit nur das Ambiente....

Ich habe einen Dürüm im Menü mit Pommes und einer Fanta bestellt, und dazu 5 Nuggets für ca. 6.49€. Für den Preis warm die Nuggets nur ok, der Dürüm hatte zu viel Fleisch, und nur etwas Rotkohl, und vielleicht eine Gurke drauf. Auch nicht so geil. Lieferung war pünktlich. Der Fahrer hatte mich allerdings mit einer gewissen Selbstverständlichkeit darum gebeten, eine 5 Sterne Bewertung da zu lassen. Fand ich auch nicht so cool. Bin nicht ganz zu Frieden.

Das Essen hat mir gut geschmeckt. Der Service vor Ort war schnell und freundlich. Ich bin kein Freund von dem Bestell Automaten, mag das persönliche Gespräch lieber.

Ich weiß gar nicht wie oft man Käse im Döner vergessen kann 14 mal bezahlt 2 mal war er drin es steht doch auf dem bon oder aufm Monitor kommt mir vor als wäre das Absicht, ich kenne das auch nur vom Dönerwerk, das Personal sollte echt mal lesen

Also die Döner sind immer absolut lecker und in Ordnung, das ist das wichtigste. Etwas nervig ist die Parksituation da es direkt neben der Shell Tankstelle ist.. Aber ansonsten immer top.

Hab mir am Terminal einen döner bestellt ging dann auch sehr schnell nur leider wurde Salat drauf gemacht den ich nicht wollte. Ich habe bescheid gesagt und mir wurde direkt ein neuer ohne Salat gemacht also ich war sehr zufrieden hier und der döner schmeckt auch sehr gut und hat ne gute größe.

Mittlere Dönerbox nicht mal zur hälfte gefüllt. Sehr lange Wartezeiten.

Ambiente und Lage ist gut, Essen war durchschnittlich. Das Personal hingegen absolut unfreundlich, man wurde nicht einmal angeguckt. Während man eine Frage beantwortet hat (Welche Soße) wurde man schon unterbrochen und weiter gefragt, konnte nicht mal das eine Wort zuende sprechen. Das fertige Essen wurde förmlich vors Gesicht geschmissen wie einem räudigen Hund ohne ein Wort... Sorry, aber so ein "Service" geht garnicht, vorallem nicht in der Gastronomie. Unter aller Sau! Habe noch nie so etwas unfreundliche erlebt. 0 Sterne

Leider habe ich erst Zuhause bemerkt, dass mir anstatt eines Pides mit Hackfleisch eines mit Käse eingepackt wurde. Sehr ärgerlich.

Wenn ihr eure Touren schon als 2er oder 3er Touren rausgebt, solltet ihr bei dem letzten in der Reihe vielleicht 10-15 Minuten später auf "ist unterwegs" drücken in eurem System. Dann haben eure Kunden zumindest nicht das Gefühl, dass ihr Döner schon ne halbe Stunde durch die Gegend gurkt in der Verpackung.

Zwar etwas teuer, aber es ist halt auch direkt an einer Tankstelle. Das Sparmenü Falafelrolle hat für zwei Personen gereicht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und Extra-Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Fast 13€ für großen Dönerteller gekauft in der Box 20g Fleisch kaum Pommes dafür der Rest Salat... Genau so sah der Döner aus Brot mit Salat. War mal besser .. den lieber zur Konkurrenz in der Friesischen Straße.

Ich gebe diesem DönerWerk nur 3/5 Sternen! Die Döner schmecken wie von dönerWerk, sehr sehr lecker, insbesondere das Brot! Jedoch gibt es einige Sachen an diesem DönerWerk, die mich stören. Als erstes muss ich sagen, dass es sehr eng im Laden ist, was dazu führt, dass es sehr unangenehm ist dort zu sitzen und zu essen. Des Weiteren, läuft dort sehr oft Techno Musik; und das nicht leise. Da fühle ich mich ja fast schon als wäre ich im Kühlhaus. Da ich dort auch schon mehrmals war, muss ich leider auch sagen, dass öfters auch gerne mal was falsch läuft oder fehlt, bei den Bestellungen, was wenn man einfach essen will, stört.

Grundsätzlich gute Döner aber sehr hinterhältig. Bin da seit der Eröffnung und war von Anfang an begeistert. Mittlerweile aber sind die Größen verkleinert, die Preise höher gegangen und der Inhalt verringert. Also nicht nur wie andere Preiserhöhung wegen Inflation sondern gleich 3 Akte um den Gewinn zu steigern. Echt traurig wie man die Kunden so täuscht. Inflation hin oder her aber jedes Mal das Essen in der Größe zu verkleinern trotz einer Preiserhöhung ist schon traurig. Werde hier wohl nicht mehr hingehen, man wird jedes Mal auf neue enttäuscht und mit schwankender Qualität konfrontiert.

Gefühlt 2 mini Stückchen Fleisch auf dem Döner, man schmeckt nur Brot.
