Unfortunately, Anatolien was already closed, so I reluctantly tried it again after two years. Sadly, it was just as disgusting as before. I ordered double soft cheese, but there were only three crumbs on it. The herb sauce tasted like burger sauce. They didn't have any garlic sauce. I ordered without arugula, but it was on there too. Overall, the doner was extremely dry, and the meat was mediocre. I don't know how so many people can eat at Dönerwerk, because anyone who really likes and knows what a good doner is like wouldn't go there, sorry 😅

The service was friendly when bringing the food, but since everything is done via tablet... well, you know. I had a salad kebab (no picture), which I ate in the evening. I like it when the flavors have had a little time to meld, and this one was very tasty, although the bread tasted basic. As a meal deal, it also came with chili cheese fries, which were good, nothing special, with a decent amount of sauce. The Coke could be bigger than a 0.2-liter bottle. For dessert, I had hazelnut churros, which, in my opinion, had very little chocolate, and my expectations were different. With so little chocolate, they could have at least tossed them in cinnamon sugar, because as it was, they just tasted like greasy dough. So, really, small improvements that should be made. This would cost a company a few cents and lead to higher customer satisfaction. Sad.

I've never had such a terrible pide and such a terrible doner kebab. The delivery took forever, even though we only live a 5-minute drive away. The food was cold when it arrived. My pide with feta cheese and spinach had practically no spinach at all. The pide with minced meat was almost entirely tomato paste. The doner was cold and had more vegetables than meat, but it came with very little and the wrong sauce. Thanks for nothing. The portions were also very small.

I've ordered from Dönerwerk in Flensburg a few times now – and unfortunately, it's always a gamble whether the food will be good or a complete disaster. This time was truly the lowest of the low. The order took forever, the dürüm was soggy and completely soggy, the bread fell apart, simply unappetizing. The fries were soft – which I don't mind in itself – but overall, everything was just carelessly prepared. And then came the absolute shock: In the second half of my dürüm, I suddenly had a large piece of thin plastic in my mouth – apparently from some kind of packaging. That's not only disgusting, but also completely unacceptable. For over €17, I really expect more. It's a shame, because sometimes the food is really delicious – but only sometimes. And with this kind of uncertainty, I certainly won't be ordering from there again.

Way too long waiting times when ordering, and then the crap arrives cold too.

The staff wasn't unfriendly, the staff was, to put it mildly, "fucking rude." He yelled at my boyfriend in the store that only cash would be accepted, even though the customer had already paid by card. We had apparently selected cash payment on Lieferando, and so he couldn't change that now. Any normal person with a bit of common sense working at the checkout can change the cash payment to card payment. A woman in the store said they're always so unfriendly and usually get the order wrong. Well, the food was cold and the salad was brown. I wouldn't eat here again in a million years! I can't recommend it to anyone unless you're really in the mood for a bad mood.

Not only is the service incredibly unfriendly! We also ordered food and had to wait almost two hours for it to arrive. We live only a three-minute drive away. I really can't recommend ordering food from there at all. I'd rather make my own kebab, so I'd rather come and eat than ever order from there again.

1 star Burned doner bread should not be sold! The bread was visibly burned on the sides and, in my opinion, was therefore unfit for sale. Since it was a takeout meal, I unfortunately only discovered the defect when I unpacked it at home. It's a shame—I hadn't expected it to be like this. Highly recommended if you're not into waiting over two hours for food, having to call twice, and then eventually getting bland fries and an okay Dürüm. It really made my migraine mood worse. My actual order was "delivered incorrectly by the driver." At least I got a whole Fanta instead of a half liter. The driver was still nice, and the Dürüm was okay (albeit a bit soggy).

I ordered food at 5:35 PM and it's not supposed to arrive until 8:00 PM. It's now 7:34 PM and the food still hasn't arrived. Doner kebab is delicious, but that's not possible. The wait is too long, yes, haram.

Bad doner kebab, only a little meat and very salad

The food was ordered via Lieferando. The delivery time was "as soon as possible"... after 2 hours, we called to see what the order was looking like, and were told on the phone that the driver was on his way. After another 30-40 minutes, he finally arrived with our order, and all we heard was "Sorry, we're busy." It was a Saturday evening, so it's all well and good that it might take a little longer, but at least you can call ahead or something similar. About the food: we ordered 2 doner kebabs and 1 durum. The durum was at the very bottom of the bag and was practically squashed between the doner kebabs. The doner kebabs were okay, a bit greasy, but it was fine. The durum was, unfortunately, a complete disaster. The aluminum foil was completely greasy on the outside, so when I wanted to unwrap the durum to eat it, I had to wipe it with paper towels because it was dripping with grease!!!! Absolutely unappetizing and disgusting! 🤢 All in all, it was a complete disaster, and we will never order from there again!!

Yesterday I visited your shop twice in a row. Background: An order placed at the vending machine was incorrectly packaged. Order 206 from Thursday, May 29, 2025, contained a durum, a lamachun, and a kebab. The kebab was supposed to be without red cabbage, white cabbage, without onions, and with curry sauce. We got one with tzatziki, red cabbage, and onions. What's particularly annoying about this is that the Uber Eats order was ALSO incorrect. So I went to the shop in person - the Uber Eats driver just said, "Not my problem, I only deliver!" - and placed the order manually at the vending machine. That's not how it works! The previous order – unfortunately, I don't remember when – included an incorrectly topped durum wheat bread. I'm really understanding, but something like this shouldn't happen. Sure, we all make mistakes, but they should be adjusted and corrected. Next time I order, I'll allow myself to have it checked on-site! The driving is unnecessary. We'll deal with Uber Eats separately. That was really disappointing. Especially since there was no label attached to the bag. Pretty weird. I called after 45 minutes and wanted to cancel, but they said the order was on its way and cancellation was no longer possible. That was lie number 1. After another 45 minutes, I still hadn't received the food and called again. The employee was totally rude and said the food had just been put in the car and was on its way. That was lie number 2! Afterward, I tried to speak to the manager, and he called me a liar and said I hadn't spoken to any of his employees! A brief apology and correction of the bill would have been more professional. 5-6 employees were visibly overwhelmed milling around the kitchen area. If I order my food in-store to eat it there to reduce waste, then get a careless sausage on my plate and the fries served in a cardboard box, I find that pretty unprofessional. They also charge a deposit for the drink, which you don't get back after you've paid for it. A man who ordered immediately after me had to ask where his food was, and he was still sitting there when I left. I took the Coke bottle and dropped it off at Rewe. The deposit receipt went into the donation box. Then I bought myself a frozen pizza; I was hungry after all. That was the second time I've been there and definitely the last!

We actually always enjoy eating at the kebab shop. This time we ordered. Food was only lukewarm and the kebab was an absolute joke.
