Order placed at 6:09pm, confirmed at 7:40pm and delivered at 8:25pm...which can happen on a Saturday!!!! But delivered completely wrong. Ordered 2x Dutch kebab plate with chicken and cocktail sauce and it was delivered with veal and tzatziki!!!! I've never had such bad food, paid almost €37!!! Thanks for nothing

No, I can't recommend this place. The order was simply canceled after more than 2 hours without any feedback. It's simply unbelievable. I'll never order there again

I waited exactly 40 minutes for my takeaway order. It was probably the worst Dürüm I've had in the last 10 years. Far too expensive, terrible service, there is no order processing system at all and then the kebab sucks. That was my last kebab kebab.

Order directly at the terminal with the choice of eating on site or to go. Staff very friendly, food great.

Just take 8.30 euros for a kebab with cheese. Over 10% price increase in a very short time, although you already thought the price couldn't go from 4 euros to 7+ euros in 3 years. Doner Cartel is no joke folks.

I haven't been there for a while (DW at Shell), the reason can be read here in the reviews of the others from the time range, almost 1:1, getting really old-tasting meat from the warmer and massively fluctuating amounts of meat , sauce quantities etc.. even if you had ordered "extra meat" it didn't work at all and that happened on several visits (you have to fail me several times before I stop coming) 2.) I've been there about 5-6 times in the last few weeks, the reason was that once I still wanted to give it a chance (good result) and the other times I didn't experience any of the disasters and it was good as it used to be before the time in question 3.) However, if such a negative series breaks again, well everyone can imagine my reaction, you don't have that many chances on probation and in the end, nothing is quicker and easier to ruin than a very good reputation. The other way around, “you” (the operators/QS) seem to have succeeded, hats off to you for that, please make sure it stays that way.

The kebab box arrived almost cold and the fries didn't taste good. The delivery person had been unfriendly to me. I won't be ordering there anymore. You could also pack it better so that it stays warm longer

Correction 12/2024: I already reported in my review for the Hochfeld branch that the quality is significantly different. Now the Shell Friedenshügel branch is much closer to me and I usually come here. But things don't get any better here either. The kebab, IF it was made correctly as requested, ranks far ahead. The bread is always great. BUT, even with these new self-service terminals that have now been introduced, things aren't getting any better. Actually it was said that mistakes should be avoided, well, it's the customer's fault if he presses something wrong. At the beginning it wasn't very easy to see through the whole thing... but now it's possible. Well, you still get the wrong kebab as usual, veal instead of chicken, instead of 2x tzatziki only 2x cocktail but no tzaziki... the stupid thing is, how do you notice that? Yes, not in the store. And somehow this happens almost every time. The employees' lack of stubbornness does the rest. The only reason for the high prices is the ambience... Correction: increased to 4 stars. When the nice lady with the glasses makes the kebab, it is always perfect and the family is happy.

We ordered via the app and the kebab was supposed to be with us at 1 p.m. We called at 1 p.m. and the employee told us he hadn't made the order yet and sent us off, we have to go to class and we don't have any food

Dürüm for €12 is also super small, so for a total of €26 you would expect larger portions. Overall, larger portions (reasonable for the expensive price) would be fair. It would be great if requests were taken into account every time and not just every tenth time. Taste good, the rest can be improved greatly VACULATING SIZE OF THE PRODUCTS. Today a young person (around 13 years old) with restrictions asked for a glass of tap water after he had finished his kebab. The employee, who was generally unfriendly anyway, didn't give out tap water, but instead charged €2.50 for water. The boy didn't have the money and left. I won't eat kebab here anymore!

Something is always missing when ordering, last time it was the extra cheese for which you pay EXTRA, now the drinks that are included in the menu. Not recommended

We actually always enjoy eating at the kebab shop. This time we ordered. Food was only lukewarm and the kebab was an absolute joke. We really had to eat two more pieces of bread afterwards because the kebab was so small that neither I nor my girlfriend were even remotely full. For 9-10€ per kebab I definitely expect more here!

The food is delicious, but the service is really unfriendly. The sentence to a customer “Please speak German” doesn’t work at all. Definitely won't be coming back. The extremely loud music in the kitchen doesn't necessarily help you relax.

Unfortunately my kebab arrived ice cold and I had written a note asking for less meat but it was full of meat and fat.

Unfortunately disappointing. Since new staff has been on site, the orders have become smaller and smaller and are always wrong. It was the last time today, what a shame.

Delivery took 1.5 hours, food was ok, I've ordered several times but after three times it's now late, no recommendation.

If the food is ok, the waiter (boss?) is barely friendly, very busy connecting his screens. no wifi and above all not even a sink to wash your hands, in a kebab shop, it is unacceptable for customers, after all everyone has their own notions of hygiene...

It's really a shame my husband ordered specially at the terminal. He doesn't like vegetables at all, etc. Everything was done wrong for him. The jumbo he ordered for himself was topped with everything even though he only put in meat and sauce. I ate it because he couldn't have eaten it. The normal kebab, on the other hand, should be topped normally without tomatoes, what was inside (?) just meat sauce and a lot of tomatoes. He then had to pull out the tomato and eat it otherwise he wouldn't have been able to eat any of it. For the prices quoted here it's not possible... we won't be coming back. Price/performance ratio doesn't fit at all.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dönerwerk and was absolutely amazed by the quality and taste of the food. The kebab was freshly prepared, rich in juicy ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The selection of sauces and side dishes was varied and offered something to suit every taste. 😋

We had two kebabs to take away, which took us 5 minutes by car. The kebab was cold, certainly because of the cold sauces. Otherwise it was really very good, and what was in it was also delicious.

I have never been so disappointed with a meal. I ordered a pizza for €12 and was really annoyed that something like that was delivered the way it was delivered. The dough is just way too thin and the topping is really sad.

When you ask on the phone you are insulted in an unfriendly manner and told that it is not their problem and that I can pick it up from the store. I have never experienced anything like it. The worst kebab I've ever eaten

As a Berliner, I found DönerWerk Flensburg to be the best kebab in Schleswig-Holstein to this day. In the small branch on Friesische Str all the employees are very nice.

I actually always liked ordering there, the food is of top quality. Today, however, the FoodTracker indicated that the order had been delivered. After a call, it was confirmed that the food was on the way, the FoodTracker was not working properly. After a total of 3 hours nothing has arrived. It's a joke, right? Lieferando has been notified and I ask for a refund because it was paid in advance with a credit note.

Everything arrived on time and warm with Lieferando. One kebab was so very spicy that it was almost inedible. You can look for onions with a magnifying glass

I can't say anything about the ambience. It was a lieferando order. Officially the worst of my life. After waiting 3 hours I called and they forgot. When it finally came I was already asleep and my roommate accepted it. The promised cola as an apology was not there. Instead, after a total of about 4 hours of waiting, I got completely wrong meat!! I wanted chicken, specifically even the kebab plate with extra chicken. It's all veal. I hate veal. 4 hours of waiting time, 44€ and everything can go in the trash can. That's such an impudence I've never experienced it anywhere. Never again.

That was the last time! I ordered a Falafel Dürüm with hot and tzatziki sauce with iceberg lettuce and cucumber, I didn't feel like adding more ingredients. Due to my limited selection of ingredients, which were not balanced by an adjusted amount, the Dürüm was very thin. That's a shame, but it's my problem. I found it very bad that the sauces had absolutely no taste and two later orders were ready before me. I have ordered several times here and from other branches and every time there was something. I ordered via Lieferando. The app said a delivery time of 50 minutes, after I placed the order it said it would take two hours. Unfortunately, I had an appointment so I called and was told that it wasn't a problem and that it would go much quicker. The end of the story is that it's not even there after 2 hours.

I would never order there again! You get the wrong things and a lot less product for what you pay there. If you want to complain, they hang up or don't even answer the phone. Complete incompetence that you can't even manage to eat a kebab.

Ordered via Lieferando last week. Unfortunately the pizza was topped with kebab meat, which wasn't ordered and unfortunately wasn't eaten. Nobody was available by phone for 2 hours. And to date no response by email or anything. Really sad and very poor customer service. Pizza was then eaten without toppings. An expensive affair for 14 euros. The fries were also very soggy.

Constantly changing quality. Unfortunately, it's like a surprise bag every time... In 30 percent of the cases, the kebab tastes really great, is well topped and tastes as it should. In the other cases, the kebab is either too small, poorly topped, or completely drowned in the sauces. My conclusion: At least avoid this kebab

I ordered a large kebab box. And it came, judging by the contents of the box, a small one. And that after 1 1/2 hours delivery time. Instead of being extra as usual, the sauces were distributed directly into the delivery box over the contents. So the fries were no longer even remotely crispy. That was better too.

Ich habe einen Dürüm im Menü mit Pommes und einer Fanta bestellt, und dazu 5 Nuggets für ca. 6.49€. Für den Preis warm die Nuggets nur ok, der Dürüm hatte zu viel Fleisch, und nur etwas Rotkohl, und vielleicht eine Gurke drauf. Auch nicht so geil. Lieferung war pünktlich. Der Fahrer hatte mich allerdings mit einer gewissen Selbstverständlichkeit darum gebeten, eine 5 Sterne Bewertung da zu lassen. Fand ich auch nicht so cool. Bin nicht ganz zu Frieden.

Ich weiß gar nicht wie oft man Käse im Döner vergessen kann 14 mal bezahlt 2 mal war er drin es steht doch auf dem bon oder aufm Monitor kommt mir vor als wäre das Absicht, ich kenne das auch nur vom Dönerwerk, das Personal sollte echt mal lesen

Also die Döner sind immer absolut lecker und in Ordnung, das ist das wichtigste. Etwas nervig ist die Parksituation da es direkt neben der Shell Tankstelle ist.. Aber ansonsten immer top.

Leckerer Döner jedoch bis auf das Brot nichts besonderes. Für mein Geschmack etwas zu teuer

Hab mir am Terminal einen döner bestellt ging dann auch sehr schnell nur leider wurde Salat drauf gemacht den ich nicht wollte. Ich habe bescheid gesagt und mir wurde direkt ein neuer ohne Salat gemacht also ich war sehr zufrieden hier und der döner schmeckt auch sehr gut und hat ne gute größe.
