We ordered food and something to drink. The drink was missing and there were shards of glass in the kebab!

The food came much too late and there was still glass in the kebab. Luckily I stopped eating it in time. Deliveries don't work well either because it was apparently too much to deliver another Fanta that was ordered.

Trunk business > good consistent quality! Portion for price performance is fair. Keep it up

One star because no other rating is possible. Despite the fact that there were no other guests in the restaurant, the operator preferred to spend time with his cell phone rather than with our order. When it came to paying, they definitely didn't want to accept it with a card, even though this option was available. After we insisted, we were refused the receipt. We were traveling on business and needed this for billing. With reluctance and a very nasty and impossible choice of words, we finally received the receipt and were thrown out of the restaurant. I wonder what taxes these businesses pay? There must be a serious reason why I always encounter resistance to receiving an invoice from such shops. HERE, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Super good food, especially the pizzas taste fantastic. Staff also nice and friendly. Prices are also within reasonable limits. Definitely come by often. Highly recommended.

catastrophe I ordered via Lieferando, delivery time was about 20 minutes, food was there after 75 minutes. Leuna-Merseburg... The food just arrived here cold, the driver didn't say a word, handed the food to me and literally ran away. I called and said that the place was completely cold. It was explained to me that the sauces come from the fridge and the salad so that's normal.. I already took a dürum from Globus Döner in Leipzig to Leuna and was able to eat it warm. So what a ridiculous statement. By the way, he just hung up afterwards. No goodbye, nothing! Impudence! Never again!!! However, the food is cold, but tasty

I have no idea what kind of problems they have with us, but the order was simply canceled. It seems to be going too well. I wouldn't recommend it anymore

Very tasty kebab and friendly service :) clean and tidy.

We ordered via Lieferando. Once Dürüm extra spicy and once with the request not to use anything spicy. Both Dürüms contained herb and garlic sauce. Food came exactly at the time ordered, unfortunately there were no sauces on one of the Dürüm. Called, explained the case, had the order looked again to see that it didn't say no sauce, just no hot sauces. In the background you could hear a man saying that new Dürüm with herb and garlic sauce was being prepared and would be brought over as quickly as possible. The bell also rang within 10 minutes. The delivery person came with 2 sauce containers and I almost lost my faith. So really. Dürüm was of course cold in the meantime. Customer service is different for me... But the food was tasty and you can't deny the speed. I'll check my choice of words more closely next time.

Essen kam früher wie angegeben. War noch sehr warm und sehr lecker! Wir bestellen nur noch da Döner und co. !

Essen war lecker, Bestellung war Recht schnell da. Dönerbox hatte leider scharfe Soße drin obwohl ohne bestellt wurde, aber nach einem Anruf wurde uns direkt eine neue, gratis, geliefert.

Ich war angenehm überrascht... Ich hatte einen Döner, das Fladenbrot war ein kleines ovales das einen sehr guten Geschmack hatte. Das Fleisch war geschmacklich gut der Salat frisch und die soßen (scharf und Knoblauch) haben sehr lecker geschmeckt... Die Portion war für 5,50€ sehr gut ich bin alle mal satt geworden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich... Von außen sah der Laden gar nicht so ansprechend aus, aber das essen war dafür sehr gut. Gerne komm ich wieder 👍

Für mich einer der besten Döner in Merseburg - bisher zwar nur bestellt hier, aber auch nie enttäuscht worden. Besonderer Geschmack im Gegensatz zu anderen Dönern in Merseburg. Gute Qualität von Fleisch und Brot plus richtig gute Soßen.

Alles war Top, online bestellt, auf die Minute pünktlich geliefert, der Lieferant war sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch sehr lecker👍👍👍. Empfehlung😍

Wer Bock hat auf einen leckeren Döner, Pizza oder überbackene Gerichte hat, ist hier genau richtig. Nicht nur das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, sondern auch der Service. Mitarbeiter immer gut gelaunt, für ein Späßchen offen und schnell in der Zubereitung. Für mich der beste Döner weit und breit.

Fahrer war sehr freundlich :) Lieferzeit war auch in Ordnung… das Essen (Dürüm + panierter Blumenkohl) war ganz ok.. hatte Kalbfleisch angegeben und Hähnchen war drin.. der panierte Blumenkohl war auch in Ordnung.. 3 von 5 Sterne 😊

Schnitzel, Pommes und Dürum sind sehr lecker haben dort zum ersten mal bestellt und sind super zufrieden. Lieferung kam auch Recht schnell.

Die Burger sind die besten gerade in Merseburg echt nice
