The best kebab shop in Schnelsen!!!!

Really an Eckelhalter kebab, it was completely wet and dripping and even though I bought it without sauce, it's not an exaggeration what I'm saying, the part was inedible, the meat wasn't cooked through. And for a price of 8 euros, we eat real rubbish. I travel to pretty much every kebab shop but I absolutely can't recommend this.

The portions have become really small and the prices are very high for what you get there. Long wait and last time I didn't get what I ordered.

The kebab is delicious. You can eat very well. The service was also very good, you could pay by card. I was very satisfied, but it wasn't the best kebab I've ever had. I like it when the ingredients are mixed together in a bowl and then put into the bread, not layered. But that's definitely a matter of taste. All in all recommended

The Dürüm was relatively small and had very few toppings, so it was mostly dough in the mouth. You probably can't expect more for the price. The meat was relatively tasteless and although tzatziki and garlic were available, it was served from the same container, which probably wouldn't have made any difference as the sauce itself was very bland. All in all, a run-of-the-mill Dürüm of the lower level that you would probably "enjoy" after a night of partying in the neighborhood. Addendum for 2024: The kebab has become extremely small and the price of €7 is definitely not justified, Schrinkflation sends its regards. The tzatziki sauce is delicious.

I went to this kebab shop today and had a very unpleasant experience. When I asked about the price of my kebab salad and drink, the employee reacted very rudely and aggressively. He told me that he had worked there for twelve years and knew the prices, but his response was unprofessional and inappropriate. It's not okay to speak like that to customers who are simply asking a question. I wasn't being rude or confrontational, just wanted clarity on pricing. If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have left and left my food. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the store

4-5//5 Ingredients are fresh, the portions are ideal and the shop is clean - the kitchen is almost completely visible. Parking is only available on the side street and unfortunately not the cheapest. Good for that.

I do not recommend this place. Just because im a tourist and cant speak german they burned my food. I even told them no onion and they put extra onions just to mess with me. I highly recommend you not to eat in this restaurant. I was really hungry so I tried to eat this and now I got a stomachache. From 1-10 I give this place a 0. Thank u for giving me a stomachache

Great restaurant - not just for eating kebab! You can sit inside and outside. Food is always good (really good kebab) and the staff is super nice ✨

Best durum I’ve ever had! All the ingredients were fresh and tasted super yummy. We had a Turkish beer and an iced tea to drink. For dessert we tried the baklava. Fair prices and super friendly staf! Thank you from Barcelona !

The pavilion looks very well maintained. Was there today for the first, but certainly the last time. I think it's overpriced for the portion sizes. Unfortunately it wasn't good either. Totally dry and not as ordered. Criticism is also rejected. I'm really not a complainer, but I also don't see how I can approve of everything anymore. For the money I'd rather go out and eat properly.

I was recently at the kebab pavilion and had a kebab plate there. The food was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and perfectly seasoned, the sides were fresh and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and attentive. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the quick preparation. An absolute must for every kebab lover in Hamburg! I'll definitely come back.

We ordered a kebab plate and a jumbo dürüm. There wasn't much meat in the Jumbo Dürüm, it felt like there was more salad. The kebab is Helal and doesn't taste bad, but I felt like I was in a bar... The whole place was full of all kinds of alcohol. Helal kebab but haram alcohol.

Unfriendly staff, bad food. It once tasted much better there than it does now, and the staff is unfriendly and disrespectful towards the customers. I won't come back here

Baklava soggy and hard at the bottom, very bad. After asking if you could exchange your baklava (with pistachios) (since there wasn't any pistachios available), you were just brushed off loudly and unfriendly. Unfriendly staff and little respect for customers. Not recommended 👎

Ordered baklava & specifically asked if there was pistachio in it, only to realize it wasn't just pistachio that was missing because the puff pastry was also soggy. The customer service was accordingly.

More than a snack! And it's just too bad for kebabs! Open kitchen with charcoal grill. There are almost fifty seats. A very well-coordinated team quickly copes with peak times. Price/performance ratio is wonderful here.

I'm getting back to you because I believe this time it will be the same as before. Today I ordered Lahmacun with kebab meat €9.00 with veal, with sauce, spicy. Sharp SOS, unfortunately it's probably a bug. Where's the sauce you used to have? And this amount? Next I ordered Lahmacun with kebab meat€9.00 with veal, with tzatziki. The staff probably forgot to add SOS. I understand that you have many orders. But I also order and pay for it from you. I tip the driver and hope that I will eat as deliciously as I ordered. And if I'm wrong, it's time to give up your services. And unfortunately I won't recommend your food. It would be nice if you paid attention as I used to recommend you to everyone. I won't even mention you now.

I would like to rate the kebab, but I've been waiting for it to arrive for over 90 minutes. On a Wednesday evening, you'd think you wouldn't have to wait more than an hour for your order, especially since it said "45 minutes maximum" online. We were assured twice on the phone that the courier was on the way, which was now half an hour ago. CATASTROPHE. If you want to lose weight, the Döner Pavillion is a good option - the food doesn't arrive anyway.

Great service...they left it out longer for us so that we could eat and drink something after 11 p.m. 1A! The food was of course also very good. Keep it up.

Only had something to take away but the price/performance was ok. Food was really tasty. I would have hoped for a little more sauce on the kebab bag.

My kebab had 30 grams of meat and 70% salad

I ordered a kebab box for 8€, it was half filled with fries, the rest with salad and very little meat on it, it felt like 50 grams, it was also very salty. Never again !

This is the real heart of Schnelsen. Everyone meets here. The Adana skewers made on the charcoal grill are recommended. And always check what the daily specials are. Sometimes an excellent leg of lamb beckons. Or - atypical for a Turkish restaurant - moussaka. Doner kebabs and the like are of course also great.

The kebab is good. The service is also quick. With a lot of orders it can get a bit hectic and noisy. Takeaway is more recommended.

The fries are gluten free. There is also red cabbage.

The boss is simply too stingy to hire a driver. The order says 30 minutes, the driver is 20 minutes late or after an hour after the order it arrives but cold the reason the driver has to drive to 4 customers beforehand the 20 minutes in a different direction is crazy and the driver only gets in trouble because the boss can't manage to plan properly

Pretty disappointing. We moved here a little over 3 years ago and in the first year we often ordered and picked up there, it was always delicious and everything was right! For almost 1.5 years it has tasted good and sometimes it doesn't taste good. Today we thought we would try it again for almost a year and again nothing went right. We picked it up and ordered: a fries, a currywurst with fries and a kebab with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, veal and tzatziki. We got everything right except for the kebab, which only had meat and tzatziki, then we called and were supposed to pick up the right one, which we did and got a new kebab that wasn't right again because the salad was missing again and of course everything else at home was cold when we got back home. We won't try it again from now on.

Cold meat, cold roll, little sauce

Das essen dort war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, ich dass Fleisch und die Pommes waren sehr knackig bzw. das Fleisch war außen etwas knusprig und innen weich, perfekt und lecker, der Salat war in Ordnung hat nicht all zu frisch gemacht aber natürlich in Ordnung. Leider wurde mit der Sauce gesparrt.. aber es gab ein Tee aufs Haus! Es ist auf jedenfall lohnenswert hier vorbeizuschauen. 15€ für ein Dönerteller und Getränk ist völlig in Ordnung.

Wir waren überrascht, wie schön das Rest. innen ist. Hatten eine einfache Dönerbude erwartet. Die Bedienung sehr nett und schnell. Das Essen, Dönerteller, hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Sehr nettes Gespräch mit dem Inhaber Ehepaar geführt. Danke! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Klasse - tolle Auswahl aus dem türkischen Schnellrestaurant-Bereich. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, wirklich ordentliche Qualität. Heute waren sogar die nervigen Fernseher aus. Da kommt man gerne wieder!

Der Döner hier wurde mir wärmstens empfohlen. Und zurecht. Sehr leckeres Fleisch, die Soßen vermute ich mal selbstgemacht. Und die scharfe Soße ist sogar mal scharf, was wirklich nicht überall die Fall ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die "kleine" Servicekraft, die immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen hat, egal wie vielen Kunden sie ausweichen muss. Super

Unzählige Male bin ich schon daran vorbei gefahren. Dann mal etwas zur Lieferung bestellt: Doe Lieferung dauerte etwas, aber das Essen war lecker. Später noch mal zum Mitnehmen etwas bestellt (Dürüm und Dönerteller), nur ganz kurze Wartezeit und wieder sehr lecker. Auch das Baklava kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Ich habe dort zwei Gerichte zum mitnehmen bestellt. Einmal einen Veggie Döner mit Käse für 7,00€. Leider musste ich zu Hause feststellen, dass gar kein Käse vorhanden war. Ich habe mich geärgert 7,00 € für einen Döner mit Salat und Sauce bezahlt zu haben. Das Fleisch auf bei meiner 2. Bestellung war leider nicht so knusprig. Ansonsten war das Essen lecker.

Ich muss sagen, dass ist mit Abstand der beste Laden, den ich bisher kennenlernen durfte. Besonders herausragend finde ich, dass Hygiene sehr weit oben steht. Es gibt Leute die die Bestellungen und Geld annehmen und dann gibt es 2/3 Leute, die damit nichts zu tun haben und mit Handschuhen das Essen zubereiten. Wirklich super!

Wir haben gestern wiederholt dort bestellt und unser Favorit ist die Dönerbox. Einfach unschlagbar lecker. Ich finde das dieser Laden 5 Sterne verdient hat!

Sehr lecker! Frische Zutaten. Nettes freundliches Personal. Der Laden ist sauber, kann man gut gemütlich sitzen. Uns schmeckt sehr gut, wir kommen wieder. Oder bestellen nach Hause. Ging schnell und essen war auch warm. Es fehlte nicht. Sind sehr zufrieden ! Weiter so!!!!!

Hab schon wesentlich bessere Döner gegessen. Im Döner war zuviel Soße. Es war nur matschig!

O Punkte essen kam zu spät hat nicht geschmeckt und haben andere Speisen bekommen als bestellt. Nie wieder unverschämt man ist nicht satt geworden und Preise unverschämt ,Touristen abzocke.

Hier auf dem Weg nach Hause mit Hunger eingekehrt. Gut gefällt mit, das hier genau nach den Wünschen des Belags bzw. der Zusammenstellung gefragt wird. Geschmacklich gut, preislich im Hamburger Niveau. Dönermann freundlich. Alles in Ordnung !
