Quality has deteriorated significantly. Ordered here regularly at the beginning of the year and were always very satisfied. Delivery was -mostly- quick. There was always a lot of meat on the kebab and the price was definitely reasonable. Once we forgot the baklava. At some point we didn't order from there for a while and a few weeks ago we dared to do it again. Well, it's ok, but definitely not good anymore. The quality of the meat has also dropped significantly.

Never again! If you need a yellow ticket for a week, you've come to the right place! You don't have to go to Holland to get mushrooms anymore because the food poisoning is included. The dünschiss is ordered straight away. My colleague had to vomit several times after the kebab. I had Jäger schnitzel with fries, the fries were like cardboard so you could wallpaper the walls with the schnitzel It was ok for an hour, then I had the biggest spray shit I've had in a long time! I almost shit my pants so quickly it came

I ordered food to pick up. Orders said 20 minutes. It then took over an hour until I was able to pick up the food. When it was finally ready to be picked up online, I still had to wait another 15 minutes before I finally got it. I had ordered spaghetti seafood and I got spaghetti with tomato sauce. The other dish was a pizza where extra succus was ordered and that was also missing. The pizza rolls came without herb butter. All in all a complete disaster and not recommended.

I've been waiting for my food for over an hour and after I finally decided to call and ask where the food was, I was cheekily told on the phone that the order wasn't prepared at all with the reason that my drink doesn't count towards the minimum order value?! Always delicious! Today is the 9th time we have ordered since we moved here in November and we are and will definitely remain regular customers! The meat is delicious, both veal and chicken, the food comes incredibly quickly! Sometimes 60 minutes are announced and the food is there within 30 minutes, today 40 minutes were announced, it was only 25 minutes. And attention is really paid to what is written every time. I eat keto, am not allowed fries and always ask for more salad instead of fries. It has never been overlooked. Thank you for that. For us you are the best 😊

We were always regular customers, apart from the constantly burnt pizza rolls (although we always ask that they be kept light), everything was actually always okay. This time we received completely wrong and burnt orders, called them and had to hear that it was our mistake. Absolutely rude and disrespectful.

Worst doner kebab I've ever eaten, bad service, everything was unhygienic, the meat was cold and the sauce wasn't tasty, you grabbed the food after you had the money in your hand

I ordered a calzone there. This arrived cold!!! That is not how it works. I called them and complained!! The staff yells at you and there is no correction whatsoever. The staff just said that it was normal because it wasn't an open pizza. Antisocial I will never order from there again. Rude to the point of not being possible anymore. Nuggets are cheap pressed meat from Holland.

Food arrived very quickly, but the food was already cold and not even fully baked and when I called and asked for something to be repaired, the employee was rude and literally shouted at me. I have never experienced such bad service! Even one star is still too many!!!

Ordered kebab on Thursday ~1:00 p.m., bread tasted like untoasted old toast (soft and cold), meat had little taste (colder than lukewarm). Never again, sorry.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Miserable service. Waited 2 hours for my food after I called the store to ask when the delivery person would be there. I was told there was a lot to do and if I didn't like it I should order somewhere else next time. Conclusion food came after 2 hours was cold, limp fries and incorrectly prepared neither good food quality nor good service from me a maximum of 1 star.

Von drei Gerichten war eins richtig und zwei falsch. Sowas sollte nicht passieren, vor allem wenn das Geschäft nicht voll ist und man die Bestellung normal entgegen nehmen kann. Drei Sterne gibt es alleine wegen dem Geschmack. Der war gut. Bestellt wurde: Ein kleiner Döner normal (war richtig) Ein großer Döner nur Fleisch ( gemacht mit Soße und Salat konnte gerade noch verhindert werden) Doppelte Portion Kebab Fleisch mit Salat (ohne Brot) (bekommen haben wir einen kleinen Döner)

Habe bei Döner Palast bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Meine Bestellungen sind immer sehr zügig geliefert worden und auch immer alles korrekt. Netter Lieferant und auch auf jegliche Extrawünsche wurde immer eingegangen. Essen ist immer frisch und schmeckt gut. Immer wieder gerne

Der Dönerteller ist sehr empfehlenswert!!! Gönnt euch !

Fleisch (Kalb) leider sehr fettig, Brot (Dürüm) sehr trocken. Bedienung war super freundlich.

Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich, deswegen auch zwei Sterne. Dönerteller und 1 Döner wurden bestellt. Beim Dönerteller angefangen die Pommes waren wirklich sehr sehr schlechte Qualität. Das Fleisch hieß schon drehspieß also habe ich auch nicht viel erwartet. Der Salat war viel zu präsent zum Dönerteller er sollte ja als Beilage zum Fleisch sein. Beide Soẞen waren dabei. Irgendwas an dem Gericht war so unglaublich salzig vermute das das dass die Choktail Soße war ungenießbar leider! Zum Döner er war so matschig bei einem Döner zum liefern sollte man etwas sparsam mit den Soßen umgehen Auser man hat gute Soßen den dieser Döner Laden leider nicht hat. Leider wurde dieser auch nicht verzehrt. Noch einen Versuch gebe ich dem Laden nicht da es Döner Palast heißt und das er für sein Döner steht will ich gar nicht erst die anderen Gerichte probieren.

Gestern Dönerteller und Pommes bestellt, da Lieferando eine falsche Adresse von mir gespeichert hatte, hat es leider zu lange mit der Lieferung gedauert.Ich kann den Döner Palast trotzdem nur empfehlen.Der Dönerteller war riesig und hat prima geschmeckt.😁😁

Freundlich, schnell, aber Leute.... Für einen normalen Döner 6 Euro, was für inflationäre Zeiten

Ich bin heute zufällig hier vorbei gerutscht, klar Bewertungen gequeckt......aber das Bauchgefühl....und der ist groß, hat mich hierher eingeladen. Döner mit doppelt Fleisch 6,50€ ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, passt. Kann ich empfehlen für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch, ne Spaß, ich bin bappsatt nach dem Dönertier 👍👍

Ohne Zwiebeln heißt ohne Zwiebeln. Ich verstehe nicht was so schwer daran ist. Immer wieder ärgerlich.

Essen ist lecker, Personal freundlich. Man kann auch draußen sitzen, nur liegt das an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Aber lange hält man sich dort ja nicht auf. Die Toilette, läßt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Nur im Notfall zu nutzen😒

Lieferung heute zwei Stunden, und das Fleisch vom Drehspiesteller hatte die selbe Temperatur wie der Salat daneben, also eher kalt.

Döner Imbiss mit großer Auswahl und Lieferservice. Nach meinem letzten Besuch leider nicht ganz so positiv. Das Lamacun war labberig und selbst mit Sauce nicht wirklich schmackhaft. Abgesehen von einer anschließenden Unpässlichkeit. Dabei war kein Stress und man hätte es ordentlich machen können. Schade.

Die Herren sind immer sehr höflich. Zudem schmeckt uns das Essen sehr gut. Praktisch, dass auch ein Lieferservice angeboten wird.

Essen gerne dort mal einen Döner. Kann ich gerne empfehlen

Ich finder der döner war eine 10/10 es war so lecker dass ich zwei stück geholt hab ich kann es 100% empfehlen
