The doner is great, the atmosphere is nice, the staff inside is smiling and friendly, I loved the doner's amazing sauce, I recommend it to everyone.

The food tasted really delicious, it was hard on the stomach, a few employees who thought they were something, were extremely unfriendly, stared at the women as if they had never seen one before and made fun of Germans in Turkish (I'm myself Turk and understand what they say)... you should really do something about it.

Unfortunately, the quality and taste have deteriorated significantly in the last few months.

Nothing special, the kebab meat is frozen goods. Nothing is brought to the table, you have to pick everything up at the counter yourself. The staff is unfriendly, you as a customer are not noticed, not greeted or anything else. Here the customer is definitely not king, you are treated like air. Apart from that, you can't pay by card either, which is not understandable for a relatively new store.

We always enjoy coming here because the food always tastes great. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely convincing. The only downside is that card payments are not possible. Nevertheless, we are always warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, which makes the visit all the more pleasant.

Music was too loud. Very annoying when eating. Otherwise everything is good.

Unfriendly staff and poor service I recently visited the Döner Center in Langerwehe, but unfortunately left the shop disappointed after a few minutes. After I walked in, I was briefly looked at by the staff but offered no greeting or assistance. Instead, they chatted among themselves without paying any attention to me. After what felt like five minutes of being served to other customers who had come after me, I realized that I was probably just being ignored. Very unprofessional and rude! I can't say anything about the kebab itself as I didn't even get the chance to order it. Unfortunately not recommended.

I was there today eating something with friends.. when we came in the sellers looked at us and then someone said something in Turkish and everyone started laughing. You felt very uncomfortable.. then they didn't listen to you when you ordered If they are in a hurry they just do it without responding to their wishes. And to be honest, I'm only writing this review because it's 1:18 a.m. and I'm sitting in bed with the worst nausea and can't cope anymore. I don't understand all the good reviews. A friend who was there just said that she felt sick too. Maybe we had a bad day, but that shouldn't happen in the catering industry.

If we feel like a really good kebab, we're happy to drive the 25 minutes - it's worth it every time! The meat is great, the shop is busy, and nothing is spared - neither on meat, nor on sauce, salad, nor fries. Especially since you pay a little more for a kebab these days, you expect a decent portion, and you definitely won't be disappointed here. In many other places you pay a lot and still only get small portions, but here it's different - everything is served in abundance, as it should be. The shop is clean and offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the kebab in peace. A little tip: Don't go too late in the evening because the spit is often empty then. The only point of criticism: You can only pay in cash. A card payment option would be desirable. Nevertheless, for us it is the best kebab in the area!

The chicken kebab was incredibly tasty. It's been a long time since I had such a good kebab. The portions are sufficient and the staff is very friendly.

So there was more salad in my kebab than meat... For 7 euros you can expect a lot more than a salad kebab.😡

Always good, the ordering process is a bit bumpy from time to time. Often people tell you three times how the kebab should be put together. Great taste. Card payment is missing!!

Of all the chicken shawarma plates I have eaten in Saudi, Türkiye, Lebanon, Switzerland and Germany, the ones at the Döner Center Langerwehe are the BEST and MOST TASTY!!! Their hot sauce has serious depth and afterburn…shall ask for it to be served on the side next time.

We wanted to get a kebab in the evening. We discovered that no card payment is possible these days. So we looked at what change we still had. Enough for a kebab. I thought okay, you can share for €7. But what you get for €7 is ridiculous. The size of the kebab is enough for a child portion. That was the first and last visit for me.

First of all, the positive: The food tastes very good, everything is clean and fresh. But: the portions are comparatively small, the service is unfriendly and impersonal. And what's not possible: on both visits I had to pay more than what was written on the boards. Really bad! 😕

Vorsicht! Vor einer Woche einen Döner mit Käse bestellt. Zu Hause angekommen, war nix mit Käse. Bezahlt habe ich ihn aber trotzdem!!! Gestern zwei türkische Pizzen bestellt. Erst wurden 3 Leute einfach vor mir dran genommen, und nach 15 Minuten stellte sich dann raus das er nur eine warm gemacht hatte... Bei den letzen 5 Besuchen war 4x (!!!) die Bestellung von den ca. 1,70m, mit schwarzen, glatten Haaren falsch gemacht worden. Ein Bekannter hat einen Dönerteller zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Zu Hause angekommen fehlten die Soßen... Zaziki wird bestimmt aus Mayo gemacht. Nur ekelhafter Mayogeschmack. 6 Mann hinter der Theke und die Kunden werden falsch bedient! VG Lothar

Without further ado, a kebab special is always possible. The portion is decent (even if it seems to me as if the special has become a little smaller), the vegetables are fresh and delicious, all in all, as always. I'm looking forward to next time.

The veggie kebab was an outrage. And even more expensive than a normal kebab because it contains a small piece of cheese. This is called usury. Never again.

The kebab was very good, one of the best I've eaten recently. I come from Cologne so I have plenty of choice of kebab shops. The only thing I didn't like is that you can only pay with cash here.

We have been your customers for several years, and back then we also felt welcome as a German customer. People chatted, you knew your regular customers. Since you moved and grew so big, you just feel uncomfortable. The staff seem to constantly gossip about guests in their language, even if I don't understand what they are saying, looks sometimes speak louder than words. I will no longer order from you, I feel uncomfortable and no longer respected as a customer. Apart from that, the food tasted very good back then, which can no longer be said today. Fries are flabby, salads are no longer as fresh as they once were and meat is just pure fat. You feel like you're a nuisance, you don't get any more money from me.

It used to be very good. As a German, I now feel like a foreign body there. My wife and daughter are ogled like pieces of meat by the employees. You always have the feeling that the employees are talking about you because not a word of German is spoken (and the looks they give you are clear). Apart from the salad, the food there is just bad. Meat not cooked through, tzatziki bland, fries flabby. I was definitely here for the last time.

I can recommend eating there, but it's usually pretty full. It's best to take the food with you. There is some seating options on site though. Doner kebabs are very big.

We went to buy kebab after a busy day. I know this kebab chain as a good one. There were 6 employees on site and everyone was very listless, bored and just pissed off. They were watching TV and even mixed up the order at 6 MANN. I recommend the store but not this one in Langerwehe.! (Be careful when ordering)!!!!!!!

1. Doner special, large fries and falafel Dürüm ordered - paid 22.50 and therefore 2.50 more than stated on the menu 2. Ordered kebab without onions and unpacked it at home with onions 3. Been treated endlessly unkindly from beginning to end I actually like the shop, but let's be honest: you'll only be treated kindly if you're lucky and given the way you bill, combined with the fact that you can only pay in cash, it would certainly be exciting to find out how the operator cleanly handles its taxes paid.

Total hustle and bustle behind the counter. The process and input area are not well resolved. Working from left to right would be better. You always have to go through the queue. If you have to pay. Or would like to go to the door. And above all, no EC payment possible. That is not how it works . Otherwise always friendly and clean.

Mitarbeiter mit der roten Kappe inkompetent und unfreundlich, der Chef sollte ihm mal direkt die Kündigung einreichen. Der Döner für 7€ ist einfach ein Witz, da kannste nicht mal ein Kind mit satt kriegen.

War zum ersten Mal hier und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Döner Teller (Salat im separaten Behälter) und Döner Tasche zum mitnehmen. Alles sehr frisch. Parken vor der Tür. Sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Wir haben heute im Döner Center gegessen und es war super, super lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich, ich kann dieses Restaurant empfehlen, wenn man Lust auf einen leckeren Döner hat.

Wie immer sehr lecker ich fahre ca 30km von Übach-Palenberg nach Langerwehe, dann muss das Essen doch gut sein probiertes mal ihr werdet ein neues Lieblingslokal entdecken

Der beste Döner in der Gegend und man wird von den Mitarbeitern auch noch dumm angemacht, einfach perfekt.

Für Personen von außerhalb nicht zu empfehlen. Überall ist Kartenzahlung erwünscht. Nur da bekommt man die Info "Keine Kartenzahlung" wenn das Essen schon fertig ist. Nirgendwo steht eine Information. Dann wird seitens der Mitarbeiter noch diskutiert. Und man soll Kilometerweit zu einem Automaten fahren und einen Pfand da lassen.. Nie wieder dort..

Wenn man als Frau den Laden betritt und freundlich grüsst wird man einfach ignoriert und der männliche Kunde der danach den Laden betritt wird zuerst bedient.

Mein ganzer döner war unten Offen das Brot war viel zu dünn Fleisch und das Fleisch war kalt ich kann nicht empfehlen dort zu essen

Essen Gut Neuer laden Gut Bedienung hinter der Theke mittelmäßig. Bin öfters da Döner holen aber seitdem die den neuen Laden haben behalten die sich ihr Trinkgeld automatisch ein als wenn es selbstverständlich wäre !!

Der Döner ist mit Abstand der Beste im Kreis Düren. Die Salte sehr frisch und knackig. Das Döner Brot sehr fluffig und frisch angeröstet. Einfach perfekt!!! Der Neubau des Döner Center Langerwehe ist sehr gut gelungen...!!!

Wer Döner und Fastfood mag, wird sich hier richtig sattessen können. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die neuen Räumlichkeiten sind modern und zeitgemäß. So wie ich das überschauen konnte, wurde Dönerfleisch aus Rindfleisch und Hühnchen angeboten. Das Fleisch ist zwar sehr fein, aber ich würde mir dennoch auch mal wieder einen "Qualitätsdöner" ausschließlich aus Lamm-/Hammelfleisch wünschen und nicht die "Misch-Frikandeln am Drehspieß" :). Dennoch 4 von 5 Punkte! Kann man sich zwischendurch sicher mal gönnen.

Toller Laden mit super freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Essen ist heiß und verdammt Lecker. Ein Besuch hier ist zu Empfehlen! Vorbei kommen und genießen! Wir kommen wieder !
