I got one of those Turkish wraps – I personally call it a Turkish roll, but whatever. The unfriendly kebab guy simply didn't put any sauce on it. I'm sure that was intentional. Everyone else got sauce, but not me. I think it's outrageous for a supposedly reputable establishment to behave like that. One star, but actually zero!

The worst döner ever: it keeps getting smaller while the prices go up, requests are ignored, instead of red cabbage there's more onion, and there's no sauce. The meat is dry. Kebab or Öz Nemrut would be better – better quality and a better atmosphere.

I ordered a doner kebab twice within six months and both times the bread had a hole in the bottom. Luckily I ate it at home, because the sauce dripped onto my pants through the hole. That can happen once, but twice in a row?

Card payments are only accepted for purchases of €10 or more. We live in 2025, not the Middle Ages. I've notified the tax office. Well, I'll just eat somewhere else if you don't need my business...

STAY AWAY! ARZU DÖNER IS A RUDE!! This isn't a kebab shop, it's an outrage. The staff is so unfriendly, you wonder if they even want customers. I was treated as if I'd just entered their living room and insulted them personally. But the height of audacity was the food: The doner meat was RAW! I'm not talking "a bit bloody," I'm talking inedible, cold, and potentially dangerous! They clearly don't know how to prepare a doner kebab or don't care.

After the fun of Octoberfest, this kebab was a solid dinner. The fresh vegetables and tasty sauce complemented it well. It was plenty big enough to fill you up after a long evening of fun.

The dürüm tasted okay, but a bit small for €8. The sauce could be a bit creamier. I wish the seating area was a bit cleaner—it would have been even more pleasant.

It's a terrible place!! Even if you're a customer, they want 1 Euro for the toilet, I think they pocket that money, I don't recommend it, don't go, it's a terrible business in every way.

Save yourself the expensive money and get a pizza around the corner. Neither taste nor quality are the deciding factors here; it's just been open for a while, but so are other places to eat.

I was charged twice for a mediocre kebab. The prices are quite expensive, even by Dresden standards. And then I don't see the point in having to hold my card twice, even though it beeped a little after the first time, and the seller then tried to convince me it didn't work. However, the money was debited from my account twice.

It's become quite small. Not cheap anymore either. There are much better value options available these days.

A good stopgap for a quick bite after a drunken stupor, but unfortunately nothing more. The portions are also tiny. Even the "Super" Dürum is smaller than anything I've gotten at any other kebab shop. But thanks to the good location and long opening hours, they can afford it thanks to the drunken and undemanding clientele. The taste is okay, but not really good.

Arzu is the best kebab I've eaten in Dresden so far. This shop, which seems to be open at any time of the day or night, makes wonderful food quickly, cleanly, deliciously and cheaply. You are in the best hands here, especially after or before a party.

I am absolutely shocked by the behavior of the staff in this kebab shop! Today I was there with my girlfriend and when ordering I clearly stated that the Dürüm should be cut in two parts and should be spicy. When I mentioned this again when I picked it up, the employee suddenly became rude and claimed that I hadn't said that. When I politely pointed out that this had already been stated when ordering, he became insulting, aggressive and even loud. Without any explanation he gave me the money back, kept the food and refused service. When I said that this was not appropriate treatment of regular customers, he and a younger colleague literally threatened me. They asked me to come to the door to fight me! Such disrespectful and aggressive behavior towards customers is absolutely unacceptable. To escalate like this over a simple request shows that this store lacks any customer service or decency. I will never eat there again and will file a complaint against the offending employee tomorrow. Absolutely not recommended!

Sry but what they call “döner kebab” in Dresden is a joke. Cheapest, raw meat and a kilo of red cabbage and lettuce, yoghurt on top. If you eat that shit long enough you'll find squashed white bread under the pile. You pick up a kebab, you losers!

The quality of the kebab is in the average range, but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the pricing. You pay almost €10 for a small plate of kebab with fries. This gives a little insight into the rest of the pricing.

Rarely eaten so badly and very uncomfortable

Unfortunately it wasn't as tasty anymore, there was far too little meat and I had to pay before I got the food. I've actually been going there since the beginning! I'm going to stop myself from doing that for about 25 years now.

The service wasn't really friendly and the kebab, for €7, was a children's kebab out of the lot. You won't get full.

Still one of the best spots in Neustadt for a good Döner. Even after all these years. It's fast, they accept cards, and they open till very late.

I just celebrate the kebab. It was the first and best kebab I ate in Dresden. What I really liked were the cucumber and the parsley thing. The sauces are great too! Very polite and straight people there. If the quality of the meat were a little better, I have to admit that it is almost the best kebab I have eaten. Especially at night you should check whether what was ordered is actually in the bag and the price is right. Multiple experiences show that this is not the case...

I ordered pizza with meat, but there was only a little meat. It looked like a vegetarian pizza. The staff is very rude. The man with the blue eyes is very rude, like he wants to argue with me. A very bad day.

I ate my first kebab in Dresden here and I thought it was great; almost better than in Berlin. The employees are on point and friendly. You get your food quickly, which is tasty and reasonably priced.

Went to Arzu Döner for the first time today near Albertplatz and the beginning of Alaunstrasse. Ate a classic kebab. Cost €6.80. Unfortunately it only tasted average, not very filled and not a particularly intense sauce taste. At €6.80 it's not cheap either. In addition, if you eat food you have brought with you, you will be charged a fine of €3. It's understandable that this is forbidden, but you have to pay a fine for it. Oh well.

My absolute favorite when it comes to kebabs and the like. At 2:30 at night the “boss” himself does three things at the same time in seconds. Dürüm baked on all sides, perfect. Food delicious, price justified. ❤️

I have always enjoyed eating at this kebab shop, but today my experience was unfortunately disappointing. Normally the kebab here was delicious and generously topped, but today I got a tiny kebab that didn't taste nearly as good as usual. The Dürüm was dry and the kebab man also seemed to expect a tip. I think it's the best kebab I've been able to try in Dresden so far. What I particularly liked about it was that the lettuce was cut so small that everything didn't always fall out when eating :-).

They simply make a super tasty kebab at a fair price. We would love to go there again.

A visit is only recommended if you are drunk, otherwise you won't be able to eat the food and the unfriendly staff will rub you the wrong way.

Ich hatte 2 Dürüm bestellt und diese mitgenommen( mein Heimweg war nicht lang). Zu Hause stellte ich fest, dass der eine der Beiden sowohl komplett durchweicht war und dazu auch noch falsch gefüllt. Trotz Mehrfachen erwähnen wie er bitte sein soll wurde dies, scheinbar, vollkommen ignoriert,

Der Döner bescherte mir nach dem Verzehr Bauchschmerzen und leichte Übelkeit. Der Service war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist Zentral. Das Ambiente ist für einen Döner Imbiss in Ordnung.

Ist schon ein guter Dönerläden. Wenn ich in der Neuse bin, dann immer eine Überlegung wert. Preise sind echt human angesichts derzeitiger Preisentwicklungen und es schmeckt äußerst solide. Personal ist sehr freundlich und korrekt drauf. War hier sogar einen Döner essen nach meinem Abiball (sogar noch im Anzug). Wenn das nichts heißt, dann weiß ich auch nicht...

As I was hungry I decided to pick up some food in the vicinity of my hotel and I ended up in this doner and pizza place. I ordered two pizzas, a Margherita and a Funghi. The taste was quite ok in my opinion and better than expected. And prices were more than reasonable.

Unfreundlich ohne ende. Wollte erzählen was ich möchte kam nicht über die erste raus da dreht sich der bärtige Herr um, um mit jemanden wegen der Toilette zu reden. Ein andere fragte mich was ich möchte sagte das ich noch döner und dürüm bekomme, der bärtige entgegnete, das nächste mal soll ich sowas eher sagen. Unfreundlich ohne ende, er möchte meine Bestellung haben also sollte er zuhören. Da gehe ich nie wieder hin..

Schlechtester „Döner“ den ich jemals gegessen habe. Im Döner war nahezu kein Fleisch vorhanden und hatte eher etwas von einem gemischten Salat. Das Brot war mit Salat so stark überladen, dass man ihn mit den Händen nicht essen konnte. Des Weiteren war neben der üblichen Joghurtsoße noch eine undefinierbare scharfe rote Soße auf dem „Döner“. Es war zusammenfassend ungenießbar.
