Ordered for the first time. The food arrived as advertised. At first, I was worried it would arrive cold. The opposite was proven. The drivers were super nice and friendly. The food was more than a 10 out of 10. The problem with fries is that they tend to be soggy or dry. These were crispy and definitely worthy of the name "fries." We've rarely eaten so well. This is our first time writing a review, and it's definitely worth it. The food is worth every penny! WE WILL DEFINITELY ORDER MORE! I hope others have the same experience as us. We can't judge the ambiance, as we ordered!

Ambitious, friendly staff. A solid kebab in terms of taste. The variety on the menu and the combinations are something special! You can definitely try a few different dishes until you find your favorite.

Sorry but I'll never order from there again. We waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for our food... only for the driver to finally be called on the fourth call and then say "yes, sorry, there was a misunderstanding" That doesn't work at all.

Never eaten so delicious before. Was treated really well by the muscular employee, rarely ate in such a cool shop. I'd love to come back! Food was top, staff was top, what more do you need.

The craziest store in the world Vallah

Just wow. I've never eaten such a delicious kebab anywhere else. I was there for the first time a few weeks ago and tried the Delphia kebab. The feelings of happiness that are released are indescribable. The portion is gigantic, the taste is bombastic and the consistency is perfect. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I drove home with tears of joy because I was so excited to eat the kebab. My new ritual is to get one at least once every two weeks. In the last three weeks there have been three... We also ate together with friends in the store. The music is a mix of 90s hip hop rap and RnB. It felt like it was my playlist on Spotify. I STRONGLY recommend everyone to try the Delphia kebab there. For 9 euros you can do everything right!

I was in this kebab shop for the first time today and I'm really impressed! The shop is clean, the food is fresh and delicious – but what really made the visit special was the service. Kudos to Ali! He was super friendly, took his time and gave me great recommendations that were absolutely spot on. You can tell that he puts his heart into it. I'll definitely be back – thanks Ali and the guys for the great service!

The little worker (I found out from the staff that his name is Ali) at the front of the checkout is disrespectful and cheeky. It's a shame that such a good concept is ruined by untrained staff. I drove there for 20 minutes and then went back without anything to eat, which is a real shame!

Eating is something completely different than conventional kebab stalls. The cheese sauce in combination with the kebab meat was very tasty. There was a lot of meat on our sandwich and burger, which we particularly liked.

Nice loading concept. Something new is tried out and exceptional, well-coordinated variants are offered. I was already in the store in September and October. I was particularly impressed by the large portion. Today I was in the store again. Still tastes good, nice service. However, it seemed to me that the portion was significantly smaller. The photo on site is the current one. I estimate it was about 30% less. Then it's better to raise the price. Would still recommend the store.

A very good shop. Sometimes kebabs even have too much meat in them (yes, that's possible). But everything is incredibly crisp and fresh. I prefer to go there for the burger and sandwich variations. Highly recommended.

The kebab was freshly prepared, the meat was juicy and well seasoned. The selection of fresh vegetables and sauces was great and added the perfect flavor to the dish. The burgers were also delicious and very filling. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely a place I would love to visit again! Highly recommended!

Tried Dönadephia and Currywurst for the first time today. Delicious. The bread was also excellent. Nice and fluffy.

I ordered online at 9 p.m. After 2 hours or 1 hour after the store was already closed, the message comes that they can't pack it. We were offered 2 burgers on the house as compensation, but so far nothing has come. The refund for the order of almost €50 has not yet been received, despite a binding promise.

The same shop in Mülheim is taussseennnddd times better, full of nice, polite people and doesn't accuse any customer of anything. You in Duisburg first have to learn how to deal with customers

Today I ordered three burgers and a large fries and paid €29.60. I only got two and the very competent employee swore I had only ordered two! It's sad that some people can't listen. The food is tasty, but friends, if you stay up until 10 p.m. and at 8:30 p.m. there is no more kebab meat at DÖNAladn, then you either have to change the opening times or add more meat!! Was there today and ordered food on site and took it with me. We bought kebab, hot dog and kebab delphia. We didn't like the twisted meat at all. It was very strongly flavored and had a lot of gristle. The hot dog was a big disappointment, the Broich bun should have been warm, and the sausage was too thin for so much bread. Unfortunately we didn't eat any of it completely. Won't eat there anymore... Ps: to the owner who replied, there is no confusion, I was THERE today and ordered food and took it away. I didn't mention having it delivered. Ordering food does not automatically mean delivery. Lg

This Dönaladn is highly recommended. I go there often because I haven't liked any other citizens since I was there. All employees and especially the LOCKENKOPF are absolutely PERFECT.
