Dönaladn Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main

After all the hype, we wanted to test the Dönaladn. Ambiance, service and concept is fast food restaurant. But unfortunately anything but fast. We waited a whole 40 minutes for a menu. After 30 minutes the pager vibrated, but apparently the number was also given to 5 others and you had to wait at the counter indefinitely. Everything is very tight, crowded and chaotic. The kebab tasted good, but was all the stress worth it for a kebab? Unfortunately a disappointing experience.

Unfortunately it no longer tastes like it did when Landen was still in Bockenheim. The meat tastes good. The cheese no longer tastes the same as it did back then or you can no longer taste it. The worst thing is that the bread was changed. Sesame bread. You have to come up with this idea first. Now the whole thing just tastes like fat and sesame. The fries are not something you would order again. Come on guys, you can do better. Do everything like you did back in Bockenheim and you'll be fine. Now it's a disaster.

Experience kebab in a different way, idea 5 stars Taste 5 stars but 2 minus points a toilet for all the many guests perhaps one too few and we were told by phone that whoever we call on Saturday we can reserve a table for the evening when we get there and we When we registered we were told that you see a table here that is free so I won't say anything about it.

We ate a Dönadelphia and the bread was really a 10/10, the meat was very tasty and overall I give everything a 10/10. Miki was super super nice and personable. I can recommend everyone to eat here at least once. (The music and vibes were very good😋)

Best kebab shop in Frankfurt, haven't eaten something this good for a long time.

The question was whether everything on the kebab was only meat and lettuce. The sesame roll was so present that the few but generous ingredients were lost. Better to take the classic flatbread again than follow the insta Trent... . The curry sausage would have been much better for the price in the shop next door

I'm in Frankfurt once a week and always eat there when I can! Incredibly addictive! Don't let my portion fool you, they really fill you up!

Really delicious kebab despite the very full shop, it went relatively quickly, the boys did a great job on the skewers and the fries. The kebab with cheese sauce is very tasty, although absolutely POWERFUL, but I can manage it in two days. For the price of 10 euros, it's really cheap because it's huge. A slightly different kebab that is very similar to a sandwich and, in my opinion, offers a successful change from the classic kebab. The bread is crispy and the meat with the sauce is very tasty. I still miss red and white cabbage as an additional vegetable option. In terms of price, it is on the same level as a classic kebab (between 9-13 EUR). All in all, a successful alternative to the classic.

Ordered takeaway food 1 burger menu 2 kebabs At home I looked in the bag and only the burgers were there, the bread was completely black and burnt. For 40€ that can't be possible?

We were there yesterday and unfortunately the experience was anything but positive. When we arrived there was a very long queue and the cafe was full of people. We thought this was a sign of particularly good food, so we waited in line for 20 minutes. After we ordered we had to wait another 45 minutes for our food even though we only wanted it to go. My friend ordered a “doner kebab toast”, I chose a dönadilla. Since I don't eat spicy jalapeños or onions, I specifically asked that my Döna only be filled with meat and cheese. Unfortunately, when I got home it turned out that I was served the original topping, exactly what I didn't want. The dish was inedible for me. The “Döna toast” wasn’t anything special either. We were both very disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

Unfortunately the worst kebab I've ever eaten. Too bad! Very dry meat and bread… The service guys were still very friendly.

Total disappointment. Sauce was missing, drink was missing. The burgers weren't particularly good. More like Pakistani meatballs than a smash burger. The meatballs were crispy on the edge...just a joke.

Was there for the first time today, and I don't think the rating of 4.3 is justified. The food was delicious and deserved 5 ⭐️! Of course there is always room for improvement, but you should not forget that the staff prepares take-away orders and picks them up on site! In addition, online orders are still being processed and the restaurant also has to be served. So you have to wait if the house is full. You shouldn't expect the tables to be wiped down all the time, given the high turnover. So it's completely understandable that things can sometimes be chaotic there. So dear people, close your eyes and bite into the cool burger kebabs, they are mega.

Exciting selection of kebab creations, the quality and quantity of the kebab was excellent! Indoor and outdoor seating areas. Very communicative staff. A customer toilet is available in the basement. Card payment is possible.

The service employee gave me great advice because it was my first time there and some of the specialties are not available anywhere else - at least I didn't know them. I even liked the Dönadelfia better than a Philadelphia cheese sandwich

The shop is absolutely amazing, simply unbelievably a real culinary delight. I recommend that every gentleman come and try it out once. Miki gave us a detailed and objective tour of the store. And spoil ourselves with delicious delicacies.

You have to watch what you eat, the Smash Bueger is tip top. For me the kebab delpia was a bit overloaded with mayo and fat.

I was in the restaurant for the first time with my family (4 people). The store is very inviting and you feel like you are in good hands with the friendly staff. Trendy music underlines the entire ambience. The boys are in a good mood and we received detailed advice about the dishes. I found it very attentive that when I took the order, the young man at the checkout knew the portions well and gave recommendations about the menus. We had 2 menus and a separate dish and we were all really full. All I can say about the portions is that they are huge and filling. If you're a little hungry, you can share a menu. I don't need to write much about the taste. Anyone who writes such a long text can only be satisfied. The meat is juicy and very tasty. All dishes are Halal. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

Great food! The waiting time was about 30 minutes, but it was also very crowded. The wait was worth it. I ate a Delphia kebab which is highly recommended. It was our first time at Dönaladn and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty and the service was top. We were served by Miki, a very competent and open employee. When the waiting time took a little longer due to the number of visitors, he came up to us and gave us a drink on the house. Very friendly, cool atmosphere.

A kebab should remain a kebab and taste like it. If I want a sandwich or burger, I eat it somewhere else. A mix of everything is a matter of taste, but not for us. 45 minutes of waiting time is unreasonable!

We tried a “standard” Döna Delphia and a “Der Bonze”. The taste is really very good, you have to try it. We were greeted very warmly by Miki at the checkout. We felt very comfortable.
