Worst pizza I've ever eaten look at the pictures it's a mess when I called they said they can get a new one and then give the other one away, great, should I wait another 30 minutes until the new one arrives, the place is just horrible

Never order here again! When I see a menu that says primeburger pizza + 2 extras which costs 15€ and first I pay 3€ extra for the + extras and then I get a pizza delivered that isn't even as big as my hand, sorry but that doesn't work the same way bad even called and the answer is “what can I do about it, there’s nothing I can do” Doesn't help me personally either

Ordered again for a long time and wow was that bad! Really a disgrace with the prices. Salad covered with croutons, pizza full of fried onions, the pasta was a disaster, it probably just had pureed tomatoes on it without seasoning anything. Never again!

Four days ago I ordered a Crazy Dog Pizza & a Chicken Asparagus Deluxe, 5 hours after eating it I got stomach cramps and diarrhea with chills and a headache that continues to this day. Visit to the doctor - food poisoning. Never again Domino's Edit: I have salmonella. Stool sample and packaging of the pizzas has been submitted, there is a notice.

Biggest disappointment with this store!

The pizzeria is not hygienic and the workers are mostly unfriendly and don't seem competent. Ingredients that you paid extra for were missing from the food and hair was found.

If food hygiene is followed like the traffic regulations, eating is a game of Russian roulette. It starts with the delivery vehicles parked across the sidewalk, continues with the reckless driving and ends with delivery people. They mercilessly pull out in front of cyclists onto the bike path and throw open the door without looking at the driver. Note: not every vehicle lettering is advertising.

I have ordered from Dominos several times and have been satisfied every time. I don't know of any supplier that delivers faster than Dominos. The food is warm, fresh and delicious. Keep it up!

I ordered a pizza through Lieferando and after half an hour a woman called me and spoke to me in Turkish and then she hung up! Of course I didn't understand anything and didn't know that it was your delivery girl, which is neither professional nor acceptable since we are not in Turkey and are not allowed to speak that language with other people here and even the restaurant is not Turkish. After a while the same person called me back and said one word “delivery” about five times without saying anything else, I understood that my delivery had come; I went out and found your delivery person. I explained to her that I don't understand her language and that she could just ring the doorbell, but she was really rude and she disrespected me and spoke to me in a bad way, turned her back straight to me and slammed the door from the car violently. it is unacceptable! I am really very disappointed

your Turkish delivery girl is really rude, she needs to change jobs or go back where she comes from, this uncultured loser. I no longer order from your brand.

Had it delivered to Niederfeld yesterday via Lieferando. The very last!!! Pizza base completely soggy, way too much sauce! You couldn't actually taste the rest of the ingredients! Paid 30 euros for this. Sorry, but every Italian pizzeria in LU is better than this place! Pizzas (2 pieces) went into the bin! Never again!!! Miserable!

The food was really disgusting. The pizza base wasn't cooked through, the pasta was too hard, the sauce was heated in the microwave, and there were no spices. Stomach pain all day. Cobwebs right on the table, which are probably older than me 😏 way too expensive. Never again!

There was something strange on the food that tasted sour and all the staff were unfriendly I watched someone spit on my pizza 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I bought some pizza for a snack with the boys earlier (because of munchies this that) but brother... I paid more for the food than for our bubatz. Because of you I'm becoming poor, I even had to hand in deposit bottles earlier. But yolo I'll do anything for munchies, but human rights are still trampled on because of these prices digga..

Supplier couldn't find address. Didn't speak a word of German. Colleague came over... pizza arrived cold and completely out of place in the box. Cold pizza toppings could then be put back on the pizza.

Significantly decreased in all areas! Food came way too late and was only lukewarm. And let's be honest, considering the prices, you can also order from a decent pizzaria

We ordered this evening, 2 salads and one pasta. After an hour and a half I asked when our food would come. I was told the driver was on the way. After 2 hours I called again and was told the driver couldn't find our street. After another 15 minutes our food was there, but the wrong one. Driver got back to the car and got the correct order. When we got here, we noticed that the pasta was missing. So called Dominos and pasta was delivered. When we asked, we were given the price of the pasta back. Driver left, salads opened, wrong salad delivered. So we called again and said that we had ordered a salad with and a salad without mozzarella and 1x sauce was also missing. Again it was said that it would be delivered later. The driver then came about 30 minutes with pasta and sauce. There was no salad. Called again, this time we were told that we had to check as long as the driver was there to see whether the food was correct, so they couldn't understand whether our statements were correct. After further discussion, they simply hung up. Another call, this time there was someone else on the phone who apologized for the employee beforehand. Wanted to give us a credit for our next order. We declined because we definitely won't be ordering there again.

Ordered two pizzas in February 2024. Both with Garlic crust, which just seemed to be chunks of garlic chucked randomly over the pizza. The pizzas were also undercooked so really felt like the chef didn’t care so much. I am very likely to order from here again.

If you value your health, don't eat here. When I opened the box, my surprise knew no bounds. There was a piece of rubber glove on the pizza.

So let's write less tomato sauce please I get a pizza that's flooded with a lot of tomato sauce. Guys, I have a pizza today and order a margarita with mushrooms for 11.35 euros. The pizza only arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes and was even cold. This is the smallest pizza I have ever seen in my life and the worst. It was burnt on the sides too. The first and last time pre-ordered. I definitely don't recommend it. PS: I ate it but it didn't fill me up at all, it's like you're eating chips, even chips make you feel fuller.

Pasta with “cheese cream sauce” was just pasta with melted cheese. Inedible. The delivery person didn't have any change. At least they came quickly

Wagner's frozen pizza tastes better. 13.49 euros for a pizza that doesn't deserve this name is outrageous.

I would happily give 0 stars everywhere. Food charged but not received. Apparently no order ever arrived.

All in all, this store is a disaster. The app tells me that I can pick up the food, but I still have to wait half an hour in the store. The food itself is worse than McDonalds. The cheese on the pizza is like concrete. And the side dishes are absolute frozen goods. The staff was extremely overwhelmed. They are probably the least able to do it. All in all.... Never dominoes again.

Very, very tasty pizzas, we ordered and after a short and punctual time the delivery driver was there :) very nice team. Always happy 😋

Der Pizza an sich schmeckt nicht schlecht, allerdings wurde einmal komplett das falsche Pizza zubereitet, statt Cheeseburger Pizza gab es irgendeine normale Käse Pizza, und bei der Döner Pizza hat der Käserand gefehlt. Dabei hat man extra für den Käserand bezahlt. Und mit den falsche Pizza finde ich auch kacke. Was wenn man es nicht mag oder so? Unverständlich sowas.

Das Essen war ganz okay aber das Essen war sehr kalt und die Lieferung hat auch lange gedauert

Ständig bekommt man komplett falsche Pizzen oder Pizzen mit falschen Zutaten. Oftmals sind die Pizzen entweder nicht durch gebacken oder so durch, dass sie Knochen trocken sind. Man kann nie davon ausgehen, dass die Qualität stimmt. War jetzt das letzte mal, dass wir bestellt haben. Mehr als schade. Auch um unser Geld !

Leider bestellen wir Dominos nicht mehr. Wir haben immer die Pizza Gourmet bestellt. Häufig und gerne. Leider wurde diese Pizza aus dem Programm genommen. Somit hat sich für uns das Thema Dominos erledigt.

Bestellung pünktlich zur Abholung bereit. Sehr schmackhaft und große Auswahl.

Mehrmals schon vor Ort bzw bei Lieferando bestellt vor Ort erstklassiger Service aber jetzt schon zum 4mal nicht durchgebackene Pizza 🍕 geliefert bekommen.

Hab dort zwar noch keinen Italiener gesehen aber die Pizza schmeckt !

Musste obwohl ich quasi um die Ecke wohne über 1 Stunde auf meine Pizza warten,die dann fast kalt bei mir ankam.

Bestellt wurden Salate Pizzen und Sticks alles war mega gut und schon nach 30 min bei mir. Also besser geht's nicht. Wunderbar.

Das Essen ist meistens gut, leider fehlen manchmal Zutaten auf der pizza die ich gerne hätte und es gibt dann auch keinen Ersatz. Manchmal ist die pizza so triefend mit Öl, dass der Karton völlig durchgeweicht ist wenn ich fünf Minuten später zuhause bin. Die Zubereitung geht schnell und das Personal ist immer freundlich.

10 Minuten zu spät, dafür heiß und frisch :)

Mein Lieber Man jetzt muss man für das Knoblauch Bezahlen. In Zukunft wenn die Pizza Chillis wie so oft Fehlen (Und die fehlen zu 80%) geht's Zurück und die Pizza wird in Zukunft Überprüft ob sie Warm genug ist (hatte sehr oft Kalte), sonst geht's Zurück.... bei den Preisen, beim kleinsten Fehler Aktzeptiere ich nichts mehr und ich war lange Kullant... Nun geht alles Zurück bis dies Lernen, bei den Preisen Akteptiere nichts mehr!!!! Die Pizzen sind sehr Teuer, Smecken auch sehr Gut muss man Sagen aber Laufend fehlt etwas wie die Chillis zb... absofort geht's Zurück. Wenn ich soviel Bezahle muss, muss es Komplett sein. Fertig und aus!!! Bin mal Gespannt

Wir haben da bestellt essen kahm schnell und pünktlich leider hatten wir danach am nächsten Tag Bauchschmerzen. Ich werde persönlich nicht mehr dort bestellen.

Die Pizza war sehr schnell bereit zum abholen, wir waren schon überrascht wie schnell es ging. Die Pizza an sich war auch ganz okay, nicht die beste Pizza. Es hat aber bei zwei Pizzen eine Extrazutat gefehlt, obwohl man ja extra dafür bezahlt hat.. Würde jetzt nicht unbedingt wieder kommen.

Die Pizza schmeckt sehr lecker, ist kross und schön heiß. Preis ist auch okay!

5€ für eine leere Wrap. Und das ist nicht das erstes Mal.. Ihr seid schlimmer als Mc geworden.

Bisher öfters Bestellt, nutze gerne den Dienstag oder Mittwoch wo es die zweite Pizza für2 € dazugibt. Niemals bisher schlechte Qualität oder lange Wartezeit gehabt. Bestelle über Computer direkt bei Domino. Einziges Manko verpeilte Fahrer, obwohl bei meiner Bestellung "rechter" Flur mit draufsteht, laufen 80% erst nach Links :-)

Schnelle Lieferung sogar um 23.30 Uhr, netter Lieferant und die Pizza schmeckt bestens!

Die Pizzen dieser Kette leben durch die Saucen in Kombination mit den Zutaten. Ich steh darauf. Allerdings nur Lieferung oder Abholung.

Wir waren immer Kunde beim Domino's Pizza. Die Pizza wurde immer schlechter. Wir haben es nochmal probiert waren sehr enttäuscht. Zäh wie Leder, Geschmack gleich 0. Entweder ist ein anderer Pizza Bäcker da. Ich weiß nicht woran es liegt.

Leider ein Gericht vergessen aber ich liebe es trotzdem.

Sonst eigentlich immer recht zufrieden, heute allerdings war die Pizza extrem trocken, kaum Käse drauf und in meinen Pizzabrötchen die eigentlich mit Schmelzkäse gefüllt sein sollten war kaum welcher vorhanden. Schade.

Erstes mal dass ich eine vegane Pizza von Dominos gegessen hatte, war sehr lecker.
