Domino's Pizza Lübeck Lohmühle in Lübeck

I ordered two pizzas there because of the "50% off the second pizza" promotion. Ordered at 3:08 PM and was supposed to arrive at 3:40 PM. At 4:07 PM, I intercepted the pizza delivery guy one street away because I didn't have time. The pizzas were lukewarm, and the dough on the pizza base wasn't cooked through (taken out of the oven too early). They also skimped on the toppings, and they tasted very bland. For €30, I could have bought two premium frozen pizzas and a case of beer. Never again Domino's, if anything, "CallAPizza"!

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered at 11:30 a.m., and the first (incomplete) delivery arrived at 12:30 p.m. The missing dish wasn't delivered until 1:00 p.m. – both deliveries were unfortunately quite cold. For €58, I would have expected considerably more. The only compensation I got was a tiramisu. It's a shame; there's definitely still room for improvement here.

I was a regular customer for several years. My delivery didn't arrive today. Can happen. The driver must have rung the bell. I waited for the food and sat almost directly at the apartment door. I didn't have a missed call, even though a call was claimed. Not so wild. The employee's outrageous choice of words and accusations on the phone were disrespectful. The now cool food was still delivered. However, it ended up in the trash can because it was expected to be warm and I didn't have any time left and had to go. That was my last order. It's a shame, it tasted good, but respectful treatment is also important to keep good customers.

Ordered 2 pizzas there and wanted to eat there. The service person placed the closed boxes in front of us. On the note that we wanted to eat there. We got the answer...Yes you can. We asked for plates and cutlery. Answer... We don't have it, you can eat it here. Then we took her with us. Too bad. Taste...was better.

Today I ordered a pizza from you - full of anticipation, after all, after a long day you are hungry and want a fresh, hot pizza. But what did I get instead? A cold, sad disappointment in a box. Yes, the delivery person was friendly and I give him credit for that. But niceness alone doesn't warm up pizza. I paid for a warm, edible meal, not a cold snack that I had to heat up myself. If I had wanted that, I would have put a frozen pizza in the oven - that would have been cheaper. I don't expect much when I order: punctuality, friendliness - both were given. But the quality of the food should at least justify the price. I hope this was a one-time slip, otherwise I'll think about saving myself the disappointment in the future

This is the second time that I order a pizza caprese and there is no basil pesto on it (without being informed). Ultimately, this is the most expensive ingredient on this pizza, which means I got a Margharita pizza.

When we ordered, we were shown a delivery time of 15-30 minutes. After waiting for over an hour, we tried to reach someone by phone. Here too we were simply pushed away after 10 minutes in the waiting queue. Never again :)

It doesn't even deserve one star. The Dominos chain actually tastes good, but the Lohmühle branch doesn't taste good at all. The Arabic-born employee or as he calls himself “The Boss” from there was very unfriendly during the delivery and also very disrespectful. Yells in stairwells and has no manners whatsoever. The fact that such behavior is tolerated by the Dominos chain is truly shameful. I will definitely not order anything from there again!

Ate on site. Pizza was very tasty and the service was very friendly. You could pay a little more attention to cleanliness.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza without chicken. The pizza was ready quickly but it was swimming in hollandaise sauce. It looked like a whole pack had been dumped on it. I thought it didn’t matter, I’d eat them anyway. Halfway through the pizza, a piece of chicken fell down. Then I scraped off the kilo of hollandaise and found many more pieces of chicken! On a vegetarian pizza! That is not how it works. I then complained about the pizza and didn't want to have it again because I lost my appetite. Unfortunately, a refund wasn't possible either. According to the employee, the money would be transferred back to me, which of course wasn't the case!

Fast delivery, delicious warm pizza with lots of toppings and great service for special requests. Ordered many times and only once was a single ingredient missing. A whole new pizza was delivered immediately. Thanks!

I ordered a Sucuk Pizza Classic. The sausage was sliced ​​so thin that it was almost atomic thick. So I ordered a tomato, onion, hollandaise sauce pizza for €12.99. That really makes you mad! Don't order there anymore.

I waited in the store for 5 minutes without being spoken to. A day's greeting was not returned, three employees were in the store, otherwise the store was empty. I was seen by everyone, but no one came forward. Then I left again. Apparently the store doesn't need any customers.

We were satisfied: Pizzas were delivered on time and the driver was very friendly. Pizza Lucca and Lucifer are recommended, the Classic pizza base could be a little crispier.

The pizza rolls are not recommended, they are smaller than my big uncle. I don't understand that for €8 I would have gotten a fat kebab and I'm pretty disappointed

With the Magherita pizza there was minced meat on the bottom of the box (i.e. on the underside of the pizza dough) which makes me wonder how that can happen with Magherita. The Funghi was tasty, but a bit cold, which shouldn't be normal with a fresh pizza. The employee wasn't polite to me and at the beginning I was ignored because they thought it was more important to listen to music through the headphones. The shop was reasonably clean, there was rubbish lying around on some of the tables. I like eating at Dominos, but I'll never buy anything from this one store again. Preferably from other Dominos stores and when I'm in Lübeck again I prefer to walk 20 minutes more (purchase was on Wednesday)

Eine falsche unvegane Pizza wurde geliefert, nach Anruf behauptete der Mitarbeiter es wäre alles richtig. Nach einer Diskussion wurde angeboten die Pizza neu zu liefern, was sehr schnell erfolgte. Das Essen war sehr gut in gewohnter Dominosqualität. Das Diskutieren war etwas befremdlich.

War schnell da, Geschmack war ok, leider eine falsche Größe erhalten. 32 bestellt und eine kleine geliefert bekommen.

Pizza erinnerte uns heute an eine Tiefkühlpizza, platt und hart. Die Pizza war leider nicht mehr warm, und auch geschmacklich heute nicht gut. Waren sonst immer zufrieden somit heute umso enttäuschter.

Pizza lecker, preislich ok, Bedienung nett. Haben nichts negatives auszusetzen. War ewig nicht mehr bei Dominos, sondern immer bei PizzaHut. Werde das in Zukunft aber ändern. :)

Wir haben eine echt Leckere pizza im Laden gegessen. Der Service war schnell und zuvorkommend. Laden und Toiletten sauber.

Ein guter Laden, aber es gibt einen Arbeiter, der einen immer eine (Tip box) vor die Tür stellt und eigentlich auch sehr nervig ist, aber sonst gut

Durch einen Firmengutschein wieder auf Dominos aufmerksam geworden. Seitdem treuer Kunde: Frische Zutaten, leckerer Teig, wodurch auch am nächsten Tag die Pizza noch gut schmeckt. Pizzen vorgeschnitten. Interessante Sonder-Aktionen. Bestelle nur online und hatte noch nie Probleme mit falschen Lieferungen. Preis/Leistung sehr zufrieden. Vorabkartenzahlung incl. Kreditkarten möglich.

Pizza Luca und Tuna in klein für je 8.99 Euro bestellt. Wurde recht schnell geliefert allerdings nur lauwarm und das bei einer Entfernung von ca. 2.1 km mit ca 5 min Fahrt. Der Belag war okay der Teig/ Boden war labberig und der Rand nicht knusprig. Sehr schade von daher nur 2 Sterne und eine Pizza wird dort nicht mehr bestellt. Preis/ Leistung 👎

Die Pizzen sind auch hier qualitativ typisch Dominos, hier gibt es wenig zu meckern, aber auch nichts erwähnenswert positives. 4 Sterne wären es denn geworden, zwei Sterne Abzug, da die Filiale nicht an den beworbenen Aktionen teilnimmt.

Guten Tag, ich habe mich von einen euer Fahrer inspirieren lassen und eine "Tip Box" in meinem Auto installiert. Jeder meiner Freunde MUSS nun ein wenig Kleingeld da lassen um bei mir mitzufahren (wenn kein Kleingeld vorhanden ist, kann ich sogar wechseln). Leckeres Essen, schnell und gut zubereitet, die Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und selbst bei Lieferung ist die Pizza noch heiß.

Es schmeckt wirklich gut, aber wenn ich eine Dutchman bestelle, erwarte ich mehr als ein paar Tropfen Hollandaise. Wenn ich knoblauch in Öl bestelle, dann will ich das auch so.. Und die frühlingszwiebeln fehlen auch. Lest doch mal die bestellungen richtig 🙄

Waren das erste Mal bei Dominos. Wegen Corona telefonisch bestellt und nur 15 Minuten später kontaktlos im Laden abgeholt. 3 verschiedene Pizzen mit Käserand und Zimtbrot. Alles top zubereitet, geschnitten und super lecker. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

Very nice staff, pizzas are dominos as usual, it's okish, and they remember the ancient and forgotten art of cutting off a pizza!

Geschmacklich sehr gut, leider ist die Portion extrem klein. Und das schwierigste ist, die Lieferzeit, mal eine halbe Stunde zu früh und mal 30 min zu spät.
