I've ordered several times, and each time something was missing or delivered incorrectly. Each time, they promise a replacement that never arrives. Then they say, "We're sorry, next time you'll get something," which never happened. You pay for it and don't get it. You think, "Oh, yeah, no need to go for a few extra euros," but when it happens with every order, and you mention it over the phone, it gets annoying after a while, which is why we won't be ordering from there anymore!

I really enjoyed the kebab. The location is great and very, very clean. The service is fast. The people here are very friendly. I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The delivery service and quality deteriorated considerably. We waited almost two hours for our food. The boxes were soggy, the pizzas tasted like cardboard and were rubbery, and one pizza was missing. On top of that, we were overcharged afterward.

Good location, easy to reach from the A96. Great quantity, and prices too. We had kebabs, falafel, and kebab plates, and everyone was satisfied. The cleanliness of the restrooms and the restaurant could be improved.

The food is incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the women's restroom (which is also the accessible restroom!) leaves a lot to be desired. We were there shortly after the restaurant opened at 11 a.m., and the restroom was dirty. The toilet seat and flush were broken. The toilet was unusable. It's a shame. Therefore, one star less. Unfortunately :( You can do it! Great food, super friendly staff.

I was there for lunch today with some work colleagues. Highly recommended and the food was very good; a fried dumpling with homemade bread and generously filled. They have real turkey from the rotisserie! I pre-ordered and the food was already waiting for us at the table. Great service ❤️

We actually like the chicken skewers here—it's always been delicious. But the prices have become exorbitantly high. Everything seems very questionable when paying—they almost do the math "from memory" at the checkout, without a clear overview or receipt. That doesn't leave a good feeling.

While searching for Turkish specialties, we decided on this restaurant on the spur of the moment. Since we were passing through, we only did a quick comparison. We received really friendly service at the counter. The food arrived promptly. It tasted great, and overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I asked a few people in the city where the best and most delicious food was, they recommended this place but it did not meet my expectations, very rushed meals and ordinary pide, iskender, the food quality is way below for those who know real pide but the good thing is that the people were nice, polite and smiling, I can only say that the food is below my taste.

The service is very bad, they look angry at you, the food is perfect, don't go unless you have to.

So if you like dry and burnt pizza and limp fries, I can highly recommend it. Or soupy salad. In addition, they also make better mixed kebab boxes.

You can always ask for special requests, which will then be kindly taken into account. I've never had a bad meal here. A snack bar is not a star cuisine, but the ingredients there are all fresh and tidy. And if it takes longer, it's because they can't do magic there and never know in advance how many will come and when.

A can of Spezi for €2.95 is pretty tough. I thought I was at the train station or the airport... really sad! The food is excellent, I can recommend it to everyone...!

We ordered for 9 people today. The delivery was very punctual, the food was warm and the delivery person was extremely friendly. The pizzas were super tasty, the pasta with hot sauce was very good (Parmesan would have been great with it), and the kebabs also tasted very good. Unfortunately we had a pretty big screw in an XL kebab 😵 But we would order again at any time.

So the food has always been good so far, the meat could be crispy, it's cut off far too early. But what bothers me is when two people serve you at the same time and don't listen or wait for a moment until you have finished speaking. Then half of the Dürüm is finished and there are things on it that I don't want. There are far too many people behind the counter serving customers. There is far too much hecticness and poor organization. I would still like to come back. I just hope that the chaos will subside and the meat will be grilled longer.

I ordered kebab or kebab plate there three times, unfortunately the meat wasn't cooked through every time! Had to throw away all of the food… a shame

A bright and modern snack bar. The tables could be cleaner. The service works quickly and is friendly. The kebab is good. However, the price is really borderline high. Likewise with the pide and the pizzas. Everything tastes delicious, but for the price without service at the table, the prices are really close to the limit.

Kebab for 5 euros and won't surprise us in any way. Lots of red cabbage. P.S. after yesterday's visit I subtract 1 star. The staff doesn't care about customers. they engage in conversation in Arabic among themselves. The waiter looks like a recidivist and his face looks like one too. Paying at the cash register after eating and having to remember what you ordered is annoying. Why can't I pay immediately? after all, this is not a restaurant.

As always, super delicious, no matter what dish! Staff is always very friendly. Every now and then I get food there, as do some of my work colleagues. I was there with my brother and his family who were visiting me and recommended the restaurant to them. They also found the food delicious and were by no means disappointed. "I can definitely recommend the restaurant!"

Food is not controlled properly! The oven is cleaned with the floor mop! Flatbread fell down and was picked up from the floor and used for further preparation! Salespeople chatter about customers and then have a sexually suggestive conversation. Never again! Personally I don't recommend it, if you go you have to know for yourself.

Serious insults!!! While I was traveling on the highway early in the morning, I looked for a kebab shop on Google and drove out of the highway to Mindelheim to eat here. The kebab tasted mediocre. While I was eating the kebab, I noticed that an employee had forgotten to add yeast to the bread dough - that just happens. We are all human! The employee was no longer in the house. The boss (presumably) called this employee and insulted him deeply on the phone, so that I as a customer heard everything. Greetings to the other employees who didn't insult and to the one employee who said that you shouldn't insult in front of a child. The boss can learn something from this employee.

Absolute no go now. We went there again with my daughter and at the end she got a small doner box with salad and 7 pieces. Cashed in fries for 7.20. Then I asked why? And it was written off as “that’s just how it is with us”. And the way they deal with customers, so dearly, according to the motto "sit down, eat, and ciao" is really bad. We both ate a grilled plate which was very filling... I can eat well but afterwards I was full... If you can't really eat (spicy) rather spicy food, it's not for you... I could eat it very well, but my wife found it almost too spicy... But all in all very tasty and always worth a visit... We will come back... Price performance is also great...

Unfortunately, the kebab shop has deteriorated greatly in terms of food and service/friendliness. The hygiene is no longer what it used to be, the chairs and the floor urgently need to be replaced.

The food itself was good, but the gourmet block/coupon book can ONLY be redeemed for kebab in bread or kebab box. It doesn't say that in the book and nobody says it beforehand; it's only during the payment process that you refuse to redeem the voucher. It was a printing error on the part of the publisher. We'll never come back because they don't even try to find a compromise. Apparently the restaurant doesn't need any new customers. The floors/chairs/tables also urgently need to be replaced. Everything broken and unkempt. It doesn't help that the food itself was quite good.

We had ordered two Adana Kebab plates, but when we got home we found that two doner plates had been delivered instead. The sauce was also wrong. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. The spaghetti carbonara had nothing to do with carbonara - it was a disastrous preparation. Although we have ordered and picked up here several times in the past, we will no longer do so from now on.

An sich eine große Portion und geschmacklich auch echt gut. Leider ist mir aber der Appetit vergangen nachdem ich ein Haar in meinem Essen entdeckt habe, was definitiv nicht von mir oder meiner Begleitperson stammt. Mir wurde angeboten das ich nochmal eine kleine Portion bekomme als Ersatz, aber dies wollte Ich nicht. Beim Bezahlen wurden uns dann die 2 Getränke geschenkt.

Essen ist ok. Was man eben von einer Dönerbude erwartet. Manchmal wird vergessen abzukassieren. Einrichtung ist dürftig.

Habe Lammspieße mit gegrilltem Gemüse bestellt.......wo ist das Gemüse? 1/2 Tomate und ein Hirtenpaprika. Hm bisschen wenig oder? Statt dessen In einer Ecke Dönersalat, den ich nicht wollte, so ein Löffel voll. Das Lammfleisch hat geschmeckt. Deshalb zwei Sterne und einen für die schnelle Lieferung. Einen Abzug wegen des fehlenden Gemüses und einen abzug da es kalt war.........also 15,00 € waren definitiv zu viel. Bleib bei Pizza und vieleicht mal nen Döner. Bin entäuscht

Salat war nicht frisch, Tomate schimmlig, Brot alt und trocken, irgendwie war der Laden schon mal besser...

Essen war gut und günstig. Die Portionen sind ausreichend. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant liegt in einem Industriegebiet und an einem Abend wenig besuchten Gegend. Ist aber zu empfehlen. Viele Grüße Marc

Es war okay. Beim Iskender wurde tavuk Döner draufgemacht statt Et Döner, obwohl am Spieß noch mehr als genug war. Das fanden wir gar nicht in Ordnung. Ansonsten war es gut

Bewertungen geben immer nur den Eindruck eines Moments wieder und Luft nach oben hats immer. Wir hatten Japp auf Döner und haben uns hier welche geholt. War lecker und angemessener Preis. Wenn wir wieder mal hier Längs kommen, dann ists bestimmt unsere erste Wahl.

Man kann dort gut essen Pizza zu empfehlen. Ambiente ist nicht mehr das beste aber noch OK Für den schnellen Hunger zum empfehlen.

Würde wieder hingehen alles gut

Extrem lange Wartezeit, standen locker über 20 min und haben auf zwei Döner gewartet. Das Dönerbrot war wie ein kneckebrot und der Käse war viel zu groß, gerieben oder in kleinen Stückchen wäre er genießbarer gewesen, außerdem ist 1,50€ für extra Käse ein wenig übertrieben.

Ótima comida e ótimo atendimento, gosto muito.

Die beste PIZZA in ganz Mindelheim. Bin dort sehr oft für Döner oder Pizza. Gerade Pizza im Steinoffen ist jedes Mal ein Genuss! Personal ist immer sehr nett! Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen! Besondere Beleuchtung, genug Parkplätze vorhanden und viel Auswahl!

Einen Salat mit Dönerfleisch bestellt. Geschmacklich war der Salat mit Essig und Öl leer. In einem,,Suppenteller" serviert. Salat unter dem Fleisch. Es bleibt eigentlich nur, erst das Fleisch essen um zum Salat zu gelangen. Und 9€ etwas happig . Wollten es da mal ausprobieren, aber werden dem Nachbarn treu bleiben

Ganz guter gewöhnlicher Döner, geht deutlich besser wie z.B. Mustafa in Augsburg oder Türkitch in München. Aber in Mindelheim die beste Wahl.

Sooo Mittlerweile nurnoch Platz 4 in Mindelheim Qualität lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig Dagegen sind die Preise nicht rechtzufertigen -> Mit dieser Qualität Bedienung sehr unterschiedlich, von nett bis bitte hau ab ist dort alles vertreten. Was positiv ist - Die Sosen.

Gut für wenn man schnell etwas essen möchte. Aber weder günstig noch etwas besonderes. Der Service war früher besser.
