As a restaurant tester I would give this restaurant 5 stars +! I have never sat in a Greek restaurant as neatly as I did at Dimi's! The traditional menu is pleasantly clear, but it shows that the focus is on the quality of the food. There doesn't have to be 10 dishes of every type of meat. Our dishes across the menu were all excellent! The service at the table was like that of a star restaurant, we couldn't help but be amazed and excited. The employees here love their job and do their best, you can feel that immediately!

From the greeting to the goodbye, friendly and accommodating, great service. Food prepared very tasty, from lamb fillet to beef liver, excellent cooking point, starters also tip top. Clear recommendation. Best regards and keep it up!!

I rarely go to a Greek restaurant, but this one completely convinced me. The service is great and the guest's wishes are fully addressed. The quality of the food was also very good.

Pure pleasure! The food is prepared expertly! The flavors of all the dishes we tried were balanced. They say it is made from under the knife and the ingredients selected are of the highest quality. Service is a song. Very close to what I was used to at home. No familiar dialogues, shuffling steps of staff in the hall and half-clean tables. Our waiter walked us through the menu in a friendly and nice manner, and overall looked after us as if he were his own guests. By far the best Greek cuisine you can get anywhere in the area. more is not possible. Service, quality, authenticity and openness are very important here. Every visit is a culinary experience for us, the menu is clearly manageable, and the house's recommendations are always up to date. If I had the opportunity I would give it more than 5 stars, keep it up and best regards.

We always enjoy eating in your house. Everything that comes from the grill in terms of meat and fish dishes tastes wonderful and is absolutely recommended! A great wine and menu. The service is very familiar and courteous. The atmosphere is great!

We had the great pleasure of celebrating a baptism at Dimi's Tavern as guests and we couldn't be happier. The ambience was simply beautiful and created a festive and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was delicious and lovingly prepared, and the variety on the menu left nothing to be desired. We were particularly impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients – a real treat for the palate! A big compliment also goes to the entire staff. The staff were extremely attentive and courteous, so we felt like we were in good hands at all times. No wish remained unfulfilled, and her friendly manner contributed significantly to the great atmosphere. Dimis Tavern is definitely a place we can heartily recommend. If you are looking for a perfect location for special occasions, you will not be disappointed here. Thank you for an unforgettable day!

Dimi's Greek Mediterranean is an excellent restaurant with a diverse selection of Greek and Mediterranean dishes. The atmosphere is charming and inviting, and the service is first class. The dishes are freshly prepared and taste excellent. Overall, a first class dining experience!

Fantastic family business. My chicken was really perfect and the vegetables wouldn't have needed a dip if the dip wasn't so delicious. Staff was also exemplary. Thumbs up and always happy! Thank you for the lovely evening :)

On the recommendation of our favorite café, Genusssache in Gütersloh, we spontaneously went there for dinner. Despite feeling like the place was good and without a prior reservation, we received a quick and warm welcome and were parked at the bar in the meantime. There we were able to try the lady's own creation of a long drink (*******, gin and cherry juice) that she offered us. The drink didn't have a name yet, but it tasted very good. We will definitely order this again next time. Off the menu, we were offered baby calamari as a starter, which we took. Otherwise there were grilled pepperoni, gyros with farmer's salad and Dimi's grilled variations with rice. We were also served bread, tzatziki and an olive dip. The food was excellent. The meat was juicy. Salad and dressings very well seasoned. There was nothing to complain about. My best meal at a Greek restaurant so far. Unfortunately we were already too full for dessert. But we will definitely try these next time. Conclusion: Modern and very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly and open-minded employees/owners. Excellent food. We will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Great dishes! The finest grilled baby calamari and high-quality ingredients and perfect preparation round off the meal! Very harmonious guest room with warm colors and great dishes! Prices on Google Maps in the photos are no longer correct. Large bottle of water is priced the same in relation to draft wheat beer. Great daily recommendations conveyed very well by the service. Simply outstanding! A small drawback at the end due to the service! Mistakes can happen, so you don't have to send the "culprit" to apologize after 10 minutes and repeated questions about the bill and then make the guests wait for the bill again. Better: come directly with the invoice and leave the “embarrassment” of the extra apology alone. From our point of view, that was not solution-oriented. Otherwise highly recommended. Reservation is recommended!

We come from further away and were on a short trip in the area. Unfortunately, we didn't get a seat on the first day because the restaurant was so busy and we hadn't made a reservation. On the second day we tried our luck again and got another cookie. The service was great and the food was a dream. Everything was coordinated very harmoniously and we had a really great evening. Very, very upscale Greek, great selection of wines, nice ambience, outstanding service, especially great quality of fish and meat dishes. My recommendation is the shrimp on aioli. It was a pleasure! Five stars!

Price/performance ratio is not right. 99.80 for two people and still hungry at the end. Some tasty, some below average (e.g. liver), but overall above average expensive. At the same time small selection of non-alcoholic drinks.

Sehr schönes Ambiente Professioneller, aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Leider hält das Essen bei weitem nicht, was das Ambiente verspricht. Übersichtliche Portionen, geschmacklich nichts Besonderes. Da haben wir im griechischen Imbiss schon besser gegessen. Die doch recht hohen Preise sind schon etwas überzogen. Wir zahlen gern etwas mehr, wenn die Leistung passt. Das ist hier leider nicht der Fall. Deshalb werden wir das Lokal nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Das Essen war Klasse und die Bedienung hat mit ihrer guten Laune alle angesteckt! Ein rundum gelungener Abend! Gerne wieder!

Ich empfand den Service als etwas überengagiert und damit eher nervig. Das Restaurant ist für Vegetarier nicht geeignet. Das Essen war ganz gut, was für den Preis aber auch nötig ist.

Leider gibt es diesmal kein Lob , steigende Preise, wissen wir aber 4,70€ für eine Cola ? Beim Essen mit 3 verschiedenen Fleisch Komponenten habe ich gefragt ob der Gyros vergessen wurde . Nach Anhebung des Fleischspieẞes war dann ein Klecks Gyros, Kinderteller? Bin diesmal enttäuscht

Die Sommerkarte hat nur 3 Hauptgerichte, davon keines vegetarisch. Pizza gibt's gar nicht mehr. Ich habe Kalbsbratwurst (leider nicht vom Grill) und Kartoffelsalat gegessen. Es war okay, aber für 16€ erwarte ich etwas mehr Raffinesse. Typisch griechische Küche stelle ich mir anders vor. Schade... ich habe hier schon wesentlich besser gegessen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, topp Service, sehr nette Betreiber und schönes Ambiente. Der Zaziki ist meiner Meinung nach, der Beste der Region.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Besonders der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich. Bei den Getränken ist der Service leider etwas unaufmerksam. Das ist aber vermutlich der Anzahl an Gästen geschuldet. Leider haben wir fast 50-60 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet...fühlten uns ein wenig "vergessen*. Das kommt auch dadurch, wenn man hier kein Stammgast ist, wird man vergessen und es dauert alles noch viel länger bis man Getränke und Essen bekommt. Das Essen ist gut, aber doch recht teuer. Im Sommer gibt es aufgrund von Urlaub nur eine kleine Karte auf der man leider keine große Auswahl hat...das ist schade...kein Gyros :-(

Sehr gut gegessen und getrunken. Nicht der typische Grieche mit einer Vielzahl von Grilltellern. 😃 Gibt es auch, genauso wie eine sehr gute Pizza. Wer aber mal etwas anderes probieren möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Besonders die Tagesagerichte. 😍 Unsere Auswahl viel heute auf die Wolfsbarschfilets.
