Dilan Kebab Haus in Nordhausen

The third time in a month, I ordered pizza and the ordered sauce paid but not received. And I also say that all of this means that every ingredient costs extra money 💰 💰 so we pay 1 for a bit of onions... 2 euros for the sauce... bad bad bad that we pay for every ingredient!

Delivery outside of Nordhausen is almost accurate to the minute. In my opinion, portion sizes are no smaller than the competition, we were all full. We like the classic kebab in flatbread or kebab pizza. For us, definitely one of the best kebab shops in Nordhausen. Gladly again 👍🏻

Food top. Waiting time a disaster - 80 minutes instead of the agreed 40! By the way, this happens all the time... Pizzas always smaller than agreed - ALWAYS! You will see it for yourself! Otherwise nice. Except the driver. It's completely unsuitable. Doesn't even speak German...

Portion size far too small/little for the prices. In terms of taste, it's mid-range but fresh. Clean on site and pleasant to dine on site without a smell

4 Advent was ruined. After an order for €31.50, the driver received €35.00 including a tip. But it turned out that the pizza delivered was wrong. After a phone call, it was discovered that the order had not been written down correctly (47 instead of 67) and it was agreed that I would still be willing to pay for the wrong pizza and keep it and the correct one should be delivered later. Where the entire family had finished eating, the driver came with real pizza and charged €10 instead of €8 (€2 for extra delivery). So I'm allowed to pay for wrong pizza and delivery twice because people aren't able to write down an order correctly. Then I burst my collar and said that I wouldn't accept pizza under these circumstances. The driver drove away and after a while I got a call saying that I would order my pizza somewhere else in the future. As a regular customer and after ordering here for years, I have never experienced such miserable service. In the future I will never order anything here again!!!

The food for 3 people (2x kebab 1x Dürüm) was cold when delivered. There is still room for improvement in the portion sizes. The price on the website and the current flyer does not match the price upon delivery. Must be changed immediately. All in all, once and never again.

Unfortunately I have nothing to complain about. Everything is great.

I would actually give the food a 5 out of 5 but when I come in and the tall guy makes me my kebab then I'm not in the mood anymore. I've been going to the kebab shop for 10 years and since the boss stopped making the kebab himself I have the feeling that something is going wrong in the shop.. 1. The guy behind the counter doesn't put enough meat in my kebab 2. he makes a little herb sauce and a dollop of hot sauce (which he then squeezes together again) 3. and if I go there as a customer who is hungry then I definitely need 2 kebabs to fill me up The only reason I go there is because it's close to me. Not because I'm up for it. Because the price/performance level has been getting worse and worse for several years. It's clear that everyone raises their prices, but it's simply no longer possible to add less and less.

Best kebab in NDH. Fresh salad, juicy meat and delicious sauces. Top.

Order placed via WhatsApp with name and address. Then a voice message came in which a female voice said that you couldn't go to the area at the moment, only pick-up was possible. That was ok for us, my husband came to pick it up as he was traveling in NDH anyway. Since he didn't know what exactly we had ordered, but could only provide our name and address, he was simply allowed to leave without the food. After another voice message in which I “didn’t thank you for anything,” the answer was that it was our own fault and that we never had to call again… We won’t either. The “lady” who worked the phone there was extremely rude and the entire store seemed to be completely overwhelmed by the flood of orders.

What we ordered arrived, but not exactly how we ordered it. Doner meat was burnt and there was almost nothing on the doner. Pizza wasn't warm and there was no sauce on it like it was ordered. And the currywurst with fries wasn't warm either. Otherwise very fast delivery. They said 40 minutes and after less than 15 minutes the driver was already there.

Well the biggest plus is that its open till 10pm or 11pm. Though at times the meat would have run out, and the guy would just scrape off a bit and yet offer no discount.

The food we ordered was delivered on time, it was hot and tasty. The salad was fresh and also tasty. We were very satisfied.

We ordered a big kebab with veal and a Pizza Mafia with herb sauce. Instead we got a pizza with mushrooms and salami and a normal kebab with chicken. The delivery person is very rude and rang the wrong neighbor's doorbell twice, including the second time Real pizza was then brought. When asked, the delivery person just shrugged his shoulders and left. Of course, I still had to pay for the large kebab even though we had received the wrong one.

The food is always very tasty and fresh, and the employees are also very friendly and polite. I think the prices are really good compared to other alternatives in the area. I would recommend definitely trying the falafel.

The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is crispy and the overall kebab package tastes great.

Neither good nor bad food...cheap for sure!!

You don't get what you order. The wrong food is delivered and it is mostly cold. The driver on site says you should call and clarify. If you then call, you will be made a fool of. Even on site you won't get what you ordered. This is what happens when you don't really listen to customers and prefer to talk to your colleagues. Although everyone on site is very nice. When you get the right food, it's obviously delicious.

Sehr schöner Laden bzw. Imbiss! (Man hat die Möglichkeit vor Ort zu essen) Sehr leckere Soßen.

Sehr zu empfehlen, immer freundlich und lecker Auch bei spontanen Großbestellungen im Geschäft, keine langen Wartezeiten 👍🏼

Chicken Döner wird augenscheinlich weitgehend auch roh bis halbroh vom Spieß runter geschnitten, wenn man keine Obacht gibt. Allein aus gesundheitlichen Gründen habe ich deshalb den Mitarbeiter rechtzeitig darüber informiert, dass bitte schön mein Hähnchenfleisch länger auf dem Grillspieß bleiben soll. Das tat er auch anstandslos. Dafür 1 Stern. Ein weiterer Stern für den guten Geschmack. Leider zu flach gefüllt für 5€ Kosten. Das kenne ich von anderen Anbietern nicht.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Ich bin sehr oft da essen und komme mit den Mitarbeitern sehr gut zurecht mann wird immer sehr nett empfangen gute Stimmung im laden und vorm laden. Man merkt das sich der dilan döner über jahre sich sehr gut und positiv entwickelt hat ob das äußerliche vom laden oder innen kann man sich hin setzen und bequem sein essen genießen Dilan Döner tut sein bestes für ihre Kunden Lg

Der Döner ist frisch groß und lecker, viele Soßen im Angebot, u.a. Chilli, Cocktail usw. Hähnchen und Kalbfleisch stehen zur Auswahl. Gute Adresse in Nordhausen.

Essen ist bombe, der Service ist sehr nett und geht auf die Wünsche ein. Lohnt sich !

Очень не приветливый продавец.Мы купили собой пиццу,фри, салат на 46€ .они не положили ни вилки ни салфеток и даже не дали бутылку воды в призент. Я знаю иногда дают в заведениях воду в качестве презента,но не нам. Мы купили там 2 стакана по маленьких айрана и пепси 1.2л.заплатили 8 € это шок Пицца была нормальной но возможно,что мы дополнительно заказали ананас. Короче не советую,так как в зале грязно,персонал в основном бармен продавец не приветливый вообще, отморозок полный

Fabulous!! The place is great. One of the best in Nordhausen. Small and cozy. The staff if friendly and comfortable. They have dine in and take away options. We ordered Döner Teller and a Margarita Pizza. Both were delicious, especially the Döner Teller dish. It had salad, meat, fries and sauce. The pizza was soft juicy and tasty. Both the dishes were yummy. I like how this place is open till late 11. They also sell soft drinks. I 100% recommend this place if you are a fan of Döner place.

Guter Döner, Anfahrt lohnt sich definitiv. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und das Essen wird schnell zubereitet. Ich habe dort schon oft Pizzen und Döner bestellt und war jedes Mal zufrieden. Auch die Getränkeauswahl ist sehr gut und nicht wie in jedem anderen Laden. Die langen Öffnungszeiten sind Top, falls man noch später Hunger bekommt.
