For €3.50 for a white bratwurst, I expect a fresh roll. This one was like chewing gum, and the bratwurst tasted musty; the color was due to it having been grilled for days and/or reheated countless times.

Mediocre snack food. The value for money is rather poor here. Pre-grilled sausages are heated in the microwave, packaged in a bun, and sold at full price. This results in a dry, occasionally warm lunchtime snack. Sorry, but that's completely unacceptable.

My dining experience was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. I've never experienced anything like it before, and honestly, it completely ruined my appetite. The smell was already unpleasant, but the taste was even worse: old, greasy, with an aftertaste I can barely describe. The fries were limp, barely seasoned, and the sauce had a strange, almost artificial flavor. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but after this experience, I will definitely never order from there again. For me, it was an absolute no-go. I sincerely hope this incident is taken seriously and investigated—because something like this really shouldn't happen.
