honestly I didnt like the pizza at all. The topping was tasteless, but not only, also the dough didnt taste anything. Im not coming there again, which is a pity because the location and atmosphere is great. Sehr schade.

We sat down at a table that hadn't been wiped down (no tables were wiped down while we were sitting) and ordered. After about 30 minutes our pizzas arrived. One only after 50 minutes... The pizzas came on paper plates, there was no cutlery. The pizza tasted good, but wasn't cheap either. Restaurant prices for snack atmosphere.

Pizza was good (although a bit cold) but service was really bad today! When asked if one could have a knife, the cheeky answer was “I don’t have time”. Pizza was already a bit cold because the buzzer didn't work. I'm a little disappointed.

Pizza in the hut on the 1st!!! Mega tasty...just how it should be. Crispy on the outside, thin and juicy on the inside. Like in the best pizzerias in Italia. (I have no idea why this is sometimes commented negatively here.) Otherwise, it's great for watching the EM with cold light. Relaxed and nice staff.

They are clearly understaffed because people were running in the kitchen and if you count the queue + waiting time it took more than 60 min for 1 pizza. Also the pizza is flavorless, seemed like there was no seasoning at all. The place is nice (Edit to reply your answer: I didn’t say you were slow, I said that the place is understaffed, people were working hard but it was just way too much for their capacity, maybe this place should consider hiring someone for prime time then. Tastes are different but every cook knows the importance of seasoning during the preparation. Yeah, I normally write reviews (good and bad) to help customers picking a place to eat and for people to improve their businesses but if even after reading mine and other comments saying the same thing, you just prefer to accept that we have different “tastes”, we are not a good fit indeed)

Takes too long to serve finished pizza, eat with hands touching that accept the money. 3 cherry tomatoes are not enough for a margarita.

Great place and nice service! Just a note: The pizza/tomato sauce could use more salt, it usually tastes a bit bland. I've been there more often in the last two years and with different groups and that was actually always a small point of criticism...

The pizza came quite quickly, but the edge was burnt and the middle was soggy. Cutlery was only available upon request. The decor is shabby and the tables are sticky. But it seems to be popular and wanted in the area.

It's nice there and there used to be really nice staff and really good food at reasonable prices. By now the edge of the pizza is mostly burnt, but the middle is soggy and mixed in with the dissolving paper plates. You now pay high prices for this and can expect to wait an hour. The store has now become a very popular meeting place for families with children... certainly good for some, annoying for others. I probably won't go there again...despite the really nice atmosphere

I had the pleasure of visiting Pizza Hut and I have to say it was a real treat. The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. As for the pizza, I was blown away by the quality of the ingredients and the authentic taste. Every bite was a delight, from the crispy crust to the rich, perfectly seasoned sauce. The variety of toppings allows everyone to find exactly the pizza that suits their taste. The service was equally remarkable. The staff was friendly, attentive and always available to ensure my visit was pleasant. Overall, I can fully recommend the Pizza Hut. For anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine, this is definitely the place. I look forward to visiting again soon and trying more delicacies.

The food was simply delicious, freshly prepared, with quality ingredients and baked to perfection. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can only warmly recommend this pizzeria and am already looking forward to my next visit! (The waitress with the bandana and the curls was very friendly)

Best pizza insider tip in Berlin!

Very fine pizza (Popey, Capriciosa) topped with high quality ingredients and enjoyed delicious refreshments. Super friendly employee at the to go window when taking the order. Everything inside was spotlessly clean. Fast production, unfortunately no cutlery available for disciplined eating at the table ;-)... Hut-style beer garden filled with sand, creates a nice holiday atmosphere. Pleasant audience. Treat yourself!

The Pizza Hut delivers again at a very high level!

Price / quality excellent. Its a very simple but cozy place. The pizza is good. Good dough, well cooked. Bakers are italian. Is not a fancy 20 euros pizza. You can have a margherita for 7.5 and add on it a peroni beer. Love it.

Pizza here has improved a lot 👍, it used to be rather inconsistent and is now really good (!!) (is there a new pizza maker? Then please keep him!). The pizza here is exactly the right thing if you don't feel like the Neapolitan hipster uniformity, the dough here is also fluffy, elastic and delicious, but at the same time there is finally a generous amount of cheese on it, something that you often miss elsewhere. My recommendation: all varieties with the Salsiccia, super good 👍👌I can't fully understand the criticism below regarding service and waiting times, I always order at the stall and after 10 to 20 minutes the buzzer beeps, does it work?

Well, 60-70 mins waiting for a pizza. I’m not sure if it’s worthy. I guess it’s a good place to practice your patience and mindfulness. For me it’s not working, so I drunk a lot of beers instead before the pizza arrived which kind of compensating it, but still a no if you ask me if I would come here again for such a long waiting time. Maybe it would be nice that they put a sign to inform people that pizza normally takes that long to be ready. In this case, I wouldn’t even order at the first place, but that’s life. Not everything is obvious at the first sight and you just need to learn it in a hard way.

I can't really understand the bad reviews. Whenever I was there, the pizza was really tasty and the team was super friendly. Definitely coming back soon :)

Service is super bad. Prepare to feel invisible. Waited 10 min at the coutner before anyone looked at us. Then we were told there is no pizza. despite pizzas standing in front of us. edit: thank you for the reply. on the menu out side it says pizzas daily from 12:00. it took me 10 min spend in "Pizzahütte" to understand that im not getting any pizza.

We waited for more than half an hour for the staff to attend us (they seemed to be taking an eternal break), finally my partner went to the counter to order and the girl there was completely ignoring him while taking out stuff from the dishwasher - in the end we ended up leaving without ordering. Very bad service - we gave the place a second chance (last one), previous time the pizza took more than an hour to arrive...

Unfortunate Experience with Poor Service I was excited to try this place, but I was deeply disappointed with the service we received. We arrived with the intention of enjoying a meal, but our experience was far from welcoming. The server clearly saw that we were ready to order, but instead chose to roll a cigarette, put up a "5-minute break" sign, and sat down to smoke for over ten minutes. We waited patiently, giving her the benefit of the doubt. However, when she returned, she continued to ignore us, focusing on unloading glasses from the dishwasher instead. It was clear that serving us was not a priority, so we felt we had no choice but to leave. I understand that everyone has off days, but this level of inattention and lack of professionalism is unacceptable in the service industry. The best pizza I've eaten in a long time. Fluffy dough and fresh ingredients. The local is a bit too Berlin for me (old, rickety tables and chairs, sandy ground), hence the takeaway option.

Pizza bestellt - Pager bekommen - nach einer Stunde mal nach meiner Pizza gefragt weil der Pager noch kein Signal von sich gegeben hat - Pager macht laut Personal hin und wieder Probleme - kurzum: meine Pizza wurde angeblich kurzerhand an einen Obdachlosen verschenkt, weil man sie vor Betriebsschluss nicht wegwerfen wollte. - man hätte überall laut nach mir gerufen - Geld zurück: Fehlanzeige. ich hätte die Pizza ja nicht vor dem Verschenken abgeholt - … - Final wurde dann doch noch Kaufpreis gegen Pager eingetauscht. FAZIT: Hätte ich nicht den Abrechnungsbeleg aufgehoben und den Pager einbehalten, so hätte ich auch nicht meinen Kaufpreis für die bezahlte Pizza erstattet bekommen. Das kann ja alles mal passieren, aber was mich wirklich geärgert hat ist, dass sich nicht mal der Chef für seinen defekten Pager und die damit verbundenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt hat.

Seit 2 Jahren kommen wir hier ab und zu eine Pizza essen. Wir sind die langen Wartezeiten gewohnt. Heute hatten wir Gäste, und als Überraschung hatten wir uns, Die Hütte, gedacht. Leider eine Fehlentscheidung ! Warteschlange kennen wir schon, aber eine Stunde und zwanzig Minuten, das ist einfach zu lange für eine bestellte Pizza. Die schmeckt aber immer sehr gut. Nun, wenn man genug Zeit hat sich mal die Umgebung anzuschauen, dann wird es unappetitlich. Wenn man sich den total verdreckten Bodensand anschaut, übervolle Müllbehälter und die Flaschenrückgabe ist auch kein Blickfang. Könnte besser gestaltet sein. Am Personal wird ungünstigerweise auch gespart, niemand reinigt die Tische, der Griff in die Speise – und Getränkereste der Vorgänger ist normal.

Leider hat die Pizza in diesem Etablissement vor einiger Zeit sehr gut geschmeckt. Nun hat sich jedoch der Zustand der Pizzen stark zum Negativem verändert. Der Boden war nicht durchgebacken und durch den massiven Belag entstand ein einziger Matschklumpen den weder mein Partner (Pizza Diavola) noch ich (Pizza Calabra) "genießen" konnten. Demnach wurden beide Pizzen nicht komplett verzehrt. Jenes passiert uns beiden sehr sehr selten! Schade um die Lebensmittel und um das Geld!! Leider war es das letzte Mal in der Hütte!!!

Pizza ist köstlich. Klar, im Sommer ist die Wartezeit auch etwas länger, aber es lohnt sich immer.

Ich liebe das unkomplizierte Ambiente und den Vibe - völlig zwanglos einfach Pizza essen ohne Schnickschnack. Aber: es ist Roulette - mal ist die Pizza sehr gut, mal irritierend schlecht. Ich kann kein Muster erkennen. Heute war die Pizza einfach nicht gut. Oben weich und labbrig und von unten verbrannt. Der Service hat heute auch gar nicht geklappt. Vier von sechs Pizzen wurden „vergessen“, so das wir nicht wirklich zusammen essen konnten… dann waren diese vier auch noch falsch „der Koch liest manchmal nicht richtig?“ .. und auf mein nachhaken wurde sehr lapidar geantwortet.#unangebracht Schade und so unnötig - der ganze Kiez kommt sehr gerne, aber ich nicht mehr „bedingungslos“ bei so wenig Stabilität & Kundenservice.

Pure Enttäuschung, habe leider viel erwartet und deshalb ist es auch irgendwo meine Schuld. 10er für eine OK pizza. Nie wieder.

Pizza ist gut, aber die Wartezeit ist sooooo lange. Das gibt‘s nicht. Habe dort 2 Mal 1 Stunde auf ne Pizza gewartet, obwohl der Laden nicht so voll ist.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Die Bestellung hat 30 Minuten gedauert, weil das Personal im Stich war. Die Zubereitung hat eine weitere Stunde gedauert. Personal hat sich die ganze Zeit vor den Gästen gestritten mit ersichtlichen Verständnisproblemen... Die Bestellung wurde falsch aufgenommen und das muss man erstmal schaffen! 2 Diavolas bestellt, erhalten habe ich eine Diavola und eine Pizza Bianca mit Spinat.... Kommen wir nun zu der Pizza: viel zu viel Teig! Man kann kaum eine volle Pizza essen. Richtig enttäuschend

Pizza is excellent, but I had to wait 50 minutes for a take away on Tuesday night and another time 40 minutes for having it at the table (40 only cause we complained).

This pizza place is only for those with extreme patience, as you'll be waiting for 60-90 minutes for your order. I waited for almost an hour, only to be informed that it would take an additional 20 minutes. The staff was unhelpful, and it's clear they know their service is subpar. Berlin is becoming a terrible place to live, and I'll never be returning to this restaurant again, despite it being my favorite since 2016.

Dropped in for takeaway first time. Great pizza, exactly what I hoped and dreamed. Edit: I've been twice since. Sit in and outside in the garden. I was recommended the pizza with potato. Wow.

Ordered two pizzas. One pizza arrived after one hour but the other was not the correct order. We were told that the correct one will be made immediately.. 45min we asked about our pizza just to find out that it was forgotten.. second time in the row this has happened. Not going there again unfortunately.. smart advise from the cashier "why don't you come within the week were it is less busy" hinting that this seems to be a casual situation that happens every weekend...

Waited 1 hour for 2 takeout pizzas. No one at the restaurant cared to apologise except the sweet woman doing all the work. Won't come back, it wasn't worth it.

I think the reviews clearly show that criticism is written rather than praise. If every excellent and super fast pizza was listed here, you wouldn't be able to find the negative reviews anymore. I swear I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes and i’ve been here a lot lot lot. Love the place. Love the stuff. Love the Pizza. (and the wine ;)

+ Eine der besten Pizzen, die ich in Berlin bisher gegessen habe + Freundlichkeit + grundsätzlich nett-schlichtes Ambiente und faire Preise + schnelle Zubereitung - eine Pizza wurde erst vergessen, aber schnell nachgebracht - an der zweiten Pizza haftete am Boden ein Stück Backpapier - teilweise Gerümpel in den Ecken - Mitarbeiter nicht aufmerksam genug in Bezug darauf, ob alles passt und noch etwas gewünscht ist

Super sympathisches Team, schöne, schlichte Einrichtung und die Pizza hat auch geschmeckt. Sind nur zufällig dran vorbei gekommen und sehr froh, dass wir spontan da gegessen haben. Wir waren auch die ersten Gäste am Abend, etwa gegen 17 Uhr und das Essen war fix da. Werden wieder kommen 🙏🏽

Pizza war immer lecker. Mit einem Gläschen gegenüber in der Kohlequelle lässt es sich gemütlich warten. Länger als 20 Minuten waren es eigentlich nie. Also zackig! Die Pizza ist super lecker, frisch, preiswert, Service ist nett und die Symbiose mit Gegenüber einfach prima! 5 Sterne!

I have waited 2 times more than 1.5 hours and 1 time just 20 mins. hit or miss, go there with this mentality. I choose not to risk anymore.

Erste Bestellung Pizzen war ungenießbar verbrannt (kompletter Boden pechschwarz, offensichtlich im Ofen vergessen), die - kulanterweise ohne großes Prozedere direkt gebackene - zweite Ladung Pizzen für unseren Tisch war dann nicht verbrannt, aber auch wirklich nichts besonderes. Gerade für die Preise, die hier abgerufen werden, hätte ich etwas erwartet, was über die Qualität der diversen deutlich günstigeren Alternativen in der Gegend hinausgeht, aber offen gesagt schmeckt es hier tatsächlich eher schlechter. Ist jetzt kein Ausfall oder so und das Personal ist freundlich und die Location an sich ist ganz cool und rustikal eingerichtet, aber für die Preise und die Tatsache, dass das ein Selbstbedienungs-Lokal ist, ist das Angebot wirklich überraschend ernüchternd.

Sehr leckere Pizza zu fairen Preisen! Ab und an geht's etwas chaotisch zu (einmal wurde die Pizza vergesen, ein anderes Mal die falsche zubereitet), aber das verbuche ich unter "Charme".

Mehr als eine Stunde auf unsere Pizza gewartet! Und das sogar nicht am Wochenende! Der Mitarbeiter meinte, dass es ganz normal wäre. Sogar keine „Entschuldigung“ haben wir gekriegt. Werden nie mehr zurück kommen!

Wartezeit ist top - klar wartet man mal etwas länger wenn alle zur Stoßzeit kommen, aber wenn man etwas früher oder etwas später Pizza bestellt, liegt die Wartezeit rund 5-10 Minuten. Deshalb kann ich die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen 🤌 Weiter so liebes Team, ihr habt einen neuen Stammgast. 🫶

Eine Katastrophe. Angeblich 35 Minuten Wartezeit für drei Pizzen. Jetzt ist eine Stunde vorbei. Auf Nachfrage erzählt mir die "tolle" Mitarbeiterin ( die von Gastro keine Ahnung hat) irgendwas von Ofendynamik. Fühle mich nur noch verarscht.

Schöne Biergarten mit netten Leuten und leckeren Pizza!

Ich konnte leider keine Pizza essen, da man dort seit 3x Tagen nicht in der Lage war um 17:25 Uhr eine Pizza zu machen, obwohl sie "angeblich" um 17 Uhr öffnen. edit: Mittlerweile konnte ich Pizza essen und das mehr wie einmal. Pizza ist sehr lecker, kann man nichts beanstanden. nur die Öffnungszeiten sind irgendwie immer noch sehr undurchsichtig und die Wartezeiten teilweise extrem lang (40 - 50 min) Als Anwohner, der bock auf eine leckere Pizza in der Home-Office-Pause hat, sind die Wartezeiten zum Peak unattraktiv. dafür gibt's einen Punkt Abzug.

Schade was draus geworden ist. Mal Lieblingspizzeria jetzt würd ichs nicht mehr empfehlen

Edit: Guter Kommentar vom Lokal. Habe die Bewertung nachträglich auf drei Sterne erhöht. Und wie schon erwähnt Pizza und Focaccia schmecken. ################## Warum nur zwei Sterne? Tja die gibt es deshalb, weil die Pizzen ok sind und schmecken. Aber drei Sterne Abzug? Die kommen daher, weil die Organisation innerhalb des Ladens sehr schlecht ist. Ich war erst diese Woche wieder da, um Pizza zu holen. Anfangs sollte es 20 Minuten dauern. Ok, es waren Gäste da und die Pizza muss auch zubereitet werden und dann 5 Minuten in den Ofen. Leider war nach knapp 45/50 Minuten die Pizza immer noch nicht in Sicht geschweige denn in Zubereitung. Es war auch nicht absehbar, wann dies passieren wird. Was halt leider wirklich unschön ist, wenn auf kritische Nachfragen die Mitarbeiter:in im Hintegrund einen selbstgefällig auslacht (geht halt gar nicht). Die Kollegen:innen haben dann noch versucht die "Wogen zu glätten", sich entschuldigt und ich bekam dann auch mein Geld zurück. Die Pizza war übrigens weiterhin nicht in Arbeit. Ich muss sagen, alles in allem gibt es auch hier genügend andere Alternativen im Kiez wie z.B. Zia Maria, A Magica, Estelle oder sogar der Pizza Kiosk am Colloseum. Ob ich nochmal wiederkomme wird die Zukunft zeigen und leider scheint hier der Kunde nicht imm "König" zu sein.

Sehr unfreundlicher Service! Nach 50 Minuten warten und zweimaliger Nachfrage, ob die Pizza kommt, wurde jeweils um Entschuldigung gebeten, da die Bestellung vergessen wurde. Beim dritten wollte ich gerne das Geld zurück. Dafür wurde ich dann beschimpft! Service kann ich also nicht empfehlen, aber die anderen Pizzen sahen gut aus.
