Diano - Pizzeria & Kebab in Dornburg

Unbelievable!!!! I ordered a rump steak with fries and a side salad. Since I am an allergy sufferer, I have of course specifically made it clear that my food must not contain onions, garlic or herbs!! I received something I've never had to experience before, instead of a rump steak for 25€, 3 beef minute steaks stacked on top of each other, with a salad full of cabbage, onions and garlic. When I called the restaurant, I was only told to call the boss the next day. I'm stunned and want my money back... by the way, we had to wait 2 hours for our food.

Ordered pizza, never arrived. After asking at the local store, they said it was our fault that the driver couldn't find us. Then we were threatened with the police, even though we just wanted to eat pizza. If there were negative stars, I would give them.

We ordered via Lieferando and waited almost 2 hours for delivery. Food was inedible. Ordered for 8 people. 4x different pasta (also for children), all taste the same and are equally bad and spicy. Unfortunately the children couldn't eat this. Everything is full of fondant. Disgusting and inedible. Unfortunately the job is completely over.... Too bad

Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Im Nachhinein wurde sich ausführlich über die Qualität erkundigt. Sowas erlebt man dann auch nicht jeden Tag. Mir persönlich kam die Portion ein wenig zu klein vor, dass lässt sich aber problemlos bei der nächsten Bestellung klären.

This is the worst kebab shop I've ever tried, the pizza was half raw and inedible, the tortellini tasted like a strong snack, if I could give 0 stars I would Not recommended at all

Absolutely not recommended. Food came cold. Half a kilo of iceberg lettuce at "Schrimps Teller", shrimp only 5 small pieces - so for 11 € you can expect more... Everything delivered together in the thermobox... Waiting time over 1.5 hours. Better order from Bacco! Greetings.

Unfortunately inedible. The wrong dish was also delivered (of course it was great for vegetarians because the food delivered had meat in it) The green salad is just iceberg lettuce :D We will never order there again.

Accidentally forgot ingredients on the pizza (I had food delivered). Got a new one delivered without any problems.

Customer focus? None! We ordered delivery, 3x pizza, 2x schnitzel, via whatsapp. After 15 minutes the answer came: 30 minutes - OK! After 1 hour we asked where our food was?! Apparently the food was ready, but the delivery was forgotten. So bang, the stuff that had been there for a good hour was quickly packed into the car and delivered "ice cold" 🙈 Fries soggy - forgotten side salad - pizza cold! Packed up the cold food, went down to the store and noted that it doesn't work that way! Waited 15 minutes in the store and took home freshly prepared dishes - unfortunately again without a side salad! Contacted again via WhatsApp and said that this would be rather damaging to the business of a new business in the village that also relies on word of mouth. We were promised a free salad of our choice for our next order. OK - everyone deserves a second chance! We put them away - my wife and I alone this time, without guests - and ordered 1x schnitzel (€11) and 1x salad (€8), the latter with a reference to the free promise. The answer came promptly: “We only deliver from €15 onwards - that’s what it says on the menu - I should order something to go with it!” It's a shame - here in the village a good delivery service can be worth its weight in gold! But why a direct competitor to an already established snack bar would set up shop and not try to establish a fine currywurst stand as an alternative is beyond me?! Why we don't at least fight for every customer with customer focus is absolutely incomprehensible to me! Unfortunately NO and we'll stick with the established one!

Pizza rolls without cheese, dough absolutely dry. Really inedible. You can only somehow get the food down with a lot of liquid. I threw my pizza rolls in the trash because they were just way too dry and absolutely not tasty. Food is far from what is presented in the pictures

The tortellini were cold and didn't taste like anything. You couldn't call it Bolognese sauce. Salad dressing was forgotten and the order came 30 minutes late

Wir waren an Langendernbacher Kirmes da vor Ort und man hat uns das Restaurant empfohlen und ich muss sagen wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Die Pizza mit Käserand war super lecker. Der Döner war super saftig. Und der Salat Diano war super vom Geschmack. Immer wieder gerne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ailecek gittik. Restoran sahibi ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Çocuklar pizzalara bayıldılar. Kebapları da çok güzel. Memnun kaldık.

Hier gibt es die mit Abstand besten türkischen Gerichte. Das Dönerfleisch ist 1A... Die Pizzas sind erstklassig, besser als bei manchem Italiener, krosse Kruste, herrlicher Belag. Die Gemüse und Salate sind immer frisch, es gibt selbstgemachte, leckere Salatsoßen. Die Athmosphäre ist familiär und locker, sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Müsste eigentlich 10 Sterne geben.

Haben dort Nudeln und Döner bestellt . Die Nudel waren bombastisch und der Döner war super lecker. Das Fleisch war hervorragend. Super Service!

Ich habe Pizza Champignon bestellt (die Champignons sind frisch, keine Dosen Champignons). Die Pizza ist sehr saftig und lecker. Wir haben es geliebt, vor allem meine kleine Tochter. Immer wieder gerne.
