Di An Di in Castrop-Rauxel

Das Essen ist super und wir liebe es sehr. Vor Ort ist das alles kein Problem, aber mit der Lieferung kommen sie oft nicht hinterher. Entweder sind sie zu früh, sodass noch gar keiner zu Hause ist, oder wie heute 50 min zu spät. Nachdem wir angerufen haben, wurden uns gesagt der Fahrer sei unterwegs. Ich vermute nicht zu uns, sonst hätte ich mittlerweile Essen auf dem Tisch. Es gab keine echt Entschuldigung. Vor ein paar Wochen mussten wir es dann noch selbst abholen, obwohl wir Lieferung bestellt und auch bezahlt haben.

Ich bestelle nur für zu Hause. Immer sehr lecker, im laden selbst finde ich es nicht so gemütlich. Freundlichkeit ist sehr hoch, sprachlich oft schwer telefonisch zu verständigen

Ente mit Gemüse gut.. Knusprig und geschmackvolle Sosse €12.50 Pho Xao mit Rindfleisch fürchterlich. Rindfleisch trocken, Nudeln verkocht, und machen das meiste an Volumen aus. eine Pampe.Mehr Gemüse als Fleisch. Unterschiedlich geschnitten. Einfach ohne Liebe gekocht. Sieht aus, als ob von mehreren Tellern alles zusammen gerührt wurde. Null Geschmack..man musste noch nachwürzen, Mit Soja Sosse. Bitte nicht bestellen, ihr werdet enttäuscht sein. Danke für nichts....35Euro €3.00

Wir waren zu viert im Diandi zum Abendessen verabredet. Obwohl das Restaurant nur mäßig besucht war und lediglich vier Tische belegt waren, verlief der Service leider sehr enttäuschend. Eines der Gerichte, das als Hauptgang bestellt wurde, wurde entgegen unserer ausdrücklichen Bitte bereits als Vorspeise serviert. Anschließend mussten wir etwa eine Stunde auf die Hauptgerichte warten. Dann wurde sogar eines der vier gar nicht serviert! Es hieß dann, es müsse noch zubereitet werden. Da die vierte Person allerdings nicht alleine essen wollte, lehnte sie ab und verließ das Restaurant ohne etwas gegessen zu haben. Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang mit der Situation: Weder erhielten wir eine Entschuldigung noch wurde der Fehler von den Gastgebern angenommen. Man hatte eher das Gefühl, dass diese das Problem überhaupt nicht verstanden.

Gute Auswahl, lecker, kurze Wartezeit. Preislich ebenfalls sehr gut. Sehr bemüht, den Essenswunsch unseres Kindes richtig zu verstehen und umzusetzen. Wir haben pro Person Vor- und Hauptspeise gegessen, dazu Wein, Hausgemachte Limonade und Wasser. Da gibt es mit 84€ am Preis nix zu meckern. Insgesamt eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Wir haben das Essen über Liferando vorbestellt, es wurde auf die Extrawünsche eingegangen und das Essen war auch wie immer schnell abhohlbereit. Das Essen ist wieder sehr lecker gewesen, besonders die Sate Ersnusssauce ist der Hammer. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat das Essen gut für den Transport verpackt. Die Portionsgröße ist mehr als ausreichend und die Preise sind auch fair.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, beeindruckender Deko und kunstvollen Wandmalereien fühlt man sich fast so, als würde man direkt in Asien sitzen. 🏮🎨 Auch das Essen überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: Sowohl die Vorspeisen als auch die Hauptgerichte sind nicht nur geschmacklich hervorragend, sondern auch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. 😍 Die Portionen haben eine gute Größe und machen einfach satt und glücklich. Das Essen hier ist sehr lecker. Mich begeistert besonders die Wahlmöglichkeit für Seitan. Sehr lecker und frisch. Es nervt ein bisschen, dass beim Liefern Extrawünsche komplett ignoriert werden, und wir haben auch das Gefühl, dass die Portionen beim Liefern kleiner als im Restaurant sind.

Waren zum zweiten Mal dort an einem Samstag gegen 16:00,ohne Reservierung; war kein Problem einen Tisch zubekommen.Samstags zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt sollte man vorab reservieren. Das Essen ist superlecker,wir hatten Sommerrollen mit verschiedenen Füllungen, Frühlingsrollen,Pho Hanoi Suppe und gebratene Bandnudeln mit Rindfleisch ( Pho Xao). Zum Dessert bestellten wirCoconut Mango Panna Cotta und Sesamballs. Alles super frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Beim 2. Mal haben wir die Coco Suppe mit Garnelen probiert,seeehr lecker, außerdem das Sushi INSIDE Out Menü und das Red Curry mit Garnelen; wie beim ersten Besuch alles super lecker. Das Restaurant ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet,wenn es voll besetzt ist ist der Lärmpegel schon etwas höher. Kennt man ja von All you can eat Restaurants. Man kann auch Essen bestellen und abholen oder den Lieferservice nutzen.

Ich fange mal an, meine Erfahrung mit dem Lieferservice zu beschreiben. Die Lieferzeit war extrem lang. Sonntags ist es vielleicht sehr voll, aber ich wollte es trotzdem erwähnen. Da ich bestellt habe, kann ich das Ambiente nicht bewerten. Zum Essen kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben, da ich die vietnamesische Küche nicht kenne. Ich denke aber, es gibt Verbesserungspotenzial, vor allem, weil ich die Verpackungen für unhygienisch halte. Das war's fürs Erste. Vielleicht gehe ich ein anderes Mal ins Restaurant, um das Essen extra zu bewerten. (Ich habe möglicherweise einiges falsch übersetzt, da ich Google Translate benutzt habe.)

Sorry für den einen Stern aber warum vergebe ich diesen? Ich vergebe diesen bestimmt nicht leichtfertig, man braucht sich ja nur meine Rezensionen hier anschauen. Ich gehöre zu den 10% besten Bewertern bei Google. Ein gutes Restaurant sollte vermeiden dabei gesehen zu werden wie man günstig Einkauft (Angebote), Zutaten (Gemüse, Tiefkühlkost...) vom gegenüberliegenden Globus. Diesen Einkauf dann auch noch im Einkauswagen zu Restaurant schiebt. Das ist ein "no go" und man sollte den Preisvorteil an seine Kunden weitergeben, da es hier ja auch nicht gerade günstig ist. Ich wollte euch eigentlich vor Ort testen aber jetzt verzichte ich darauf. Da ich bezweifle ob es wirklich viel mit Vietnamesischen Essen zu tun hat.

Ambiente wirklich hübsch. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider starke Sprachbarriere. Auf Getränke wartet man noch im erträglichen Maße. Auf das Essen warteten wir eine Stunde. Geschmacklich gut, teilweise jedoch lauwarm. Die Portionen der Hauptgerichte sind sehr wohlwollend bemessen, reicht fast für zwei. Die Beleuchtung abends im hinteren Raum könnte gemütlicher gestaltet sein, hat Wartezimmercharakter. Probiert die selbstgemachten Eistees…lecker!

Wir waren im Di An Di vietnamesisch essen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vorspeisen waren gut, und die Hauptgerichte haben uns wirklich überzeugt: Das rote Thai-Curry war ausgezeichnet und sehr lecker, und auch das panierte Hähnchen war absolut köstlich – knusprig und geschmacklich top. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und das Lokal ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war im Gastraum etwas frisch, wobei man fairerweise sagen muss, dass es bei zu viel Wärme ebenso unangenehm wäre. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Besuch – wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Nach 1,5 Stunden Warten aufs Essen und zweifacher Bestätigung – auf einem kreativen Mix aus Deutsch und Vietnamesisch, dass es gleich kommt – wurde uns schließlich Sushi serviert, das, obwohl der Preis anderes vermuten ließ, geschmacklich klar unterdurchschnittlich war. Abgerundet wurde das Erlebnis durch die Kommunikation mit den Kellnern, deren Deutsch eher symbolischen Charakter hatte und Gespräche mehr nach Interpretation als nach Service klangen.

Was für ein toller Laden. Das Personal sehr höfflich, selbst bei Steess an Wochende. Die Speisen werden liebevoll und kreativ serviert. Es schmeckt großartig und ich kann die Sushi rmofrhlrn. ASelbstgem7xte Limonaden und tolle Desserts runden das Bild ab. Die Inneneinrichtung ist liebvoll und ein Trip nach Ost Asien. PAarken ist an der Ecke B235 /Lange Strasse seit jeher schwierig. Preislich ist es der Qualität angemessen. Man sollte am Wochende reservieren.

Sehr empfehlenswert, wir waren das 2. mal dort , und waren wie immer sehr zufrieden. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und vielfältig (auch vegetarische Gerichte) , und der Service ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

Das Ambiente erfordert etwas Eingewöhnung. Es ist relativ klein und etwas enger, vielleicht vergleichbar mit einem Essen bei Freunden. Für einen gemütlichen Abend mit hervorragendem vietnamesischem Essen ist es jedoch in Ordnung. Ich komme immer wieder gerne.

Ordered food last night at 5:10 p.m. After two hours, the food still wasn't there. I tried calling several times to find out what was going on, but no one answered. The phone rang at 7:41 p.m., but I was already on my way to get something to eat. I just told him I'd already canceled because the manager wasn't available. He left without a comment. No apology, nothing. Never again!!!

Communication was difficult; even with Google Translate, the waitress still wasn't entirely clear on what "alcohol-free beer" and "no cilantro, please" could possibly mean. A mixed appetizer for two people: a handful of kim chi, a handful of edamame, two thickly breaded shrimp, four slices of a kind of crispy flatbread, and a dip... seriously overpriced at €16.50! The sushi was okay, but the vegetables listed on the udon xao menu were very sparse, but the taste was okay. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bill in the restaurant, but when I got home, I discovered that they had overcharged me by €15. I then emailed them a list of our food and drinks and asked for an explanation of the difference... unfortunately, there was no response. I assumed you could trust a bill in a restaurant, but checking is always better!

We ate there yesterday; our drinks came after our three starters and only after we asked. After ordering drinks for the second time, we only received an empty glass. We took it all in our stride, but the staff were still awful and the food was only mediocre.

First time eating at DIANDI. They're usually quite full but we went on a Monday afternoon and were lucky to find a quiet stylish ambience with forthcoming owners. We really enjoyed our stay. The ingredients were fresh, I especially enjoyed the Wakame salad which usually tastes dull or slimy but this time it was perfectly fresh and crisp. The food looked amazing and tasted incredible. I'm especially a fan of the salmon in garlic sauce. I will definitely come back! I wish the owners and employees all the best they're doing a great job!

It's declined considerably since May 2024, but prices have increased significantly. The various maki rolls now contain hardly any fish, but mostly rice. The vegetables in the main courses no longer tasted fresh. Unfortunately, our orders weren't served together, so we couldn't eat together, but instead had to order one after the other. Incidentally, we could hardly make ourselves understood when ordering. Neither in German nor in English.

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience – incomplete delivery, long wait times, and inappropriate handling of complaints. We ordered sushi for around €120 – it was delivered after a wait of over an hour and a half. Not only were eight sauces and chopsticks missing, but two entire dishes were also missing. (It can happen sometimes.) After calling Di An Di, we were promised that the driver would deliver the missing items. The driver was friendly and brought chopsticks and dips. When we asked him about the missing dishes, he called his "boss" and asked us to take a photo of our food – but by then, 20 minutes had passed, and we had already started eating. The driver left to get the remaining dishes. Then the boss himself called us. He repeatedly suggested that we had received everything – including claiming that three sushi platters had been delivered, even though there were only two. Instead of finding a simple solution, we were drawn into unpleasant discussions. After almost three hours and several phone calls, we finally received the rest of our order – albeit incorrectly prepared. Mistakes can happen, but in this case, the handling was neither professional nor customer-oriented.

We've eaten there a few times and the food was always very good. Today we used the delivery service, and it was supposed to take 80 minutes, but it took less than 60 minutes and the food arrived, hot and delicious. Kudos to the entire team there.

We have been returning guests at Di An Di for years and enjoy the good food, cozy atmosphere, and very attentive and friendly restaurant team on every visit. We especially recommend the Pho Hanoi, whose broth has a unique flavor. The appetizers are inviting to try. The main courses can also be customized, providing a varied menu. The portions are good value for money. The Di An Di team is attentive, very friendly, and polite, and accommodates personal requests, such as omitting herbs. Parking is only available on the street. We look forward to our next visit!

The summer rolls were unfortunately disappointing. They lacked flavor and herbs and spices. They fell apart while eating because the sides weren't folded in.

I've eaten here three times now and I'm really impressed. The food tastes fantastic and you immediately notice the high quality of the food (unlike many other Asian restaurants, where glutamate is used and the food always seems to taste the same). The sushi is extremely fresh and delicious. Really great value for money. :) The only negative point is the ambience. If you sit in the back of the very small restaurant, it's quite nice. In the front part, however, it is relatively loud, drafty and very bright (has a bit of a snack bar feel). Overall, highly recommended.

The menu is very extensive. Something for everyone! The food is great. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. For a weekday (Monday) it was also quite crowded. We were there with a group of 12 people and it was a bit cramped in terms of space. Reservation is probably an advantage because the restaurant is not that big. The focus is on the delicious food! For a birthday, I personally ordered several dishes for delivery from the restaurant for three people. The fact that I then expanded our meal to 4 people and ordered additional food by telephone and then in person on the delivery date was not taken into account! My extension of the original order was probably not understood. The food was delicious and unfortunately not enough for all the guests. I then politely declined a subsequent delivery after a wait of over three quarters of an hour. It's a shame, it should have gone better! But it's really delicious!
