Great bar, good drinks, great service

Very solid and delicious tapas bar! We were guests there last night and thought it was good. The service team is very nice and hard-working. Hummus with the pita bread was very tasty, as were the olives. Grilled vegetables and potato wedges are also delicious. The only point of criticism - but it's certainly a matter of taste - here: The vegetables and the potato wedges were delicious, as described, but both could have been a little spicier. Presentation was well done and looked very appetizing. Ambience is rustic, but fits well with the concept of the restaurant! The only note here, although I don't know if the restaurant can do anything about it, is the slightly crooked floor. This also means you sit crooked on the benches, which was sometimes a bit uncomfortable. Conclusion: definitely worth a visit, we will definitely come back!

Good food, but not the best compared to other tapas bars. However, the service was satisfying, even on a busy game night.

The service is very friendly. We didn't find the taste of the tapas as convincing/authentic as in other tapas restaurants in Frankfurt. The sauce for the albondigas tasted artificial and the albondigas were also very large and difficult to eat. The sauce on the patatas bravas also tasted artificial. But the avocado bowls with prawns convinced us. The location/furnishings are a bit out of date, not modern. All in all, it's quite expensive.

We had an excellent meal here and were very satisfied. The ambience outside is rustic cozy and the street is not disturbing. The service was very friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately Destino has released one of their best and friendlies Co workers Pit. He was the heart and love of Destino who kept everything together with frivol fun and creating a cool environment. This was the go to place to celebrate ever single I've released when returning to Frankfurt. Now that Pit has been "fired", probably due to the new ownership, I will no longer have Destino on my go to with friends or party for future music releases. A very sad moment. None of the wines are of really high quality but they are advertised as such. Costs between 6-8 euros to purchase and are sold between 26 and 28 euros. (which is ok) but then wines are offered that are not on the menu (statement from the boss are not yet on the menu.) and the cost of €45 is all wines that are purchased for less than €8, below average. The mini mozzarella out of the packaging, so nothing high quality - fresh. And nobody speaks Spanish either. Money is only made with the name. Conclusion. Price performance doesn't match.

I didn't like the atmosphere, but we were even more surprised by the delicious tapas. The selection of vegetarian options is quite large.

Good food and drinks with reasonable price

We arrived at the restaurant at 11 p.m. and first waited for a few minutes, then they said the kitchen was closed - OK, we can have a drink too, then browsed the menu and waited 20 minutes, no one came over and asked, after that we left , unfortunately we had to have this bad experience.

We were lucky enough to sit on the outside terrace in summer! Great atmosphere and very tasty tapas. The staff is very friendly and not intrusive. a clear recommendation :)

After more than 12 years we finally went there again to eat tapas. The atmosphere was somehow more pleasant back then. But maybe it was because it was still light and we were the only visitors inside. There wasn't really a feel-good atmosphere there. However, it must be said that it was Dippemess that day. No matter that the food was really good, just like back then! Of course, the prices have skyrocketed compared to back then. But which restaurateur do I tell that 😅 All in all, recommended.

Cozy, delicious tapas bar - just around the corner of Berger Straße. Great selection of tapas and red wine. A DJ played from 8 p.m. on a Saturday. Unfortunately it wasn't very crowded.

It was tasty but a bit overpriced

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience that evening. At first we stood at the entrance for 30 minutes despite a reservation because our table was already occupied and it was only after 30 minutes that we were asked to go to the counter to order a drink. Afterwards we waited a very long time until we even got a ticket and we also waited 1.5 hours for the food. In addition, unfortunately my cocktail didn't taste good at all, it was very artificial and overly sweet, and I couldn't drink it. The food was good, but nothing special. The service as described that day was top notch... the atmosphere with a DJ was really cool, but too loud so you could hardly have a conversation at the table. It may be that things go better on other days, but we can't recommend it.

Outstanding service, relaxed atmosphere and very tasty tapas. The restaurant is also suitable for larger groups. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. A clear recommendation. 👍

We just didn't like the food - it was too salty and the service was unfortunately impertinent.

The food was very tasty. We had made reservations for our Christmas party for special occasions. Unfortunately, after 2 hours we were thrown out in a very rude manner because the table was only reserved for 2 hours. Unfortunately we were not informed about this and there was nothing about it in the reservation confirmation. It then said we tried to call but the wrong number was given. We didn't even provide a number, just an email. In addition, we could have been informed when we arrived. Not a single apology came from the lady as she was only busy making excuses. We were then squeezed into a table for two with four people and two of us shared a chair. We were not offered an additional chair. When we put our plates on the still empty table next to us, as we unfortunately had no room to put our drinks, they even rolled their eyes. Our Christmas party was completely blown up. It's a shame that without this incident I would definitely have come back. However, since I value being treated like a paying customer and not like an unwanted guest, I will unfortunately not repeat the visit. There was also no accommodation, such as a drink on the house or something similar, which would have been the least in this situation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Das Essen Top. Service sehr schlecht.

Tapas were tasty! Not as broad of a selection of tapas as others. Outdoor sitting arrangement is long tables where multiple parties are seated like at a beer fest or Biergarten . Indoor seating is nice and comfortable.

Super nette Bedienung, leckeres Essen, große Portionen bei den Tapas und der Eistee war wirklich mega. Gerne wieder und vielen Dank für den schönen Abend!

Was ein tolles Erlebnis. Ein super schönes Ambiente mit top und super freundlichen Personal. Das Tapas ist unbeschreiblich lecker und ausreichend große Portionen.

Alles super!! Essen und Service war alles toll nur die Außenbereiche haben keine Lehnen an den Bänken…bei Tapas das nun etwas länger dauert wäre das sehr angenehm gewesen.

Extrem leckeres Essen, Extrem gute Cocktails (Empfehle Frankfurt Sour), extrem nettes Personal. Eigentlich müsste man 6 Sterne vergeben, da auch die Musik perfekt in die Atmosphäre passt.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Jungs zum Tapas essen im Destino und haben einen rundum schönen Abend verbracht, leckere Tapas, aufmerksamer Service und gute Cocktails... Sehr empfehlenswert! Darüber hinaus habe ich im Restaurant etwas liegen gelassen, was mit freundlichem Mailverkehr geregelt und mir anschließend zugesandt wurde.

Ich bin jahrelanger Gast im destino. Essen wie immer super! Drinks an der Bar sehr empfehlenswert, es gibt immer was neues. Ich kenne schon so gut wie alle Mitarbeiter vom Destino & kann nur jedem ans Herz legen, dass der Service klasse ist. Negative Bewertungen von anderen Gästen nicht nachvollziehbar. Komme immer wieder gerne! Danke Destino, seit 20 Jahren die Nummer eins Tapas Bar in Frankfurt.

Wir waren mit sieben Personen da und haben viele Tapas probiert. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und ich fand alle Tapas gut. Wir waren an einem Freitag da und es lief Techno als Hintergrund Musik. Im mittleren Bereich fand ich die Lautstärke angenehm, im unteren Bereich wäre es mir zu laut zum Unterhalten gewesen.

I loved the food and the service was amazing

Wir waren eben dort, das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Außer die Garnelen im Tontop da hat was gefehlt, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Wir saßen alleine im Raucherraum trotzdem wurden wir vom Personal nicht vergessen. Es kam immer jemand vorbei hat nach uns geschaut und hat gefragt ob wir was trinken wollen oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I had team dinner here in the evening. This was my first Spanish restaurant tour in Frankfurt. This could be not the best paella but it was so good to me. Other dishes were okay but not so much authentic. Price was reasonable when you think of this is not the best Spanish restaurant.

Ambiente ist mega, sowie das Essen der serviece könnte ein bisschen freundlicher sein. Aber der Keller mit den Blonden Strähnchen und Brille war mega nett, lieben wir 🤣🤣

Klasse Tapas und Cocktails. Vor allen Dingen der Service und die Barkeeper, im besonderen Raul heben die Bar nochmal auf ein Level das es in der Berger Str. so nicht gibt.

Sie Tappas haben sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, vorsichtig nicht zu viel auf einmal Bestellen die Portionen sind ziemlich groß für Tappas
