We were very disappointed, and the services we requested and agreed upon were not provided. (160 guests) 1. It was stated that they would be working with 3-4 employees. This wasn't the case; we only showed up for 2. 2. The food wasn't ready until after a delay of about an hour. 3. When it was finally ready, our guests had to wait between 30 and 45 minutes at the food counter, which is unacceptable. (The last person to arrive received their cold, dry meat at around 7:45 p.m. and later instead of 6 p.m.) 4. Some of the meat was dry and cold. 5. Furthermore, it was agreed that the remaining meat would be sliced and displayed for the midnight buffet, but this didn't happen either.
