Very friendly and attentive staff.

We've been there more than four times now, and each time the food has been excellent. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is first-class, and the portions are generous, delicious, and very reasonably priced. From the outside, the restaurant looks a bit unassuming, and the location isn't exactly central, but don't let that fool you – it's a truly highly recommended restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

We were there for the first time yesterday. We'd heard a lot of positive things from people beforehand. The welcome was very warm, and the service was generally very positive. Always present but never intrusive, and very friendly and accommodating. The bar area is very modern and has a high-quality feel. The rest of the restaurant could benefit from a modernization. Carpeted floors, chairs and tables that look ancient... We often go for Greek food, but unfortunately, both the appetizers and main courses here lacked a certain flair. The restaurant definitely has more potential—a shame.

The service was very friendly, professional, and politely accommodated requests. They didn't have any problems with the children at the next table, remaining friendly and patient. As for the food: Purely deep-fried food, most (or all?) frozen food. That was okay, because most people simply enjoy fat combined with trans fat and lots of salt, and we weren't expecting anything less from a Greek restaurant. The wait was very long, and the prices were comparable to those in downtown Ravensburg. If there had been some highlight on the menu, like something homemade, we would definitely come back more often.

Excellent service and excellent Greek cuisine. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and felt very comfortable, thanks in part to the very pleasant atmosphere.

We've become regulars here and usually come here for lunch at least once a week. In the summer, when the weather's nice, the terrace invites you to forget about the daily grind and enjoy a delicious lunch. The staff is always very friendly – we're even greeted or farewelled with a handshake. The prices are very affordable compared to other restaurants!

The food doesn't taste bad, but unfortunately, many mistakes are made. The somewhat large calimari taste a bit chewy once they get to a certain size. The fried potatoes are frozen, straight from the deep fryer. The salad had some rotten lettuce leaves. The frozen duchess potatoes were still frozen inside. The meatballs and cevapcici are made from the same meat mixture and taste exactly the same, just a different shape. And the best part is... that as a club member, you're treated faster and more courteously than a regular guest. That may be common practice in Greece, but in Germany, guests want to be served in order, and please, dear host... the children aren't as patient as some adults and don't want to wait over an hour for fries and chicken nuggets while watching their favorite club members come after them and get their food before them.

The food was very good, there was a pleasant selection for everyone, and the price was reasonable. Despite the fact that it's a restaurant located near a tennis court, it was still nice and inviting.

We were in Friedrichshafen for a trade fair. We stayed at a guesthouse nearby. From there, we went to this restaurant in the tennis center because we were craving Greek food. It was really delicious! The service was good and very friendly! It was a successful evening after a long journey from the Dortmund area. I had "Gyros with Metaxa sauce and fried potatoes," number 50 on the menu 😄😄. As I said, super delicious! I can recommend this restaurant to you, bye, Michael!

Went to the Achilles Gkountelas Restaurant for the first time on April 25, 2025 when we came from Biberach and were very impressed by the locations, especially the super good and beautifully served food. Excellent 👍 Gabi

Good value for money. Nice team, if you get a little more experienced, things will go faster when it's full. I would have preferred to make the salad myself. Overall, a nice evening. Tip: make a reservation - the restaurant was well attended. We'll be back soon.

I was there on Saturday lunchtime in April 2025 and had the veal liver, which was very tasty. However, the proportion of fries on the plate was disproportionately high. the meat. I've never been served so quickly. Seating inside and outside. Prices OK. Payment in cash or with EC card, but not credit card. Lots of free parking spaces. It's just a shame that the website doesn't work. A week later I ordered gyros gratinated with metaxa sauce and mozzarella to take away or pick up. It succeeded without any problem.

Everything was great, the meat was fried to perfection and everything tasted very tasty. The portions were also great so you fill up well. I will definitely come again.

I ate here with my family, and what can I say it was very, very tasty! The food tastes fabulous, everyone loved it. There is something for vegetarians, meat lovers and children and everyone has found something. You have to praise the very cozy atmosphere and the great service! The food was really good, you definitely have to come hungry otherwise you won't be able to eat the portion. Finally, Ouzo is recommended. If necessary, strawberry limes can also be chosen, but basically only the girls in the group do it

The food was lukewarm, the menu was not complete (there is nothing about mushrooms in the gyros), we had to wait forever for the food, and some of the food was still half raw

Very nicely prepared for the situation, very friendly staff. We found the food to be very bland in terms of taste, the salad wasn't dressed, but they were given vinegar, oil and salt and pepper. Price ok, we don't have to go there again.

Vorspeise, Hauptspeise, Nachtisch alles im ganzen super leckeres Essen, und eine ausgesprochene sehr nette Bedienung. Wir waren 10 Personen und waren mit allem vollkommen zufrieden und nicht das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant, gehen gerne wieder mal zum Essen.

Von A-Z alles toll. Das Essen ist grandios. Service sollte 10 Sterne bekommen. Essen wird immer mega schön angerichtet. Gehen regelmäßig dorthin.

Sehr gutes Essen, überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung durch den Chef. Heller Gastraum mit Blick ins Grüne, schöne Terrasse. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vor allem beim Mittagsmenü sehr gut. Auswahl beim Mittagsmenü extrem groß. Und sogar beim Mittagsmenü gibt es einen (extrem guten!) Espresso oder Ouzo aufs Haus - besser geht's nicht!

Sehr freundliche und kundenorientierte Bedienung, hochwertige Fleischqualität und frische zutaten, überbackener Ziegenkäse als Vorspeise riesig und sehr schmackhaft, fleischgerichte auf dem Holzbrett in Perfektion angerichtet.

Es gab eine große Auswahl fürs mittagsmenü zu günstigen Preisen. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Mir hat es gut gefallen, dass es viele Gerichte mit Hähnchenfleisch gab. Die Kellner sind aufmerksam und super freundlich. Nach dem Essen durften wir gratis einen Espresso oder Ouzo auf's Haus drinken.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagsmenü im Restaurant "Der Grieche, Tennisclub Weingarten". Mittagsmenü gibt es von Montag bis Freitag. Grosse Auswahl (siehe Foto), sehr lecker, Portionen mehr als reichlich, wir haben nicht alles geschafft, noch etwas mitgenommen. Auf dem Foto fehlt der Salat, den hatten wir schon gegessen 😄 Gemütliches Ambiente, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis optimal. Keine Parkplatzprobleme - viele freie kostenlose Plätze direkt vor dem Lokal.

War gestern zum zweiten Mal dort. Das Essen ist richtig lecker! Die Vorspeisen sind echt genial, der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente erinnert wenig an ein Griechisches Restaurant , aber dass ist absolut nicht schlimm. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt zu 100%. Gehe definitiv nochmal hin. 🤗 Weiter so! 5*

Wir waren am Sonntag zum Mittagessen beim Griechen im gut besuchten Tennisheim. Das Servicepersonal ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde in Kürze serviert und war geschmacklich soweit o.k. Die Preise sind für die Region im unteren Durchschnitt, die Menge ist für den durchschnittlichen Hunger. Die Getränkepreise sind mit 2.80€ für ein Getränkeschorle 0.2l im üblichen Teuro- Bereich! Auf der Homepage war angegeben, dass es jeden Tag eine Mittagskarte gibt, diese existiert allerdings nur von Di-Fr. Im Essen befand sich leider ein Fremdhaar- der Inhaber war überrascht und entschuldigte sich mit einem Ouzo aufs Haus.
