"Always a delight! Even after several visits, I can highly recommend the restaurant. The staff is always friendly and quick, which makes the stay very pleasant. The food tastes excellent - especially the knuckle with the crispy crust and the veal schnitzel Dream! However, you should definitely reserve in advance if you want to sit inside, as the location is always busy.

If you ever have the opportunity to indulge in the enjoyment of the Andechser, you should do so. My personal highlight in the Andesch pan with four types of meat was the red cabbage, which I ordered as a replacement for the bacon cabbage. I'm a sucker for red cabbage and ate the best I've ever had in a restaurant. The special thing about this one is that it is prepared with a sour cinnamon baked apple, which gives it a fresh and Christmassy note. In combination with the generous portion of meat and the delicious dumplings, it's a well-rounded dish. Would I go there again? Clear.

The restaurant is really outstanding! The homemade Maultaschen are a real culinary delight, and the house beer is also excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Be sure to reserve as there is always a lot going on. Absolute recommendation!

My friend and I were in the restaurant on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 from around 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and were very satisfied. The employee “Nene” tried very hard. The food and the presentations as well as the side dishes are once again a delicacy: The Andechser is a typical Bavarian restaurant in Göppingen compared to a "Barfüßer" - not only worlds better, but a galaxy and no comparison.

Don't be intimidated by the prices. The food was more than plentiful and delicious and the beer tasted good too. So thumbs up 👍 and full recommendation. 👍👍👍

I spontaneously went to this restaurant for lunch because it is centrally located in GP. The game meat cakes with red cabbage and mashed potatoes were excellent. The atmosphere is cozy, traditional Swabian. The service staff was friendly, quick and attentive. I can only recommend the restaurant

Obwohl Essen im Voraus bestehlt war gab es das gewünschte Mittagsmenü nicht mehr hatte es sowohl im Internet als auch Telefonisch bestehlt habe dann ein alternativ Gericht gegessen das was nicht besonders der Andechser Göppingen war auch nicht tolerant kein Kaffee oder Schnaps oder ne Preisminderung einfach nicht zu empfehlen

Tried this restaurant for a dinner on a business trip. There were two of us and we both took Kaser Spetzle Too bad they were pre-cooked and reheated tagliatelle with cheese, not bad but not a good typical dish made on the spot either. Good beer. Good service with kind and nice staff, a location that on the veranda does not have the taste of the classic German restaurant.

Great atmosphere, received a very friendly welcome. Dogs are not a problem, quite the opposite. However, there was no water bowl for the dog. The food was very good, the portions were large and the price was quite fair.

I have previously visited the Andechs monastery in Bavaria a few times so was delighted to find this restaurant in Goppingen. As you would expect the beer was excellent, and the food wholesome and tasty. Service from Tia was absolutely excellent so I'd highly recommend visiting this great restaurant.

We really enjoy eating at Andechser. The service and food are always wonderful. We also celebrated our wedding in Andechser. The organization and cooperation with the service in advance was super easy, friendly and problem-free; everything was taken into account and all the extras were taken into account. Tadelloser Service mit Humor und gutem Essen. Auf unseren glutenfreien Gast wurde freundlich eingegangen. Schade war die Bierauswahl für dieses Haus - alkoholfreie Biere gab es nur zwei Standardsorten und glutenfreie leider gar nicht.

We went to the restaurant for dinner. The entire beer garden was filled with guests, but we were still able to find a free table. It didn't take long before the menu was at our table. The drinks and food came just as quickly. The beer tastes great, as does the food! The waitresses were all very friendly and helpful, despite the restaurant being really full. The prices are a bit high, but definitely justified. We'll definitely come back again.

Hearty food with delicious barley juice!

I was here at the Andechser for the first time with friends at the beginning of April '24. We had lunch here for a friend's birthday. Accordingly, we spent over two hours here; the atmosphere invites you to linger. For dinner I had the onion roast with the baked potatoes and it tasted good. A friend of mine had the chicken schnitzel and he wasn't impressed at all because it tasted very bland. I tried it with him too and unfortunately I couldn't agree more. But the rest of the group was happy with the food. The beers are also good and reasonably priced. I would come here again.

I had the most delicious burger of my life!!! If you want to eat a perfect burger, you MUST go here. As politely as it was served by Seval and as it looked on the plate, it tasted just as perfect. Every ingredient is deliciously coordinated and lovingly decorated. The meat was freshly prepared, with the finest sauce and everything else was generous and very tasty. I went to the boss Mr. G.Giampa personally to share my excellent rating. THANKS to the team! I didn't know how delicious a burger could be.

Hearty cuisine but delicious. Fairly large portions. Large selection, if you are not vegetarian, there are few options. Service was great, everyone was very friendly and quick. We were a very large group (20 people) and were served perfectly. It's nice to sit outside when the weather is nice. Definitely recommended if you like hearty home cooking.
