Die Pizza allgemein hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Sie haben uns alte Rucola auf die Pizza gelegt(gelbe Flecken waren drauf)und sehr wenig Fleisch (5 stück). Nicht empfelenswert.

Wenn ich null sterne geben könnte würde ich das tun. Da Google Maps diese Funktion aber nicht bietet, muss ich auf einen Stern zurückgreifen. Wir bestellten auf 13 Uhr. Der Lieferant, welcher einfach wieder gegangen ist und zurückgerufen werden musste, kam bereits um ca. 11:30 Uhr. Neben dieser Riesigen Verfrühung, war unser essen auch sehr Fehlerhaft: - Eine Pizza war nicht richtig gebacken und an mehreren stellen Roh. - Statt den Bestellten Chicken Nuggets bekamen wir Chili Cheese Nuggets. - Eine Pizza wurde ohne Käse bestellt. Diese kam zwar ohne Käse aber stattdessen mit einer art Knoblauchcreme, welche nach dem Demotischsten Künstlichen Knoblauch schmeckte den Sie sich vorstellen können. Es war Brutal und wir konnten die Pizza nicht aufessen. - Eine Pizza wurde in einer Kleineren Größe geliefert, obwohl wir für eine große zahlten. - Eine Weitere Pizza kam mit komplett falsch Belag. - Die Pommes waren labberig. - Die Pommes sind insgesamt auch viel zu klein für den Unverschämten Preis. - In einer der Pommes fanden wir ein stück Müll welches dem Anschein nach auch bereits in der Fritteuse war. Zusammenfassend würden wir niemandem Empfehlen hier zu bestellen.

Meiner Meinung nach war meine Erfahrung mit Ihrem Restaurant sehr enttäuschend. Das Essen hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Gericht war zudem viel zu scharf und stark gewürzt, obwohl in der Beschreibung nichts davon erwähnt wurde. Wir haben daraufhin bei Ihnen angerufen, um das Problem zu klären. Am Telefon wurde uns jedoch nicht wirklich entgegengekommen und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass uns nicht geglaubt wird. Besonders unangemessen fand ich, dass die Person am Telefon das bereits weggeworfene Essen aus dem Müll zurückhaben wollte, um es selbst zu probieren. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut respektlos und unprofessionell. Zudem haben wir weder unser Geld zurückbekommen noch irgendeine Form von Entschädigung erhalten.

Ich habe schon vor ein paar Wochen bei Deluxe Pizza-Haus Herford bestellt und war begeistert, deshalb habe ich diesmal einen Auflauf zum Mitnehmen ausprobiert und wieder alles top! Die Speisen sind wirklich sehr lecker, frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Der Chef ist super nett und immer freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert! Fünf Sterne von mir tipptopp!

Es hat bekanntlich jeder hat seinen eigenen Geschmack, aber ich verstehe die ganzen negativen Kommentare hier nicht ! Wir waren nach unserer ersten Calzone so überzeugt von Deluxe Pizza Haus, dass wir regelmäßig und gerne dort bestellen. Die Tomatensoße bei den Pizzen und Calzone ist sehr geschmacksintensiv und lecker. Es wird nie an Belag gegeizt. Selten so eine geile Calzone gegessen. Auch die anderen Gerichte waren bisher immer top. 90 % unserer Bestellungen kamen hier immer heiß an und oft schon vor der angegebenen Lieferzeit !!!!!

Absolut ungenießbar – Gesundheitsgefahr? Ich habe heute hier zwei Pizzenbestellt und bin absolut fassungslos. Die Pizza hat nicht nur furchtbar geschmeckt, sie roch auch regelrecht nach Benzin oder Chemikalien! Als wäre das nicht schon schlimm genug, hatte der Teig einen extrem unhygienischen Beigeschmack – man hatte beim Essen das Gefühl, den Schweiß von den Fingern des Bäckers mitzuessen. Mir ist sofort der Appetit vergangen und das Essen landete direkt im Müll. Absolut ekelhaft, hier bestelle ich definitiv nie wieder

Preferably 0 stars. Ordered through Lieferando, but unfortunately, due to a move, the old address was still stored... I called the "pizzeria" and was immediately met with total yelling in the background. The man on the phone refused to leave a note with the new address for the driver, saying "it would be too stressful, there's a lot to do." We should reorder. Because the first payment was made with Apple Pay, I refused to order again, so instead of simply writing a note, they argued for 10 minutes and then hung up several times... I've never experienced anything like it. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Spicy sauce at the doner box simply tastes like fish

The food was awfully bad. The schnitzel consisted of four smaller, pressed pieces of meat. A waste of money. Everything was thrown away.

The Margherita pizza was just salty and tasteless. Despite complaining, the money wasn't refunded. I'm used to completely different pizza quality. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend it!

I've ordered from Deluxe Pizza Haus twice with Lieferando and have been extremely satisfied so far. A big compliment to the pizzas! Truly delicious. I'll order again ☺️

I ordered tortellini with cheese and schnitzel online. The tortellini didn't come with the cheese. When I called, I was confronted with the question, "So what are we supposed to do now?" I asked for a replacement, which was done without any problems. The newly delivered tortellini were soft and tasted burnt. I also found several hairs in the food. On another call, they again asked, "So what are we supposed to do now?" The schnitzel was strangely soft and drowning in hollandaise sauce. The "salad" that came with the schnitzel consisted of two large pieces of cucumber, four discolored lettuce leaves, and onion slices that were stuck together. We searched in vain for the dressing. We won't be ordering from there again in the future!

Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the food there anymore. I ordered a doner kebab plate and chose a salad instead of fries, which meant I got an extra salad. When the order arrived, there was what I thought was a really sad doner kebab plate without any extra salad. When we called to ask about it, we were told that there was no extra salad and that the prices are like that everywhere. But why do I pay €13 for an entire doner kebab plate only to get two-thirds.

Ordered a doner kebab plate, which normally comes with salad, and then clicked on a side salad instead of fries, which I didn't get. Rude customer service on the phone. I didn't acknowledge my mistake. I didn't get any salad. Just the regular salad from the doner kebab plate with no side dishes. So, I chose a side salad instead of fries. That means we don't get a side salad, just a doner kebab plate. They told me on the phone that there is no side salad.

The quality of the food is very good, and the delivery service also gets 5 stars. Kudos to the nice young man with the red Toyota.

We've been here countless times since 2022, or picked up takeaway food. The quality speaks for itself. No matter what we've ordered so far, everything has been delicious. We particularly like the pizzas, which are always freshly prepared. There's virtually no wait time. We recommend calling ahead. Then the food will be freshly prepared and ready for pickup as soon as you arrive. Plus, the owner's friendly manner always makes you feel welcome.

I ordered today through Lieferando and the food arrived warm and didn't taste the best Unfortunately my special requests were ignored even though I paid an extra charge for them. Really a shame

Pure disappointment. It started with the driver standing in front of the wrong front door. So I ran over to get the food. I gave a tip anyway. Wanted to have dinner with a friend. Opened the food. Instead of spaghetti scampi, spaghetti carbonara was delivered. So I called immediately and reported it. 20 minutes later, despite the promise, there is still no food. Called again: yes, it will take another 15-20 minutes. I then said that I didn't want the food anymore and I wanted my money back: The boss called me madame and hung up. Driver came. Took both meals back and gave me 11 euros again after discussion. Price for one meal.

We got the money, but we were even supposed to return the wrong food. Brazen and an impudence!

I have ordered food here several times. And always very fast delivery. Everything is delicious and the food is always hot. But there is one big minus point. Your kitchen is not very clean. If you fix this it will be perfect 👌, but I'm still happy to give it 5 stars. I can also say that your website is very easy to use.

The biggest siff from Herford would eat unhygienically and tackle everything without gloves with his dirty hands, not recommended

3x in einer Woche bestellt aufgrund von Umzug. Jedes mal innerhalb von 20 Minuten geliefert. Essen war top, lecker, frisch. Preisleistung passt ebenfalls. Den anderen Rezensionen kann ich mich nicht anschließen.

Sehr leckere Pizza Tonno Spezial, kann ich nur empfehlen. Lokal in die Jahre gekommen und auf Nachfrage ob Kartenzahlung möglich ist, sagt man ja, und wenn man dann die Karte rausholt auf einmal doch keine Kartenzahlung mehr möglich. Laut den Aufklebern und der Speisekarte ist jedoch die Kartenzahlung möglich.

Wir haben zwei Pizzen zum abholen bestellt und diese waren super lecker! Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und engagiert. Nur zum weiterempfehlen.

Die Negativen Bewertungen kann ich nicht ansatzweise nachvollziehen! Ich Bestelle sehr oft da, das Essen ist immer frisch, heiss und sehr lecker. Geschmacklich war die Pizza sehr gut, das Restaurant war auch sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und preislich ist es auch im Rahmen.
