We were there on August 6th, 2024 and ate with several people. The food tasted good, but the portions were too small. The price/performance ratio wasn't right.

Disappointing restaurant visit! External impression is very good. Food was good too, but definitely not enough for the price. The portions won't fill you up. The waiting time is extremely long. First we ordered bread with aioli. Nice service, but the drinks were also saved. ginger lemon Schorle was on the card 0.4 for 6.90 The bill then said 0.3 for 6.90. We got 0.2 with lots of ice. We complained right at the beginning, but no response. The boss ? billed and did not respond to our complaint. We left the restaurant shaking our heads. So definitely a different restaurant next time.

We were here yesterday because of the beautiful location. The food tasted delicious, but you shouldn't appear hungry. The portions are rather small for the price and you won't feel full without a starter. Unfortunately, the service and the waiting time were subpar. Had to wait a very long time. After an hour we had just had our drinks and the starter (bread and 2 croquettes). No further water glasses were brought (only 2 out of 5 received them) when asked. The homemade lemonade was a disgrace. The menu said 0.4 liters for an expensive 6.90. We only received 0.2L. Even when asked, the glass was not filled any further. At the end we mentioned it again to the boss. The reaction here was stroppy, no apologies were made or anything accommodating. For that reason alone I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend it.

Unfortunately we didn't have a nice evening at Delikat am Stadewäldchen. After an eternity passed, the drinks were brought to us. The lemonades, which were advertised as 0.4 liters, were brought in a glass that was significantly smaller and was only half full. We pointed this out to the waitress, unfortunately without any success. When my mother pointed this out to the boss in the most friendly way while paying, she simply ignored my mother in the strangest way. This was extremely disrespectful behavior and this is not how you treat customers. A friendly apology would have been the least. The food actually tasted quite good. However, the portion size, waiting time and the behavior of the boss do not justify a second visit.

Everything just took… a very, very long time. and the portions were very small! €28.50 for a small schnitzel, 4 spears of not well peeled asparagus and 2 1/2 potatoes

The restaurant has a beautiful beer garden and the cuisine is - as the name suggests - delicious. One of the best places to eat in summer :D

Clear menu, not to my taste and liking. PIZZA are good but not the burner. Not enough staff, friendly but waiting times too long. The garden terrace could be spruced up a bit.

The food was very tasty, unfortunately a little too little for my taste. Not cheap but not too expensive either. Service was attentive but could be improved. The ambience is very nice, the outdoor area right next to the city forest, great for relaxing and ending the evening.

Super delicious food for vegans too. We had shrimp tartare, porcini mushroom croquettes, entrecote, Wiener schnitzel, tiramisu, vegan aioli and stuffed peppers. Everything was excellent. The service was nice, attentive but not intrusive. The interior is cozy. However, we ate outside. It could be better maintained there, since I care for gardens, I noticed a lot of weeds 🤷‍♀️ With drinks we came to 50 euros per person. Price-performance ratio is right! I will come back 👍👍👍👍

We went on a date with a girl and were delighted! Excellent cuisine, cozy atmosphere and impeccable service. We reserved a table and despite the large number of visitors, we were given a cozy place, unlike other establishments where I reserved and upon arrival they told us “We have a lot of people and we cannot accommodate you”... despite the fact that we have reservation. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

A “traditional restaurant” with a mega beer garden has reopened. Full of anticipation, we visited the restaurant/beer garden on a warm day. Unfortunately we (and some other guests too) were very disappointed. The dishes are quite expensive. An asparagus dish consists of three (!) sticks of asparagus, 2 (!) potatoes and a thinly pounded schnitzel - price €28! The pizza is delicious - price ok. The tables are not cleared, let alone cleaned. The conditions are completely overwhelming. Many guests are disappointed. Someone wants to play in the Champions League, but can't even make it to the district class. A little more friendliness, proximity to the guest, honest food at a solid price and the place would be full! - Let's see what else happens there-

Had to wait 2 hours for our food because a very large group that came after us was served before us. If you cannot serve all tables on time, you should not accept new guests. Unfortunately, the food was just so-so and little and the way we were treated was also quite unfriendly.

We tried the restaurant today after it reopened. The menu offers interesting dishes and drinks. The atmosphere is very cozy. Dogs are also welcome. However, we waited almost an hour for our food. We observed the same thing at the neighboring tables. The food was then very tasty. The portion of veal cheeks was a bit small for the price. The meat is tender, but tastes a bit bland. The tagliatelle and goat cheese salad were delicious. The starter bread was quite cold, almost as if it had just been thawed. Maybe this should be warmed up a bit in the future. Good food, but room for improvement in the organization Yesterday we visited the opening of Delikat in the Stadewäldchen and were not disappointed with the food. The dishes, as usual from Delikat, were excellent again. However, the team was not optimally prepared organizationally, which somewhat clouded our experience. The starter was a long time coming and no amuse-bouche was served. My main course was delayed by 5 minutes compared to my wife's. Hopefully this was just due to opening stress and the team will address these issues in the future. A visit is recommended.

Rating this restaurant is not that easy 😄... When I entered this restaurant after we finally found a parking space, I found it to be rather old-fashioned and dark, but somehow also quaint. The positive thing was that the food was absolutely exceptional in terms of composition and presentation 👍it was definitely prepared by a well-trained chef! For that 5*+ Clear in terms of quantity, but sufficient! And very tasty and high quality!! The waiter wasn't that great: I'm leaving his clothing out of the review for now, it could have been more appropriate for us! There were ancient glasses and even though I asked for them, the lemonade (€5.90) ​​came without ice cubes! There were also no beer mats or anything like that! We also didn't think it was so nice that you inevitably had a view of the adjacent terrace, which was more like a backyard camp! Not so nice 🤷‍♀️ All in all, the food is worth it. Too many reservations accepted for Boxing Day. Waited 2 1/2 hours for the food. Lousy ploy to sell more drinks in the meantime. This is probably not the first complaint in this regard. Staff still very nice. They get the trouble. Unfortunately the boss wasn't there. Otherwise I would have told her that myself.

Das Äußere des Restaurants ist unscheinbar, aber die Küche ist ausgezeichnet. Besonders positiv fällt die große Auswahl an (nicht nur) vegetarischen und veganen Gerichten auf, von denen gleich mehrere empfehlenswert sind.

Nice restaurant with a relaxed quiet ambience. We had the appetizer plate and the homemade lemonade. As a main course, the prawns with fennel and oranges as well as the sweet potato strudel. Everything was very tasty and a good portion size. The service was very good. We'd love to come back! 😊

Das erste Mal dieses Lokal besucht, erster Eindruck positiv überrascht. Habe mit einer grösseren Gruppe ein 3 Gänge Menue genießen dürfen. Wir hatten eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte mit Brot. Insgesamt alles sehr lecker u. ausreichend. Als Hauptmenue hatte ich mir Coq au Vin geordert. War sehr lecker, aber hätte mir ein wenig mehr Soße u. Rotweingeschmack gewünscht. Die Desserts wurden wieder für insgesamt einen Tisch gebracht. Es war ein wenig von allem. Gegentlich schwächelt der Service hinsichtlich der Getränke. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Abend. Werde nochmal zu Zweit wiederkommen

Einfach nur WOW. Die Vorspeisenplatte ist unbeschreiblich lecker und alleine schon einen Besuch wert. Der Hauptgang, bei mir die gefüllte Paprika (ortientalisch), hat mich genau so begeistert Es gibt eine große Vielfalt an vegetarischen und auch veganen Optionen. Alles ist mit viel Leidenschaft hausgemacht, unter anderem auch der Eistee Zitrone, den ich hatte. Klare Empfehlung, guten Appetit!

Haben hier eine Hochzeit gefeiert - Service super freundlich und zuvorkommend, Ambiente sehr gemütlich und Essen absolut spitze!

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Es war kein Problem, zum Samstagabend einen Tisch kurzfristig zu reservieren. Das Essen wurde hübsch angerichtet, war geschmacklich gut und die Portionen ausreichend groß.

A really nice place just outside of the city center with a mix of vegan (and plenty to choose from) and non-vegan options. I had the bolognese with vegan meatballs and the dish had a very nice asian twist.

Essen war so lala. Der Service war total unterbesetzt und dementsprechend überlastet, hat Bestellung vergessen und ist nur selten gekommen um neue Getränke aufzunehmen.

Lecker, aber viel Zeit mitbringen … . Grundsätzlich ist es mal ein Besuch wert, wenn man mal anderes auch - Vegan und Vegetarisch- ausprobieren möchte. Nachdem man sich kurz über den hart klingenden ukrainischen Dialekt der Chefin gewöhnt hat (ist aber ein kulturelle Mentalität), ging es zügig an das Bestellen. Getränke kamen schnell, Vorspeise leider gar nicht. 1:30 Std. ist definitiv zu lange, wenn drei Leute (offene Küche) in der Küche sind. (War selber 20 Jahre in der Gastro) die beiden Kellner haben ca.50 Gäste alleine relativ gut gemanagt. Vorspeise war lecker, preislich schon aber im oberen Bereich, für das Produkt und Menge. Nach über 2 Stunden ab Bestellpunkt kam das Essen. Schön angerichtet. Geschmacklich gut gemacht. Alles frisch (!). Portion waren für einen normalen Esser ausreichend. Nachtisch war auch schön angerichtet und geschmacklich gut. Fazit : frisches Essen, mit sehr langer (!) Wartezeit, etwas zu hohen Preisen - wenn man das Gesamtpaket nimmt wie z.b. Lage , Ambiente, Personal etc.

Waren aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen hier, können verschiedene Stimmen teilen. Die Cheffin ist sehr forsch, mag vielleicht am Akzent liegen, ist vielleicht nur Temperament. Wir waren 16 Uhr da, wenige Gäste, haben ca 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet. Die Speisen waren nur ok, das Entrecote war sehr faserig und für 29.90€ eindeutig zu teuer. Die Garnelen etwas zu lange in der Pfanne und der Seitan recht labberig. Die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich 😊 Vielleicht waren unsere Erwartungen zu groß, Preis Leistung passt für uns nicht, 85 €, für das Plus ein Wasser, eine schorle und ein kleines Glas Wein ist schon recht viel Geld. Wünschen dem Restaurant alles Gute.

Wirklich super leckeres Essen und eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten, der Service und das Ambiente könnten aber leider freundlicher beziehungsweise schöner und gemütlicher sein.

Für den Zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag einen Tisch für sechs Personen reserviert und gespannt darauf gewartet - die meisten Rezensionen machen halt neugierig. Das Restaurant wirkt nüchtern, aber funktionell. Die Bestuhlung ist bequem und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Service ist "rustikal", aber freundlich. Das Essen wurde interessant angerichtet und kam bei fünf Mitessern sehr gut an, nur das Risotto fand kein so richtiges Gefallen. Die Desserts waren phantasievoll und sehr lecker. Das Restaurant ist für die Zukunft vorgemerkt und wird mit Sicherheit wieder besucht. Wem es um gutes Essen geht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Das Essen war sehr Lecker und das Personal ist freundlich. Allerdings mussten wir (ca.10) Personen mehr als 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten trotz Reservierung. Ein Tisch mit ca.12 Personen die ungefähr eine Stunde nach uns reinkamen ,bekamen sogar vor uns ihr Essen. Die Speisekarte hat für jeden etwas dabei und man hat ein gutes 50/50 Verhältnis für Veganer und Fleischessern. Allerdings sind die Portionen recht klein für die Preise.

Das essen war lecker! Auch Vegetarier und Veganer kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. Leider schien der Service etwas überfordert, war aber stets nett! Über die Atmosphäre im Restaurant lässt sich bekanntlich streiten – Geschmacksache eben ;-)

Was mir sehr gut gefällt ist die Auswahl der Speisen. Es gibt veganes Essen, das richtig gut ist und nicht der 08/15 Quatsch, denn man überall bekommt. Auch das vegetarische Essen ist sehr gut. Und für Fisch/ Fleisch Esser gibt es auch eine gute Auswahl. Mein Lieblingsgericht ist das Risotto Negro mit Tintenfisch. Heute habe ich mich aber für das Wiener Schnitzel entschieden und das war wirklich sehr gut. Ich kann das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, da ich schon oft dort essen war und es immer gut war.

Durchweg ordentliches Speiselokal in der Dortmunder Innenstadt mit einer für jeden Geschmack ausgestatteten Speisekarte aufwarten kann. Abzüge gibt es allerdings für das etwas lieblose Ambiente im Außenbereich: einfachste Bestuhlung und einfachste Tische keinerlei Tischdekoration und die Sauberkeit der vorhandenen Salz, Pfeffer oder Zuckerstreuer war auch leider etwas verbesserungsbedürftig.

Wir waren am Samstagabend im Delikat. Die Bedienung war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Vorspeisen kamen ziemlich schnell und waren sehr gut. Bis zum Hauptgang mussten wir über eine Stunde warten. Aber das war nicht so schlimm, denn der erste Hunger war gestillt. Insgesamt war das Essen sehr lecker. Preise sind okay. Viele Gerichte sind auch für Veganer geeignet. Sollte man mal ausprobieren. Wir fanden es gut.

Update 21.08.2022 Wir waren wieder im Delikat zu Gast und haben uns an der Karte „weiter ausgetobt“. Top Top Top unser Resümee. Leckere Küche, für Veganer, Vegetarier, Fleischesser - alles im Portfolio. Ein weiteres Plus außer der hervorragenden Qualität waren die herzlichen Gastgeber die unseren Abend sehr gelingen ließen. Absolute Empfehlung !!

Wir waren heute dort das erste mal Essen. Meine Freundin isst vegan und deshalb haben wir uns das Lokal ausgesucht. Alle Speisen wurden toll serviert sehr ansehnlich und alles war super lecker 😋 . Auch die selbstgemachten Limonaden sind zu empfehlen .Wir wollen unbedingt wieder hin da es noch sovieles gab was wir gerne probieren wollen.Tolle kreative frische Ess Kreationen
