I am absolutely shocked about my latest order from Dean & David. I ordered two chicken teriyaki bowls for a whopping 15 euros each, and the result was a disaster. The bowls are tiny, barely bigger than my hand, and half filled with a huge bowl of sauce taking up the space. In my chicken teriyaki bowl I found three (!) strips of chicken - for a dish that starts with "chicken", that's more than disappointing. The rest consisted mainly of cheap foods such as salad, cucumbers and rice. As if that wasn't enough, the packaging was absolutely poor. The bag was neither secured nor properly closed. There was a squishy brownie on top of my bowl that was simply thrown into the bag and was also broken. I also paid 4 euros for this brownie. I seriously wonder how such prices come about. The whole thing seems like an eco-hipster trend that's just there to look good on social media, but in reality you're getting absolutely no value for your money. I have had better experiences at other Dean & David restaurants. I have never spent so much money for so little in my life. I am absolutely amazed and horrified by this experience.

The cleaning and hygiene measures in this restaurant are exemplary. I feel safe and in good hands here. Always happy to come here 🙂

Ordered via Lieferando. The sandwich was rotten and no longer fit for consumption. There was no avocado on it. Instead, greasy tomatoes and old spinach. It's pretty bold to sell old food to customers via Lieferando. For me the store is unacceptable.

I was prepared to get up promptly at just before 8:00 p.m. so that the "nice gentleman" could have finished as normal. According to him, it would only have been possible to order take-away food and sit-down was not allowed. Today I went there to eat for the first time in about 3 months. I'm really excited about the well-maintained bamboo outside. The food was very tasty 😋. Nice young man with a beard and glasses was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back!!!

Edit 29.10. Wir haben nun auch eine fehlerhafte Lieferung bekommen. Auf Anrufe und Mails kam keine Rückmeldung. Es wurden nicht nur falsche Produkte geliefert, auch wurden bezahlte Produkte schlicht vergessen und die richtig gelieferten sahen unappetitlich aus. Nach dieser Erfahrung werden wir uns wohl den anderen Bewertungen anschließen und diese Filiale meiden. 14.10. Wir haben hier heute mal bestellt. Essen wahnsinnig lecker, Lieferung zügig und Portionen in einer angemessenen Größe. Preise natürlich etwas hoch, allerdings bekommt man frische Produkte und das gibt es ja nur noch selten.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, jedoch war es extrem kalt im Restaurant. Entweder man spart an der Heizung, oder es gibt keine.

Die Filiale in Pasing sieht mich nicht mehr wieder. Da sollte sich schleunigst was ändern, das ruiniert den Namen der ganzen Kette.

Salatsauce war schlecht. Musste den ganzen Salat wegschmeißen und hatte dann nichts mehr zu essen!!! Toilette einfach nur ekelhaft!! Dreckiger Laden!

Habe vegan bestellt aber Fleisch bekommen obwohl ich davor nochmal nachgefragt ob es vegan ist, habe trotzdem Fleisch bekommen. Ich habe die Vermutung dass der Mitarbeiter dies mit Absicht tat, da er als ich ihn drauf hinwies lachte er. An alle Veganer ich würde Dean & David in Pasing strikt vermeiden!!

Habe ausdrücklich vegan bestellt (Foto des Gerichts mit Namen + gefragt ob die Soße auch vegan sei und vegan bestellt! Trotzdem Fleisch serviert bekommen! (Erst spät gemerkt da ich auf die Kompetenz des Mitarbeiters vertraut habe) Für mich als jahrelanger Veganer eine schreckliche Erfahrung gewesen :(

Unfreundlicher Laden, keiner da, man sucht das Personal und schaut dann in die Küche, daraufhin maßregelt mich ein Angestellter, der rüber kam, als wäre er für andere Deals zuständig, in einem unfreundlichen Ton erstmal, dass ich über eine bestimmte Linie nicht hinaus darf, die Küche schon mal gar nicht zu betreten hätte. Daraufhin entwickelte sich ein lautes Streitgespräch, bei dem es nur noch so an Beleidigungen hagelte. Der bitte das haus zu verlassen war mit der Einladung verbunden mit ihm dieses vor der Tür zu klären (so unter Männern halt, wie man es so in bestimmten Kreisen droht) und am Ende wurde mir Hausverbot erteilt. Es gab auch eine freundliche Angestellte, der die Auseinandersetzung sichtbar peinlich war und sie entschuldige sich. Da ich mit Dean&David hier in Pasing schon des Öfteren schlechte Erfahrung gemacht habe, wie lieblos das essen hergerichtet wird und das Gesundheitsversprechen in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis mehr steht, will ich den Laden eh nicht mehr betreten.

Der dean and david war am Anfang richtig gut, mittlerweile grottenschlecht. Überhaupt, wenn man das Essen mitnimmt. Oft sind Zuraten nicht mehr vorhanden, dass erfährt man aber erst nach bezahlen, Stornierung- Pustekuchen, auch muss man jedes Mal an das Brot erinnern, sowie auch an den Kassenbeleg. Seit einiger Zeit wird statt dem bezahlten großen Salat einfach ein kleiner zubereitet, oder sehr wenig in den großen Behälter getan, das Fleisch enthält Knochen, so dass man sich das Zahnfleisch verletzt beim Verzehr. Jetzt nach ca. einem halben Jahr dachte ich ich versuch‘s nochmal und Zack, wieder angeschmiert. Nach dem bezahlen wird wieder zur kleinen Salatschale gegriffen. Sorry, aber die Schalen stehen auf Augenhöhe. Eier für den Chicken Caesar Salat waren auch aus. War ein Salat zum mitnehmen. Daheim war es dann leider so, dass man die falsche Soße dazu getan hat. Noch dazu eine, die weder gepasst noch geschmeckt hat. Für mich hat sich diese Filiale erledigt, überhaupt bei den Preisen.

Ich bin unglaublich zufrieden mit zwei Mädchen(Bedienung), wie nett und freundlich die waren. Ich habe schon drittes mal da was gekauft und die waren so behilflich und informiert über die Produktion und das Menü. Immer wenn sie mir was empfohlen haben, war so köstlich das es mir schwerfiel satt zu werden. Alles so schnell, ordentlich gemacht, die waren wirklich sehr gut auf mich als Kunde orientiert. Hoffentlich gibt es viele solche Mitarbeiter. Nur die sind genug Grund dafür geläufiger bei „Dean and Davids“ vorbeizuschauen. ( Als Dankeschön wollte ich gerne ein kleines Review schreiben). Ständige Probleme mit Saucen für Bowls abends in dieser Filiale. Ein Paar mal habe ich plotzlich Saucen von anderen Bowls bekommen, wenn Bowl schon bezahlt war. Aber das geht noch. Heute aber statt Spicy Ginger Souse zum California Poke Bowl - reine Öl. Und das habe ich erst Zahause entdeckt. Für knapp 15€ Bowl absolutes no-go.

Super lecker gegessen heute! Die Curry Gerichte ein Traum, und dazu noch Riesen Portionen mit reichlich Fleisch und Gemüse. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Brot IMMER nur auf Anfrage, das nervt wirklich. und manchmal werden auch einzelne Zutaten im Salat einfach nicht gegeben. Heute gab's zb die mango nicht, die eigentlich dabei ist. Mitarbeiter wirkt generell unmotiviert. Nicht unhöflich, aber halt einfach kein Bock Attitüde. Sehr schade.

Das erste Mal probiert, das Konzept gefiel mit gut: gesund, leicht, nahrhaft und lecker. Die Portion fiel aber sehr mager aus, wirklich wenige Shrimps (vier oder fünf). Würde ich aber wiederholen, auch um zu sehen, ob das der Standard sein soll.

Geschmack und Service sind einfach super leider gibt es keine einzige Speise mit scharfen Zutaten Chilli Peperoni ect..

Ich habe schon mehrmals über lieferando dort bestellt und ich muss sagen, dass es der einzige dean and david in München ist, der es hinbekommt den Salat mit wirklich allen Zutaten zusammen zu stellen. Die Auslieferer sind auch immer sehr freundlich.

Genial gelegen direkt vor dem Bahnhof, sogar mit einigen Plätzen zum draussen sitzen.
