I'm familiar with the food from Dead & David, which I usually like. One morning I ordered just a cappuccino to go. It was undrinkable. Either the machine isn't cleaned, or it had just been cleaned and there were residues in the drink.

I ordered food from this place deliberately because it said to take only 10-25 minutes. It ended up taking an hour. Mind you, I live 800m down the road. Don't state short delivery times if you can't live up to it.

Portions are tiny, but prices are very high. Please provide hygiene training to employees – collecting money and touching the salad with the same hand is a no-go.

The chicken terriyaki wrap was a disaster. I don't know what kind of sauce it was, but it definitely wasn't the one mentioned. Cutting vegetables into the wrap before serving is obviously too much effort. The wrap itself was just mush. Ordering wasn't possible in German, and it was difficult in English.

One of my favorite places to eat, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it's always a good choice and very healthy. The staff are always attentive and take customer feedback into consideration to improve their service. 100% recommended, an excellent option for healthy, delicious food with a wide variety.

Very unfriendly employees! You can tell they have absolutely no desire to work. Often, the employees aren't even there and are just sitting in the break room. On top of that, most of them don't speak German. The customer in front of me was turned away after she asked for a juice because the employee didn't want to prepare it. The food is also not freshly prepared at all, and the work being done there is unhygienic. Go to any other location except this one!

The portions are getting smaller and smaller, and the prices aren't right. The concept itself is great, the food is fresh, but the price is no longer justified. Almost €8 for a basic salad made of just lettuce leaves? That's really disproportionate! The extras are also too expensive for the amount. Three grapes and 5-6 pomegranate seeds thrown in somewhere. So a full salad can easily cost €25-30. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering again. What a shame.

At least it's an alternative to all the fast food stuff around, but it's also a chain restaurant. It was tasty, but 13.50 for a teriyaki bowl is way overpriced considering the cost of 1.50 for the goods.

We ordered 2 bowl salad/salmon. The salmon was not fresh, too industrial cooking unfortunately. Decent service.

Absolute disgrace! The flatbread with avocado contained exactly one piece of avocado, ONE! The bread with the salad was dry and hard, the salad was missing the dressing we ordered and to round things off, the bit of salad was also brown and dried out at the edges. Absolute rubbish, you can't serve it to anyone. Especially not for the price. You should be ashamed.

The chain is actually great, the salads are very good. Maybe a bit expensive (almost 20 euros for salad and water). But in the Pasinger branch the staff changes every week. Everyone is clueless and stressed, you wait forever. Ordered extras are often missing. In addition, loud music like in a disco, completely filthy toilets and the overall impression that nobody cares about the place. The staff is trying hard, but someone higher up the organizational chart is letting them down.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I thought while eating my bowl that it could only be a bad joke from Dean & David. I had to look for the chicken in my Chrunchy Chicken Bowl and the portion size might feed a 5-year-old toddler. My husband ordered a special mango and was able to find exactly one mini piece in his bowl. And all for a price of €15 per bowl (+ €1 for the mango). What was delivered here is an absolute disgrace. I will completely avoid this store in the future.

A deposit is charged for the bottles of cola and water, but you don't get a deposit back!

I don't understand why you always have to save on staff. Unfortunately, the waiting time at peak times is terrible. With a little more hands this wouldn't happen.

The waiting time is simply cruel... waiting so long for the food in the heat and then being served carelessly. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

I am absolutely shocked about my latest order from Dean & David. I ordered two chicken teriyaki bowls for a whopping 15 euros each, and the result was a disaster. The bowls are tiny, barely bigger than my hand, and half filled with a huge bowl of sauce taking up the space. In my chicken teriyaki bowl I found three (!) strips of chicken - for a dish that starts with "chicken", that's more than disappointing. The rest consisted mainly of cheap foods such as salad, cucumbers and rice. As if that wasn't enough, the packaging was absolutely poor. The bag was neither secured nor properly closed. There was a squishy brownie on top of my bowl that was simply thrown into the bag and was also broken. I also paid 4 euros for this brownie. I seriously wonder how such prices come about. The whole thing seems like an eco-hipster trend that's just there to look good on social media, but in reality you're getting absolutely no value for your money. I have had better experiences at other Dean & David restaurants. I have never spent so much money for so little in my life. I am absolutely amazed and horrified by this experience.

Ordered via Lieferando. The sandwich was rotten and no longer fit for consumption. There was no avocado on it. Instead, greasy tomatoes and old spinach. It's pretty bold to sell old food to customers via Lieferando. For me the store is unacceptable.

I was there during peak lunchtime. A single employee - a second one was added later. Long snake. I think a 15 minute wait is a lot for a fast food restaurant The salad was mostly leaf lettuce with a bit on top. Roasted potatoes were half raw and cold. Quite expensive for that.
