The sluggish transportation that I have in Germany. The food was cold and very tasty. It's not like we have a bowl of noodles, but it's not like we have bread! If we're angry, to be surprised, it's just that our three normal restaurants without a bowl of noodles are fine. I was so nervous, like salad, fish, chicken, and rice with the hands. Never again! Worst Experience We ordered food and it arrived cold. 3 meals arrived without spoons, forks, or bread. When we called to ask, we were told that the meals we ordered didn't come with anything. The meals were shawarma (flat bread) and chicken. And of course, with sauces and salads. How can one eat such meals without spoons or bread? The shawarma smelled absolutely awful. It wasn't enough.

May God bless them. The food is very tasty and fresh. Their treatment is very elegant, the service was fast, and the prices are reasonable. You will really laugh when you go to them.

An outrage, I'm stunned! I don't even know where to begin. My visit to this restaurant was an absolute disaster, and honestly, I wonder how this place is even allowed to still be open. As soon as you enter, you're hit by a disgusting stench that clearly comes from the ventilation. It smells strongly of rat droppings—a revolting, almost unbearable odor that immediately takes away your appetite. But it gets worse: The restrooms are in a state that's simply shocking. Dirty, neglected, and there was actually rat droppings on the toilet paper roll. Just imagine! After washing your hands, of course, there was no paper—nothing to properly dry your hands with. That's absolutely irresponsible in a restaurant. The food was also a disappointment. The chicken was burnt and tasted bitter, as if it had simply been carelessly slapped onto the plate. Honestly, the way things are looking, it's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously ill. I sincerely hope the health department inspects this place as soon as possible; it's long overdue. One thing's for sure: I will never set foot in this place again. And I can only advise everyone to think carefully about whether they really want to eat there.

Had Shawerma with 5 other prople, was on Monday 16:00, service was super nice, food was served quick. Toilets were horror movies.

The place was ok, service also good, tea on the house at the end. Toilets need more effort to be at the acceptable level of cleanliness. As for food, we ordered only one type for all of us, the size of the plate was more than enough for one person. Tasty and clean. In general, the experience was delightful.

They made the prices as funny as they were. A complete disaster, this store should close immediately.

We didn't like the food at all. We ordered crispy rice, the rice tasted really bad and the crispy wasn't good at all. I also had Arabic shawarma, the taste wasn't good either. I swear we didn't enjoy the food at all. We paid money for the order and we weren't happy at all. The bathrooms are also tired, so frankly, it won't be repeated.

I think one star is too much. I just ordered a krisbi and a schwarma. Both meats weren't ready yet. The fries that go with krisbi were still very hard and old. Now I have a stomach ache. They both cost me €23. Where else they would have tasted much better. You only pay €17 So never go there again.

To be honest, the food is not good at all, the restaurant is not clean, the bathrooms are not clean, the rice is old and they heat it in the microwave, and the chicken smells rancid.

So I've been there twice and I'm more than happy with the super delicious fresh food, as a gourmet Belgian I can say 🇧🇪. All the staff were very nice and helpful and pretty too! Continued success and happiness! Don't put up with the incomprehensible negative criticism either, because it comes from negative people who are just jealous of positive people and probably don't like animals either...

Disaster! We waited over 50 minutes for 2 pieces of pide ........... My 1 year old couldn't sit still anymore, I let them know and they told me 5 more minutes. After an extra 12 minutes the pide finally came burnt with black frames. Never come in here again!!!!

The food is quite good, but I wish young people would pay attention to the issue of cleanliness. For example, whenever the worker wears gloves, even though he smokes and uses the cell phone a lot, the food is prepared with the same gloves.

I ordered 2 charma rolls and another roll there, I've never had shawarma before and was pleasantly surprised! It was super tasty, cheap and I got full very quickly! The sauce was great, the meat was very good and the dough itself was also very tasty. Gladly again😊

The issue of placing manakish on wood is the biggest mistake that transmits disease. At the very least, you should put a piece of paper on the wood that is not washed. There are people who eat, and the liquids that come out of the manakish return to the wood, and the wood is just wiped with a rag.

The Syrian restaurant is very child-friendly. There are 3 high chairs here, which is an extraordinary amount for a restaurant of this size. Even our twins (currently 2 years old) are always looked after in a friendly manner. The food is perfect. The lamb skewers were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Simply perfect.

Unfortunately not quite as authentic a restaurant as hoped. Baba ghaboush and hummus were disappointing, shawarma so-so, mix-grill was very good. The staff is friendly, but also experienced. The personal touch is missing. Dessert selection is sad.

If I could I would give zero stars. Every time I go out to eat there I don't get my fries until I'm done eating and putting on my jacket. And they never have pizza, manakish or anything else, there is hardly any choice, mostly just meat but then they have to bring out the other menu.

We had the falafel once and the shawarma Arabi plate and were thrilled. Very good portion and incredibly tasty. But the best thing was the service. Really sweet and when my friend asked for a sauce, which unfortunately was already gone, we got three really tasty dips on the house. So we will definitely come more often! :)

We were there for the first time today, we wanted to go out for a delicious Syrian meal, but it didn't happen because the hygiene condition of the shop is a disaster. This is only topped when you really have to go to the toilet. A case for the health department.

The food just wasn't tasty, we had to wait around 30 minutes at the table for our food and it wasn't even fresh. The staff were actually very friendly and apologized for the delay, but that doesn't make it much better. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone😔.
