Great burgers and friendly service

A very nice place to linger, whether inside or in the beautiful beer garden. You just feel good there with very good food.

I was there for the first time. Very impressive building made of wooden trunks, everything harmoniously coordinated, great location. Service very friendly, delicious food. Absolute recommendation.

The main building in Bad Berleburg - Wingeshausen is no longer an insider tip. And for good reason! Top service from courteous, friendly staff, great ambience inside and out, acceptable waiting time and absolutely delicious, high-quality food at a fair price. We had the rump steak (cooked to perfection, with delicious vegetables and crispy wedges) and the local burger. Both recommended and an incentive to try the other dishes too. We live in town ourselves and finally managed to come over. It definitely won't be the last time and we look forward to doing it again!

Nice little restaurant, nice owners, great food

We enjoyed eating at "das stamm Haus". One of the servers spoke Dutch. She helped us make a choice from the menu. Very handy. We had a delicious meal

Delicious grilled specialties. We recommend. The prices are also great, but the steak dishes are not that expensive.

We finally managed to go to the main restaurant and what can I say... The food is MEGA, the atmosphere is rustic and modern at the same time. You come and feel good. It's also great that you can design your food the way you want. It is definitely recommended. Don't drive past it - stop! It is worth it!! We will be back!

Very nice atmosphere, very nice service and the salmon sandwich with freshly smoked salmon also tasted very good. The chocolate schnapps/liqueur at the end was also interesting (very aromatic).

Great grilled food in a rustic atmosphere. The salmon was plentiful and cooked to perfection. Be sure to reserve as it is very busy. The service was attentive and friendly. It was relatively cool inside, so if you get cold easily, you should take a jacket with you.

Finally managed to eat on site. The parent company achieved full points in all areas. You get very good quality for the fact that the pricing is a little higher. The experience of “going out for a good meal” should be worth it. We'd love to come back. Greetings to the parent team.

The main building in Wingeshausen is really awesome! I've been there several times and each time I've been surprised by the quality of the food and the great service. The steaks are simply divine and cooked to perfection, just the way I love them. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also totally cozy and inviting. The service is always friendly and attentive, you just feel comfortable. I can only recommend the main restaurant to anyone who is looking for a brilliant steak and grill restaurant!

5 stars and if it were possible, we would give a lot more - a great team that absolutely stands behind what is on offer and you can tell that everyone puts their heart and soul into it! We were able to celebrate our Christmas party there and we all felt really comfortable from the first minute and we were able to take lots of tips with us and enjoy a great meal. We wanted to eat there with 2 people and our dog. Dogs are allowed. (5 p.m.) I walk in to see if it is possible to have a bite to eat. Everything was free except for 1 table. But we were not welcome, reservations had already been made for 7:00/7:30 PM. So we still had more than 2 hours to eat. So for me it's a no-go to ever eat there. ————————————- You indicated that table reservations were only at 7:00/7:30 PM. In that time period (from 5 p.m.) we could have eaten a long time ago. You indicated that there was no place for us, we respected that. The fact that you then call us “such guests” is not to your credit. Are you insinuating that we are indecent people or something like that?

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von 25 Personen einen schönen Nachmittag. Frisch gegrilltes und zubereitetes Essen, freundlicher Service und das Biergartenambiente waren perfekt.

Einfach top. Das kann man wirklich nur jedem empfehlen!!!!!

Wat hebben wij ongelooflijk heerlijk gegeten, aanrader! Leuk te zijn hoe de mannen het eten maken op de BBQ. Ook de serveerster was super vriendelijk. Prachtig houten restaurant, alles was leuk in stijl en super netjes/schoon. Wij komen hier zeker weer terug.

The service was excellent. Wanted a pork burger i.o. beef and without any problem this was arranged. The burgers were fingerlicking good. This restaurant is worth your while. Wanted to go back the next day to enjoy some more, but unfortunately it is closed on Sundays...

Leute, so etwas Schönes habe ich lange nicht gesehen. Das Essen, einfach hervorragend. Das Servicepersonal und auch die Hwrren am Grill super freundlich👍👍👍 Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und bringe noch Leute mit. Macht weiter so, alles wirklich top. Bin total begeistert.

Richtig schöne und gemütliche Location. Der Burger war richtig gut, schön saftig. Personal super freundlich und entspannt drauf. Karte ist minimalistisch gehalten, was die Entscheidung deutlich leichter macht. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dort Essen zugehen.

Auswahl beschränkt sich auf Burger und Co, kleine Karte, dafür alles frisch. Für Personen, die dies nicht mögen, schränkt es die Essensauswahl sehr ein. Service, Ambiente sind sehr gut. Prima für gesellschaftliche Zusammenkünfte.

Toll-Lecker-symphatisch! Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wir waren vor zwei Wochen mit der gesamten Familie im Stammhaus essen. Ich kann nur sagen: "Lange nicht so ein gutes Schweinefilet gegessen!!!...aber auch alle anderen Gerichte kamen sehr gut an. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön: Urig und gemütlich. Da hat jemand ein "gutes Händchen" für eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und ließ sich auch durch unsere Kinder nicht aus der Ruhe bringen ;-) Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Eine ganz kleine Anmerkung hätte ich allerdings noch: Der Kinderburger war mir persönlich etwas zu wenig durchgebraten....aber da ich diesen Wunsch ja auch explizit selbst hätte äußern können, gibts dafür natürlich keinen Punktabzug.

Absolut leckeres Essen! Vom Steak über sämtliche Beilagen bis hin zu den Dips und der Bärlauchbutter. Einfach perfekt. Die hohe Qualität ist den gehobenen Preis allemal wert. Das Holzhaus-Ambiente gefällt mir gut. Bei guten Wetter gibt es im Außenbereich viele Sitzplätze.

Wenn man ganz ehrlich ist, dann muss ich persönlich sagen, dass man von der Qualität und dem Geschmack des Essen in Kombination mit dem Preis bewerten muss, dass sich jedes mir bekannte Steakhouse im Siegerland hinter dem Stammhaus verstecken muss. Beurteilt man darüber hinaus noch die Freundlichkeit im Service, das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre insgesamt, wird dieser Eindruck noch viel deutlicher verstärkt. Schade, dass wir fast eine Stunde fahren müssen, sonst wären wir jedes Wochenende im Stammhaus. Ein Riesen Kompliment an das Team. So macht Essen gehen Spaß!!!

Wat een heerlijke hamburger hebben we gegeten!!! Echt super lekker en manlief vond de rib-eye ook perfect.. Verders ook een gezellig restaurant en nette bediening

Tolles Blockhaus .. gut besucht .. sehr laut durch ca 15 Frauen Wandergruppe .. Fettanteil beim Steak um die 30-40% .. ich würde mit dem Lieferanten sprechen .. sehr nette Bedienung

Top Location mit einem einzigartigen Ambiente. 1A Qualität von regionalen Erzeugern… was will man mehr… Ich hatte hier eine geräucherte Forelle in aller bester Qualität bekommen. Auf weitere Spezialitäten freuen wir uns schon jetzt.

Wer frisch und gut gegrilltes Fleisch und Fisch mag ist hier genau richtig! Die besten Burger die wir je gegessen haben, ich mit Lachs und mein Mann mit Rindfleisch!

Super leckeres Essen. Freundliche Bedienungen.

Wir waren heute mit 10 Leuten dort und durften an dem Grill-Event teilnehmen. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert. Alles hat unheimlich toll geschmeckt und man hat richtig viel gelernt. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt, die Qualität der Lebensmittel sind richtig hochwertig. Insgesamt ein tolles und durchdachtes Konzept!

Es war ein sehr leckeres Essen in tollen Räumlichkeiten mit sehr nettem Personal!!

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet (+ große Portionen)! Und was eine extra Erwähnung verdient: Der Service ist so freundlich und bemüht, das läuft super! Nicht selbstverständlich!
