We haven't eaten so well in a long time. Only recommended. The schnitzel tower was amazing. Side dishes also well portioned. Pumpkin soup was also very good. We will definitely come back. Price performance absolutely fine.

Actually I don't know, I'm a foreigner, I went to order a special dish that I saw on their menu online and they didn't have it, I went back the next day to order another dish and they said it was only with reservation even though it was for takeout, I actually felt that they didn't want to support me.

We spent a wonderful evening with you! The atmosphere was inviting and we felt very comfortable! The service is simply excellent, super nice and attentive! The food was simply perfect, we were able to enjoy game dishes and the dessert was a real delight! (you can also see it in the pictures) Price performance is also a highlight, and this shows that the owners have remained down to earth despite the regional cuisine and the extremely high quality. Something very rare these days... We'll definitely be back!

Was a guest yesterday. We had a reservation and were warmly welcomed. Drinks came quite quickly. As a starter, three kinds of dumplings with cheese sauce, which unfortunately were all very dry and had already pulled the skin. Main course 300 gr. rump steak medium which never had 300 gr. Almost cooked through, the taste was very good...I was told about the size if it was too small I could get another piece. 2nd dish was pink fried slice of venison with celery mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. There is the following to say about this dish: the slices were well-done, so the food went back and a short time later the plate came. It was still the same plate, this time without sauce and the meat this time was not new but simply cold. It was cold as well as the side dishes Mashed potatoes sprinkled with fried celery and the Brussels sprouts had seen better days. At least this dish was taken off the bill. All in all, not a nice stay. The chef didn't come to the table when asked.

We had to wait over an hour for the food. It was mediocre at best. The fried potatoes mentioned were fried pieces of potato and the cheese spaetze looked more like semolina porridge. The service was very friendly, but neglected to point out the long waiting time

I had the pleasure of experiencing the so-called ‘Flying Buffet’ – although the term buffet doesn’t do it justice. Rather, it was a fine dining experience that is second to none. 20 courses that leave nothing to be desired: from sophisticated soups to tender game meat, mussels and perfectly prepared salmon to extraordinary desserts such as heavenly angel hair and a cheesecake that I have never had anywhere of this quality - and that is saying something! Particularly impressive: All of this for just €38.50! I've eaten far worse and paid far more for it. This price is really a joke – in a good way! What also impressed me was the warm atmosphere. The chefs come to the table in person every now and then to ask about the guests' well-being, but in an unobtrusive, almost friendly way that makes you feel like you're staying with old friends. The ambience, the great food and the extremely friendly staff make the evening an all-round perfect experience. If you don't visit this restaurant, you're really missing out on something special. This review is in no way bought - I'm just blown away and will definitely be back!

We celebrated our daughter's baptism in the Schlemmer restaurant. In consultation with the owner, we were able to offer our guests an individual menu from the restaurant menu. Our wishes and ideas regarding the food and the decoration were implemented to our complete satisfaction. We had a wonderful celebration with delicious food and great service.

Price-performance great! Accessible to disabled people, including wheelchair users. There is nothing to complain about.

Today I went to the Schlemmerhaus for the first time with friends from China and we were extremely happy. The food tasted very good, the service was super nice and accommodating. Clear recommendation, we would be happy to come back.

My visit was a real highlight! The “Flying Buffet” event in particular was a great idea – a varied selection of delicious, small dishes that were always served fresh. So you could try everything and be surprised again and again. It's great to see that so much emphasis is placed on local ingredients and authentic preparation. I would also like to highlight the “Flying Buffet”, which I have taken part in once so far. This is my first bad review on Google ever. We were there today at 5:45 p.m. to get something quick to eat. We didn't want to stay long...not a single spot on the terrace was occupied or reserved. But we were told that a larger party was coming at around 6:30 p.m. and they couldn't serve us. When asked, there wasn't even a drink. I've never heard anything like that from a restaurateur. That was very disappointing and inflexible... That's not how you treat guests... A second couple was also sent away at the same time. All I can say is very poor performance.

Very relaxed atmosphere, reasonable portion sizes and prices, very polite service and above all delicious food. The chef also welcomes his guests almost every day.

Bad food and service impossible

I ordered a mushroom fillet with croquettes and chanterelle sauce. I have never eaten such tender meat with a great sauce. My big compliments to the chef!!! The small side salad was also delicious and exactly what I wanted, i.e. without carrots.

At the end of a day trip on the hottest day in July, we arrived at the gourmet restaurant with a group of 27 women, sweaty and very thirsty. We were personally welcomed at the bus by the boss, who accompanied us into the air-conditioned and cozy dining room. What a blessing. Here we were greeted with a Prosecco on the house. Wow!! The menu left nothing to be desired and everyone found something that suited them. "Delicious" That was the general tenor and the drinks were just right according to our ladies' taste. Price/performance ratio very good. Very nice boss and staff. Some of us will certainly come by again privately Great recommendation!

Went there for the first time today and what can I say... value for money just doesn't fit in my opinion. I alone paid 60 EUR for a starter, main course, dessert and two drinks and then went to McDonalds because I was still hungry 😂. When the steak was served to me, I had to smile. A steak, about 15 fries and herb butter, brought to the plate so carelessly and not pleasing to the eye...it's a shame. Starter well, dessert was 👍🏻. The waitresses are, sorry when I say that, always trying hard but not professional. If you value good service and quality, you'd better go somewhere else...

Bin mit Kumpel zum ersten mal dort gewesen, aber sicher nicht zum letzten mal. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und mega lecker. Die Schnitzel zart und saftig, die Bratkartoffeln der Hammer. Die Pfeffersoße schmeckt intensiv nach Pfeffer, einfach lecker. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wir kommen wieder, auch wenn es etwas weiter entfernt von uns ist, der Weg lohnt sich

Heute hat es endlich geklappt meine besten Freunde, in diesem Restaurant Einzuladen. Ein Familienbetrieb mit zwei Eigenen Köchen, Vater und Sohn und die Tochter als Service Leiterin im Familienbetrieb beschäftigt! Auf Fotos habe ich aus ganz einfachen Grund verzichtet, da die bereits bei Google Maps Eingestellten, sehen diese heute noch genau so aus, wie sie bereits von einem Kollegen vor Etwas längerer Zeit Eingestellt worden sind! Die Quantität hat bei allen Gerichten an unserem Tisch keinen Überladenen Eindruck Hinterlassen und ich wurde völlig statt! Ich hatte das Pfefferschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln, wie ich sie noch nie zuvor gegessen habe! Die Schnitzel waren nicht Übermäßig Paniert aber sehr Zart und Saftig! Auf Salate hatten wir bis auf unsere Freundin Verzichtet, da wir erstens die Fotos im Kopf hatten und zum Nachbartisch sehen konnten um zu sehen, dass die Fotos den ist Zustand aufgezeigt haben. Für uns Drei, wäre es mit Salat "to much" geworden! Zurück zu meinen Bratkartoffeln, die wie mir verraten wurde, zuerst separat Vorgebraten waren und jetzt kommt das der berühmte das Geheimnis, die Zwiebeln, der Speck wie eine große Portion von Kräutern, die sehr lecker geschmeckt haben, wurden dann wie mir die Service-Leitung auf meine Frage erklärt hatte, dass dieser Mix kurz vorm Servieren nochmals zusammen in einer Pfanne Geschwenkt werden! So gute Bratkartoffeln habe ich noch nie gegessen wie heute Abend dort! Sie waren auch nicht, wie schon so oft wo anders erlebt total Über-Fettet! Genau Richtig wie sie sein sollen! Meine Frau und unsere Freundin hatte sich für eine gefülltes Schnitzel auch als Cordon Bleu bekannt mit Pommes entschieden, auch die beiden hat es sehr gut geschmeckt! Mein Freund Thorsten hatte sich wie so oft auf jeden Fall für Wild entschieden! Bestellt hat er sich das Hirschfilet mit Rosenkohl und Topf Klößen aus verschiedenen Brotsorten. Diese passieren hervorragend zu der Tollen Sauce, die zum Hirschfilet dazu gab! Getrunken hatte er einen neuen Hessen Hugo als Getränk dazu Ausgewählt! Dieser wird anstatt mit Trauben Wein, beim Hessen Hugo mit Apfelwein gemischt! Ich sage ihnen / euch nur, geht dort hin, Egal was Sie / ihr von der Karte bestellt, alles werdet und können Sie / ihr genießen und die Preise sind auch noch sehr Human für die heutigen Zeiten! Kleiner Tipp, Ruft an und bestellt am besten einen Tisch zeitig und vorher und bitte Macht Die sich / euch früh genug auf den Weg am besten über Google Maps, denn das Restaurant ist sehr sehr gut Besucht, was ganz besimmt für sehr zufriedene Besucher wie Gäste steht! Wir meine Freunde und meine Familie, Haben ab heute wieder ein neues Stammrestaurant und dafür vielen herzlichen Dank, an die ganze Familie, dieses tollen Restaurant, ihr macht alle mit viel Spaß einen sehr guten Job! Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen auf einer Fahrradtour hier gegessen. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich. Preis angemessen. Vorher vlt ein Scheibchen Baguette gegen den ersten Hunger wäre super gewesen.

Besser geht es nicht. Haben dort unser Buffet für die Hochzeitsfeier bestellt, von der Beratung, Planung bis zur Lieferung alles sorgen- und stressfrei.
