We were there for the first time yesterday, and we'll definitely go back. A restaurant where the customer is still king. All our special requests were fulfilled. Thanks again to the entire team! We were there today with 13 people, and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, constantly asking if there was anything missing and getting what wasn't there. Every single one of us praised the food and confirmed that it wouldn't be our last time there.

Went here for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. There were five of us, and we all had different dishes. There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was freshly prepared and an absolute feast for the palate.

Great food at reasonable prices. But first things first... I was treated very nicely when I made the reservation over the phone, even though it sounded like the restaurant was full. We were in the restaurant with friends, and I have to say the ambiance is very appealing and modern. The reception was very friendly, and we were even allowed to choose our own table. We received the menu fairly quickly and were able to order drinks right away. When we looked at the menu, we immediately noticed the relatively reasonable prices (we would normally have expected small portions here). We ordered 3 Schnitzel Towers, 2 No. 1 and 1 No. 2, 1 Jägerschnitzel (the only disappointment was that there was no Jägerschnitzel in it, just mushrooms), and 1 Grilled Plate... And the portions were huge. The sauces were sufficient for us. (Of course, it could always be more... but you can't eat more than that anyway.) Each schnitzel tower came with a side dish (fries, fried potatoes, or croquettes) and a sauce of your choice. A side salad costs extra (if you need it, it's only €3). The grilled platter includes fries and bacon-wrapped beans, as well as two dips. The schnitzels were super delicious, freshly made, and not your run-of-the-mill ready-made schnitzel. The fried potatoes were crispy and not drowned in oil. The meat in the grilled platter was cooked to perfection. (The sausages could have been a bit darker, but they were still very tasty.) We will definitely be back. It will probably be one of our regulars. From us: Keep up the good work!!!

Regular schnitzel with unfortunately too little sauce. Reordering additional sauce costs extra, and a side salad also has to be ordered separately. The plate could have been nicer with a lettuce leaf or something similar; it looks a bit like a train station canteen. I won't have to go back.

I celebrated my birthday in the beer garden of the family-run "Höfling" gourmet restaurant. The room met my expectations for the celebration, as it's very bright and feels like you're sitting outdoors. My guests also felt very comfortable in this ambiance. We had a wonderful celebration with delicious food and great service. The menu, which we selected with the chef and featured regional produce, was very well received by my guests. The starter and dessert were served at the table, and the main course was presented buffet-style, which everyone found very enjoyable. The meat was super tender and juicy, simply delicious, and the fish was beautifully grilled. The various vegetable variations and the wild garlic tagliatelle were particularly well-received by the guests. And with the lemon sauce, which was highly praised and very popular, even the vegetarians were well catered for. The waiters were very attentive, extremely friendly, and kind throughout the evening, right up until the last hour. In summary, I would like to say: -My birthday was a wonderful evening, -The food was excellent, -The service was super friendly and professional, -My guests and I were completely satisfied, -That the price/performance ratio was right. A cozy restaurant serving German cuisine. The food is excellent. There's a winter garden and a terrace, so visiting with a dog is no problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were there for the Schnitzelturm meal, both waitresses were incredibly nice and accommodating. Schnitzel and fries were so delicious, absolutely recommended. The boss invited us to a NY cheesecake and said that we had never had such a good cheesecake. We can say: True! The NY Cheesecake was an absolute dream. We will definitely come back and if we could we would give 10 stars!

Always super tasty and very inexpensive. Weekly changing lunch menu for reasonable prices. The burgers are excellent and the schnitzel tower is awesome. It was our first time at Schlemmer Restaurant and we will definitely come back. I had the Schnitzelturm No. 1 with fries and salad and was totally satisfied. Everything is freshly prepared. Even the fries are handmade (as the owner and chef told us afterwards during his tour from table to table). The two service staff, who served us very friendly and always with a smile on their faces, deserve another plus. At the end I had the New York Cheesecake and that was also a poem. It's nice that there is a restaurant like this near us.

Here you will find very friendly service paired with wonderfully tasty food. The schnitzel tower was amazing and the hunter's sauce with it was fresh!!!!!! Champions made. The duck breast was also fried to perfection. The potato and celery puree was not watery and tasted great. The fried potatoes were the best we have ever eaten. For dessert we had the cheesecake and a chocolate cake with raspberry mousse. Here too, everything was homemade, which you not only saw but also tasted. We can warmly recommend this restaurant. Price performance is absolutely top here, in mine it's almost a bit too cheap. When we're in the area again, this will be our first stop when it comes to food.

We ate the flying buffet. A menu with 20 small courses. The food tasted excellent. It was varied, very tasty and freshly prepared. The portion sizes were such that at the end you were full, but not overly full. The service was very friendly. The chefs came to the table. Highly recommended.

Yesterday we went to the Schlemmer restaurant for the first time and tested the flying buffet. The flying buffet is 20 small courses comparable to tapas. The food was very varied and creative. Spices were played with and everything from salmon to beef fillet to game was included. Particularly noteworthy is the quality of the products. Both the Jr. Chef and Sen. Chef took the time to talk to us. We had about an hour's drive, which was worth it in every way. We will come back :)

We went to the flying buffet this evening. A successful evening from start to finish. 20 courses from starter to main course to dessert. Everything is simply delicious. The highlight was the beef fillet and garlic gnocchi. But the absolute highlight is the cheesecake. We'll definitely be back

Yesterday we were with friends at *Das! Gourmet restaurant* and were absolutely thrilled. We became aware of a Tik-Tok post about a flying buffet, which we definitely want to visit next year. The ambience is modern and cozy and fully lives up to the motto on the sign outside. We ate the goulash soup, chestnut soup, garlic prawns, schnitzel tower No. 1 with bacon and beans, fried potatoes and side salad (once with cream sauce and once with pepper cream sauce), deer ranch with pretzel dumplings and red cabbage, duck with potato-celery puree and savoy cabbage. Finally, we had the gingerbread parfait and the warm apple strudel the homemade nougat ice cream. There were also some drinks. Among other things, the homemade baked apple liqueur is highly recommended. The dishes were all very tasty, cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The homemade baked apple liqueur and chocolate liqueur are also available in small bottles to take home, with the proceeds going to the local animal shelter. What can I say, an all-round great evening. We all ate and drank plenty and drinks were under €50 per person. home. There was also a short conversation with the owner/chef and a piece of cheesecake to try. There was hardly any room left in our stomachs, but even that was just amazing. There is a deduction in the ambience because for me the sanitary facilities are always part of the overall picture and unfortunately they form a contrast to the otherwise modern and cozy restaurant.

Wir waren gestern mit Freunden im *Das! Schlemmer-Restaurant* und waren durch die Bank weg begeistert. Aufmerksam geworden sind wir durch einen Tik-Tok Beitrag über ein Flying Buffet, welches wir im kommenden Jahr unbedingt auch besuchen wollen. Das Ambiente ist modern und gemütlich und erfüllt den Leitspruch auf dem Schild draußen voll und ganz. Gegessen haben wir wir die Gulaschsuppe, Maronensuppe, Knoblauchgarnelen, Schnitzel-Turm Nr.1 mit Speck-Bohnen, Bratkartoffeln und Beilagen Salat (einmal mit Rahmsoße und einmal mit Pfeffer Rahmsoße), Hirschranchen mit Brezelknödel und Rotkohl, Ente mit Kartoffel-Sellerie Püree und Wirsing zum Abschluss noch das Lebkuchen Parfait und den warmen Apfelstrudel mit dem hausgemachten Nougat Eis. Dazu kamen noch einige Getränke. Unter anderem der selbstgemachten Bratapfel Likör ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Gerichte waren alle sehr lecker, auf den Punkt gegart und gut abgeschmeckt. Den selbstgemachten Bratapfel Likör und Schoko Likör gibt es auch in kleinen Flaschen zu erwerben für zu Hause, die Einnahmen davon gehen ans örtliche Tierheim. Was soll ich sagen, ein rundum toller Abend. Wir haben alle reichlich gegessen und getrunken und sind mit Getränken unter 50€ p.P. nach Hause. Ein kurzes Gespräch mit dem InhaberKoch war auch noch drin und ein Stück Cheesecake zum probieren gab es noch. Platz war kaum noch in unseren Bäuchen, aber auch der war einfach der Hammer.

Actually I don't know, I'm a foreigner, I went to order a special dish that I saw on their menu online and they didn't have it, I went back the next day to order another dish and they said it was only with reservation even though it was for takeout, I actually felt that they didn't want to support me.

Was a guest yesterday. We had a reservation and were warmly welcomed. Drinks came quite quickly. As a starter, three kinds of dumplings with cheese sauce, which unfortunately were all very dry and had already pulled the skin. Main course 300 gr. rump steak medium which never had 300 gr. Almost cooked through, the taste was very good...I was told about the size if it was too small I could get another piece. 2nd dish was pink fried slice of venison with celery mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. There is the following to say about this dish: the slices were well-done and the food was returned and a short time later the plate arrived. It was still the same plate this time without sauce and the meat this time was not new but simply cold. It was cold as well as the side dishes Mashed potatoes sprinkled with fried celery and the Brussels sprouts had seen better days. At least this dish was taken off the bill. All in all, not a nice stay. When asked, the chef didn't come to the table either.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the so-called ‘Flying Buffet’ – although the term buffet doesn’t do it justice. Rather, it was a fine dining experience that is second to none. 20 courses that leave nothing to be desired: from sophisticated soups to tender game meat, mussels and perfectly prepared salmon to extraordinary desserts such as heavenly angel hair and a cheesecake that I have never had anywhere of this quality - and that is saying something! Particularly impressive: All of this for just €38.50! I've eaten far worse and paid far more for it. This price is really a joke – in a good way! What also impressed me was the warm atmosphere. The chefs come to the table in person every now and then to ask about the guests' well-being, but in an unobtrusive, almost friendly way that makes you feel like you're staying with old friends. The ambience, the great food and the extremely friendly staff make the evening an all-round perfect experience. If you don't visit this restaurant, you're really missing out on something special. This review is in no way bought - I'm just blown away and will definitely be back!

We celebrated our daughter's baptism in the Schlemmer restaurant. In consultation with the owner, we were able to offer our guests an individual menu from the restaurant menu. Our wishes and ideas regarding the food and the decoration were implemented to our complete satisfaction. We had a wonderful celebration with delicious food and great service.

I can particularly recommend the schnitzel tower (photo 1), which always makes me almost burst, but is simply super delicious. The only criticism here is probably the size of the portions, but luckily you can have the leftovers packed up or just eat something else like cheese spaetzle. I would also like to highlight the “Flying Buffet”, which I have taken part in once so far. There were a lot of small, different courses (photo 2) spread over the evening, which didn't decrease in quality for a second. You definitely have to have the experience once, preferably several times and especially if you just want to spend a nice and appetizing evening with your friends, parents or colleagues. I would also like to emphasize that I am happy that there are restaurants like "DAS! Schlemmer-Restaurant" that are primarily run by a well-coordinated family and, due to their passion for cooking, try to earn money first and foremost To maintain their existence, but secondly to try to give the people, us guests, a wonderful evening with delicious food in order to give us joy and do something good. This is my first bad review on Google ever. We were there today at 5:45 p.m. to get something quick to eat. We didn't want to stay long...not a single spot on the terrace was occupied or reserved. But we were told that a larger party was coming at around 6:30 p.m. and they couldn't serve us. When asked, there wasn't even a drink. I've never heard anything like that from a restaurateur. That was very disappointing and inflexible... That's not how you treat guests... A second couple was also sent away at the same time. All I can say is very poor performance.

Very relaxed atmosphere, reasonable portion sizes and prices, very polite service and above all delicious food. The chef also welcomes his guests almost every day.

A small, incredibly cozy restaurant... Let's start with the food, no matter what I've eaten there so far, it's always been incredibly tasty. You can taste that the dishes are “handmade”. Bad food and service impossible

I ordered a mushroom fillet with croquettes and chanterelle sauce. I have never eaten such tender meat with a great sauce. My big compliments to the chef!!! The small side salad was also delicious and exactly what I wanted, i.e. without carrots.

At the end of a day trip on the hottest day in July, we arrived at the gourmet restaurant with a group of 27 women, sweaty and very thirsty. We were personally welcomed at the bus by the boss, who accompanied us into the air-conditioned and cozy dining room. What a blessing. Here we were greeted with a Prosecco on the house. Wow!! The menu left nothing to be desired and everyone found something that suited them. "Delicious" That was the general tenor and the drinks were just right according to our ladies' taste. Price/performance ratio very good. Very nice boss and staff. Some of us will certainly come by again privately Great recommendation!

Whether for brunch, buffet, burgers or a la carte, we are always extremely satisfied. It always tastes great, the portions are more than sufficient and the service is always friendly.
