The cozy is simply amazing! We celebrated our wedding here and everything was absolutely perfect. The food is incredibly delicious, the drink selection is great and the team is simply unbeatable! Thank you so much for this unforgettable day!! And we were there several times before our wedding and were always thrilled - so they can do "everyday business" too ;) Absolute heart recommendation!

Beer Garden: Despite some confusion as to which menu applies, the food was good and the drinks were fresh. Service friendly and nice. To recommend.

I can only advise caution and checking when the bill comes. A decent tip had already been entered for me in advance. The waitress didn't say a word about it and silently took the second tip that I gave her during the payment process when I hadn't yet seen the bill in detail. I know this wasn't an isolated incident. The food is mediocre at best.

In the outdoor area you have to order and collect the food and drinks yourself. You then put the used dishes back yourself... Just like in the canteen... The beautiful tables made of timber are not wiped 🫤... despite bird droppings...🫣 The likeable young people who manage the entire outdoor catering alone don't know the difference between freshly baked cake 🍰🥧 and freshly baked frozen cake... We saw the box of the frozen cake 🫨. A portion of fries costs 4.50 euros.....which is of course due to the increased costs.....say the young people briefed🫣. Two paid portions of curry sauce were given to us as one portion. All in all not bad, but we'll never come back... It's a shame... We thought Lauschig was something special 🤩

A great restaurant with good service and a top location at the foot of the Baumberg

The apple pie was good. Belgian waffles are on the menu, but they weren't available because there was no pond. The waitress could tie her shoes while walking. The prices corresponded to an upscale restaurant, but it wasn't.

Can't rate the food because we weren't offered it. The kitchen had just closed and instead of suggesting that we wait 15 minutes until the kitchen was ready, we should go around the corner to a bistro. The service was attentive but also haphazard.

The food was “extraordinary”, but very tasty. Even though we didn't make a reservation, a table for two was available on a Friday evening. The service was quite young and seemed a bit inexperienced, but that didn't particularly hurt the visit to Lauschig. We'd love to come back.

It was ok, unfortunately nothing more. I can't understand the hype on some websites. Table booked. Was good. It was put together quickly and it fits. Service initially very good. Then it dismantled. Very long drinks deliveries, small requests were missed. Maybe too few staff in service? Two starters: carpaccio mega, tappas very mediocre. These weren't Spanish tappas. These were three small appetizers that you can somehow associate with Spain. Over priced. Main course: Biokrüstchen mediocre schnitzel very mixed. Salad 🧎‍♀️ and taste. Maybe “organic” was worth the price, but the taste wasn’t. Entrecote: meat very good, well fried. Side dishes are good in idea, but neither visually nor tasty. Unfortunately, everything about the entrecote was drowned in sauce. This should be served separately. A nice piece of meat drowned in sauce? Unfortunately it ruins everything. Dessert men's cream is top again. The four of us paid 225 euros for two bottles of wine. Conclusion: not recommended for an upscale dinner. The price suggests this. The food is currently not worth it. Ambiance was just ok for us. The idea is good, but ok he didn't think it through consistently. We won't be coming back.

Super friendly service, very very very tasty dishes! Definitely recommended! We will be back! Update: We have been here many times and also celebrated our wedding here! Our guests were all absolutely thrilled. No: “yes, it was delicious.” or “food was good too.” Only superlatives were expressed! Great! Hammer! Mega! Delicious! Thank you for putting your heart and soul into it! 🫶🏼 And I repeat myself, but: we'll be back!

The suckling pig, the mashed potatoes, the four pieces of beetroot in it, and the sauce were subterranean as soon as we ate it. You could tell the sauce had been warmed up several times, the puree wasn't warm, and the portion was also quite small. Until then ok. But it has rarely happened to me that I feel sick after visiting a restaurant. The stomach liqueur should be ordered before leaving. Once and never again. I don't understand where the good reviews come from.

Went there for lunch today. Very nice location. At least outside. We weren't inside, so I can't say anything. The rain caught us by surprise and so unfortunately we had to leave faster than we wanted. The service staff, very accommodating and very friendly. Food great! Drinks top. Would love to come back

This afternoon (Mother's Day) we met with the family at Lauschig for dinner. The anticipation was huge, the disappointment was great. The service was very bad, the service staff were conspicuously absent. The starter (asparagus soup) was a long time coming and hardly tasted like asparagus. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy, it took forever for the main course to arrive. The main course: entrecote was tough and laced with tendons...not edible. The complaint was noted, nothing more. Dessert was ordered, mango parfait & men's cream. After a long wait and inquiries, we were told that the note with the order had been found on the floor and that the order would now come quickly. Nothing happened!!! We then left, without dessert. We cannot recommend the restaurant. Price/performance doesn't fit at all and the service is very bad.

Unfortunately we didn't get a place. There is no reservation available online for the beer garden. We were told on site that the free places were unfortunately reserved.

A true culinary experience with first class service! My family and I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and we absolutely loved it! The food was absolutely delicious and deserves a 9/10 rating from me. However, the service was the real highlight of our evening. Despite my mistake when making the reservation - I accidentally only specified 2 people instead of 5 - the staff immediately tried to find us a suitable seating option. Your attentiveness, kindness and professionalism were remarkable. Our every need was promptly met and we truly felt like valued guests. Therefore, in my opinion, the service deserves a rating of 12/10 points - simply exceptional! Overall, our visit to the restaurant was a true culinary experience that I can fully recommend. A big thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable evening!

First of all, about the ambience: the name “Das Lauschig” suggests a cozy, homely atmosphere, which does not exist there (at least in the building), because the restaurant is furnished in a rather cool and sober manner, which of course is purely a matter of taste (but not the name fits). Now about the food: The two of us had dinner there. My wife ordered a vegetarian (mushroom) burger, which at €20 wasn't a bargain, but was worth the money due to the good quality and excellent taste. For €27.50 I got suckling pig (estimated at 125 to max. 150 gr.) with some mashed potatoes, three small pieces of beetroot and some fried carrot and herb sticks (more of a decoration). Interestingly, the piece of meat (high in fat) was not fried, grilled or braised, but boiled or prepared sous vide. I really liked the taste of the dish (after the initial astonishment and adding more salt), but it was immediately clear to me that I couldn't possibly get enough of it. So I asked for the menu again and ordered a goulash soup, which cost €9.50. And this is where my “criticism” begins, because it was the most tasteless beef soup (there could be no question of it being a goulash soup in the traditional sense) that I have ever eaten. How you can cook the approximately 50 (or maybe more?) 1x1 cm pieces of beef so tastelessly in a reddish, watery, salt-free liquid (far removed from broth) is a mystery to me. OK, at least visually there was nothing that could have added further flavor. Even adding salt four times didn't taste any better than just salting pieces of beef in colored water. Really quite disappointing. Together with the two slices of toast, it was just enough to fill us up. Based on this experience, I can of course not recommend the restaurant, although the (in my opinion overpriced) dishes do have some tasty dishes.

We were at Lauschig for the first time today and we were really impressed. We had the full program, starter, main course and dessert. Everything is super tasty and the quality is excellent. The service staff is very friendly and relaxed. We spent a very cozy evening in the Lauschig in a cozy atmosphere and will definitely come back. Helga & Andreas.

We were in the restaurant with a group of 9 people. Everyone was very happy with the food on offer, and the drinks were also generally praised. However, it was a bit noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation with several people. The prices are in the upper segment, but this is still acceptable given the quality.

A nice place for a stylish meal, maybe even a bit of an insider tip, even though it has been around for three years. The menu is not large, but there is something for everyone, vegetarian, classic, young, old, there is something for everyone. The dishes are nicely prepared and the quality is very good. I rate the staff highest: extremely friendly and extremely attentive, you are always looked after perfectly. We had to change a few things when making the reservation, but that wasn't a problem at all and was implemented perfectly.

We were here at the beginning and now I wanted to see if it was worth coming again. We thought some things were due to the beginnings. Unfortunately, I now read that the criticisms still exist. It's a shame actually. (A lot of things were already “off”, super long waiting times and service unfortunately very inexperienced - not understandable given the prices.)

We were at Lauschig on a Sunday at 6 p.m. It was correspondingly full and certainly rush hour. However, after being assigned to our reserved table and seated, we had to wait...and...wait. Although 3 different service staff came to our room with 5 tables, some with only one glass, we were not given a card and were not asked for drinks. So after 30 minutes I got up and asked for tickets in the front area. There were no more 🙄 only 2 drink tickets. Well. Our next table had already been waiting for 45 minutes at this point and so we shared the spoils. Another 5 minutes later a waitress brought something to another table and if we hadn't spoken to her and actively asked, she would have left again. This meant that drinks could be ordered and they arrived promptly. Thanks to menus that were delivered in between, we again used the trick of actively approaching us to order together with the table next to us. We had already been there for 45 minutes. Our next table got their food very quickly, about 20 minutes. Ours lasted until 7:30 p.m. All in all the dishes were good. The liver was perfectly cooked, the crust was very good and a lavishly filled plate, but the medallions were dry and 2 different plates. One with almost raw, roughly chopped carrots, on the other no trace. Also prepared completely differently, which isn't bad, but strange. Also in quantity, almost half of the crust. So you have to say that despite the really nice and friendly staff, the experience was marred. What is missing is a good service organization with an overview and a little bit of the final check of your own quality standards. The criticized points are therefore the responsibility of the management. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Great restaurant. The food was great, the burger was first class and the saddle of suckling pig was also great. The service was really nice and, despite a full restaurant, relaxed and fast. The starter “Tapas” was our own interpretation (see photo) and was also a complete success. Thank you for the lovely evening.

It was a birthday dinner with 17 people. The tappas served were a joke. Four people each had two small slices of white bread and three different very small portions of sliced ​​bratwurst in tomato sauce, tabbouleh salad, some smoked ham. It was a bit embarrassing...the buffet was fine after that. Unfortunately, the noise level in the restaurant is very high. Except when the guests were eating, you could follow conversations. A pity !

It's really cozy, but you don't really feel welcome. When we entered the restaurant, the waitress only noticed us after we spoke to her and when we asked about our reserved table, she rolled her eyes and then pointed "back there in the corner"! The table was not cleared and we were only served again when we spoke to us. But the food was very tasty.

Very unfriendly staff, bad food, it doesn't last what's on offer, you don't get full, the portions are for children and not for adults. Although the staff knew that we were having a Christmas party, we were expelled from the house at 10 p.m., which was when they closed, and there were no more drinks from 9:45 a.m. Price performance ratio far too high too expensive. I will not recommend this restaurant and will not go there again

Unfortunately not recommended. The service is super bad. Unfortunately you won't get full either. Even if you have booked a table, you have to wait a long time. Incorrectly billed. Two tables were swapped. So check well. You can't have a cozy women's evening there, you'll be asked to leave at 9:30 p.m. We won't eat there anymore. The good recessions appear to have been bought. The food was terribly bad. The goose breast was almost raw. So tough that it could never be a goose breast. The cheek, well. Dessert, Pear Helne had to be approached with a knife and fork. Almost raw. No thanks. A feast, never again.

Top. Tolle Karte, auch für Kinder und sehr nettes Ambiente.

Ein gemischter Abend, nichts war schlecht aber so richtig richtig gut war es irgendwie auch nicht. Getränkeauswahl eher speziell, wer Liba mag hat Glück, wer nicht hat Pech. Homemade Getränke sind nett, aber hauen einen nicht um. Vorspeisen Tapas waren super. Besonders die Currywurst dabei war top. Kürbissuppe dafür leider langweilig und fast schon fade. Hauptgang lecker und handwerklich wie qualitativ gut gemacht, Optik und Zusammenstellung haben aber auch da mehr versprochen als gehalten. Alles in allem eine solide Leistung die man sich gut bezahlen lässt.

War zum ersten Mal dort und habe einen Salat gegessen und Kaffee mit Hafermilch getrunken, es war alles sehr lecker, die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und der Preis stimmte auch :) ich komme wieder!

Guter und meist sehr flotter Service, die Speisen sind sehr gut. Auch die Getränke können sich sehen lassen, hier allerdings nichts besonderes bzw. Außergewöhnliches. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig, es gibt aber dennoch für jeden Geschmack etwas und die Portionen sind auch gut dimensioniert. Ist zwar nicht das günstigste Restaurant aber die Preise sind für die Leistung auch angemessen. Achtung: Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas beschränkt. Je nach Wochentag und Tageszeit kann es sein, dass man keinen Parkplatz bekommt. Dann am besten ein paar Meter weiter Richtung Havixbeck beim Stift Tilbeck parken.

Es hat etwas Zeit gebraucht bis wir im Lauschig einen Tisch reservieren konnten. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt. In meiner Jugend war ich von Münster aus häufig an den Wochenenden in dieser wunderschönen alten Kneipe. Was für ein Unterschied zu der früheren dunklen, heimeligen Kneipe, wo man in den oberen Separes auch mal ungestört knutschen konnte. Die Separes sind wie alles andere Dunkle verschwunden. Alles ist hell und freundlich und dezent modern eingerichtet. Heimelig fühlt man sich aber noch immer. Das Essen war eine exzellente Mischung aus bodenständigem Spanferkel in einer asiatischen Marinade gezogen, um nur ein Beispiel zu geben. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und wir wurden sehr gut bedient. Eine echte Überraschung und Freude im Münsterland.

Sehr coole Location, zuvorkommendes Personal und eine sehr gute Speisekarte. Der Besuch hat sich auf alle Fälle gelohnt.

Tolles Ambiente, aber überhöhte Preise. Frikadelle mit Pommes 17,50€

Das essen war richtig Lecker und es gab auch gutes Bier aus dem Hochschwarzwald. Der service war schnell und aufmerksam. Ich kann die Anreise aus Münster mit dem Fahrrad sehr empfehlen, wenn man über den Nottulner Landweg fährt, ist das eine sehr schöne Tour.

Alles sehr stimmig, das war schon immer eine schöne Lokation, ob als Scharlau oder als Lauschig. Waren heute das erste Mal im Lauschig, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Essen, Service, Ambiente echt toll..

Wunderschönes Restaurant, mit leckerem Essen und tollem Personal. Wir waren in der Nähe in einer Ferienwohnung, wollten zum Restaurant laufen und wurden von einem Gewitter überrascht. Wir kamen klattschnass am Restaurant an, wurden trotzdem herzlich willkommen geheißen, toll bewirtet und am Ende haben wir noch einen Stapel Servietten für unsere nassen Schuhe bekommen. Super

Tolles Ziel für einen Ausflug bei bestem Wetter. Der Außenbereich ist herrlich bei sonnigem Wetter. Die Karte für Mittagsdeals ist übersichtlich aber völlig ausreichend. Die Qualität haben wir als überdurchschnittlich gut empfunden und der Service war aufmerksam und schnell. Parkplätze sowie eine Bushaltestelle sind direkt am Gebäude vorhanden. Grade bei gutem Wetter wird es aber auch sehr schnell voll. Reservierung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Kartenzahlung ohne Probleme möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder um auch das Abendessen zu testen.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Restaurant mit Biergarten bei Havixbeck im Münsterland. Biergarten super geeignet für einen Stop bei Radtouren. Das Restaurant bietet eine Reihe von einfachen bis gehobenen Speisen, das Ambiente ist rustikal und sehr gemütlich (ehemaliger Hof) und man hat draußen Blick ins Grüne. Direkt ums Eck befindet sich Stift Teilbeck, was einen Abstecher zum Fotografieren lohnt.

Wir haben eine private Feier im Lauschig veranstaltet und können wirklich nur betonen wie toll das gesamte Team gearbeitet hat. Kurze Kommunikationswege, toller Service und einfach leckeres Essen. Gerne jederzeit wieder und wir können es jedem nur empfehlen sich selbst vor Ort einen Eindruck zu machen. Danke nochmal an das Team!

Das Essen war lecker. Mein Lammrücken hatte gefühlt 80 Gramm. Die Beilagen waren ok. Das Kartoffelgratin war leider kaum Gewürzt. Schade, ich hatte mich so auf das Lokal gefreut. Der Service war toll.

Der Name verspricht nicht zu viel, - ein lauschiges, schön im Grünen liegendes Restaurant. Speisen und Getränke sind hervorragend und die sehr freundliche Bedienung sorgt stets für gute Stimmung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 👍

Der Gastraum gemütlich und nett eingedeckt allerdings weit offen zum Empfangsbereich in dem es ab 18 Uhr immer lauter wurde. Die dortige Kinderspielecke trug on Top noch zur weiteren, lauten Unruhe bei, also „Lauschig“ für ein gemütliches, hochpreisiges Abendessen ist schonmal anders. Die Cocktails vorweg kamen schnell und waren prima, der Gruß aus der Küche, weiches Weisbrot und sehr flüssige vegane Alioli. Die Tapas Vorspeise für über 10 Euro bestand aus ein paar Stücken Cürrywurst, einem Faden Tomatenreis Klecks und zwei Scheiben Schinken. Na ja dachte ich es gibt Luft nach oben. Leider enttäuschte der Hauptgang ebenso. Spanferkelrücken auf einem dünnen Spiegel Püree auf dem ein matter Soßen Jus lag. Daneben drei weitere Mini Kleckse Püree mit jeweils einer schwarzen Spalte irgendwas darauf (beim aufschneiden stellte es sich innen als rote Beete dar). Der Teller, also das Essen, war nurmehr lauwarm als es ankam. Die dicke Spanferkelkruste hatte mit Kruste nichts mehr zu tun, sie war eine dicke Gummihaut! (So ist das wenn alles nur aufgewärmt wird und anschließend lange herumsteht bevor es zum Gast kommt) Der Service war mit steigendem Gästeaufkommen dann völlig überfordert, wir bekamen das zweite Getränk erst mitten im Hauptgang und saßen dann 15 Minuten vor abgegessenen Tellern. Den Nachtisch haben wir uns gespart, es hätte nichts mehr verbessert.

Wir kommen gerne hier hin. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist modern gemütlich. Die Gerichte (ich kann hier nur die vegetarischen bewerten) werden hervorragend zubereitet. Die etwas gehobenen Preise sind daher, und auch aufgrund der hochwertigen Zutaten, absolut fair. Etwas mehr Auswahl für Vegetarier wäre schön.😉

Ein super tolles Restaurant mit tollem Essen. Das Team ist sehr jung und aufmerksam. Das Essen super lecker und vereint modernes und gut bürgerliches perfekt. Man sitzt hier sowohl innen als auch draußen total schön. Ich kann das Restaurant von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Location ist okay, aber für eine mini Portion Pommes 3,50 € und für den Ketchup nochmal extra 50 Cent abknöpfen finde ich arg überteuert!

Das Essen vor Ort ist einsame Spitze, vor allem ist das Rumpsteak sehr zu empfehlen. Lauschig. Genau das ist das Wort was einem in den Kopf kommt, wenn man das Restaurant betritt. Für das Ambiente hätte ich am liebsten 6 Sterne gegeben. Wenn der Laden ziemlich gut gefüllt ist, muss man leider relativ lange auf sein Essen warten, doch alles in allem ist das Lauschig definitiv einen Besuch wert.

Wir waren heute spontan bei gutem Wetter zum Mittagessen im Außenbereich. Ein schattiges Plätzchen war schnell gefunden, trotz größerer Gruppe. Der Kellner war super freundlich, schnell und aufmerksam. Letzteres gab es ein super Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das Essen war auf der großen Karte schnell ausgesucht, auf einzelne Extrawünsche wurde Rücksicht genommen und die Getränke waren fix am Platz. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet, frisch, ordentlich und verdammt lecker. Leider war nicht so viel Zeit um sich noch durch die Desserts zu futtern - wir kommen wieder. Versprochen. Danke für das tolle Angebot und den hervorragenden Service.

Schön zurechtgemachter ehemaliger Landgasthof it moderner mediterraner Küche. Stets sehr gut besucht, daher empfehle ich auf alle Fälle die Reservierung.

Waren im Mai mit der Familie (5Personen) im Lauschig. Das Rumpsteak m. Mannes war mit einigen Sehnen durchzogen. Mein Red Thai Curry m. Jasmin Reis u. Falafel Bällchen schmeckte wunderbar. Gemüse in kl. Stückchen und ausreichend Sauce. Die Preise leider ziemlich überzogen. Servicekraft war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Nachmittag. Dann im Juni mit m. Mann zum Abendessen. Spargel zum Rumpsteak kalt und an d. Grenze zu Steinhart. Mein Thai Curry diesmal ne glatte 6! Riesige Stücke Blumenkohl (hart) und jede Menge Zuckerdchoten. Brokkoli Gummiartig und so gut wie keine Sauce. Service sehr unaufmerksam. Keine Frage, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten oder sonst noch etwas wünschen. Mussten ständig fragen. Alles fast ungekürzt. Wollten dann bezahlen, aber niemand kam. Stattdessen waren zwei Servicekräfte damit beschäftigt, die Computerkasse zu beobachten. Nach 10 Minuten sind wir dann zum bezahlen an d. Kasse gegangen, auch dort mussten wir noch warten, weil d. Damen immer noch auf d. Kasse starrten. Wir müssen erstmal für lange Zeit nicht mehr in d. Restaurant. Was die Preise angeht: Sorry, aber selbst auf Sylt bezahle ich weniger!!

Tolle Küche mit fantastisch angerichteten Speisen und sehr zuvorkommenden und freundlichem Servicepersonal. Wir können dieses lauschige Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Atmosphäre, nette Bedienung und sehr leckeres Essen zu moderaten Preisen. Unsere Burger mit krossen Pommes waren sehr lecker und man wurde satt von der Portion. Zudem findet man eine nicht nur gewöhnliche Bierauswahl, sondern auch welche, die man nicht überall bekommt. Wir werden definitiv wieder hinfahren. Weiter so!
