A solid 10/10. Here, everything seems to be in order. The service is fantastic, both in terms of speed and professionalism. The food always arrives promptly and is of fantastic quality and taste. There's also a free salad buffet. While in the service desert of Germany, people practically fight over the worst service as if there were a trophy for that, I've found my safe haven here.

The restaurant was very busy, and even though we didn't have a reservation, they still managed to get us in. The food was very good quality and delicious.

We just went there for the first time, completely spontaneously. We received a very friendly welcome, and the service was outstanding! The food, both starter and main course, were truly delicious! The dips for the bread are incredibly delicious; you should definitely order them in advance and try them. We both had steaks, one rump steak and one fillet steak, both cooked to perfection, the side dishes were also very tasty, and the sauces were fantastic. All in all, a very good meal. We'll definitely be back. As for the ambiance, yes, it's very old and dated; the owners should probably invest in it, but that didn't bother me nearly as much as some of the reviews here have said.

Unfortunately, the fillet steak wasn't good, not tasty. The salad, which I just bought at the Edeka supermarket across the street, no, I don't know. But for a restaurant with a rating of around 4.8, it's unfortunately unacceptable. It's a shame; it had potential.

Good food, friendly staff...... Table reservation is an advantage. We've eaten there before and I was looking forward to the pasta dish with prawns yesterday. Unfortunately the card was no longer available. There was great disappointment. If you're looking for fish on the menu: none. Except for 5 prawns as a starter. For such a well-attended, nice restaurant, this is a real shame. I would make it my regular place: give it some fish 😞

The name says it all. Predominantly meat-oriented dishes. Unfortunately, my turkey medallions were completely dry and tough, you can't go wrong with fries and you could put together salads from the buffet yourself. Unfortunately, the individual components were mostly canned goods apart from the chopped green salad. For me the food was average and below my expectations of good, simple cuisine. I wasn't expecting anything big anyway. There is a lunch menu with full menus at slightly cheaper prices. The service is very friendly.

Very chic pub/restaurant. Clean and very nicely decorated. I had the Gallic steaks, which were perfectly fried. (Medium for me 👌) Tender meat and nicely seasoned. The meal was accompanied by a salad from the buffet. The salad buffet was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong either. The baked potato was very good, the sour cream could perhaps be improved with a little lemon juice and herbs. But that's personal taste and it's different for everyone. The prices are okay, and you can ask for something in return for good products. The service lady was very friendly and attentive. She also knew the dishes and special features about them. The small steakhouse has been our place for a nice evening for two or with family and friends for around 10 years. Everything is always to our complete satisfaction. The meat quality is top. No matter whether beef, pork or poultry. The staff is also second to none. We are always warmly welcomed and it is a family atmosphere. Price performance is just right here, even if the bread with dips is unfortunately no longer free. But I think since the Corona madness and inflation it's understandable and we're happy to pay the few euros for it. We always recommend it 👍

Because of the good reviews, we decided to visit this place for a birthday party. We came with seven people and were all rather disappointed. The salad buffet consists of a bland selection of mixed salads from the bag. If you want bread with dips, like you'd find in any decent steakhouse, you'll have to pay here. Unfortunately, the aioli dip tastes like ready-made mayonnaise. About the main courses: The steaks on the mix plate are all well done instead of medium. The schnitzel looks like it was prepared with breadcrumbs. Last but not least, completely confusing pricing. If you prefer 300g of meat instead of 250g, you pay a 20% surcharge. With the same side dishes, the price-performance ratio is significantly better for the smaller steaks. The customer probably wants to spend less money. Strange calculation, but it certainly fits the overall picture. Unfortunately, the ambience is absolutely not up to date. There are cables hanging out of the wall in the space assigned to us and the outdated furniture cannot be hidden by poorly fitting chair covers. Overall, unfortunately, very disappointing and I find it absolutely incomprehensible how the high ratings here come about.

I can only recommend this steakhouse. This grill plate, simply divine. Maybe the way I rate this here may seem exaggerated to some, but as I always write. It's my personal opinion. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is polite, friendly and attentive. It's definitely worth eating there.

Very tasty, reasonable waiting time and friendly staff

This was the second time we have been there with the family in a short time. The food has always been very good for a very fair price. We find the restaurant very cozy. The service staff are always very friendly and also very humorous. I always think you feel a bit like you're visiting friends, it's always a very familiar and happy atmosphere. We will continue to come more often because we feel very comfortable with them.

The steak was okay and cooked as requested, but the side dishes were unfortunately a bit bland. Unfortunately the fried potatoes weren't that good, plus a bunch of mushrooms with a bit of onion. But overall it was tasty. But for ~30€ it was much better.

The grilled turkey with 'jäger-sauce' was fantastic. So was the staff. The place itself is not the most modern, but the rest makes up for that. Good price/quality.

Ich gehe gerne in dieses Restaurant. Dort wird man hervorragend bedient und die Steaks sind perfekt gebraten. Das ganze stimmt einfach. Gestern haben wir zu 8 Geburtstag gefeiert und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Ich kann das "Kleine Steakhaus " wärmstens empfehlen.

Nach gefühlt ca. zwei Jahren wieder mal mit Freunden das Restaurant besucht. Auf Grund der schlechten Erfahrung mit Rindersteaks Schweinefilet Medaillons bestellt. Das sollte für jeden Hobbykoch machbar sein. Leider „geht wieder gar nicht“. Ich habe keine Ahnung, was da beim Einkauf des Fleisches falsch läuft oder was in der Küche falsch läuft. Es war einfach nicht essbar. Auch die Pommes Frites waren innen noch roh. Völlig unbegreiflich. Was mir aber weiterhin völlig unverständlich ist: Alle Tische waren besetzt. Entweder ich habe bei jedem Essen die Niete gezogen oder die anderen Gäste haben ein anderes Verständnis von gutem Essen 🤔 Ich bewerte ganz sicher die Restaurants nicht ungerecht bzw. extra schlecht. Aber hier kann ich definitiv keine gute Bewertung abgeben.

War heute (29.10.23) das erste mal hier, wurde uns empfohlen. Sehr freundlicher Service und kompetent. Tolles Ambiente, man merkt hier man gern gesehen. Am Essen absolut nichts auszusetzen. Vielleicht aber das Salatbuffet, war leider schon sehr geplündert. Werden aber wieder dort Essen gehen.

Im Herzen von Heinsberg ist im netten Ambiente beste Kulinarik zu erleben. Das Speisenangebot ist reichhaltig, Service wie Preisniveau überzeugen. Die Einrichtung ist individuell und gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich genauso wie der Service. Das Essen war lecker und Preis/Leistungs technisch i. O.. Die Einrichtung ist leider überwiegend altmodisch und die Einrichtung an der ein oder anderen Stelle rustikal und die Stühle unbequem. Das Interieur ist sehr durchwachsen, denn der Wintergarten scheint neuer und moderner. Es gibt keinen klaren Stil. Die Karte ist klein gehalten - das macht aber absolut Sinn. Die Gastwirtschaft war wirklich toll - aber das Ambiente lädt nicht unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein. Bitte hinterlasst ein Like 👍, wenn ihr diese Bewertung teilt.

Salatdressing sehr wässrig, Pute bestellt, Schwein bekommen. Es wurde angefragt ob getauscht werden soll.

Eine nette hilfsbereite Bedienung, die aber das innen rohe auf den Teller geklaschte Hacksteak nicht retten konnte. Nach der Reklamation war das Hack zwar durch, der Rest auf demTeller, der wohl auch nochmal zu erwärmen in die Fritteuse ging, aber auch. Das danach gelieferte Ersatzessen war auch nicht besser und es gingen dann ohne Essen nach Hause. Wir mussten das Essen nicht bezahlen, das war der einzige Trost Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.....Danke

Super zufrieden! Wir (5 Erwachsene, 1 Kind (5 Jahre) waren Samstag Abends um 17:30 direkt bei Öffnung da gewesen. Freundliches Personal empfing uns und geleitete uns zu einem schön gedeckten Tisch. Die Bedienung war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend! (erlebt man selten so!) Die Bestellung war problemlos aufzugeben und wurde innerhalb normaler Wartezeiten auch serviert. In der Zwischenzeit, konnten wir uns schonmal an der ausreichend bestückten Salatbar begnügen. Garnelen, Hühnersuppe & Co zur Vorspeise waren ideal. Gleichzeitig wurde uns geröstetes Toast serviert mit einer Kreation von 3 Dips (Aioli, Kräuterbutter und einer salsa ähnlichen Sauce). Die Hauptgerichte (alles Steaks) waren alle auf den Punkt. Egal ob es medium, medium rare oder englisch war. Die Portionen waren völlig in Ordnung und rechtfertigten auch jeden Preis. Dessertkarte ist klein und übersichtlich. War nicht für jeden was dabei, aber es schaffte auch nicht jeder noch einen Dessert. Zum Ende hin war die Frequenz in der die Bedienungen am Tisch nach dem rechten schauten um einiges geringer als zum Anfang. Es wurde zunehmend voll und fast alle Tischen waren belegt. Aber das Gesamtpaket überwiegt dies, deswegen auch hier keinen Stern Abzug. Wir hatten hier einen tollen Abend und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch bei euch!
