Das Kaffeehaus in Puchheim

Sehr gemütlich und das Essen war auch lecker

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meine Freundin und ich freuen uns jedes Mal auf den Freitag. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, fahren wir gemeinsam mit dem Fahrrad durch die schöne Natur von Eichenau nach Puchheim. Schon der Weg dorthin ist für uns eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag. Im Kaffeehaus angekommen, genießen wir die gemütliche Atmosphäre bei einer Tasse Kaffee oder einem erfrischenden Sommergetränk. Besonders die frisch zubereiteten, liebevoll angerichteten Sommersalate und die leckeren Kuchen begeistern uns immer wieder. Für uns verbindet das Kaffeehaus das Schöne mit dem Angenehmen. Hier können wir entspannen, miteinander reden und einfach die gemeinsame Zeit genießen. Das freundliche Team und die herzliche Atmosphäre machen jeden Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne und können das Kaffeehaus von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren bereits zuvor im Kaffeehaus und hatten in der Vergangenheit gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Deshalb haben wir uns auch diesmal wieder für einen Besuch entschieden. Vorweg: Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Lecker, hochwertig und schön angerichtet. Das war an unserem Besuch allerdings leider auch der einzige durchweg positive Punkt. Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert, mussten bei unserer Ankunft jedoch zunächst warten, da kein Tisch für uns verfügbar war und dieser erst noch aufgebaut werden musste. Auf unser Frühstück, ohne besondere Wünsche oder Änderungen, mussten wir insgesamt 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten warten. Das ist für ein einfaches Frühstück aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu lang. Besonders schade war, dass die für unseren Tisch zuständige Servicekraft nur selten vorbeikam und nicht sehr aufmerksam war. Eine andere Kellnerin hingegen war sehr engagiert, ständig unterwegs und sichtbar bemüht, war aber leider nicht für uns zuständig. Auf unsere Nachfrage, ob die lange Wartezeit üblich sei, erhielten wir tatsächlich die Antwort: „Ja.“ Das fanden wir etwas überraschend. Fazit: Die Qualität des Essens überzeugt weiterhin, beim Service und der Organisation besteht jedoch deutlich Verbesserungspotenzial. Wer hier frühstücken möchte, sollte sehr viel Zeit mitbringen, oder das Frühstück vielleicht schon telefonisch vorbestellen. 😅

Frühstück ist Ideenreich und lecker. Von Avocadosandwich bis Weißwurst ist alles dabei. Liebevoll angerichtet. Große Portionen. Grundlegend ist das Restaurant schön und detailreich, aber leider nicht so sauber. Die Spielsachen (was ja prinzipiell cool ist) waren sehr sehr dreckig. Salz Pfeffer Mühlen ebenfalls. Auch der Kinderhochstuhl, der erst auf Nachfrage sauber gemacht wurde. Küche top, Service naja naja

Mann muss immer ne stunde warten aufs essen

Was für ein süsses Café, so gemütlich, es duftet herrlich nach frisch gemahlenen Kaffee. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, Kleinkind und Hund kein Problem. Wir waren zum Frühstück dort, gute Auswahl, schmeckt sehr gut. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen, auf der Terrasse sitzen, herrlich ruhig dort

Ich hatte am Muttertag für mich und meine Frau für 09.30-11.30 reserviert. Uns wurde auch gleich ein Tisch zugewiesen. Das war es vorerst auch einmal. Nachdem wir bereits 20 Min. saßen sprach meine Frau eine Bedienung an. Diese kam auch kurz darauf. Wir bestellten 2 Cappucino , Strammer Max und Mediterranes Frühstück. Getränke kamen nach 10 Min. , den Zucker holten wir uns am Nachbartisch selbst. Auf unser Frühstück mußten wir weitere 30 Min warten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt saßen wir bereits 1 Std. und der Kaffee war kalt. Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker. Aber die Wartezeit und der Service sind absolut indiskutabel. Die Freundlichkeit der Bedienung konnte den Vormittag auch nicht mehr retten.

Top place. Super Frühstück und auch tolle Salate! Kann man nur empfehlen.

Was jetzt schon das zweite mal war ist das man ewigkeiten warten muss bis mal jemand kommt, sei es zum Getränke oder essen essen bestellen oder zum bezahlen . Zwischen durch fragen ob man noch etwas brauch ist auch nicht und versucht man Personal auf sich aufmerksam zu machen schauen die nie und sind total überfordert . Wenn man 45 min warten muss und noch immer keiner zu neuen Gästen kommt und der Gast dann des Personal abfangen muss das mal was weiter geht und es dann kein Zucker oder Löffel zum Kaffee gibt und man darauf dann wieder warten muss weil andere Kunden dann zum zahlen rein kommen weil es denen dann auch zulange dauert bis mal einer kommt is der Kaffee schon fast wieder kalt . Essen schmeckt wirklich gut und die Leute sind ja auch alles sehr nett aber Zuviel für 2 Leute . Es sind halt so einfache Sachen die ein guten Besuch oder nicht ausmachen .

Tolle Sitzplätze im Freien, super leckeres Essen und Kaffee und sehr netter Service. Wunderbares Ausflugsziel in Puchheim.

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammkunden bei Özkan und Meltem und kommen immer wieder gern. 😊 Das Kaffeehaus ist familiär geführt, die beiden sind herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Portionen sind großzügig, Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut – und der Cappuccino ist laut meiner Frau der beste weit und breit. ☕👌 Kleiner Tipp: am besten vorher reservieren, es ist meistens voll – und das hat seinen Grund. 😉 Klare Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wenn gerade wenig los ist, was selten vorkommt ist es ruhig. Reservierungen sind zu empfehlen. 1.) April 2026 Besuch mit meiner Schwester. Sehr schönes Wetter. 20 Grad draußen. Wir nehmen im Garten Platz. Avocado-Salat und ein Salat mit gratiniertem Ziegenkäse. Beide sehr lecker. Auf Wunsch wird Brot dazu gereicht. Das Dressing umwerfend gut und reichlich. Rhabarber-Schorle und frisch gepresste Säfte. Ich habe Apfel-Karotte-Orange-Ingwer, ist leicht scharf. Ich liebe es. Zum Abschluss Zwetschgen-Streusel Kuchen, und eine Wiener Melange. 2.) Ein weiterer Besuch: Mein Hulomi-Burger total lecker, der Salat knackig frisch, das Salatdressing super. Frisch gepresster Apfel-Karotte- Orange, sehr lecker. Als Nachtisch einen meiner Lieblingskuchen: Der Bienenstichkuchen. Alle Kuchen werden von der Dame des Hauses selber gebacken und sind super lecker. Kommt der Bienenstichkuchen frisch, ist er noch warm, zum Reinsetzen gut. Dazu eine Latte Macchiato, zum Anschluss eine Wiener Melange mit einem Sahnehäubchen, sehr fein.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, leider jedoch sehr eng bestuhlt und dadurch laut. Was gar nicht geht ist, dass der extrem laute Entsafter im Gastraum steht und nicht in der Küche. Das macht das Ambiente total kaputt

Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Unsere Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker, dazu ein richtig guter Kaffee ☕️ – so stellt man sich ein schönes Kaffeehaus vor. Für uns war es eine entspannte und genussvolle Zeit. Das Kaffeehaus in Puchheim entdeckten ein Kumpel und ich mit zufällig. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist opulent. Die angebotenen Speisen sind geschmacklich sehr gut. Die Portionen sind mindestens ausreichend. Die Brote, der Hummus und der türkische Mokka munden hervorragend. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis passt. Die Speisen kommen auf passendem Geschirr. Das Ambiente gefällt. Die Bedienung ist herzlich und aufmerksam. Etwas Wasser im Wein sind die Platzverhältnisse. Das Kaffeehaus ist zu eng bestuhlt.

Das Personal und die Besitzer sind zwar überaus freundlich, aber leider hilft das auch nicht bei den langen Wartezeiten. Wir waren an einem Wochenende zu zweit da und haben sage und schreibe 60 Minuten auf unser Frühstück gewartet. Alle anderen Gäste um uns herum mussten ebenfalls solange warten. Was ich aber daran besonders ärgerlich finde ist, dass natürlich die Getränke (Saft und Kaffee) natürlich schon direkt am Anfang kamen. Als das Frühstück nach einer Stunde endlich kam, hatten wir Nichtsehen zu trinken. Hier wäre es angebracht einen Kaffee aufgrund der Wartezeit auszugeben. Dies geschah natürlich nicht und ich hab es leider auch nicht eingesehen nochmals Getränke zu bestellen. Also ich one wirklich schöne Frühstückserfahrung war das leider nicht. Zudem ist es am Wochenende sehr sehr laut, wir konnten uns kaum unterhalten und ich habe das Café mit Kopfschmerzen verlassen.

Ich fand es sehr gemütlich, aber ein bisschen zu eng. Das Frühstück war - für mich als Allergiker - sehr gut und ausreichend.

Top location. They serve truly fantastic breakfast creations, some with an oriental touch. I definitely recommend going here. I would just recommend making a reservation on weekends. Even if something's good, it fills up quickly.

Spontaneous reservations are not possible here, please reserve one or two days in advance and wait for confirmation. It works for two people even without a reservation. Breakfast is very tasty and the portions are large. Coffee specialties like those in Vienna or the Orient, very tasty!

Good food, poor service. Be careful with children, there are a lot of wasps. We were just there for breakfast. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. We waited over 30 minutes for the drink we ordered to arrive. Then another 40 minutes for the food to arrive. When we asked, there was no apology or explanation. This has nothing to do with service. Unfortunately, this has happened several times now, so we definitely won't go there again and certainly won't recommend it to anyone. I'd rather go to Flori in Eichenau.

I've been here twice for breakfast and once for dinner. The breakfast selection is enormous, yet you can still create your own meal. My companion and I found it delicious every time. The service is good and friendly. I'd love to come back! We had seven people for dinner, and everyone enjoyed it. Even small changes were accommodated. The prices are reasonable and completely reasonable...

Super delicious food and drinks. I got a table spontaneously without a reservation. One star deducted because they didn't ask if I wanted anything else. An empty plate sat at our table for two hours. And to pay, you had to actively go to the bar and ask to pay.

We visited the coffee house spontaneously because another café was already fully booked. Here we were lucky and got a table for two. The coffee house is very busy, so reservations are recommended. The food was really very good! Beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious. I had the Mediterranean breakfast, and I highly recommend it. We'd love to come back!

We were there for breakfast on Mother's Day. The menu is very varied. It was very busy, so we unfortunately had to wait about an hour. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast itself was very tasty and reasonably priced. The healthy breakfast was very filling.

The food is always excellent. I love the selection and creative dishes. Unfortunately, one waitress is only nice to regulars she's known for a while. But everyone else on the team is polite, friendly, and helpful. My favorites are the breakfasts and the vanilla chai.

The food was delicious. The service was friendly, but unfortunately overwhelmed and slow when serving alone... The couch in the corner was sticky and stained. The coffee table, exposed to the sun, showed that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The glass that was served with the water smelled of old rags. Hygiene is unfortunately not a priority here. The noise level also became tiring over time, as the space is far too small for the table arrangements. The service could barely reach us several times... It's a shame, because the good reviews brought us here, but unfortunately, I can't understand why.

The burger roll is quite dry. The toilet door for the ladies could also use some cleaning. It's really a shame, you could do more with this store.

I think the price-performance ratio is reasonable. The food is good, but it doesn't make up for the poor service. We have been there several times and each time we have been disappointed and dismayed by the service. Reservations are often not honored because everyone who is standing at the door is let in without leaving places available for reservations, which means that despite having a reservation you have to wait a long time and watch the staff shuffle around tables.

Yes, it's something special, if you want a fancy breakfast, this is the place for you. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food, but we were thrilled with the quality of the food. But the coffee tops everything, simply great!

The good reviews lured us here, what we found wasn't bad but rather average. Service was very slow even though there were multiple waitresses and the store wasn't busy. When we arrived we were initially ignored before we were assigned a table. We waited there for over 5 minutes for the menu; guests who sat down at the next table after us were served first. The breakfast was tasty, although not a revelation. We had to ask for the bill several times and wait longer for it. Too bad.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 9.30 Uhr reserviert! Waren pünktlich da! Den Platz hat uns dann die Bedienung so ganz nebenbei zugewiesen! Dann war erstmal für 20 Minuten Schluss mit der Aufmerksamkeit! Jetzt bekamen wir eine Karte. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten kam dann tatsächlich schon der Kaffee! Auf unsere Bestellung warten wir dann weitere 40 Minuten nach zweimaliger Reklamation! Das angebotene Frühstück war wirklich ok. Die Wartezeit und die etwas uninspirierte Bedienung ist verbesserungsfähig! Trotzdem werden wir es nochmals versuchen! Vielleicht war es ja nur eine Ausnahme! Das Café war zu der Zeit gut besucht!

Not a welcoming place, and the food is not that good either.

Small, manageable menu with exotic creations of well-known dishes. We had halloumi burgers, Thai curry with chicken. The food was excellent. Likewise the espresso and the home-baked cake. The service was extremely friendly, polite and prompt. Even though there was only one service person, she still found the time to ask us about our satisfaction. The menus were not tattered and gave no cause for criticism. We had a very nice place outside in the shade. After paying, we blocked a new date for one of the breakfasts. It took 13 minutes between ordering and serving the food. We were thrilled.

The selection of dishes (where else can you find such a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu) is very diverse, everything is freshly prepared and delicious. The best coffee variations far and wide (I recommend the Oriental Mocha for digestion). The delicious and homemade cakes and tarts. The ambience. And and and. In short: the total package! Always and always happy! 🙂

I don't even know where to start... The restaurant is easy to reach and makes a very cozy impression. However, there is a huge shortage of staff and the one waitress who was on duty was unbeatable in terms of unfriendliness and audacity. For the first time we were completely ignored when we came in, only to be allowed to sit down at a table that hadn't been cleared after 5 minutes. This was cleared away by our waitress after another 10 minutes. She was extremely unfriendly and unmotivated. No eye contact, impatient, corners of the mouth in the basement, i.e. every no-go in the service industry. In total it took 20 minutes between arrival and ordering. Instead of 2 times mint-lemon lemonade, we were brought 2 times pomegranate-mint lemonade. The food was ok, in my opinion a bit overpriced for the portion and quality. Up to this point I would have accepted the whole thing and probably not even written a review. But the waitress went above and beyond. At the end of the payment process (separately) she suddenly put on a primal smile, but after I didn't give her a tip it disappeared as quickly as it came. My colleague was so kind and gave her a 10% tip, but this was not responded to in any way. Apparently we weren't worthy of saying goodbye either. It's a shame when a cool location with a stable and expandable kitchen has to lose customers because of such staff. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

It was my first time in the coffeehouse and I have to say: Excellent service in the evening. The burger 🍔 was sensational. The Lillet with berries couldn't be better and the landlord brought me a sensational chocolate cake for my birthday with a very nice dedication on the plate. Even if the age was a bit dizzy. Five stars from me on all levels. I will definitely come back.

This environment was, for your humble self, an extremely pleasant place. The coffee really pleased my palate. But the cake bypassed my intestines in half an hour and I had to unload on the place immediately. The bowl proved to be extremely resistant to explosions. It withstood even the greatest flatulence! Currently sitting in the coffee house. Table was reserved. We got the map quickly and knew immediately what we wanted. An hour has now passed since the order was placed. There's still no sign of food. It's a shame how disorganized this store is.

I love the food there. Everything is freshly made and there is breakfast and lunch. You can get a starter, a main course and a dessert. Very good coffee and I would highly recommend the cakes. So very nice staff. I hope the others like it too.

Sometimes you find gems like this one. True to its name, the coffee house is beautifully and openly furnished with beautiful, large windows. The food is partly German and partly exceptional. The Cypriot breakfast (picture) and also the mocha are a special recommendation. Be sure to reserve in advance!

Everything about the satisfaction, the food and breakfast was delicious and the drinks and the capo were also really good.

Man sollte vorher unbedingt reservieren wenn man am Wochenende frühstücken möchte. Viel Auswahl an verschiedenen Frühstücken, sowie Kaffee und andere Heißgetränke. Personal sehr freundlich. Man kann auch schön draussen sitzen. Kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem gemütlichen Ambiente was man Puchheim kaum zutraut…Es eignet sich zu allen Mahlzeiten. Suppen, Burger, Nudeln, Salate,... Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt verschiedene selbstgemachte Limonaden. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Pommes waren noch richtig heiß und knusprig. Es war nun unser dritter Besuch ….

Speisen super lecker! Aber man muss immer sehr sehr lange auf alles warten, unabhängig von der Gästeanzahl. Die Organisation passt da einfach immer noch nicht. Schade, weil man dann nicht mal auf einen Sprung vorbei schauen kann.
