I have been visiting the thermal baths and restaurants regularly for years. The catering sector has declined significantly over the past two years. Soggy scrambled eggs, no rolls without explanation, pieces of baguette and bitter café were served instead.

The outside area was very run down. Eating is a disaster if you eat the asparagus soup, my condolences, it doesn't taste like asparagus soup at all, even after the comment it's not even a solution, Definitely never coming back.

I am at a loss for words. Hygiene is zero. Employee reaches for fries with bare hands to portion them onto other plates. If you don't want to order from the thermal spa area but from the wave pool area, you won't be noticed. Unfriendly staff, everything was fried and inedible. But hefty prices. If you like eating rubbish with unhygienic and unfriendly operators, this is the place for you. Is not worthy of the Niederrheintherme. Bon appetit!

Unfortunately not recommended, we now come to the thermal spa once a week as a rehabilitation measure. Breakfast was part of the routine. Every time there was something to complain about. Either the coffee machine was broken or there were no more rolls. In addition, the ambience leaves a lot to be desired, lamps flicker at the counter and open cables hang from the ceiling. Multiple sockets in different colors wrapped around the counter don't make a pretty picture either.

Today I ate a currywurst in the bottom drawer, it had wrinkles, it was grayish, a completely different color than my son and husband's, the fries were over salted, of course if you throw them back in the deep fryer a hundred times, they're pretty full of fat, I'll get there no more food, other times before it was okay but today it was a disaster.

Overpriced and very poor quality. The same soup from the buffet is offered all week long, disgusting. I won't eat here anymore. The service staff are friendly.

I often snack there when I'm at the thermal baths. The food is always fresh, on the table on time and the price/performance ratio is right. The service is always friendly and helpful.

It's not a culinary hit, a lot of convenience and not always perfectly prepared, but the price and service are right. When I go to the sauna, it's important to me that the food issue is taken care of in 30 minutes - I'm not here for a candlelight dinner. And that is guaranteed here. Hence 4 stars.

Freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Das Essen war nicht gut, eher schon schlecht. Es gab Currywurst und Pommes. Die Pommes waren noch halb roh, die Bratwurst war grundsätzlich lecker aber zu kalt und mit einer viel zu flüssigen Fertigsauce übergossen. Die ausliegenden Karten waren zerfleddert und ausgeblichen.

40 Minuten Wartezeit auf ein Getränk geht nicht. Die Bedienung völlig überfordert. Um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen zahlen die meisten Kunden direkt an der Kasse. Der Kellner sehr bemüht, der Kellnerin alles egal.

Überhöhte Preise (Gericht Rosmarinkartoffeln mit Aioli = 1 in Viertel geschnittene trockene Kartoffel, zwischen die zwei Zweige Rosmarin dekoriert waren - gewissermaßen durfte die Kartoffen mal daran riechen - einem winzigem Becherchen Aioli, 1 Blatt Salat und eine Dekoscheibe Karotte kosten 7,90 €) lieblos angerichtet, Teller auf den Tisch geknallt. Altes Geschirr von Vorgängern wird erst nach Aufforderung lustlos und einzeln transportiert weggetragen. Das Eis zum Nachtisch hätte es rausreißen können, Bedienung entfernte sich ohne leeres Geschirr mitzunehmen. Auch hier erfolgte das erst nach Aufforderung und mit deutlichem Gemurre. Zum Bezahlen stellt man sich besser an die Kasse, freiwillig kommt niemand. Fazit: Unfreundliches unmotiviertes Personal in Küche und Bedienung.
