After a tourist tour in the beautiful city of Bonn, we ordered 6 broasted meals and a travel shawarma, which we took with us.. In all fairness, the restaurant deserves five stars.. We were there today when we came in and they said that our order would take about 25 minutes to be prepared. And after 35 minutes he came to us and said we couldn't make the order because there wasn't enough shawerma. Although there were people who came in after us and got their euro order after 10 minutes and also gave them schawerma. Secondly, honestly I have no problem paying more if the food was better, but what we got was much cheaper than anywhere else. Ich weiß wirklich nicht woher die ganzen guten Bewertungen herkommen.. bin so enttäuscht von dem Aufenthalt, dass ich es bereut habe dort hingegangen zu sein. Ich hatte einen großen Teller mit wenig drauf, vorallem für den Preis von etwa 10.00€ für den Teller. Ich bin echt nicht satt geworden. Die Getränke finde ich für die Größe auch viel zu überteuert. Die sind sogar zu geizig um einen kleinen Vorspeisenteller hinzulegen. Für den Preis bekomme ich in einem anderen Lokal Lamm oder Rind statt Hähnchen. Vorallem auch noch Trocken. Ich geh definitiv nicht mehr hin. Edit: Das Essen hat sich vorallem im letzten und vorletzten Jahr stark verbessert. Die Preise sind immer noch utopisch hoch für kleine Portionen vorallem bei den Vorspeisen. Ab und zu kann man sich das aber mal gönnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant ist in Ordnung, Manche Mitarbeiter sind nicht nett und verwenden Spitznamen, die nervig sind und den Eindruck von Respekt vermitteln. Sie nennen uns zum Beispiel „meine Mutter“ oder „meine Großmutter“. Tatsächlich sind wir nicht im gleichen Alter wie ihre Mütter oder Großmütter , und wir sind möglicherweise Single. Es ist vorzuziehen, anspruchsvollere Spitznamen zu verwenden, wie zum Beispiel Madame Mazmazil und so weiter. Die Preise sind inakzeptabel

Sehr nettes Personal das Restaurant verleiht eine familiäre Atmosphäre und die shawarma mit sehr dünnem knusprigen Orientalischen Brot mit saftigem Hähnchen Fleisch.Dazu aß ich in diesem Restaurant die leckersten Pommes innerhalb NRW und sonst könnte ich an diesem Laden in keinem Punkt Kritik hinzufügen.

They were awesome! The food was popping hot and fresh just like they said and the service is the best I've seen yet! They keep on adding stuff that we need without even asking. We came after a whole day of traveling around and then we came here at 23:00(where most of the restaurants were closed) for food and we got the best treatment that we needed, i would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Syrische Nachbarn haben uns ins Damaskushaus eingeladen. Wir fühlten uns anfangs etwas fremd - völlig grundlos. Es gab keine Speisekarte, sondern Kärtchen an jedem Tisch zum scannen. Jedes Gericht war nicht nur beschrieben sondern auch abgebildet. Das Esssen schmeckte sehr gut, das Lokal war wohl auch deshalb sehr gut besucht. Wir wurden alle sehr freundlich bedient, schienen allerdings die einzigen Deutschen gewesen zu sein. Wenn wir nicht so weit entfernt wohnen würden wären wir längst wieder hingegangen. Parkmöglichkeit im nahen Parkhaus.

Waren mittlerweile über Jahre öfters dort. Vor allem an islamischen Feiertagen. Das Essen, das Personal und die Location ist super. 1 von 10 Malen ist man mit dem ein oder anderen Gericht unzufrieden, aber sonst ist es super. Tabuleh ist kaum gewürzt, Yalanji und Kibeh würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Den Restaurant würde ich zurzeit mit gar kein Stern bewerten. Die Leute dort kann man nicht mehr vertrauen. Gestern einige Schwarma gekauft, die waren mit getrocknete Hänschenfleich gefüllt "also schon lange aus dem Spieß geschnitten vielleicht waren die auch die Reste ausm Tisch von vorbesucher bei ihnen", danke da war aber ein oder zwei ml Knoblauchsause drin. Jetzt nach 12 Stunden kann meine Magen die immer noch nicht verdauen und habe Bauchproblem davon.

Ich werde jetzt sehr oft rein schauen Das Essen war mega ! Top Service Immer wieder gerne

Auf Empfehlung haben wir das Restaurant getestet und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Essen hat uns super gut geschmeckt. Ordentliche Portionen. Den Vorspeisenteller zum teilen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Netter Service und sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, aber nicht zu voll. So haben wir direkt einen freien Tisch bekommen.

They didn't have a physical menu; the only option was scanning the QR code. Their website wasn't working properly, and not all the menu items were loading. One of the waiters came to help us, and we asked him what kind of dishes they have. He said, 'Let me prepare a mixed grill for you, trust me, you'll like it.' The mixed grill tasted okay, but there wasn't as much meat as you would expect for four persons. The bill was €123 for one plate and four drinks + tea + starter plate with humus and tabouleh. He didn't mention the price at any time, and the plate wasn't worth the price. They made us pay for a plate with hummus and tabouleh, which we didn't ask for. All of us felt SCAMMED.

Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt viel Öl in dem Essen. Knoblauchsauce schmeckt gar nicht und zu wenig Pommes waren kalt und haben es gesagt und er hat uns neue Pommes geholt aber auf der Rechnung gestellt. Das einzige Vorteil Service ist gut
