I can't say anything about the food; there was no food. People are people, not animals, and outside it looks like a barn. Leftovers everywhere. I threw away half a loaf of bread that was lying on the floor. When asked to wipe the table, I was told "no time." You should have enough staff if you run a pub or a restaurant. It's a real shame... Hygiene is paramount.

My bad experience at a restaurant I won't mention its name for fear they'll say I'm cutting into people's livelihoods. Today, my family and I decided to change things up and order food from a broasted restaurant. We sat at a table and ordered our food as usual. After we finished our order and started waiting, the waiter called out loudly in front of everyone: "Do you want broasted?" He sounded provocative, as if we were begging, not ordering our own money. All the other tables started to stare at us! We thought he might be overwhelmed with orders, and kept quiet. When the food arrived, I discovered that the first course had feathers and hair clearly visible on the skin! I respectfully returned the plate to him and said, "That's hair. How can I eat like that?" His response was rude: "Take the skin off and eat. That's what we have!" Brother, I started eating fried chicken with hair, as if I was disgusted or something strange happened. Of course, we left the table, and I paid for one order. We canceled the rest. No apology, no exchange, no attempt to resolve the issue! My message to all restaurants: We are customers, not beggars. We have the right to demand clean food and respectful treatment, because we pay for it with our own effort, not for nothing. Rudeness is not acceptable, and respect is not an option... Respect is a must! You've made us hate eating out, and I've made us hate the very thing called restaurants!

We visited the restaurant and had a wonderful experience. We tried the Arabic shawarma and the crispy chicken, and the taste was truly delicious and distinctive. The service was excellent, the place was clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Bad experience at Damasca restaurant Unfortunately, our experience at Damascus Restaurant was absolutely disastrous. I went there for dinner with two friends but we were treated very rudely and shown a lack of respect by the staff. The tables were incredibly dirty. We asked the waiter several times to clean the table but he completely ignored our requests. We waited about 45 minutes for our order, which consisted of three dishes. When we asked the waiter the reason for the delay, he rudely informed us that he was busy delivering other orders that were older than ours. We noticed the waiter selling orders to passers-by through the restaurant window while we waited for our food at dirty tables in the restaurant. We felt very insulted by this behavior and believe that the reason our order was delayed was because we were sitting in the restaurant and not on the street. Overall our experience at Damascus Restaurant was very bad. The restaurant is dirty, the service is poor and the food wasn't worth the wait. We do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Note: There are no toilets, sinks or other items on the tables for cleaning hands after eating

Absolutely not recommended!!! Had a shawarma, it was really disgusting! I wouldn't even give that meat to my dog! Not to mention the vegetables. I was sick for at least two days and had stomach and intestinal problems! I really regretted eating this disgusting stuff. Should have listened to my inner voice better when I stood in front of the store and thought to myself that it was of poor quality. The staff was also rather unfriendly and the price was too high for the quantity and such poor quality! You should actually report it to the health department!!!

طللبنا دجاج وكان للاسف زفر وتم تقديم الدجاج بدون سكاكين ( يعني قطع واكل بأيدك ) واكثر الاكلات الموجوده بالصفحه غير متوفره .. المطعم ينصح به فقط للشوارما وللدلفري
