Bad experience at Damasca restaurant Unfortunately, our experience at Damascus Restaurant was absolutely disastrous. I went there for dinner with two friends but we were treated very rudely and shown a lack of respect by the staff. The tables were incredibly dirty. We asked the waiter several times to clean the table but he completely ignored our requests. We waited about 45 minutes for our order, which consisted of three dishes. When we asked the waiter the reason for the delay, he rudely informed us that he was busy delivering other orders that were older than ours. We noticed the waiter selling orders to passers-by through the restaurant window while we waited for our food at dirty tables in the restaurant. We felt very insulted by this behavior and believe that the reason our order was delayed was because we were sitting in the restaurant and not on the street. Overall our experience at Damascus Restaurant was very bad. The restaurant is dirty, the service is poor and the food wasn't worth the wait. We do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Note: There are no toilets, sinks or other items on the tables for cleaning hands after eating

Apart from the good location, nothing is good here, especially the rats between the tables outside on the terrace gave me that!

The best option in the district to express one's gustatory pleasures. I ventured into unfamiliar plates of food and have no regrets. The location is easily accessible, often visited, but not too overcrowded. Perfect to visit after a stroll through the city.

Absolutely not recommended!!! Had a shawarma, it was really disgusting! I wouldn't even give that meat to my dog! Not to mention the vegetables. I was sick for at least two days and had stomach and intestinal problems! I really regretted eating this disgusting stuff. Should have listened to my inner voice better when I stood in front of the store and thought to myself that it was of poor quality. The staff was also rather unfriendly and the price was too high for the quantity and such poor quality! You should actually report it to the health department!!!

We ordered there for the first time last night and were very happy with this really good and crispy fried chicken. Always my pleasure.

I swear to God, I am a star, and I got broasted meat that was not eaten and shawarma that was dry and very rancid, and then I got sick from it. In the middle and the world, there are heavy meats, this man has nothing to do with it and this Shawarma war will be hard and fast, and it will be hard to eat. It doesn't work.

I bought shawarma from Damasca restaurant and it was delicious! The shawarma was characterized by its excellent and fresh taste and was excellently presented. The service was quick and friendly, and the food prices were reasonable. Kann den XXL Burger nur empfehlen,der ist absolut frisch und groß.Sowas geiles habe ich noch nirgends anders in Kassel gegessen.Nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Dauert nicht lange bis ich mir wieder den besten XXL Burger hole👍

طللبنا دجاج وكان للاسف زفر وتم تقديم الدجاج بدون سكاكين ( يعني قطع واكل بأيدك ) واكثر الاكلات الموجوده بالصفحه غير متوفره .. المطعم ينصح به فقط للشوارما وللدلفري

Das essen war sehr lecker und viel es wurde alles frisch gemacht und hat so gut geschmeckt wir werden immer wieder kommen und dort essen leider hab ich keine Fotos gemacht, das essen war unteranderem auch schön angerichtet. :)

Ich gehe oft hier shawarma essen und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Der Shawarma schmeckt sehr gut und das Fleisch ist besonders gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, besonders Hamoo. Ich kann den Laden jedem weiter empfehlen.

Der beste Laden in dem ich je war beste Bedienung, bestes Essen zu einem mehr als guten Preis. Das beste nach einem langen Tag ist es hierher zu kommen und bei hamoo einen kleinen shawarma zu bestellen. Ich kann diesen Laden auf jeden Fall jedem in Kassel und Umgebung empfehlen.

Unbeschreiblich Herzlich wird man hier empfangen und mindestens genau so lecker ist auch das Essen! Aus reinster überzeugen bin ich wöchentlich Gast und kann es jedem ans Herz legen ob Vegitarisch oder nicht für jeden ist etwas dabei!
