We were at "Da Toni" yesterday evening rather "by chance" because the four of us wanted to have something to eat before an event - we couldn't have chosen it better! The rooms and the atmosphere seemed friendly and familiar, the menu was pleasantly tidy. Rather little selection, but dishes that you definitely can't get on every corner (the extensive daily menu on the slate has expanded the offering). Four different meals, four hits! You can feel the love for cooking and the joy of running a family business in which the guests feel comfortable. Grazie Mille, we'll be back!

A small, cozy restaurant, but unfortunately the background noise was a bit loud. The food was good, the service was friendly, the menu was very manageable, unfortunately there was no pizza on the menu. I would definitely recommend the restaurant. 👍🏽

Very nice restaurant. The food we had was of very good quality and without exception everyone was very, very nice. We were lucky and spontaneously got a table. We'll definitely come back again.

There is a star deduction for the long waiting times - but you are happy to accept them for the great food. Authentic Italian, handmade pasta, not too big menu and all at a reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit!

We celebrated our civil wedding with 30 people at da Toni and both we and our guests were totally thrilled! The food was fantastic, all guests were always looked after and no one had to wait long for their food or drinks. Our wishes were taken into account from start to finish and we were able to spend a wonderful afternoon together with our friends and families. Thank you!!

Excellent, authentic, Italian restaurant, there is Birra Moretti, the food is 5 stars, it doesn't get much better than that.

Very tasty food in a cozy atmosphere. The boss is a super warm person, said goodbye to us with a handshake and chatted with us. We were traveling for work and if we lived here, this would definitely be our regular restaurant. Clear recommendation 👍🏼❤️

On Saturday, March 9th, 2024, we visited six "Otto - Normal - Restaurant - Visitors". Despite having made a reservation in mid-December 2023, it could not be found in the calendar, but the waiter was still able to organize a table for six people. Plus - period. In addition to the normal menu, there was the daily specials written in chalk on a large blackboard, which the waiter presented in detail with additional information, everything was good so far. The ambience and service were undeniably perfect, as was the quality of the dishes we received. But: On the one hand, we were all quite mundanely missing a small plate of side dishes - salad, and you should know that the side dishes are generally on the plate, such as rosemary - potatoes in a manageable number (exactly three pieces) in the size of triplets. When it comes to orders such as pasta ("Pasta Duette"), the quantity is also manageable - six pieces of gnocchi and six pieces of ravioli-like pasta with filling, very tasty, but not necessarily all that filling. Conclusion - Either you shouldn't show up too hungry, or you should be prepared to order appropriate starters in addition to the main dishes in the higher price range.

A great restaurant with great food, reasonable prices and first class service. Very courteous staff and it's great that the boss - who cooks himself - also asks about the guests' well-being and seeks a personal conversation. The only disadvantage: very long waiting times. Unfortunately, the last two times we waited 3/4 hour for our reserved table. But there is always compensation from the house and because of the really courteous manner you can hardly be angry anymore. So pure enjoyment if you have the time - it's worth the wait...

Service - perfetto, food - buonissimo, ambience - very pleasant and stylish. The menu contains few but very good dishes, and this is the hallmark of good cuisine. The bruschetta was a pure delight. Ciao and see you again soon

It was a very beautiful evening. Great idea of ​​the menu that immediately makes you hungry. The atmosphere was also really very homely and cozy. The starter was really very good, especially the goat cheese was great. I can only highly recommend the pasta with porcini mushrooms, totally full-bodied and creamy. We tried our hand at dessert. The panna cotta really stood out and rounded off an evening perfectly. Gladly again!

Nice little restaurant, small but nice menu, pizza is not on the menu, the quality of the food can only be said to be very good. Why the points deduction now Drinks are very difficult to keep up with and when it gets fuller it is also very loud, I can only recommend it, it was very tasty.

My ex works colleague and I came here recently on his recommendation to essentially eat steak. I parked in the free car park in the nearby square and walked over to this establishment (a previous post office?). It didn't look very attractive from the outside but it was cosy enough inside. And quite busy for a Wednesday lunchtime. Toni greeted us warmly enough but we were served by a young lady who was rather cool and didn't really make us feel that welcome. In fact she is the main reason why I didn't give this place the maximum number of stars here. Anyway, I ordered a large glass of Primitivo red wine and we shared two large pieces of Bruschetta which was delicious. Both my friend & I then went for the filet steak. It was extremely well cooked (medium) and it was delicious. There was a minimum of vegetables scatted around the large plate which I found rather minimalistic but OK. For dessert we both went for zabaione which I found to be too liquidy. You could drink it which wasn't the idea for me... On requesting the bill the stern young lady offered us a free post lunchtime drink - a miniscule glass half full with limoncello. It seemed a pity to dirty the glass. Oh, by the way, this place isn't that cheap. With tip I left 110€ here. Hmm...

Once again spontaneously at Da Toni, we got a table at very short notice on Saturday, great! The food was not only a feast for the eyes, but also tasted fantastic, but the side dish could have been a little larger for a meal. Otherwise just great!

Super Location,tolles Essen .Qualitativ einfach top.

Ein sehr schöner Abend. Tisch um 18 Uhr für 3 Personen. Vorspeise war gegen 18.20 da, Hauptgang gegen 19.30. Vorspeise: Bruschetta, Brot mit aioli und eine sehr leckere Tomatensuppe. Hauptspeise: selbstgemachte Ravioli, carpaccio, Rumpsteak 300gr. Essen war wirklich sehr gut, leider hat es etwas länger gedauert, es war aber auch ziemlich voll und eine Geburtstagsgesellschaft war vor Ort. Für das Essen eine klare Empfehlung! Da der Raum etwas kleiner ist, wird es relativ laut, aber ansonsten sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Update: Gestern haben wir im Familienkreis unser Hochzeitsmenü hier gegessen und genossen. Es war einfach perfekt. So köstlich, reichhaltig und perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Von den Antipasti, über Pasta, leckeren Fleischgerichte bis hin zur sündhaft leckeren Desserkombination. Dazu immer das passende Getränk. Dankeschön 🥰 --‐-------------‐----------------------------------------- Einfach toll wie immer. Leckere und authentische italienische Küche und smarter Service. So macht Essen gehen Spaß.

Ein schönes Ambiente, dass Essen war einfach köstlich, und jeder Teller der vorbeigetragen wurde, war wunderschön angerichtet. Leider war es wohl bei der Nachspeise zu voll, und Antonio musste uns vernachlässigen. Aber auch der Grappa, den er uns bei der Rechnung serviert hat, war ganz exelent. Also wirklich, eine Empfehlung wert. Wir können dieses Speiselokal nur weiterempfehlen 👍💞

Da italiano, sicuramente uno dei migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana. Lo chef è italiano è ha una eccellente preparazione culinaria. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chi si trova in zona... Saluti

Sehr gut gegessen, es wird frisch gekocht und auf Allergien eingegangen. Der Wein war ebenfalls sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.

Megatolles, frisches Essen, facettenreich und toll angerichtet.

Der Ziegenkäse auf Birnen-Carpaccio als Vorspeise, die Dorade royal, die Cannelloni mit Ricotta als Hauptgerichte und das obligatorische Tiramisu waren allesamt ein Gedicht italienische Kochkünste. Der trockene rote Primitivio und das italienische Birra Moretti vom Fass waren die perfekte Ergänzung zum Essen und die Espressi zur Nachspeise der perfekte Abschluss eines großartigen Restaurantbesuchs. Die Bedienung war trotz der vollen Terrasse (leider recht nah an der Straße) sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, auch wenn er es selbst so nicht gesehen hat. Wenn wir nicht etwa 300 km weit weg wohnen würden, wären wir sicherlich bald Stammgäste in diesem ausgezeichneten italienischen Restaurant! Da capo!!

Tolles italienisches Restaurant mit authentischer Küche. Wer hier eine große Auswahl an Pizzen erwartet, wird hier nicht fündig.. Super Produkte,frisch, manche direkt aus Italien.Top Weine, sehr freundlicher Service. Kleine Karte. Unbedingt die Tagesspezialitäten probieren. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Es ist schön, seit langem wieder ein sehr gutes und leckeres Italienisches Restaurant in schwelm begrüßen zu dürfen. Insbesondere der Service, Herr Seif, ist jedes Mal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das essen überzeugt durch frische und Qualität. Nicht nur dadurch, sondern auch durch die immer herzliche Begrüßung, komme ich gerne und öfter zum Essen.

Unser erster Besuch beim neuen Betreiber! Wir waren sehr neugierig. Die Messlatte lag hoch! Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut, für jeden Geldbeutel etwas dabei. Die Hintergrundmusik war uns nicht italienisch genug, eigentlich brauche ich in einem vollen Restaurant überhaupt keine Musik. Die Bedienung war freundlich, der Chef verabschiedete sich persönlich. Gerne noch einmal.
