We were there for dinner last night with 6 people - a disaster. First we waited half an hour for drinks, then 1 hour for food. The 2 pizzas were reasonably good, the pasta was also ok, but then the fry came cold and 10 minutes later fried potatoes, and 2 people had grilled salmon with salad on each plate there was a piece of salmon with salad and when we were finished eating they brought 2 more pieces of salmon, that was a disaster

Everything was fine, just one thing in the summer it's a little too warm but otherwise everything was good!

So when we ordered a table it wasn't said that we had to sit outside. The service was very friendly, but we waited forever for the drinks and the food wasn't any better either. The menus should be renewed. When the food came, two dishes looked the same even though they were supposed to be different. The only difference was, one was penne and the other was tagliatelle. Both looked unappetizing. It didn't taste good either and was way too spicy. However, it wasn't pointed out on the map. After we left the food, we were asked if it didn't taste good. We commented on it in a friendly manner and all we said was that you would have to say beforehand if it wasn't supposed to be spicy. No goodwill whatsoever, the bill was charged in full. Absolutely not recommended!

We spontaneously ordered a table for the evening, which was supposed to be at the end of our vacation. It was a complete disaster. Waited 15 minutes until someone even took the drinks. Ok, that was pretty much okay for us. Then it took a while until someone came to take the food. We ordered 2 pizzas and 1 pasta. 1 pizza was already sold out. This should actually be communicated when the menu is handed out, as some dishes are already sold out. The decision then changed. My husband had a double pizza "volcano" pizza...just dry and just crust. Very bad in taste. Pasta and my pizza were ok, but I've also eaten better. Then there was supposed to be dessert.... calm, that was already sold out.....unbelievable. When the bill came, we thought we weren't looking right. 1 large beer 3.80 € - 0.4 / 1 large Cola, was charged here twice as a small Cola each for 2.50 € - 0.4 Non-alcoholic drinks more expensive than beer. Outrageous. We won't be coming back. I used to work at Stratmann myself, serving the entire beer garden and restaurant (which was closed yesterday) myself, but this service no longer works there. Running around with a Walki Talkie... very important... but running doesn't do anything there. We have a bar outside in the beer garden, 1 person sits behind it... but she doesn't do anything.

Really a small but nice restaurant. Great meal pork fillet in gorgonzola sauce highly recommended. Nice ambience.

It's amazing that it's so difficult to get a table here. Maybe it's because of the cheap price. But not the service. 15 minutes until you are asked for the drinks and another 30 minutes until the pizza comes. All the pizzas we saw were like ours - completely limp and paper-thin in the middle. But it tasted good. However, there is no crispy base here. The only tortellini dish was very tasty and the panna cotta caramel dessert was an 8 out of 10 in terms of appearance and taste! Of course the lemon we ordered with the drink was forgotten. When we asked for extra Parmesan at the table, we were initially told: “There’s enough cheese on it!” - (Simply amazing) The ambience is okay. We found it a bit unloving. Definitely not a hip place to linger. Oh well, the tomato soup is absolutely amazing! A must if you like soups. Actually excellent and 100% homemade. The menus are a bit worn and shabby. My "folder" was a lot apart and had almost all the prices covered over, so I thought the dish had been taken off the menu.

The pizzeria is in the middle of nowhere. Which isn't a bad thing. The pizza was good. The price is reasonable. Service was OK. It was very busy, so the service was overwhelmed. But OK. At least you can do that

Italians are quite popular with Germans when it comes to eating and drinking. The view of real quality characteristics is often clouded by the holiday atmosphere in the restaurant. The service team also likes to bind customers closely through friendly behavior patterns and thus prevents at least this part of the guests from being overly objective. As such, restaurant reviews from average people on social media are pretty meaningless. Objectivity is the unknown foreign word. The sole ruler, Mrs. Rosa, has repositioned herself at Schwitter Kamp. However, nothing has changed. Endless waiting times and unacceptable errors as soon as space availability approaches 80% occupancy neutralize the meaning and purpose of a local change. Especially since Ms. General remains irritable, stupidly proud and cannot avoid comments that destroy customer relationships such as “You have to cook for yourself at home” or “I don’t care at all about your rating on this gugel”. If you haven't experienced it yourself, you won't believe it. The husband and head chef of the regimental chairman is trying to find a balance, but doesn't have the slightest chance against his government. I actually prefer to cook my own pizza at home. Adaces fortuna juvat!

The pizza was factory made, took 50 minutes for 2 pizzas and two pasta dishes. Taste underground! Not recommended!

I always enjoyed going to “da Rosa” in the city center and always felt very welcome as a guest. The new location did not have a negative impact on this. You can park even closer now! :) the pizza is a dream, the rolls are very fluffy, and it's also affordable for the average consumer. Great respect for how the boss “runs the place” and doesn’t have to remember anything about the order and still delivers special requests correctly. We were there for lunch today, the restaurant was well attended, but everything still went very quickly. We would love to come back, any time!

When Da Rosa was still in Menden, it was already one of my favorite restaurants. After moving to the old Stratmanns building near Schwitten, this love grew even more. In a somewhat more modern atmosphere, the service and hospitality have of course remained the same. However, I have the impression that the food tastes even better. Where many people offer, for example, Scaloppine alla Romana made from pork, this one is originally made from veal. Simply delicious.

Wir waren am 22.12.2023 das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant essen. Die Pizza war sehr gut! Beilagen wie Salami, Schinken top Qualität, kein Formschinken oder sonstiges. Wir waren wirklich sehr überrascht von der Qualität.

Hier kommen wir immer wieder gern essen. Bei wenig Personal und voller Hütte sollte man Verständnis für lange Wartezeiten haben, wer diese nicht hat soll doch lieber zuhause das Fertigfraß essen. Das neue Ambiente in Schwitten ist eine große Erweiterung, wunderschön auch zum Bierchen trinken an der Theke.

Pünktlich, sehr lecker und freundliche Bedienung. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier bestellen und bestimmt auch mal vor Ort essen.

Gestern das erste mal dort bestellt. Hab geweint. Weine eigentlich nur wenn das Essen nicht das ist was ich erwartet habe. Ich liebe gute cabonara über alles und hatte schon Angst wieder etwas gebracht zu bekommen was keine cabonara ist und/oder nicht essbar ist. Was soll ich sagen es ist die beste cabonara die ich bisher gegessen habe. Mein Freund hat sich eine Schafe Salami Pizza bestellt wo Oliven und sogar Kapern drauf waren. Er sagte es wär die beste Pizza die er je gegessen hat. Hab auch bisschen probiert und die war sogar für mich lecker. Hätten gerne auch Trinkgeld gegeben aber es hat leider nur fürs gute Essen gereicht. Aber beim nächsten mal wird das direkt gemacht für die Hoffnung die mir wieder gegeben wurde. 3. mal jetzt dort bestellt und die Nudeln meiner cabonara sind nicht durch, es ist kaum Speck drin und jetzt find ich noch ein Mittel langes blondes Haar. Die Pizza ist weiterhin gut. Aber danke für das Haar das musste jetzt echt nicht sein😑

Seitdem ich in Menden wohne, habe ich schon leckere Pizza gegessen, aber die Pizzeria in Da Rosa hatte bislang die beste Pizza, vorallem für einen guten Preis! Unsere Kinder haben sogar den Rand verschlungen! Jederzeit wieder!

Leider nicht mehr der Service, wie er einmal war!!! Wo ist der ehemalige Kellner??? Der Service ist komplett überfordert, zack die Getränke hingestellt, Pizza von rechts nach links einfach über den Tisch geschoben und zu guter letzt die Rechnung ohne ein Wort auf den Tisch gelegt 🫣 und weiter...mussten dann noch ne ganze Weile warten, um zu bezahlen. Pizza war aber lecker 😋, wie immer 😉

Es gab eine öffentliche Veranstaltung direkt vor der Pizzeria was auch schon länger feststand. Trotzdem war der Service wegen fehlenden Mitarbeitern und fehlender Organisation eher mangelhaft.

Ich war mittags mit Kollegen dort essen. Bedienung top und freundlich. Das Essen, Pizza und Nudeln, waren lecker, warm und frisch. Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Da Rosa: Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Einfach und gut. Schön in der Innenstadt von Menden gelegen. Besuch lohnt sich. Wir kommen wieder.

Es war wie immer super! Egal welches Gericht, es schmeckt immer gut. Bedienung ist auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Selbst bei einer großen Gruppe, funktioniert es super. Kommen immer gerne wieder. Dafür vergeben wir gerne 5 Sterne.

Wir waren mit einer Großen Gruppe am Abend essen und feiern und trotz Reservierung waren nicht genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden so das wir an 2 Tischen mit mehreren Personen saßen als es Platz gab. Die Entschädigung kam mit dem Essen das sehr gut ist , jeder aus unsere Gruppe war sehr zufrieden. Ein Minus gab es noch beim Service der zwar freundlich aber total überfordert ist bei so großen Bestellung und das bezahlen dauerte auch noch mal ewig. Alles Probleme die bei einem normalen Besuch wahrscheinlich nicht entstehen von daher gerne wieder

Das Restaurant ist gut und das Essen war super. Wir hatten Spaghetti alla Carbonara bestellt und die waren sehr lecker, denn sie waren ohne Sahne. Denn die gehört dort nicht hinein.

Ich dachte erst ein Italiener wie überall… Das Essen kommt nicht aus einer Sterneküche … aber ist so was von LECKER! Ob Nudeln oder Pizza (selten einen so guten Pizzateig gehabt) Wirklich, wirklich gut!!!👍🏻 Der Service aufmerksam und gut. Wir werden, wenn wir wieder in Menden sind, wieder kommen! Schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, leckeres italienisches Essen. gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaltnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Restaurant ist eher klein und nutzt den Platz optimal aus. Es gibt Pizza, Pasta und saisonale Gerichte. Das Essen war super. Die Bedienung an dem Abend war alleine und hätte Unterstützung gebraucht. Der Nachtisch war auch klasse und alles in allem macht man nichts falsch, wenn man her kommt.

Das war gut und das Personal war freundlich

Lecker. Hat zwar alles bisschen gedauert, war aber auch knackevoll, insofern okay. Essen war richtig gut und reichlich, Pasta wie Pizza.

Ich habe eine Diavolo-Pizza bestellt, die mit Peperoni-Salami scharf ist, und ich habe eine Pizza mit Sardinen, Oliven und scharfer Salami bekommen. Normalerweise ist das Essen sehr gut, aber wenn ich allergisch gegen Oliven bin und das Restaurant anrufe, um zu sagen, dass die Bestellung falsch gemacht wurde, und Sie mit mir argumentieren, dass sie so sagen, dass sie eine solche Bestellung haben, und auf der Menüseite da steht was anderes tut mir leid aber schon werde ich dort nicht bestellen

Wir waren noch nie enttäuscht - das Essen gut, die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend und das Ambiente ansprechend und gemütlich. Im Sommer laden die Aussenplätze zum verweilen ein - wir besuchen da Rosa sehr oft, auch gern mit Freunden, weil wir uns auf die Qualität und den Service verlassen können.

Immer gutes Niveau man kann sich auf die Qualität verlassen seit vielen Jahren gut geführt ich wir können es empfehlen viel Spaß beste Grüße h
