In short, the already free delivery that is available when you spend over 30 euros online... 15 minutes later the desired delivery was made... regardless of the already good food and service

We now only get our pizza here. The pizza simply tastes good, especially when it's baked on stone. For me personally, it's the best pizza in MAK and the closest I've come to expect from Italy. The other pizzerias in MAK really didn't impress me. The staff are also super friendly, and I'm convinced that if you treat people kindly and with respect, you'll get the same in return. Thanks for the consistently delicious pizza – and the Panzerotto/Pizza Fritta is also highly recommended.

Of course, I want to immediately apologize to the staff and thank them for their patience and understanding, there was a misunderstanding due to the bank's fault, I ordered a pizza online and paid online, the bank calculated the money but did not transfer it to the account completely, the result was left without an order and without money, all because of the bank, but the staff made a small pizza for free, very tasty, which could not but please, they said that as soon as I come with money, they will make the pizza, everything depends on the bank, it is better to pay in cash

We ordered food from Waldershof via the website. The delivery arrived earlier than stated, the driver was extremely friendly, and even provided some information about the homemade ingredients. The food itself was also excellent and plentiful! We'd go back anytime!

I've been a customer for five years. This restaurant has never disappointed me. The food is delicious, especially the Napoli spaghetti. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the salads smell of love.

I just ordered tortellini with cheese cream sauce over the phone, and to be honest, they are not good at all. They taste terribly artificial 🤢🥴

Pino has the best dishes! Everything is excellent! The manager is very friendly, and you can have a warm and welcoming conversation with him.

I ordered a pizza for my son for the first time. It cost €13, even though it was delivered to the same street. I don't need that anymore.

Not recommended!!! We ordered online through your website. After the food wasn't delivered at the specified time, we called, and the employee said the driver was already on the way with our order. After another 45 minutes, we called again. This time, the employee said they hadn't received any order at all (even though they were able to tell us the exact amount). The amount was debited via PayPal, and the gentleman said he would then cancel the order. All total contradictions on your part. We usually like ordering, but unfortunately, we definitely won't be ordering like this anymore.

Update: Closes Fridays 8:30 PM... What can I say... New store, new problems. Delivery took over an hour. A free pizza somehow wasn't recorded during the ordering process. I'd say the system isn't user-friendly. One pizza was missing the extra arugula I ordered - €1.50 for nothing. Apart from that, it's still the best pizza in town. Hopefully, the old service will be back soon. Previous review: Great pizza, fast delivery, everything was perfect. Why only three stars? Because you still never know whether delivery will happen or not when you order online. Only in the last step do you get the information that... Yes... Tuesday is a day off. But it also happens on Sundays, Thursdays, etc. You just have to put a message like "We're on vacation" or something else before you go through the entire ordering process. Very bad . Food was undercooked, poorly seasoned and generally at a very poor level. We don't even need to start with the service, we had to wait a long time for the food to be delivered and when it arrived it was already cold. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, you can get much better for the money elsewhere.

Last night I was craving vegetarian pizza with lots of garlic. I stated when I ordered that there was a lot of garlic. Pino said: Promise 🙂 Vegetables were fresh, not overcooked and there was a lot of garlic on them. Delicious. Really recommended

We actually order regularly and happily and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, today the chef was very much in love. The fries were simply not edible, too much salt or seasoning for fries, and unfortunately the bolognese sauce with the schnitzel too...everything else was fine. Next time I hope the chef isn't too in love...

Only recommended... The best pizza far and wide, only order from da pino. Generously filled. ✅ Price performance ✅ It simply tastes delicious. ✅ I just think it's a shame that they no longer deliver to my area. 😔(95704) But then we pick up, drive another 15 minutes, and the pizza is still very hot. 🔥🔥 I also think it's great that the promotion with the small pizza is still available (for an order value of €30)🤤

Fast and easy online ordering possible. The pizzas were delicious and had plenty of toppings! You could only specify a delivery time of 12 p.m., but you immediately received a call that delivery was possible before then. Happy to order again!

I ordered a small pizza Magaritha, without oregano, over the phone. Of course the pizza was with oregano. Lucky me, I just don't like the stuff and I'm not allergic to it. But somehow that's an insurmountable hurdle. Then there was the pizza itself, which tasted neither of cheese nor of oregano, but simply indefinably inedible. Had to stop after two pieces. Made me contact the Dr. Oetker Pizza's is reminiscent, only much worse. Thanks for nothing 🫠

We ALWAYS like to order from Pino. Best pizza!!! Although garlic is always missing in 8 out of 10 pizzas. And it's really delicious on the pizza. But these are small things, we will continue to order from Pino 😀 always arrives quickly and hot! At some point I'll have a pizza at his place 😉😉 Keep it up! 👏🏻

Ordered online last night. Everything to your complete satisfaction. We waited about 50 minutes for our order, which is completely fine. Food was delivered hot. Definitely ordering again.

My order didn't go through online because they had quickly shut down the site due to high orders that day, the owner told me. I then ordered by phone to pick up. When they got there, they didn't find the order in the cash register and had to wait 30 minutes. Even compensation or a short apology was not mentioned. I wouldn't order again unless you have a lot of time.

The dishes we ordered were extremely tasty. Large portions and the pizza has plenty of toppings. The pasta portion is also enough for two people. Price-performance ratio definitely fits. 👍 It's great that you can still get a small pizza or a small salad for free when you order over 30 euros online. We don't live far away and picked up the food ourselves. The online shop is clearly designed and works perfectly. Everything was great, we are more than satisfied.

The pizza was an absolute disaster. I ordered a seafood pizza and it was totally over salted. There were anchovies and tuna on it, which made it super salty and inedible. And so I can't give a better rating.

Don't rely on the menu! Never again! I ordered vegan spaghetti Casareccia and got it with cheese. Other pasta dishes are described with parmesan or gratinated with cheese. Not these noodles. I called there and got the boss on the phone. He reacted indifferently, unfriendlyly and with the accusation that I should have pointed out that I wanted the dish to be vegan. In short: it's your own fault. Money wasted and still hungry. The first and the last time!

I have ordered pizza from you several times. So far both the pizza and the delivery have been flawless. Unfortunately I'm pretty dissatisfied today!! First, why doesn't the driver call if he can't find the address? Instead, when I picked up the pizza, I noticed that I had seen the little white car driving around for at least 15 minutes. Since I live in the village, this was clearly visible. Second, the Vulcano pizza was totally burnt on the edge. So the good piece had not only been in the oven a little too long, but was completely black on the edges. In my opinion, it's not appropriate to give out a pizza like that. And if so, a little “hint” or an apology would be appropriate! Thirdly, I wrote “no mushrooms please” in the comments section. Of course, what was in it? Exactly, mushrooms 🙄 As I said, I've been really happy so far, but that was nothing tonight!

Actually 0 stars. After ordering several times, one thing was always forgotten. No excuses, just accusations that it was our own fault. Pizza didn't taste good at all. We used to always be satisfied and now unfortunately we won't be ordering from here anymore.

Geschmack lässt leider immer mehr nach, finde den Teig sehr geschmacklos, die Nudelpizza hat letztens leider auch nach nichts geschmeckt. Man muss aber sagen der Käsenrand ist eine super Idee & schmeckt gut , auch die Pizza Vulcano is ne klasse Idee, allerdings kam diese beim letzten Mal fast im rohen Zustand an (Teig war nicht durch)

Ich war immer zufrieden. Allerdings ein Punkt Abzug, was aber Geschmackssache ist, mir gefällt die Pizza nicht ganz so gut wie bei anderen Pizzerien. Dafür sind Nudeln/Spaghetti und auch die Steaks immer mega. Ansonsten war ich auch immer zufrieden. Alles top. Verstehe die Bewertungen hier nicht, die nur einen Stern geben. Ich glaube ich bestelle heute sogar noch etwas ^^

Meine Bestellungen kommen immer so an, wie ich diese haben möchte. Und zu 90%sogar eher als beim online bestellen angezeigt wird. Top Essen, Top Service, freundliches Personal wenn man doch mal telefonisch bestellt,freundliches Personal bei Auslieferung 🥰 Macht weiter so.

Ich habe für den Geburtstag meines Sohnes nach einer Pizzaria gesucht ,welche heute liefert .Da in Wunsiedel einige im Urlaub sind ,kam ich auf die einladende Homepage.Es war sehr praktisch und übersichtlich die Pizza auszuwählen .Ich bemerkte ,dass man ab einem Wert von 30 Euro ,eine kleine Pizza oder einen Salat umsonst bekam .Das war Top! Also entschied ich mich hier zu bestellen . Ich rief an und fragte ,ob ich für den 26.8 eine Bestellung aufgeben kann .Die Dame am Telefon war sehr nett und notierte sich alles .Beriet mich gut .Die Pizzen wurde extra nach Alexbad geliefert und war sehr pünktlich da ,heiß und mega lecker . Danke dafür .Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen hier zu bestellen! 🙂

Sehr guter Service. Pizza wurde zur angegebenen Uhrzeit geliefert.Zudem war sie auch noch sehr heiß (was nicht bei jeder Pizzeria selbstverständlich ist). Geschmacklich sehr gut. Würden immer wieder gerne bestellen. Freundliches Personal 👍🏼

Hallo erstmal hatte rigatoni bestellt also schön warm ja aber viel zu trocken Sauce fehlt voll meine Meinung kannst bloß pizzas und herzhaft Sachen bestellen wie Steak Fisch oder,salate bestellen super und alles anderen . Was aber nicht gut ist d ie Nudelgerichte garnicht zu empfehlen in dieser Pizzeria Verbesserungsbedarf andere Pizzeria s machen das westlich besser Also bitte mehr Sauce dann wird auch anders bestellt Allerdings beste Pizza in der umgebung

Die Lieferung hat 45 Minuten gedauert, der Belag stimmte zum Teil nicht mit der Bestellung überein, liegt angeblich an Lieferando. Am Telefon merkt man schnell das außer der Bestellung kein Kontakt erwünscht ist. 🤫🤔 Schon gar nicht bei einer kleinen Kritik. 🙄 Schade war früher super, auch nach der langen Auszeit.

TOP Pizzeria! Die Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten haben einen Suchtfaktor! Sehr freundlich, lecker und schnell. Mein Tip für Marktredwitz!

Zu erst kam die falsche Lieferung und dann nach weiteren 30 min endlich die richtige Bestellung nur noch lauwarm. Eine Verwechslung kann ja mal passieren, die Frage ist wie man dann damit umgeht. Aber hier dann den vollen Preis für die Umstände und Wartezeit von 1 Std 30 min zu verlangen, ist alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Zudem war es auch geschmacklich diesmal überhaupt nicht der Hit. Leider das letzte mal bestellt.

Superleckere Pizza, oder Bolognese, oder vielleicht doch ein Steak. Der Chef kocht selber und das mit Herz. Und das beste ist, wer sein Gericht vor Ort bestellt, hat die Möglichkeit von Anfang bis Ende bei der Kunst der Zubereitung seines Gerichts zu zusehen, da die Küche einschaubar ist. Schon lang nicht mehr so gut gegessen.

Es ist, als ob man nach Hause kommt. Service ist top. Essen ist frisch und von sehr hoher Qualität, egal ob man Nudel- oder Fleischgerichte bestellt. Die Pizza hat eh Ausnahmestellung und ist mega!
