If I buy a ready-made pizza, I save money and have a better taste experience

I ordered spaghetti carbonara and a pizza with gorgonzola and anchovies through Lieferando. Although I have to say that almost 35 euros for the two things is pretty tough. I then wanted to give the delivery person a tip. But he didn't have enough change with him either. So much so that he pocketed a tip of almost €4. When we wanted to eat we noticed that the pizza was wrong. And then you wait 1.5 hours and pay such an amazing price. At least they deliver the right pizza after my call. So new pizza arrived. And was wrong again. Instead of Gorgonzola and anchovies, something different came up. Called again. As we all know, all good things are 3. When I said that I wanted my money back and that I wouldn't order anything else, the gentleman on the phone said I should first take down my bad review. Then we can talk. Sounds a bit like blackmail. When I then said that I wanted my money back and no further delivery because I had already been waiting 2 hours for a pizza, they said ok, I would get my money back. I've been waiting for over an hour for someone to come by. I don't think I can see the money anymore. Thank you for nothing. As I said, I won't order from them anymore.

There was a problem with the delivery address and the address. Was resolved well after an email to dapersio. Pizza also tasted good :)

First they want to deliver the wrong order and then respond to criticism with a cancellation. Very, very weak.

The staff was very, very rude and delivered the wrong order. We pointed out that we wanted the pizza we ordered, and they canceled our order completely and didn't answer the phone again. I won't order from there again. Not recommended!!!!!

Delivery took about 2 hours. No matter what the quality is, I won't order anything anymore.

Super delicious! We ordered Gorgonzola schnitzel with spaetzle, Black Forest pizza, penne carbonara, and fried pasta with chicken. Everything was super delicious and well-seasoned (my mom didn't need to add any more seasoning for the first time with fried pasta). Great!! We'd go back anytime 🤗

Schlechtes personal.putzt die Tische mit einem dreckigen Lappen Würde keinem weiter empfehlen Geschmack war ok,später wurde mir schlecht Probierten mit gratis caprsonne noch unsere Meinung zu verbessern. Baratung war schlecht wir hätten eine grosse für alle nehmen können aber es stand am eingang erst wenn wir rausgelofen sind

Essen echt gut für den Preis auch voll und ganz in Ordnung gut gewürzt und schön frisch nur die Mitarbeiter sind nicht besonders höflich und als freu wird man gerne mal angestarrt wie ein Alien aber im großen und ganzen gut 3 Sterne:)
