An excellent pizza. The base is light and perfect, and the toppings taste absolutely delicious. For me, it's by far the best pizza in town.

Great ambiance and a relaxed atmosphere. My personal highlight was the spaghetti from a Parmesan wheel with truffle. The quality of the ingredients is very good. This is also evident in the taste of the dishes. The staff is quick, friendly, and accommodating. Furthermore, the wait times for individual dishes were very short. Conclusion: A highly recommended upscale Italian restaurant.

Great food. I've been here four times and have been impressed every time. Pizza, pasta, fish. Everything I've eaten has been excellent every time. Perfect service! Wonderfully attentive staff. You rarely find something.

What can I say? Fabrizio's is our favorite Italian restaurant. I go to lunch with my colleagues at least once a week. They always offer three dishes to choose from. Of course, you can also order from the menu. All the dishes are delicious and freshly prepared. He also often has live music or special dishes that aren't served every day (pasta from a Parmesan wheel, mussels). The staff and the chef are very accommodating and attentive! Nothing is left to be desired.

I found the pizza bland; I could have eaten cardboard instead. The service didn't agree with this statement. When I went to pay, no one came to the table. I found the service unfriendly and the food tasteless. The restaurant itself is comfortably furnished.

(See also Tripadvisor) - We ate here, but the experience was not really impressive. We did not feel welcome, especially because of the unfriendly attitude of the waitress, who later also felt the need to start a discussion when I was surprised about the carpaccio. It was served with a lot of balsamic vinegar, while that was not on the menu. An original Italian carpaccio never has balsamic vinegar. We came with two small dogs, one of which was a puppy. I also asked other guests about this; they indicated that they had no problem with it. But perhaps that caused irritation with the service. Who knows. What bothered me the most was the general attitude of the staff. The other employee did not make a hospitable impression either. Later we heard from others that these two in particular are often unfriendly. So I did not take it personally. As main courses we had the agnolotti with sage butter and walnuts which was mediocre and the risotto with vegetables which was nicely presented and well prepared. However, we decided not to have dessert or coffee. For the first time in years, I didn't tip; a conscious decision. For a review with photos, see Tripadvisor. Google Maps very often, and for unknown reasons, has problems with reviews with photos.

We were at Fabrizio's today. The food was incredibly delicious. Here, they live and breathe gastronomy, and you can tell. From the ambiance to the food, everything was excellent. Friendly and very attentive staff is something you unfortunately rarely see these days. If you're willing to pay a good price for good quality, this is the place for you. We'll be back.

I went there for lunch with my colleague. My colleagues go there regularly and enjoy it. The food was very tasty and the service was good too. The small outdoor terrace is very pleasant in the summer. I highly recommend it.

Perfecto! A culinary experience in a class of its own! I ate at Da Fabrizio this evening and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the decoration was typically Italian and the service was friendly and attentive. But of course the best part was the food! I ordered the truffle spaghetti and they were just perfect. It was cooked live at the table. The pasta was al dente, the sauce was rich and creamy and the parmesan was fresh and of the best quality. We also ordered the crème brûlée for dessert and it was to die for. It was fresh, crunchy and creamy. Overall, the visit to Da Fabrizio was an absolute highlight. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We'll definitely be back! 5 stars and an absolute recommendation!

My absolute favorite restaurant! I eat at this restaurant regularly, both for lunch during the week and for dinner on the weekend. I'm very impressed by the variety of the lunch menu. The owner always comes up with something new every week. With such a great selection, there's something for everyone. The owner and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Very nice restaurant and great ambience. Lunch menu changes daily and a choice of 3-4 dishes. Great selection of meat dishes, salads, pizza or pasta, something different every week. The menu itself also leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, there are also delicious Parmesan noodles every now and then. Delicious! The boss always comes up with something different. We regularly go for lunch and/or at the weekend with our friends and have not been disappointed with the taste. Exactly our taste!!! The homemade limoncello and tiramisu are also highly recommended.

Was there on Valentine's Day with my partner. The location is stylish, modern. The staff is friendly, competent and attentive. The map isn't huge, which I think is great. The food we ordered was great. Quality and taste is great. There is one small drawback: my crème brulee was not crispy caramelized. The taste was top notch. I will definitely go back here. The visit convinced me.

The food could do with more seasoning, the spaghetti was very bland, there was no salt, I couldn't taste the garlic either. The dessert was careless, presented, there was no cream on it. The service was just fine. There is still room for improvement. Service staff, unfortunately not an expert.

Hello everyone, we visited Fabrizio for the first time on February 7th, 2025. The reception was very friendly and the assigned table was perfect for us. We had a red wine and an apple spritzer as a drink, as well as a side salad and a pizza as the main course. The pizza was by far the best it's tasted in a long time, and the side salad was good. A good coffee rounded off our dinner. At the end there was a house specialty (limocello, espresso), as was the case at the beginning (bruschetto). We were super satisfied and will definitely come back. The ambience of this restaurant is beautiful and the service is super nice and attentive.

The premises are nice. For the upscale class, I would have expected fresh flowers on the table and the waitresses wearing waiter's clothing. There are plastic flowers here and the waiters are in private clothing. To eat... So I only know a traditional minestrone without meat. It is also advertised on the menu as vegetable soup. There is nothing about beef broth and beef... unfortunately the vegetable soup is made with beef Pizza was so-so. You don't have to have it again. The staff was stressed and created an unpleasant atmosphere. I'll never go there again and won't recommend it to anyone. A year ago we reserved a table and the tables were double occupied and we had to leave.

We had ordered food to pick up this evening. Even on the phone you could tell that the other person was slightly irritated. After 15 minutes I was able to pick up the food. On site I was told that every meal that evening cost two euros more, combination €16.90, pizza €13.90. The pizza wasn't warm, not even lukewarm, just cold. The prices are too high for the food offered. Not recommended

We ate here for the first time last night. It was great from start to finish. The waitresses were very friendly, polite and quick. The atmosphere is very inviting and cozy. We immediately felt comfortable. The aperitifs were super tasty. Delicious bruschetta came as a greeting from the kitchen. We had the crostinis as a starter and pizza and steak for the main course. Everything was very tasty and large portions. We had a very nice evening and will definitely come back!

The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. If the owner were changed it would be a great experience. However, he was extremely unfriendly and unsympathetic, and even loudly made fun of the question about vegan dishes (audible to all guests). A vegan alternative was ultimately found, but the owner topped it all off by recommending his mascarpone as a dessert "it's even vegan haha". Aside from the fact that such behavior is disrespectful towards the customer and really no longer appropriate in 2024, it potentially poses a danger to the guest. What may be a funny joke for them may lead to serious problems for people with intolerances. I will definitely visit the restaurant again after a change of ownership and would not recommend it to anyone. It's actually a shame to destroy this potential with such a character. Edit: Due to the response to this review, I reduced the rating to one star. Accusing me of it being a fake review is an outrage. To protect my identity I use this profile. If I hadn't been there I wouldn't be able to rate the rest of the experience. The owner's answer confirms my picture.

About two years after our first visit to the “Da Fabrizio” restaurant, numerous further visits followed, around 15 - 20 in number. The number probably speaks for itself. We were never disappointed and were always very satisfied! As far as the food is concerned, you will find upscale Italian cuisine that is unparalleled in Pirmasens. No matter whether pizza, pasta, meat or fish dishes - everything tastes great and is super delicious. The prices of the dishes are fair and reasonable. The always varied daily recommendations successfully round off the large selection on the menu. The wine selection is very good and extensive - which is certainly due to the wine shop - and the owner's recommendations have always met my taste! As far as the service is concerned, it can be said that both the service staff and the owner are very friendly and accommodating. As far as the ambience is concerned, it can be said that both the outside area and the inside of the restaurant are very well decorated. The rooms are very tastefully furnished and convey an Italian feel-good atmosphere. The “Italian Evenings” are a special highlight. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

We went for dinner yesterday with a group of 6 people. My wife and I there for the first time. Everything was just right here. We had an excellent meal and everyone was super friendly. A dream, only recommended. Pizza, steak, appetizers...It was delicious, we will come here more often.

An excellent, highly recommended Ristorante, which we always enjoy, even with our friends. E.g. from Stuttgart, Karlsruhe or the Vorderpfalz, visit. Nowadays, when they come to Pirmasens, they only want to go to Fabrizio. Which, of course, makes us very happy. The service outside the home is also very good and can be picked up in 10-20 minutes depending on what we order. The music evenings with live music that take place once or twice a month are also great.

A really nice restaurant with great furnishings that make you feel completely comfortable. Service here is first class and very accommodating and there is also plenty of parking space in front of the house. We ate there with four people and our companion, Charles (our dog), and were accepted without any problems and also asked whether the dog needed water 😁 First of all, the food is really good and was delivered in perfect time. The menu is very extensive and there really is something for everyone. Anyone who likes Italian food will definitely find something here. The daily menu with selected dishes and their extensive wine list are also available. So you can feel good all around at a real Italian restaurant in Pirmasens. We will certainly come back… 😉

We had really huge and delicious salads here, but the grilled vegetables (the eggplant in particular) weren't quite cooked through and there isn't automatically bread with the salad. However, the atmosphere wasn't for us, as the acoustics made it difficult for two people to have a conversation, as the volume was already too much for a neighboring group.

Although we have been there several times in recent years and have always been very satisfied, today was the last time we were there. About service 1. When asked if there was a window open somewhere because there was a draft coming from somewhere and it was a bit cool, the answer was: I have no idea, I'm warm!" Regarding service 2. You don't argue with guests! If something is ordered and is later served incorrectly, even if the boss took it incorrectly when ordering, I think the problem is solved in the kitchen and not in front of the guests. To eat We had risotto that wasn't risotto and also had a very bland taste. Scaloppina di limone from veal that was slightly bloody and the sauce was also bland and tasteless. Scaloppina di Gorgonzola, the sauce had nothing to do with Gorgonzola and was also bland. To the boss, what can I say, the fish always comes off the head here! No recommendation from me!

Optisch ein sehr schönes Lokal. Die 2 Sterne gibt es, weil das Essen meiner Begleitung scheinbar gut war. Meines war hingegen nur noch lauwarm bzw. bereits nach 2-3 Bissen kalt. Die einfachsten und kleinsten (Sonder-)Wünsche überfordern das Personal. Sollte bei den Preisen aber nicht vorkommen. Allgemein eine angespannte, unangenehme Atmosphäre. Schade.

Wie immer wird man bei Fabrizio nicht enttäuscht , schneller Service und einfach super leckeres Essen, er geht auch gerne auf Sonderwünsche ein und kreiert für jeden etwas ganz Besonderes. Essen war im mittleren Bereich, Preise höher als überall anders in Pirmasens, Portinonen kleiner als überall sonst. Inhaber eher unfreundlich, Service Mittelmaß... Das einzig Positive ist, dass das Restaurant sehr schön und renoviert ist.

Ein super schönes Lokal mit Italienisch leckerem Essen. Wir waren mit 4 Personen da und durch und durch hat alles geschmeckt. Tolle Tapas als Vorspeise und der Hauptgang war auch bei jeden am Tisch toll. Fleisch, Fisch, Pizza, alles schmeckt. + Tolle Weinauswahl + schönes Ambiente Ein toller Abend, immer wieder gerne.
