April 28, 2025 we ate here asparagus season, the waiter praised the super quality asparagus from Wallbeck (not far from here) and we were not disappointed, 5 very large and slightly sweet asparagus, really delicious. The fish was not that special, salmon was gone and seelachs (coalfish) were well done at Ruth's request, but therefore tough and with a pungent fishy smell. Appendices, butter, boiled potatoes and hollandaise sauce, again very good and large portion. (€29.50) My grill dish with different types of meat and cevepcic and slice of bacon with spicy red pepper/tomato sauce and fries with tzatziki was tasty and more than sufficient as expected (€19.50). Very good price-quality ratio. It's a pity that palatchinka was not served (on the menu in front of the window, but not on the menu we received, due to laborious preparation, also on request only on busy days during the weekend). All in all, very good price-quality ratio, certainly a reason to eat here again when we are in the area of ​​Arcen or Geldern.

Why is there a shop in a small German town that has pizza in its name and sells kebab? Hello? We have enough kebab shops that flood everything and only launder money. Sorry, but luckily there are two authentic Italian restaurants in Geldern for pizza
